本发明为一种汽车机械变速箱电子自动控制器的液压动力源装置。用于机械变速箱电子控制器的液压动力源,由于是长压式装置,将产生大量的热量,使动力源无法正常工作。同时工作压力较大,而本发明是将电磁阀卸荷状态时的介质油液,在低压状态下,经换热器和散热器处理后,使***的介质油温保持在一定范围,从而保证动力源装置正常可靠工作。

汽车机械变速箱电子自动控制器的液压动力源
本发明为一种汽车机械变速箱电子自动控制器的液压动力源装置。
目前,液压动力转向,由于是长流式装置,它的动力源产生的热量不大。而用于机械变速箱电子自动控制器的液压动力源,由于是长压式装置,将产生大量的热量,使动力源无法正常工作。同时,工作压力较大,而本发明是将电磁阀卸荷状态时的介质油液,在低压状态下,经换热器和散热器处理后,使***介质油温保护一定范围,从而保证动力源装置正常可靠工作。
本发明由转向泵输出端与长开电磁阀的进口即A口和单向阀泵联接在一起,同时通过单向阀与蓄能器联接。向电子自动控制***提供压力源。电磁阀的出口即P口,串联散热器和换热器后与油箱联接。同时转向泵的吸油端也与油箱联接。这样,当电磁阀处于长开状态时。介质油经散热器和换热器,即在油泵卸荷低压状态时,大量循环通过。换热器可以使介质油的温度超出或低于规定值时通过所联的发动机水管给予加温和降温。散热器是在超出规定工作温度时降温。从而完成控制油温在一定范围内的目的。当电磁阀吸合,A口关闭后,介质油经单向阀进入蓄能器,给蓄能器和控制***提供所需压力。从而保证电子自动控制器的正常工作。
由于采用上述方案,能在采用普通的动力转向泵的情况下,采用普通低压状态的散热器和换热器从而避免采用昂贵的高压散热和换热器使动力源装置结构简化,效率更高,大幅度降低了造价。

如图1所示,本发明由转向泵(7)的输出端与长开电磁阀(1)的进口即A口和单向阀(2)联接在一起。同时通过单向阀(2)与蓄能器(3)联接。向电子自动控制***提供压力源。电磁阀(1)的出口即P口串联散热器(4)和换热器(5)后与油箱(6)联接。同时转向泵(7)的吸油端也与油箱(6)联接。这样,当电磁阀(1)处于长开状态时,介质油经散热器(4)和换热器(5),即在油泵卸荷低压状态时,大量循环通过,换热器(5)可以使介质油的温度超出或低于规定值时,通过所联接的发动机水管(8)给予加温和降温,散热器(4)是左超出规定工作温度时降温。从而完成控制温度在一定范围的目的。当电磁阀(1)吸合,A口关闭后,介质油经单向阀(2)进入蓄能器(3),给控制***及蓄能器(3)提供工作压力。从而保证机械变速箱电子自动控制器的正常工作。

Claims (3)

1、汽车机械变速箱电子自动控制器的液压动力源。其特征在于,转向泵的输出端与长开电磁阀的进口和单向阀连接在一起。电磁阀的出口串连散热器和换热器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,当电磁阀处于长开状态时,介质油经换热器和散热器即在油泵卸荷低压状态时,大量循环通过。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,当电磁阀吸合,A口关闭后,介质油经单向阀进入蓄能器,经蓄能器和电子控制***提供所需压力。
