Abstract

一种带子自动切断机的导带装置,安装带子,并把带子引出一定长度后,自动进行切断,在上述自动切断机本体的内部具备在与带子的上/下面接触的状态下进行引导的、由多个导向滚子构成的引导部(20),在上述各导向滚子的外周面上以等间隔形成有凹凸槽,在位于上述引导部的进入侧和排出侧的上/下部的导向滚子(21)或者在上/下部导向滚子(20)中的任意一侧上邻接设置多个凹凸槽(21a),以便于带子(T)齿合进入,设置上述引导部(20)的多个导向滚子的齿轮比,使带子(T)排出一侧的转动速度比带子进入一侧逐渐加快。利用上述带子自动切断机的导带装置,能够自动切断粘接带以及作为非粘接带的绳子、彩色带等线材料等。

Description

带子自动切断机的导带装置
技术领域
本发明涉及带子自动切断机的导带装置,更详细地涉及引导带子自动切断机使圆滑地排出和切断粘接或非粘接带子的导带装置。
背景技术
通常,在百货商店或大型折扣卖场等各种商店里适当地包装出售的商品时,作为粘接包装纸的装置,主要使用带状粘接带。
为了更加有效和迅速地进行包装这类商品的工作,出现并广泛使用在内部装入大型带子,包装时把带子拉出至适当的长度后自动切断的所谓的带子自动切断机。
如图1中所示,上述带子自动切断机是由上下外壳1、2、设置在上述外壳1、2的内部,并通过由驱动装置连动的多个滚子引出带子的导带装置3、在引出装置3,位于带子支撑部(未图示)和滚子3a之间,以便于引出卷带时带子不被弯曲地进行引导的带子导向装置4以及可开闭地设置在上部外壳1的前方,用于切断被引出的带子的带子切断装置5构成。
另外,虽然未图示,带子切断装置和切断纸类或薄板等的普通的剪切装置一样,固定刀刃和可动刀刃相齿合的同时进行切断,并且为了能够将切断时的负荷降低至最低的同时容易地切断,所以把可动刀刃以适当的角度倾斜而置,以便于它相对固定刀刃升降,同时从带子的一侧连续地切断。
但是,如图2和图4所示,在上述以往的带子切断装置中设置引导部10,并且在上述引导部10设置多个导向滚子11,使引出由带子支撑部所支撑的滚子状带子T时引导上述带子T的移动,引导带子T底面的导向滚子11是由橡胶或合成树脂制成的,而引导带子T上面的导向滚子11则是由金属材料形成。
另外,在上述各导向滚子11的外侧周面上以等间隔形成有多个导向突起,上述导向滚子11是使导向突起相互交叉地结合在一起,由上述金属材料形成的金属材料导向滚子11的表面被滚花加工以便于圆滑地引导带子T。
但是,根据在金属材料导向滚子11表面所形成的滚花的不同,上述的以往引导装置中存在带子T表面上产生刮痕等带子被损伤的问题,特别是使用透明材料的带子T时,因为带子T的损伤部分能够被肉眼确认,所以存在不愿使用带子切断机的问题。
另外,因为在上述引导部10的出口处很难正确地引导带子(T)的移动,所以充分考虑带子之间的间隔,在切断带子T的切断装置所设置的上/下刀刃的间隔g大,所以存在使用者一不小心就受伤害的问题。
另外,在使用带子切断机的工作现场中不仅使用带子,而且也使用袋子、非粘接带、绳、彩色带等与包装有关的各种材料,并且为了使用这些材料,而使用其它的切断工具,但是由于以往带子切断机的导向滚子是通过带子的粘接面与滚子粘接并受引导,所以存在无法切断没有粘接面的上述材料,需要具备其它工具的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供能够正确地导出带子,同时能够对粘接带和绳或彩色带子等非粘接带子(以下称为“带子”)进行切断操作的带子自动切断机的导带装置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供能够不损伤带子粘接面地引导的带子自动切断机的导带装置。
为了完成上述目的,本发明的结构特性如下。
本发明的自动切断机的导带装置是,在安装带子并把带子引出一定长度后自动进行切断的带子自动切断机中,在上述自动切断机本体的内部具备在与带子的上/下面接触的状态下进行引导的、由多个导向滚子构成的引导部,在位于上述引导部下侧的各导向滚子的外周面上以等间隔形成并齿合有凹凸槽,上侧的导向滚子是在带子的进入侧和排出侧,分别与下侧相向的导向滚子邻接而设置。
这里,也可以在上述上侧导向滚子的外周面上形成连续的凹凸槽。
另外,本发明中,在位于上述引导部上侧的导向滚子之间还包括支撑带子使其不脱离的支撑板。
另外,本发明中,在上述引导部的排出侧还包括为了除去粘附在带子上的杂质和静电而带有刷子的导向板。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
图5是表示本发明的带子切断机的导带部的截面图,图6是表示示本发明的另一带子切断机的导带部的主视图,图7是表示本发明的导带部导向滚子的立体图,图8是表示本发明的另一实施例的导向滚子的截面图,图9是表示本发明的支撑板的立体图。
如图中所示,本发明是在为了向安装有带子,并把带子引出一定长度后,自动进行切断的自动切断机本体的内部引导带子T而设置的引导部20上,能够与带子的上/下面接触地设置多个导向滚子,并且在上述引导部20的进入侧和排出侧设置的导向滚子21能够形成均匀的表面,在上/下部导向滚子中的任意一个或所有的上/下部导向滚子表面上以等间隔形成多个凹凸槽,上述凹凸槽可以形成四角形状或者其角部分形成圆形状,在上述导向滚子中,设置于带子T进入的进入侧的上/下部导向滚子21的凹凸槽21a相邻接,以便于在带子T接触的状态下移动。
另外,上述引导部的各导向滚子的材料,理想的是由橡胶或硅酮形成。这是为了防止带子T的粘接面受损伤。
另外,如图7和8所示,在于上述引导部20的出口侧设置的导向滚子31的外周面形成山形状的突起,而理想的是在上/下部导向滚子31所形成的突起相互交叉。这是为了使上述导向滚子31和受上述导向滚子31引导的带子T的接触面最小化,同时为了稳定地进行引导。
另外,理想的是上述导向滚子31中,上部导向滚子是用弹簧33弹性设置,以便于根据带子T的厚度而移动。
另外,在设置于上述引导部20的上侧的导向滚子之间设置支撑板22,以用于支撑带子T,使其不脱离,在上述支撑板22的两端部形成另一凹凸槽22a,以***到于导向滚子形成的凹凸槽中。
另外,理想的是设定于上述引导部20设置的各导向滚子的齿轮比,使从能够圆滑地排出带子T地设置在进入侧的导向滚子21到设置在排出侧的导向滚子31,其转动快于设置在前端的转动滚子的转动。
另外,在上述引导部20的排出侧设有用于引导带子T前端部的引导板23,并在所述引导板上设有用于除去附着在带子T上的杂质和静电的刷子24。
因此,卷曲成滚子状的带子T的前端部进入引导部20后,上述带子T将通过设置在引导部20的导向滚子21之间,所以这时带子T是在***到在导向滚子21形成的凹凸槽21a状态下移动,所以不仅能够防止粘接面受到损伤,而且因为由各导向滚子来维持张力,所以能够圆滑地排出。
另外,当上述带子T的前端部移动时,设置在上侧导向滚子之间的支撑板22受引导,所以上述带子T的前端部不会脱离。
另外,因为边通过设置在引导部20出口侧的引导板23引导上述带子T,边把它供给切断装置中,所以带子前端部不发生上下移动,且能够被正确引导,从而可以使设置在上述切断装置中的上/下部刀刃的间距G狭窄。
另外,因为刷子24接触通过上述引导板23的带子T的表面,所以能够去除附着在上述带子T上的静电和杂质。
综上所述,因为本发明在引导带子移动的导向滚子的表面上形成有凹凸槽,所以不仅能够防止接触面受损,而且可以在维持一定张力的状态下引出带子,特别是可以通过多个连续的导向滚子正确地引导并引出带子。
另外,因为本发明中设置引导带子的前端并除去静电和杂质的引导板,所以能够使切断装置的上/下部刀刃的间距最小化并以此事先防止安全事故。
另外,本发明是因为不仅能够简便地切断具有粘接力的带子,而且也能够简便地切断非粘接式绳子或可捆绑袋子敞口部的彩色带等,所以其应用范围广泛。
因此,通过本发明,在百货商店或大型折扣卖场等各种商店里适当地包装出售的商品时,能够迅速简单地包装,所以提高商品的视觉价值。

Claims (6)

1、一种带子自动切断机的导带装置,安装带子,并把带子引出一定长度后自动进行切断,其特征在于,在上述自动切断机本体的内部具备在与带子的上/下面接触的状态下进行引导的、由多个导向滚子构成的引导部,在位于上述引导部下侧的各导向滚子的外周面上以等间隔形成有凹凸槽,上侧导向滚子是在带子的进入侧和排出侧,分别与下侧相向的导向滚子邻接而设置,设置上述引导部的多个导向滚子的齿轮比,使带子排出一侧的转动速度比带子进入一侧逐渐加快。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带子自动切断机的导带装置,其特征在于在设置于上述引导部的各导向滚子所形成的凹凸槽的材料是橡胶或硅酮中的任意一种。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带子自动切断机的导带装置,其特征在于上述引导部的上侧导向滚子之间还包括支撑带子使其不脱离的支撑板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带子自动切断机的导带装置,其特征在于在上述引导部的各导向滚子中,设置在最后段的上侧导向滚子是用弹簧弹性设置,以使其能够根据带子厚度移动。
5、根据权利要求1所述的带子自动切断机的导带装置,其特征在于,在位于上述引导部上侧的导向滚子的外面也以等间隔设置凹凸槽。
6、根据权利要求3所述的带子自动切断机的导带装置,其特征在于在上述引导部的出口侧还设置引导板。
