Abstract

一种冶炼用的冷固造渣剂由钢厂废料氧化铁皮,转炉泥浆,高炉粉尘加入粘合剂组成。具有提高金属收得率,避免炼钢时喷溅和“返干”现象,缩短冶炼时间,降低成本的特点。

Description

冷固造渣剂
本发明涉及一种冶炼用的冷固造渣剂。
到目前为止,冶金行业的转炉炼钢时采用的造渣剂为经高温处理后的石灰、莹石。用石灰、莹石造渣在吹炼过程中时而产生钢水喷溅和“返干”现象,给炉前操作带来了不安全因素和增加了冶炼时间,提高了炼钢成本。而且钢铁厂生产过程中产生了大量的废料是氧化铁皮、转炉泥浆、高炉粉尘,这三种废料都含有铁长期来污染环境成为“三害”。
本发明的目的是克服现用造渣剂的不足之处,利用上述三种废料制造出一种新型冷固造渣剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:这三种废料中都含有大量的铁,其中氧化铁皮含量为70~75%,转炉泥浆含铁在48~52%,高炉粉尘含铁在30~40%,做成造渣剂使用通过冶炼可以将铁收回,提高了金属收得率。这三种物质状态松散且含水,轧钢时用水冷却得到氧化铁皮含水量5~10%,转炉泥浆含水为25~35%。通过加入粘合剂混合后制成产品。粘合剂有三种物质组成:粘土、水玻璃、碱性脱水剂如氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸钙等。粘土的作用是改变三种废料的松散状态将它们粘合在一起、水玻璃将提高混合后即造渣剂的强度。碱性脱水剂是去除水分。三种废料混合后除铁成份外其它成份含碱性完全替代石灰、莹石。以上物质按下列配比量取得混合成型烘干即得成品。

本发明的优点在于:提高金属收得率,在转炉炼钢过程中稀释渣效果好,可有效避免喷溅和“返干”现象,可起快速造渣,降低中期渣的粘度、对降低炼钢成本、缩短冶炼时间及处理“三害”,废物利用起到重要作用,同时还可替代矿石用做电炉炼钢的氧化剂。
下面例举本发明的具体实施例说明。
按下列配比率取料经混合、压制、烘干成型即可:

Claims (4)

1、一种冷固造渣剂,其特征在于由氧化铁皮、转炉泥浆、高炉粉尘及粘合剂混合组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冷固造渣剂,其特征在于所述的氧化铁皮含量为70±10%,转炉泥浆含量为20±5%,高炉粉尘含量为5±3%,其余为粘合剂的含量。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的冷固造渣剂,其特征在于所述的粘合剂是由占总比例0.005~0.015%碱性脱水剂和0.5~0.8%的水玻璃及2~10%的粘土组成。
4、根据权利要求3所述的冷固造渣剂,其特征在于所述的碱性脱水剂是氟硅酸钠或氟硅酸钙。
