本发明涉及一种防止连接螺栓自身旋入的保险装置。
在向客户发送一种电器(例如继电器)时,连接件通常松开,即连接螺栓通常旋出。由于运输过程中的震动或振动,连接螺栓可能自身旋入。应该防止这种自身旋入。
至今公知的防旋入保险装置中,通过摩擦来提高旋入扭矩。为此例如设置筋片。这样,螺纹切入这些筋片,或者这些筋片在螺栓头上摩擦。另一种方法是采用弹性凸缘,它们被夹在螺纹和螺纹插座之间。在另一种解决方式中,采用定位结构来固定螺栓头。再一种可能性是“听之任之(ueberKopf)”地运输仪器,从而震动或振动起到旋出螺栓的作用。
如果由一个接触块和连接螺栓组成的完整连接件,以旋入螺栓的装配方式***一个连接机架,那么夹在螺纹和连接螺栓的插孔之间的凸缘会脱出。这种情况仅仅在安装接触块或连接块和将连接螺栓沿旋入方向***之后才可能发生。

只有采用不绝缘的螺丝刀来旋入或旋出螺栓时,才可能为在比较深地处于电器的防护罩内的连接螺栓设置在螺栓头上摩擦的筋片和定位结构(它承接螺栓头),因为筋片或定位结构大大缩小用于螺丝刀的空隙。
本发明的目的在于提供一种上述类型的防止旋入的保险装置,它在连接螺栓处于旋出状态时可靠地防止螺栓自身旋入,同时它使得***由接触块和连接螺栓组成的完整连接件成为可能,而且在旋出螺栓时它并不损伤连接螺栓。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即,设置由两个弹性撑筋组成的叉形托架。调整该托架,使得在它的空隙内居中容纳连接螺栓。
这么有利地构造该托架,即,在组装一个由连接螺栓和一个连接块组成的完整连接件时,使该托架象剪刀一样张开。
此外有利的是:两个撑筋的间距小于连接螺栓的螺纹根直径或一个有栓颈的连接螺栓的栓颈直径。

图1以透视图示出由一个连接块1和一个连接螺栓2组成的一个连接件。该连接件***电器(例如继电器)的一个连接机架3。在***的连接块1之下,在连接机架3内成形有一个由两个弹性撑筋4组成的托架。这两个弹性撑筋逆箭头5所示的连接螺栓的安装方向突出。在此,连接螺栓2为带有一个栓颈6的组合螺栓。旋出的连接螺栓2以栓颈6搁置在撑筋4上,从而防止了自身旋入。为了确保这一点,撑筋4的间距小于栓颈直径,或在连接螺栓2没有栓颈6时小于螺栓纹根直径。

Claims (3)

1.一种防止一个连接螺栓(4)自身旋入的保险装置,其特征在于:两个弹性撑筋(4)组成一个叉形托架,调整该叉形托架,使得在它的空隙内居中容纳该连接螺栓(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保险装置,其特征在于:在组装一个由所述连接螺栓(2)和一个连接块(1)组成的完整连接件时,该托架剪切式张开。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保险装置,其特征在于:所述两个撑筋(4)的间距小于连接螺栓(2)的螺纹根直径或栓颈直径。
