本发明涉及用于流体产品如化妆品和浴液的分配器包装组件，特别是涉及一种分配器包装组件和其制造方法，在该分配器包装组件中，分配盖在外形与结构上都与包装容器紧密地成为一个整体。
本发明的总的目的是提供一种用于流体产品如化妆器和浴液的分配器包装组件及其制造方法，通过减少零部件数量和其复杂程度和/或使装配更加容易，达到降低制造费用和库存成本的目的。本发明另一个相关的目的是提供一种分配器包装组件和其制造方法，其中在结构上和外形上将分配盖与包装容器的设计紧密地结合起来，从而改进了其视觉效果。
根据本发明的一个方面，一种用于流体产品的分配器包装组件包括一个塑料容器，该容器有一个轴向延伸的圆筒形颈部和一个固接在该颈部的开口端上的盖。该盖包括一个塑料配接件，该配接件有一个分配开口和一个容纳于容器颈部的圆筒形壁。在容器颈部或配接件壁的二者之一上有一个径向开口的圆环槽，二者中另外之一有一个径向突出的圆环凸缘，该凸缘被卡合配装在槽中，从而将配接件固接到容器颈部之上。一个顶部可移动地固接在配接件或颈部上，以便选择打开或关闭分配开口。在本发明的优选实施例中，该分配开口为圆形，并且顶部有一个圆环形壁，从而当顶部处于关闭位置时在分配开口中形成一个管塞密封。在本发明的优选实施例中的顶部可转动地固接在配接件或容器颈部上，并且在其关闭位置与配接件或颈部的轴端平齐，从而形成看上去紧凑的结构。

图1-4显示了根据本发明现有优选实施例的分配器包装组件10，它包括一个整体模压成型的容器12，在该容器上固定着盖14。容器12包括一个本体16，一个圆筒形颈部18从该本体上突出。本体16和颈部18由适当的塑料树脂成份在吹塑或其它适当的作业中整体成型。至少本体16最好为柔软结构，以便于通过挤压来分配产品。在图示的本发明的实施例中，容器本体16大致为圆筒形，而颈部18从本体16上整体地突出，与本体共轴。
在本发明的实施例中，盖14包括一个配接件20和一个圆形顶部22，该圆形顶部通过一个整体成型的铰链24可转动地固接在配接件20上。盖14最好为注塑成型的塑料结构。配接件20包括一个圆筒形壁26，该圆筒形壁套叠容纳于在容器颈部18中。配接件20的平壁28上有一个圆形分配开口30和一个径向向外的突出凸缘34，该开口30由轴向延伸的壁32确定，突出凸缘34覆盖颈部18的平面上边缘。顶部22包括一个固接在铰链24上的平壁34，和一个环形壁36，该环形壁36从平壁34上突出，以便在盖处于关闭位置(图1和2)时进入分配开口30中，在开口30中形成一塞密封。
配接件壁26有一个径向向外突出的环形凸缘38，该凸缘38卡扣配接接纳于环形槽40中，该环形槽40在容器颈部18的内表面上，与凸缘30有互补的形状并且径向向内开口延伸。凸缘38和槽40由径向相对的圆柱形壁表面和对置的截锥形侧表面确定。凸缘38的下截锥形表面(在图2的方向上)向上向外倾斜，当配接件20组装到颈部18中时，该表面与颈部18的径向向外的边缘贴合，这样使配接件相对于颈部对中，并且有利于配接件与颈部的组装。铰链24最好包括一个传统结构的卡扣型铰链。壁42从顶部22的平壁34上延伸出来，与配接件壁28贴靠在一起，以便在图1和2所示的关闭位置时，形成紧凑的低轮廓的盖结构。
图5-7显示了根据本发明的一个改进实施例的分配器包装组件44。(在各图中相同或相关的零件由带字母后缀的相同标记表示)在图5-7的实施例中，盖46包括一个配接件48和一个与该配接件分别成型的铲形顶部50。如同在图1-4中所示的实施例那样，配接件48包括一个圆筒形壁26a，该圆筒形壁带有一个径向向外突出的环状凸缘38a。容器12a有一个圆筒形颈部18a，该颈部18a带有一条相应的径向向内开口的环形槽40a。配接件48的基壁28a包括一个部分由圆形壁32a确定的分配开口30a，并且有一个径向突出的突出凸缘34a，该突出凸缘34部分地覆盖颈部18a的平面轴端缘。配接件壁28a还有一个下凹的凹穴52，该凹穴围绕着分配开口30a。顶部50有一对横向突出的、部分为球体的小块54，该小块绕枢轴转动地容纳于配接件凹穴52中相应的部分为球形的凹穴56中。这样，顶部50可以绕小块54和凹穴56的轴线在图6所示的关闭位置和图7所示的完全打开位置之间自由地枢转，其中在关闭位置，顶部50与配接件48的顶表面平齐，而在完全打开位置，顶部50转离分配开口30a，以便分配产品。配接件凹穴52中的壁表面57与顶部50的对置边缘58配合，起阻止顶部50打开的止挡作用(图7中的逆时针方向)。
图8-10显示了分配器包装组件60，其中盖62包括一个配接件64和一个分别成型的盘形顶部66。如同前述实施例一样，容器12b的颈部18b有一个径向向内开口的环形槽40b。一对径向对置的轴向槽68、70沿着颈部的内表面、从环形槽64处延伸到颈部18b的轴端缘处。配接件64有一个径向向外突出的环形凸缘或凸棱38b，如同前述实施例一样，在装配中该凸缘或凸棱被容纳于槽40b中。配接件38b还包括一对径向对置的轴向小块72、74，这些小块72、74从凸缘38b处轴向延伸，使得当配接件64装配到容器12b上时，这些小块72、74容纳于颈部18b的轴向槽68、70中。这些轴向小块和槽使配接件64在周向上与颈部18b对准。在槽40b之上的颈部18b的内表面上形成一对径向对置的、部分为球形的凹穴76，以便接收圆盘顶部66上的一对相应的在径向上对置的、部分为球形的小块78。这样，在此实施例中，圆盘顶部66越过配接件64可转动地连接到容器颈部18b上，而不是与象图1-7中所示的实施例那样顶部与配接件本身可转动地连接。配接件64有一对径向对置的部分为圆形凹入的轴向台肩80，该台肩可转动地支承在圆盘顶部66上的一对部分为圆形凸出的支承突出凸缘82。当圆盘顶部在图9和图10所示的打开和关闭位置之间枢转时，该支承体帮助支承圆盘顶部。当圆盘顶部66枢转到图10所示的打开位置时，圆盘顶部66的管塞密封壁36b离开配接件64上的环形壁32b，其中配接件64上的环形壁32b部分地确定了分配开口36b，这样可以通过圆盘顶部66中的横向开口84来分配容器内的流体产品。当圆盘顶部66返回到图9所示的关闭位置时，开口84在颈部18b的端缘之下，而圆盘顶部壁36b就在分配开口30b中形成了一个管塞密封。圆盘顶部66一般在关闭位置与颈部18b的上边缘平齐。

Claims (20)

1．一种用于流体产品的分配器包装组件，其包括：
一个塑料容器(12、12a或12b)，该容器有一个轴向延伸的圆筒形颈部(18、18a或18b)；
一个塑料配接件(20或48或64)，该塑料配接件有一个分配开口(30、30a或30b)和一个容纳于所述颈部之中的圆筒形壁(26、26a或26b)；和
一个顶部(22或50或66)，该项部可移动地固接到所述配接件上或所述颈部上，以便有选择地打开或关闭所述分配开口，
其特征在于：所述颈部和所述壁二者之一有一个径向开口的环形槽(40或40a或40b)，而所述颈部和所述壁二者中的另一个有一个径向突出的环形凸缘(38或38a或38b)，使该环形凸缘容纳于所述环形槽中，以便将所述配接件固接到所述颈部上。

15．一种制造用于流体产品的分配器包装组件的方法，其包括的步骤是：
(a)整体地模制出塑料容器(12或12a或12b)，该容器有一个轴向延伸的圆筒形颈部，该颈部带有一个边缘和一个与该边缘间隔开的、围绕所述颈部的内表面的环形槽(40或40a或40b)；
(b)提供一个塑料配接件(20或48或64)，该塑料配接件有一个分配开口(30或30a或30b)和一个圆筒形壁(26或26a或26b)；该圆筒形壁上带有一个径向向外延伸的凸缘(38或38a或38b)；
