本发明涉及一种焊接装置,特别是一种用于电烙铁上的可更换的焊头。具有焊头、焊头钢管、焊头钢管塑件和传感丝,焊头安装在焊头钢管的一端,焊头钢管塑件安装在焊头钢管的另一端,在焊头钢管外壁轴向设置有一长条形凸起,凸起内部中空,形成传感丝腔,传感丝通过传感丝腔。本发明增加了对焊点信息的收集功能,产品结构简单、使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种焊接装置,特别是一种用于电焊台上的可更换的焊头。
背景技术
为了增强电焊台的功能性,现市场上出现了一种带传感器的电焊台,其原理为通过传感线一端与电焊台的焊头相连,另一端与信号接收装置相连,在进行焊接的同时,通过传感线接收焊点相关信息。一般其传感线采用的是外接式或内接式,具体为外接式采用传感线一端与焊头相连,通过焊头外表,再与接收装置连接,这种方式导线直接暴露于外表,给焊接操作带来一定的不便,同时也容易出现传感线脱落现象,另一种通过将传感线设置于焊头内部达到保护传感线的目的,一般将传感线设置于焊头内部,对传感线仅起到有限保护,在焊头更换时,往往需要不停地旋转焊头以调整传感线连接器与手柄内的连接器对接,并且也容易造成传感线受力脱落或严重变形。
发明内容
为了克服上述传感线在焊头上的连接方式存在的不足,现提供一种在电焊台焊头钢管上设置传感丝腔的一种焊头,对传感线进行有效保护,在焊头钢管上设置一个中空凸起,一方面不影响焊接操作,另一方面在更换时只要简单插拔,不会损坏任何部件。
本发明用于解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带传感器焊头,具有焊头、焊头钢管、焊头钢管塑件和传感丝,焊头安装在焊头钢管的一端,焊头钢管塑件安装在焊头钢管的另一端,在焊头钢管塑件后部设置有连接器,在焊头钢管外壁轴向设置有一长条形凸起,凸起内部中空,形成传感丝腔,传感丝通过传感丝腔,一端与焊头相连,另一端与连接器相连,焊头钢管塑件上也设置有凸起,凸起内部形成与传感丝腔相配合的插槽,焊头钢管塑件套装于焊头钢管外部。
为了形成传感检测回路,再进一步地:所述焊头钢管塑件上开设有矩形槽,使与其连接的发热体钢管上的弹簧片能与焊头钢管充分接触。
本发明的优点在于:
1、增加了对焊点信息的收集功能,以利于的焊接情况的监控;
2、结构简单;
3、将传感丝安全安装于传感丝腔内,对传感丝进行了有效的保护,同时配合传感丝安装的焊头钢管塑件上的凸起,也起到了导向定位作用,延长了产品使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种带传感器焊头,具有焊头1,焊头钢管2,焊头钢管塑件3,和传感丝4,焊头1安装在焊头钢管2的一端,焊头钢管塑件3安装在焊头钢管2的另一端,为了对传感丝进行有效的保护,在焊头钢管2外壁轴向设置有一长条形凸起,凸起内部中空,形成传感丝腔5,传感丝4通过传感丝腔5,通过传感丝腔5对传感丝进行了有效的保护。为了配合与焊头钢管的安装,在焊头钢管塑件3上也设置有凸起,凸起内部形成与传感丝腔5相配合的插槽6,焊头钢管塑件3套装于焊头钢管2外部。焊头钢管塑件3后端设置有连接器7,通过焊头钢管塑件3上凸起与手柄上的安装槽能实现定位对正,使连接器7能十分快捷地与手柄内相配套的连接器对接。传感丝腔5从焊头钢管2前端延伸至连接器7,传感丝4穿过传感丝腔5一端与焊头1相连,另一端与连接器7相连。为了形成检测回路,焊头钢管塑件3上开设有矩形槽9,使手柄上的弹簧片能与焊头钢管2接触。

Claims (2)

1.一种带传感器焊头,具有焊头(1)、焊头钢管(2)、焊头钢管塑件(3)和传感丝(4),焊头(1)安装在焊头钢管(2)的一端,焊头钢管塑件(3)安装在焊头钢管(2)的另一端,在焊头钢管塑件(3)后部设置有连接器(7),其特征是:在焊头钢管(2)外壁轴向设置有一长条形凸起,凸起内部中空,形成传感丝腔(5),传感丝(4)通过传感丝腔(5)一端与焊头(1)相连,另一端与连接器(7)相连,焊头钢管塑件(3)上也设置有凸起,凸起内部具有与传感丝腔(5)相配合的插槽(6),焊头钢管塑件(3)套装于焊头钢管(2)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带传感器焊头,其特征是:所述焊头钢管塑件(3)后部开设有矩形槽(8)。
