本发明涉及一种如化妆品或护理品这样的物质的包装和涂刷器装置，这种装置包括一个能够以密封方式被封闭并且适合于容纳所述物质的容器和如带有开孔的泡沫体的多孔结构，该多孔结构用于涂刷物质或擦拭涂刷器。
现存在需要避免在上述物质中含有防腐剂，尤其是当这种物质是敏感区域例如脸部的一种护理品时。
本发明试图改进已知的包装和涂刷器装置，所述装置为了涂刷或擦拭涂刷器的目的采用一多孔结构，以便尽可能减少包含在所述物质中的防腐剂的量。

进一步，在大多数情况下，当涂刷该物质或擦拭涂刷器时，通常仅仅挤压多孔结构的表面，结果存在于多孔结构中的杀虫剂趋向于保持含有在其中，在涂刷于使用者的物质中仅发现微量的杀虫剂，当该物质涂刷于敏感部位时，这是有益的。

由一块带开孔的聚氨酯泡沫体构成擦拭件63被固定到颈部62下面的容器61内，所述泡沫体沿轴向分开。
容器61由拧到颈部62上的闭合帽65关闭。
闭合帽65包括适合于以密封方式配合于颈部62内的中心部分66。
中心部分66通过柄64向下延伸，在该柄64的端部装配有絮状涂刷器68。
当柄64和涂刷器68从容器61拔出时，擦拭件63用于擦拭它们。
擦拭件63含有选自上表中的杀虫剂，当泡沫体干燥时，所述杀虫剂以微粒状或结晶状形式存在。
图6表示构成本发明第六个实施例的包装和涂刷器装置70。
该装置包括柔性壁管71，例如包含有如化妆乳膏这样的化妆品粉底霜。
管71具有涂刷件72，该弹性件是可变形的，且包含有选自上表中的杀虫剂。
小孔73穿过涂刷器件72，由此使得包含在管内的物质易于到达涂刷器的表面76，以便能够将物质涂刷于使用者。
所述装置70具有由透明塑料物质制成的封闭帽74，其含有不同于管内物质的供应物质75。
在所描述的实施例中，这种物质由一块彩色物质构成，该物质适合于与管内包含的物质接触时压碎。
当将所述帽安装在管子上时，涂刷器表面76靠住所供应的物质。
当将帽74置于合适位置时，其适合于以密封方式闭合管子。
在上述的所有实施例中，当不使用时所述涂刷器或擦拭件均以密封闭合方式或大体上密封闭合的方式保存，以便涂刷器或擦拭件不被完全干燥，因此保持残留水分，这些残留水分用于激活它所包含的杀虫剂。
这样就保护涂刷器或擦拭件不受微生物的任何侵害。
由于构成涂刷器或擦拭件的多孔材料以这种方式保存，而且由于所述物质不需要保存在所述多孔材料中，仅需要用于激活包含在多孔材料中的杀虫剂，所以能够减少所述物质中的防腐剂的含量。
生产时即在充填塑料材料的步骤中，最好将杀虫剂加入在多孔材料中。
在不超出本发明范围的前提下，通过被浸透在所述物质中，含有杀虫剂的多孔材料可被用作一种供应物质。
在所描述的所有实施例中，所述多孔材料可变成絮状或以另一种方式存在，并且其可包含大量或少量的开孔。
当制成多孔材料后或在制造过程中，通过加入氢化吸收剂或纤维，例如聚丙烯酸酯、胶态二氧化硅、藻酸盐、甘油、棉纤维或淀粉，所述多孔材料可接受亲水性处理，自然不受所列出物质的限制。

Claims (17)

1．一种用于包装和涂刷化妆品或护理品的包装和涂刷器装置(1；20；30；50；60；70)，所述装置包括能够以密封方式闭合的容器和多孔结构(14；26；35；52；63；72)，该容器适合于容纳所述物质，多孔结构用于涂刷所述物质或擦拭涂刷器，该装置的特征在于，它包括至少一种包含在所述多孔结构中的杀虫剂。
2．根据前述权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，当所述多孔结构干燥时，杀虫剂以固态或浓缩状态的形式存在。
3．根据权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于，当使用时所述多孔结构以这样的方式设置，即仅在其表面充满所述物质。
4．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构是亲水的或亲油的，并且包含一种或多种相应为亲水或亲油的杀虫剂。
5．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所采用的杀虫剂是杀菌剂和/或抑菌剂和/或杀真菌剂。
6．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，采用一种或多种水溶性杀虫剂。
7．根据权利要求1至5的任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，采用一种或多种脂溶性杀虫剂。
8．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构包括金属盐。
9．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构包括由选自下面所列的一种物质制成的泡沫体或海绵体：聚氨酯；聚酯；聚醚；天然橡胶(NBR)；合成橡胶(SBR)；丁基橡胶、硅橡胶和腈橡胶；以及EPDM。
10．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构具有至少10％的开孔。
11．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述物质包含0.5％到95％的水。
12．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述物质是用于皮肤或头发的化妆品、处理物质或护理品。
13．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构(14；26；35；52；72)用于涂刷所述物质。
14．根据权利要求1至12的任一项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述多孔结构(63)用于擦拭所述涂刷器。
15．一种保存在化妆品或护理品领域中使用的多孔结构的方法，该方法的特征在于，其包括在制造多孔结构过程中加入至少一种杀虫剂的步骤，因为该多孔结构封闭在被密封或大体上密封的包装和涂刷器装置中，所以保证多孔结构在两次使用时间之间不干燥。
16．根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于，在制造多孔结构过程结束和所述结构被干燥时，所述杀虫剂以固态或浓缩状态的形式存在。
17．一种制造用于涂刷化妆品或护理品的开孔的多孔结构的方法，该方法的特征在于，在制造所述多孔结构的过程中，至少一种杀虫剂被加入在其中，所述杀虫剂至少部分为水溶性的，以便当所述多孔结构干燥时该杀虫剂变成固态或浓缩状态。
