Abstract

Description

用于滑动控制的液压 制动***的液压控制的压力控制阀
本发明关于一种压力控制阀,特别是用于权利要求1的前序部分中提到的用于滑动控制的液压制动***的液压控制的压力控制阀。
这种传统的公知的用于滑动控制的液压制动***中的流体控制的压力控制阀在实践中用途很广泛。
在先有技术中,压力控制阀是公知的,例如DE 40 28 606中提供了一根阀杆,它由弹簧加上一个力并在阀罩中导向,从而控制流体。远离压簧的阀杆端部设计成球形座阀,从而在阀门关闭位置时在没有漏泄的情况下阻断压力流体的连接。
为了减小阀杆在冲程移动中的噪音,因此在压簧和阀罩之间垫上一块贴靠阀杆的骨传导摩擦件,上述摩擦件阻尼了振动,因此控制了噪音。
然而,为了确保在所有的操作条件下所要求的可操作性,在制造相应的摩擦件时要求很复杂的机械加工步骤。因此需要对上述摩擦件进行改进。
本发明的目的是对上述类型的压力控制阀进行改进,用简单的低成本的装置来大大减小阀门的工作噪音,另外还能维持工作的可靠性。
按照本发明,该目的可由权利要求1的特征部分达到。
下面以实施例的形式来说明本发明的进一步的特征和细节。
在附图中:
图1是压力控制阀的纵向剖视图,它包括与阀杆摩擦贴靠的摩擦件。
图2是本发明摩擦件的顶视图。
图1表示宜用于滑动控制的液压制动***中的压力流体控制的压力控制阀,它包括一根阀杆1,阀杆1在阀罩3内导向、并接纳一个压簧4,其中成形在阀杆1上并与阀座9相对应的阀封闭件10当供压管11中的液压超过压簧4预定的正常值时,在从压力流体源延伸的供压管11和回压管12之间建立连接,而在压力控制阀的电磁力作用下阀封闭件10封闭地贴靠在阀座9上。这样沿着压簧4的阀杆1安置成可在磁铁14中移动,同样在阀罩3的拱形区被导向。另外,在远离磁铁14的区域中,阀杆1在磁芯15和装在阀座9的中心盒13中被导向。在径向的斜向开在阀罩3上的是回压管12的通道,它在阀封闭件10处于其打开位置时建立与供压管11的连接。磁芯15中的弹簧16在阀门打开时支撑在磁铁14上。
为了降低噪音,一个夹子形的、最好类似于心形的摩擦件2压在阀罩3和压簧4之间,压簧4贴靠在磁铁14内阀杆1的轴向止动件5上。因此,压缩的摩擦件2的内表面至少以点接触方式贴靠在阀杆1上,以摩擦啮合方式贴靠。
图2表示本发明摩擦件2的放大的顶视图,摩擦件2具有的截面形状就是通常的线材截面,因此,摩擦件2由低成本的线材制成,制造和试验都很容易而精确。在本实施例中,从原来的三角形的基本结构上偏转的腿8使线材弹性变形而形成一个最好为心形的夹子,上述夹子以摩擦啮合方式紧贴在阀杆9的点划线的***的接触点上。腿8的端部相互指向形成一锐角,在必要时,它们可以腿8的偏转点为半径胀开。当摩擦件2贴靠在阀杆1上时,腿8的端部相互稍稍离开,从而利用线材的弹性产生摩擦力。所选择的摩擦件2有利于通过相应的线材变形简单而精确地预设所需要的摩擦力,还有利于通过测量位移力或摩擦力来以试验方法进行检测。上述心形摩擦件2特别适于做成使腿8产生必要的胀开,从而精确调节阀杆1和摩擦件2之间的所要求的摩擦力。当摩擦件2装配到阀杆1上时,腿8的胀开使线材弹性变形,因此通过选择差不多与胀开程度相对应的相应的线材直径通常就可确定摩擦力。
本发明并不仅限于图2中的心形摩擦件2,在该实施例的改型中,同样可采用相应合适形状的多角形摩擦件。

Claims (7)

1.一种压力控制阀,尤其是滑动控制液压制动***中压力流体控制的压力控制阀,包括一个阀杆,该阀杆在阀罩中导向并接纳一个压簧,其中成形在阀杆上并与阀座相对应的阀封闭件在压力达到预先设定的正常值时,在从压力流体源延伸的供压管和回压管之间建立连接,其中至少一个与阀杆啮合的摩擦件贴靠阀杆的径向摩擦表面。
其特征在于摩擦件(2)包括以点式或线式与阀杆(1)接触的腿(8)。
2.按照权利要求1的压力控制阀,
其特征在于摩擦件(2)固定地压在接纳阀杆(1)的磁铁(14)的内侧壁和压簧(4)之间。
3.按照权利要求1或2的压力控制阀,
其特征在于摩擦件(2)由线材制成,线材最好弯曲成心形,象一个夹子一样抱住阀杆(1),摩擦件具有以一定半径长度偏转的腿(8)。
4.按照权利要求3的压力控制阀,
其特征在于腿(8)的端部相互指向形成锐角,并有选择地具有确定的摩擦件(2)胀开半径。
5.按照权利要求1的压力控制阀,
其特征在于当摩擦件贴靠在阀杆(1)上时,腿的端部相互离开。
6.按照权利要求1的压力控制阀,
其特征在于摩擦件(2)安装在阀杆(1)上后,腿(8)弹性变形。
7.按照权利要求3的压力控制阀,
其特征在于阀杆(1)与摩擦件(2)之间的摩擦力的大小取决于选定的线材的直径。
