Abstract

密封拉链和带有衬里的服装之间接头的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的技术领域是航海运动、休闲或类似目的使用的防水服装,防水服装由重叠的两层组成,一层是防水的,另一层是纤维的,重叠层设有一个或多个防水拉链,链齿连接到分别连接到服装的两个相对边的两个相邻边带上。
背景技术
尽管通过熔接工艺将所述边带和防水层密封连接到一起并没有大的问题,但当将边带连接到另一织物层时却出现了问题。这个操作要求形成线缝,而水可通过线缝的孔进入,尽管线缝的线可阻挡部分水,水的进入使得使用防水拉链的目的不能达到。
现有技术试图通过使用复杂结构的片来解决这个问题,将片折叠到拉链和线缝上,主要通过机械方式来保护线缝免于水进入。
该***不仅要求很高的技巧来应用,而且不是很可靠,因此,不是一种百分之百可靠的解决办法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的发明人根据所进行的研究提出一种新方法,该方法涉及将可热熔接的纺织材料片连接到所述边带,所述纺织材料片包括两个相对熔接线沿纵向设置的未连接的片,如将在下面进行的详细说明,纺织材料片可用于连接拉链到不透水层,并通过可靠的密封来覆盖连接织物层时形成的线缝区。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种对连接有防水拉链的链齿的两条边带与服装的两条边之间的接头进行密封的方法,其中服装边由两个互相重叠的第一或防水层和第二或织物层组成,所述方法包括步骤:a)向两条边带各自的第一侧面施加可热熔接的纺织材料条,沿纵向形成的至少一个熔接线进行连接,各材料条包括第一未连接片和第二未连接片,分别位于熔接线的两边,并且都平行于拉链的链齿组成的线;b)将第一或防水层的边熔接到距拉链链齿最远的片的表面;c)将第二层的边通过位于熔接线和拉链之间的区域内的线缝连接到各边带的第二侧面;d)向下折叠最接近拉链链齿的片,使其平行相对对应的边带的第一侧面并完全覆盖所述区域;以及e)形成另一熔接线,使连接片的外缘边密封连接到围绕区域的对应边带。
本发明还涉及一种防水拉链和连接有链齿的边带的组件,其中,一条可热熔接的纺织材料条沿纵向熔接线熔接到各个边带的第一侧面,熔接后形成第一未连接片和第二未连接片,它们分别在熔接线的两边沿纵向延伸,并且都平行于链齿组成的线。
现在将对本发明的方法和使所述方法能实施的各部件连接到一起的组件进行更详细的介绍。

具体实施方式
参考图1和2,图中显示了在实施本发明方法以密封接头过程中的防水拉链1,根据已知的原理,防水拉链1由两排连接到两条边带2,3的链齿4,5组成,边带可以用塑料制成,防水拉链的作用就是将服装(未显示出整件)的两条边连接到一起。在这个示例中,服装是由防水的外层7和覆盖内部的纺织衬里8组成,防水外层7可以同样由塑料制成。
各所述边带2,3的外侧面2e,3e设置了可热熔接的纺织材料片9。材料片通过至少一个与链齿排4,5平行的沿纵向形成的熔接线L进行连接,使片9包括分别位于所述熔接线L两侧的第一未连接片9f和第二未连接片9s。
所述防水外层7也是通过熔接连接到片9s的距链齿4,5最远的外表面,而衬里8通过线缝K连接到各边带2,3的内侧。线缝K的全部连线位于所述熔接线L和相关的链齿排4,5之间的区域z内。
这时(如图3所示),向下折叠(沿箭头A)各个片9的位于最接近链齿4,5的片9f,使其平行地相对各个边带2,3的外侧面,完全覆盖线缝k的所述区域z。
然后形成另一熔接线N,使最接近链齿4,5的各个片9f的外缘边密封连接到围绕上述区域z的各个相应边带2,3,在所述示例中,边带2,3用塑料制成。
所得到的结果是,位于所述片9f和所述各边带2,3之间区域z的线缝k的所有连线被密封,从而防止水通过针脚进行渗漏。
在所参考的图中,防水外层7和衬里8在与其他部件连接处都朝向拉链1的链齿4,5,不过也可以如图4所示折叠成卷,而朝向相反的方向。从美观和功能方面考虑,一般来说这是最常用的方式。
图5显示了应用于上面介绍的防水拉链1的相同工艺,其差别只是防水层8位于服装内侧,织物层7位于外侧。前面示例涉及到的设计因素同样应用于本示例。
上面提到的线缝k和所述熔接都是通过已知的***和原理来形成。具体地,所涉及的熔接可通过热空气喷射、高频热感应加热、化学熔接或具有类似作用的其他方法来进行。显然,必须选择形成外层7和边带2,3的材料以能够适合于所希望的熔接方式。

Claims (5)

1.一种对连接有防水拉链(1)的链齿(4,5)的两条边带(2,3)与服装的两条边之间的接头进行密封的方法,其中服装边由两个互相重叠的第一或防水层(7)和第二或织物层(8)组成,所述方法的特征在于,包括下面步骤:
a)向所述两条边带(2,3)各自的第一侧面(2e,3e)施加可热熔接的纺织材料条(9),沿纵向形成的至少一个熔接线(L)进行连接,所述各材料条包括第一未连接片(9f)和第二未连接片(9s),分别位于所述熔接线(L)的两边,并且都平行于所述拉链(1)的链齿(4,5)组成的线;
b)将所述第一或防水层(7)的边熔接到距所述拉链(1)的链齿(4,5)最远的片(9s)的表面;
c)将所述第二层(8)的边通过位于所述熔接线(L)和所述拉链(1)之间的区域(z)内的线缝(k)连接到各所述边带(2,3)的第二侧面(2i,3i);
d)向下折叠最接近拉链(1)的链齿(4,5)的片(9f),使其平行相对对应的边带(2,3)的所述第一侧面(2e,3e)并完全覆盖所述区域(z);和
e)形成另一熔接线(N),使所述连接片(9f)的外缘边密封连接到围绕所述区域(z)的对应的所述边带(2,3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一或防水层(7)是外部防水层(7),而所述第二或织物层(8)是织物衬里。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔接是热熔接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔接是化学熔接。
5.一种防水拉链(1)和连接有链齿(4,5)的边带(2,3)的组件,其特征在于,一条可热熔接的纺织材料条(9)沿纵向熔接线(L)熔接到各个边带(2,3)的第一侧面(2e,3e),熔接后形成第一未连接片(9f)和第二未连接片(9s),它们分别在所述熔接线(L)的两边沿纵向延伸,并且都平行于所述链齿(4,5)组成的线。
