半壳式催化净化器生产工艺
本发明属汽车催化净化器,特别涉及一种半壳式催化净化器工艺。
汽车催化净化器从封装形式来看可以分为:半壳式、封装填塞式封装及捆绑式封袋等三种形式。其中被各净化器生产公司广泛采用的一种方式为半壳式封袋。我公司目前生产的催化净化器均采用该形式封袋。半壳式封袋是将冲压成形的壳体与净化器载体以及衬垫压合在一起,然后进行净化器总成的封装焊接。封装的主要作用是将净化器载体固定在由壳体及衬垫组成的净化器盒内,以承爱排气***的振动和热气液的冲击压力。由此可见,催化净化器的机械性能和可靠性,就是通过良好的催化净化的封袋技术来保证的。
本发明的目的是提供一种控制催化净机械性能的半壳式催化净化器工艺。
本工艺为:采用6轴旋转式焊接机器人控制焊接姿态→设置半壳式净化器专用封装模机,以及封装模→优化冲压工艺→用纯铜焊接半壳式净化器接口→检测。
本发明由于采用了高性能、高质量、高效率的封装设备及工装,同时采用了先进的焊接工艺方法。这样生产后的半壳式催化净化器就有着良好的机械性能,实践中该产品质量完全达到欧洲标准。

1、一种半壳式催化净化器生产工艺;有采用6轴旋转式焊接机器人控制焊接姿态→设置半壳式净化器专用封装模机以及封装模→优化冲压工艺→用纯铜焊条焊接半壳式净化器接口。
