紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具
本发明涉及一种紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具。尤其涉及一种紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,这种工具重量轻,由于省略了人工操作,显著提高了工作效率,这种工具配备有能方便地调节、以确定一预定的摩擦时间的定时结构,从而为带子建立合适的熔融粘结条件。
迄今为止,已提出了各种将由诸如聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯对苯二酸盐(PET)或聚酰胺树脂的热塑材料制成的带子缠绕在一包装物上的工具,由此形成一宽松的带子,然后用一滚花的滚筒紧固该带子,形成紧固带,该带的重叠部分在一压力作用下摩擦在一起,这些工具在市场上有售。在这些工具中,例如,由Signode公司申请的已审查的日本专利公开(kokoku)29644/1995(USP 5169480)已公开了最新的型号。为了减少重量,这种工具只有一个用于紧固宽松带子和驱动振动器以摩擦带子重叠部分的液压马达,通过用一手动杆、一凸轮和一离合器来机械改变液压马达。

上述的日本已审查的专利公开(Kokoku)29644/1995采用一流体(气动)型定时结构来限制公开在日本已审查专利公开(Kokoku)45360/1969和46880/1974以及由本申请的申请人以前申请的USP3654033中的摩擦时间,似乎已达到效果,但是,对应地具有诸如控制摩擦时间的范围狭窄和由于结构上的原因难以控制操作的诸等问题。
因此,为了改进这些问题,本发明者促进了有关加压紧固辊和使紧固辊前后转动的缸体的研制,在付出努力的同时,进一步专有地采用了一用于振动器的流体压力马达,改进了定时机构,这样不会增加重量,获得了一种本发明所期待的很容易操作的工具。

本发明的再一个目的是提供一种紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,这种工具装有能够在一宽的范围中容易地调节带子重叠部分的摩擦时间的定时机构。
根据本发明,提供:

首先参阅图1至4,实施例主要由一带子紧固/释放机构号1和一带子加压/熔融粘结机构号2所构成,它们靠一悬构件销12a可枢转,其横截面呈横躺的V形。机构号1主要由一第一气动马达3、减速齿轮3F和15以及一紧固辊2所构成。机构号2主要由一第二气动马达5、振动器4、一基板7、一气缸8、一定时机构100/200/300、一手柄30和多个通过外壳6连接在一起的阀所构成。
一螺旋弹簧12C安装于一悬构件销12A上,悬构件销12A是一沿宽度方向延伸的以可枢转地连接机构号1和号2的水平轴,由此,以悬构件销12A作为一轴线朝向增加角度的方向略为推动这两个机构。希望螺旋弹簧朝向从初始紧固的角度看降低角度的方向来产生一大的驱动力。但是,当一带子要被***时,手上需要一大的力抵抗推力来增加角度,使装配也困难。因此,就操作而言,希望产生一小的推力。所以,为了补偿这一点,设置一为紧固辊加压的气缸10(见图19),以便根据第一气动马达的气压同时工作。
在与基板7端部的工作表面直角相交的垂直壁中,用一悬构件销12A作为中心打一为部分拱形的细长孔,以允许紧固辊2的驱动轴2A运动,由此允许紧固辊2与基板7之间可接近和分离。
借助由机构号1的重量产生的转动力矩来手动放大两机构号1和2的角度,由此将带子的重叠部分插在基板7与紧固辊2之间。当工人释放他的手时,上部带子ST由滚花紧固辊2在上表面上加压,使其接合。同时,下部带子SB由滚花台阶7A在下表面上加压,使其接合(见图5)。这里,带子ST与带子SB之间的摩擦系数小于带子于紧固辊2和台阶7A的滚花表面之间的摩擦系数。因此,用受压接合完成初始紧固。
紧固辊2和可枢转地支承紧固辊2的悬构件12形成一如图19左上部所示的楔形摆动臂。当悬构件12倾斜θ,直至一垂直位置,紧固辊2的反作用扭矩T与总压力W之间建立如下的关系,即T/W=tanθ,或W=T/tanθ。
下面描述机构号1。
空气从气压源70供应到输入口71,并导向至一紧固阀11和一振动阀。首先,紧固阀杆11A被压下开始工作,空气通过软管22和空气通道22A和22B供应到一第一马达3,使转子3A沿图7中所示的箭头T的方向(紧固方向,即顺时针方向)旋转。旋转力通过行星减速齿轮3F传递到一螺旋小齿轮3G,由此,沿图6中的方向T(逆时针方向)驱动一与之啮合的螺旋从动齿轮2C,使得压上部带子ST的紧固辊2如上所述沿方向T(见图5)被驱动。同时,来自于紧固阀11的空气通过空气通道被送到一缸体10中,以对紧固辊加压,由此如上所述补偿紧固辊2的加压力。供应到第一气动马达3的空气量通过节流阀26调整,由此增加或减少紧固力。第一气动马达3沿方向T旋转,以将所需的紧固力给予带子ST,然后停转。保持这种状态直到由下面将要描述的摩擦完成熔融粘结操作。
下面描述构件号2。
现在已经了解了切割带子和通过摩擦熔融粘结带子的机构。下面将结合图9至12描述本发明的一个实施例。
在本发明中,有一个特征是一振动器构件4通过一枢销14连接于振动器和气缸8,以对切割装置加压,割断带子ST的多余部分,用动力(压缩空气)替代迄今为止都是用手完成的移动一手柄,在最佳压力和摩擦时间的条件下,将带子ST、SB通过摩擦熔融粘结在一起。
首先,用多个螺栓将外壳6的下端紧固到基板7。气缸8设置在外壳6的上端,一定时机构与之相邻。一诸如振动器的振动机构设置在气缸8的下部,一用于振动的第二气动马达5设置在定时机构的下部。
当杆11A被压下时,紧固辊2仍然保持不动。然后,当杆9A保持下压时,空气驱动加压缸8和振动器的第二气动马达5,并进一步流到定时机构100/200/300中的空气积聚腔中,积聚在其中。图9和11示出了阀9被打开之前的状态,其中活塞8A和振动器4处在被一复位弹簧8B推到的顶部死心位置。
其次,图10和12示出了阀9被打开的状态,空气流入气缸8,从活塞8A的上侧对活塞8A加压,并克服复位弹簧8B的阻力朝下推动活塞8A。活塞8A往下降时,振动器4也下降,由此,与切割装置销13啮合的切割装置13A下降,切割装置销13插在振动器4的水平细长孔4B中。切割装置13A的刀片开始与已放置在一不动的切割装置13C上的带子ST接触由此切割带子ST。此外,振动器的一下部滚花表面4C朝下推被切割的带子的左侧部,使得它被重叠和压到已放置在台阶7B上的带子SB上。
一被割下的另外的带子ST(在图10的右侧)保持在固定切割装置13C上,而且很容易取下。第二气动马达5刚好在该位置之前转动,振动器4由于安装到振动器4的垂直细长孔4A和球轴承5F的第二气动马达的偏心轴5C而左右摆动。因此,带子ST沿在被台阶7B紧固的带子SB上的带子宽度方向高速振动,如图12所示的右和左方向的摩擦运动在由定时机构100/200/300确定的期间中在带子ST与SB之间继续进行。
下面将详细描述定时机构。
图13和14剖视图,它们分别示出了实施例1(可变背压(back pressure)类型)的定时机构100的主要部分,和其线路图。
在图13所示的实施例中,当一尼龙球9B随着杆9A的下压而下压时,一间隙相对于阀座9C而形成,由此,空气输入口9E中的气压经过空气供应管9F去推一截止阀106。通常,截止阀106被一弱复位弹簧105推向左侧而保持打开。因此,空气经过一空气供应管9H驱动第二驱动马达5并进入排气口5E。被供应的空气的一部分流过一小孔101并积聚在一空气积聚腔102中。当达到一预定压力时,空气经过空气通道9J流入截止阀106的相对侧去关闭截止阀。截止阀106由于空气压力通过小孔101连续提供而保持关闭,直到下一次操作开始。在这个过程中,经有一针阀103调节的排气口103A释放的部分背压来调节空气积聚腔102中的背压,以便最后调节驱动第二气动马达5的时间。即,定时机构100作为一调节带子ST、SB的摩擦/熔融粘结时间的机构工作。
图15是一剖视图,它示出了一实施例2的主要部分(可变容积型的),图16是其线路图。在该实施例中,针阀201形成类似实施例1中的固定小孔。杆9A下压以打开线路,空气供应到第二气动马达5并积聚在平行设置的空气积聚腔202和203中,同时藉助摩擦的熔融粘结正对带子ST、SB起作用。此处,一个空气积聚腔203的左端由一螺纹拧入的活塞(螺旋闭合)所形成,使容积可变。
因此,这个实施例可以通过转动针阀201和/或从外侧螺纹拧入的活塞调节空气流入量或空气积聚量。这里,螺纹拧入活塞可由一螺杆和一装配到该螺杆并花键安装到缸体内壁的活塞构成。
下面描述实施例3(可变背压/容积型的)。
图17是一剖视图,它示出了实施例的主要部分,图18是其线路图。在图17和18所示的实施例中,可变背压型的空气积聚腔302和可变容积型的空气积聚腔303平行设置,并通过一空气管9I串联在一起。这样就可以在一较宽的范围中调节驱动第二马达5的时间。此外,当采用一为如同实施例2中的针阀作固定小孔301时,调节范围可增加到更宽。
图19是本发明一实施例的总的基本线路图。
第二气动马达5自动进入停止状态之后,再经过一段时间(1至3秒钟)之后,使得由于摩擦热量而熔融的带子完全粘结在一起,工人轻轻地抓住第一气动马达3的右端并用其小手指(图1)压下回动阀21的杆21A。然后,空气由一细长空气供应孔23B返回到图7中所示的第一气动马达3的有孔缸体3C中,第一气动马达3的转子3A反转(方向R)。同时,空气供应管24中没有空气进入,没有压力施加在为紧固辊加压的气缸10内的活塞10A上。
其结果,悬构件15沿图10的逆时针方向转动,一悬构件12倾斜和返回,使紧固辊2与基板7分离。当悬构件12上升时,向上推释放销16A,使得释放阀16打开。因此,振动器4在复位弹簧8B的驱使下上升,从而释放带子ST、SB。因此,熔融粘结的带子很容易取出。这样,一系列的操作结束。
上述的目的由本发明的实施例全部完成。
也就是说,提供了一紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,这种工具能够在一宽的范围中调节摩擦地熔融粘结带子的时间,其精度高于已有技术,这种工具重量轻,从而用一只手就能进行高效操作,并能延长工作时间。

Claims (6)

1.一紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,在这种工具中,用一放置在带子重叠部分的紧固辊紧固围绕在包装物周围的松弛带子,以形成一紧固带,用一切割装置割断和取下多余的带子,将一摩擦力施加到带子重叠部分,以熔融粘结带子,其中,提供一种对紧固辊加压的气压缸,一使所述紧固辊正反转动的第一流体压力马达,对将摩擦力提供给带子重叠部分的振动器加压的一流体压力缸,和一驱动所述振动器的第二流体压力马达。
2.一如权利要求1所述的紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,其特征在于,提供一种能够调节将加压流体送到第二流体压力马达的时间的定时机构。
3.一如权利要求2所述的紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,其特征在于,定时机构根据流体压力工作。
4.一如权利要求2或3所述的紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,其特征在于,流体压力定时机构是可变背压型的、可变容积型的、或以两个组合为基础的可变背压/容积型的流体压力定时机构。
5.一如权利要求2至4中的任何一项所述的紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,其特征在于,流体压力定时机构是可变背压型的流体压力定时机构,其中从一主加压流体线路中分支的至少一个流体积聚腔有一个用于释放流体背压的可变背压阀,所述流体压力定时机构还装有一根据储存在流体积聚腔中的流体压力将流到第二流体压力马达的主加压流体线路关闭的截止阀。
6.一如权利要求2至5中的任何一项所述的紧固和熔融粘结带子的工具,其特征在于,流体压力定时机构是可变容积型的流体压力定时机构,其中从主加压流体线路中分支的至少一个流体积聚腔是一从外侧直接驱动的螺杆所移动的活塞和一圆柱型流体积聚腔构成的可变容积型的,所述流体压力定时机构还装有一根据储存在流体积聚腔中的流体压力关闭流到第二流体压力马达的主加压流体线路的截止阀。
