本发明提供一种化学合成装饰板,它具有优良的防火、防潮、隔音、保温性,其突出的优点是由于在原材料的配方中添加了轻质材料,因而具有轻质的特点。

Description

轻质石膏板
本发明涉及一种化学合成装饰板材，具体是指一种轻质石膏板。
在目前的建筑装饰业中，对装饰材料的性能要求越来越严格，尤其对材料的防火性、防潮性、保温性等要求越来越高。因为这些性能直接关系到建筑物的安全使用，对保护财产及人身安全都有着重要意义。目前应用最广泛的有石膏制品和石棉制品，这几种材料均具有良好的防火保温性能。但是，由于石棉制品对环境的污染，其使用范围越来越小，最终将受到严格限制，石膏制品具有易成型，成本低等优点，但主要存在着比重大，不易安装，防潮性差、容易破碎等缺点。
针对以上产品的不足之处，本发明的目的就是提供一种具有较好的防火性、防潮性、保温性、隔音性，并且强度较大、比重较轻的一种轻质石膏板。
术发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的：以石膏为主要原料、添加适量的氯化镁、氧化镁，并添加一定量的轻质添充材料，也可以采用玻璃纤维布或纸制品作为加强材料，经常规工业加工后，制成规格板材。由于添加了轻质添充材料，因而制成的产品比重较小。
所述的轻质添充材料是指泡沫塑料颗粒、植物粉。可以一种单独使用，也可以混合使用。原材料配方为：石膏粉：54％、氧化镁：22％、植物粉：3.2％、泡沫塑料颗粒：1.8％。
本发明所述的轻质石膏板具有如下优点：
(1)比重较小。一般可控制在比重为1以下，给安装运输带来方便。
(2)防火阻燃性好。经检测，氧指数达60。
(3)具有良好的保温、隔音性能。
(4)防潮性能好，受潮不变形。
(5)成本进一步降低，生产工艺简单。
下面描述本发明的一种具体实施例：生产一张33.5市斤的本装饰板，所需原料配方如下：(1)石膏粉：17市斤、(2)氧化镁：7市斤、(3)氯化镁：6市斤、(4)植物粉：1市斤、(5)泡沫塑料颗粒：0.5市斤、(6)水：6市斤。生产工艺为：
配料-上料-制板-干燥-检验

Claims (1)

  1. 一种轻质石膏板，其特征在于：其配方中水以外的成份重量比为：(1)石膏：50-60％、(2)氧化镁：20-30％、(3)氯化镁：15-25％、(4)植物粉：2-4％、(5)泡沫塑料颗粒：1-2％。
