背景技术

发明概述

发明详述
此处使用的短语“织物制品的干重”指的是没有特意加入流体重量的织物制品重量。
此处使用的短语“织物制品的吸收容量”指的是能够被织物制品的孔和间隙吸收并且保持的最大液体量。织物制品的吸收容量是依照下面的“测量织物制品吸收容量的测试方案”测定的。
测量织物制品吸收容量的测试方案
步骤1:漂洗并干燥将加入亲脂性流体的储蓄器或者其它容器。清洗该储蓄器,使其不含有任何外来物质,特别是肥皂,洗涤剂和湿润剂。
步骤2:称量要测试的“干”织物制品以得到“干”织物制品的重量。
步骤3:在20℃将2L的亲脂性清洗流体倒入储蓄器中。
步骤4:将步骤2中的织物制品放入含有亲脂性流体的储蓄器中。
步骤5:搅动储蓄器中的织物制品以确保没有气泡留在织物制品中,而且织物制品完全被亲脂性清洗流体所湿润。

术语“非浸渍”的意思是基本上所有的流体都与织物制品密切接触。最多存在最少量的“自由”清洗流体。这与“浸渍”方法不同,在“浸渍”方法中,清洗流体是一个水浴,织物制品或者像在常规的垂直轴洗衣机中一样没入其中,或者像在常规的水平洗衣机中一样***。依照下面的“非浸渍方法测试方案”,术语“非浸渍”被更详细的定义。当满足下列测试方案时,织物制品与流体接触的方法是非浸渍方法。
非浸渍方法的测试方案

本发明方法中使用的用具
一方面,本发明涉及一种方法。该方法可以在消费者的家中,用一个单个清洗用具完成,而且优选使用一包混和织物制品,例如具有混和织物原料和/或混和颜色的织物制品来执行该方法。
通常,本发明的方法可以使用任何合适的用具。典型地,合适的用具可以是用于此方法的专用用具,或者可以是这样的用具:对已知用具进行了修饰或者改型,以使其可以执行所述的方法。
优选用具的类型是这样的类型:其尺寸与通用的家用洗衣机和滚筒干燥机的尺寸近似一致。
本发明的方法的共性是至少部分地去除主要流体,主要流体优选水,但是也可能包括其它主要流体,其范围从超临界液体二氧化碳到碳氢化合物或者线性的(见例如US 5977040或者US 5443747)或环状的硅氧烷,在清洗步骤后,在至少一个织物复原步骤中,结合使用特别选择的亲脂性清洗流体。优选的实施方案还可以包括在第一主要流体清洗和存在亲脂性清洗流体的织物制品复原过程之间,在亲脂性清洗流体存在的情况下进行单独或者渐进性的漂洗。此外,优选实施方案可以包括回收和/或循环利用亲脂性清洗流体。
本发明的方法可以在例如被改型的家用洗涤用具中执行,这些被改型的家用洗涤用具最初是被设计用于浓缩的水性清洗的,见例如US4489455,Spendel。所需要的最小改型是为亲脂性流体提供储存和运输设备,除了第一主要流体——水以外,所述的亲脂性流体也将被用在用具中。进一步的改型可以包括回收设备,最低的要求是一个废流体的附加储存罐,也可以加入分离器以将亲脂性清洗流体与其它物质,例如水和/或固体污垢分离开来。
同样,本发明的方法可以在特制的用具中执行,例如特制的非浸渍用具或者改型的用具,这些用具被公开在同时提交的共同未决的普通转让的专利申请序列号60/209,468中,其于2000年6月5日提交,P&G AttorneyDocket No.8119P。尽管亲脂性清洗流体的量大大超过例如在目前家庭干洗产品中使用的有机溶剂的量,该有机溶剂的使用体积被目前常规的滚筒干燥机所限制,但是这种特制的用具具有这样的优点,例如对整体亲脂性清洗流体的最小化使用。
作为选择,本发明的方法可以在改型的滚筒干燥机中执行,但是该滚筒干燥机不得不在很大范围内被改型以使其能够允许同时使用第一主要流体和亲脂性清洗流体。例如,滚筒干燥机不能按照惯例垂直于水和下水管道。
在另一个合适的变型中,本方法可以在新的浓缩清洗用具的变型中执行,这些浓缩清洗用具的变型可以从Whirlpool和其它地方买到。见,例如US 5219370,US 5199127,US 5191669,US 5191668,US 5167722,US4784666,这些专利都被转让给了Whirlpool。这些所需的变型与前述提到的Spendel用具所需的那些变型相似。

可以与本方法结合使用的另一个用具变型是一个以较小尺寸设计的用具型式,由Greenearth公司公开,见例如下列参考文献:US5865852,US5942007,US6042617,US6042618,US6056789,US6059845,US6063135。Greeneath***目前重新主要为商业干洗进行设计。这种用具的改型(此用具实际上使用硅氧烷作为亲脂性清洗流体,硅氧烷适合被用作此处的亲脂性清洗流体)将包括提供处理另一种主要流体例如水的方法。
本发明使用的优选用具通常包括那些含有多孔滚筒的用具,该多孔滚筒可以被用于离心脱水方式,优选处于高端或者高于当前前沿清洗用具的速度和地心引力范围。依照本发明,将被处理和/或清洗的织物制品可以在本发明方法中的任何时间与碰撞气体接触。
至少在施加清洗流体以前,优选将织物制品与碰撞气体接触。碰撞气体对将微粒污垢从织物制品中去除有促进作用。使用流动气体,可以成功地去除微粒污垢。微粒污垢包含任何含有离散微粒的污垢。
这些微粒污垢的非限制实例包括粘土,尘土,干泥,沙,猫毛,皮毛的剥片或者鳞片,头垢,头皮屑,人或者宠物的毛发,草籽,花粉,毛刺,和/或类似的不溶于水的动物,矿物或者植物的物质。
通过使用碰撞气体,减少了在本发明方法中对去除这些微粒污垢的化学物质的“需求”。
典型地,碰撞气体从气体源中的流出速率大约是10l/s-约70l/s,而且气体与织物制品接触的速度大约是1m/s-约155m/s。优选在气体碰撞到织物制品的时候机械搅动织物制品。此外,优选以足够的速率从织物制品中去除气体和气体中的微粒污垢,以防止去除的微粒污垢重新沉降在织物制品上。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,气体选自空气,氮气,臭氧,氧气,氩气,氦气,氖气,氙气,及其混合物,更优选空气,氮气,臭氧,氧气,氩气,氦气及其混合物,更更优选空气,臭氧,氮气及其混合物。
在本发明的另一个实施方案中,使用的气体可以随时间变化。例如空气可以在起始阶段使用,空气和臭氧的混合物可以在中间阶段使用,空气和氮气可以在最后使用。
使用的气体可以是任何合适的温度和湿度。可以用电来给气体供热,或者通过将气体通过气体火焰,例如常规的气体干燥器,来给气体供热。但是优选室温和湿气。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,可以在使用以前,将两种或者多种气体在混和室中混和。在本发明该实施方案的另一个方面中,气体可以通过不同的入口点同时传送入有壁的容器并且在其中原位混和。在本发明该实施方案的另一个方面中,所提供的气体可以作为混合物存在,不需要任何混和室来得到该方法中所需的气体混合物。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,气体可以从储藏器例如加压容器中得到。作为选择,该方法中使用的气体可以从该方法和装置出现的位置得到。例如,泵,鼓风机等等可以被用来从本发明过程的周围环境中供应空气。也可以结合使用来自储藏器的气体和来自环境中的气体。
在本发明的另一个实施方案中气体可以从压缩机得到。该压缩机可以是任何适用于提供气体和混和气体的压缩机,只要它们能够以要求的速度和流率范围将气体提供给装置。通过合适的固定设备,例如软管、导管、旋阀、固定装置或者其组合,将压缩机连接到气体入口,气体或者混合气体被以要求的速度和流率范围提供给气体入口。适合提供气体或者混和气体的合适的典型压缩机,包括螺杆式压缩机或者二阶段电压缩机。另一种适合类型的压缩机是所谓的“声学压缩机”(acousticalcompressor),例如美国专利Nos.5,020,977,5,051,066,5,167,124,5,319,938,5,515,684,5,231,337,和5,357,757中描述的那些,所有这些在此引入作为参考。典型地,声学压缩机以下列方式操作:将气体,例如来自环境中的气体,引入脉冲室中,压缩,而后被作为高压气体放出。该气体被这样的压缩机压缩:该压缩机使电磁定位区域例如微波,激光,红外线,无线电等等,或者超声波能量以声音的速度吹扫过脉冲室内的气体。这样的脉冲室吹扫产生并且保持了气体中的高压声音脉冲。这些声学压缩机比常规的压缩机多了很多优点。例如,除了阀以外不含有活动部分,操作不需要油,比类似的常规压缩机小得多。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,从气体源提供的气体的速率大约是10l/s-70l/s,更优选约20l/s-约42l/s,更更优选约25l/s-约30l/s。气体的流动率是由放置在容器内部的、接近气体进入含有衣物的容器位置的流速计测量的。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,气体与织物制品接触的速度为大约1m/s-约155m/s,更优选约50m/s-约105m/s,更更优选约75m/s-约105m/s。气体的速度是由放置在容器内部的、接近气体进入含有衣物的容器位置的流速计测量的。
气体接触织物制品的速度和气体的流率都是临界参数。例如,不充分的速度意味着微粒不会从织物制品中去除。太高的速度会使织物制品受到干扰,织物制品无法被搅动而且微粒污垢无法被去除。同样,不充分的气体流率意味着在清洗后,任何被去除的微粒污垢存留并且可能重新沉降在织物制品上。
本发明方法中使用的亲脂性清洗流体:亲脂性清洗流体的鉴定和亲脂性清
洗流体测试(LCF测试)
任何满足下述条件的非水流体适于在此处作为亲脂性清洗流体:所述非水流体既能满足适于干洗流体的已知要求(如闪点等),又能至少部分地溶解皮脂。可用任何已知的技术测量具体物质去除皮脂的能力。作为通常的准则,全氟丁胺(Fluorinert FC-43)就其本身(具有或不具有添加剂)是一种被确定为不适于在此处用作亲脂性清洗流体的参考物质(它基本是非溶剂),而线性的和环状的硅氧烷例如,但不限制于D5或者其它环戊硅氧烷,其具有合适的溶解皮脂性能并且能够溶解皮脂。
下面是将其它物质例如其它低粘度、自由流动的硅氧烷研究并鉴定为亲脂性清洗流体的优选方法。该方法使用市场上可以购买的Crisco低芥酸菜子油,油酸(95%,Sigma Aldrich Co.)和角鲨烯(99%,J.T.Baker)作为皮脂的模拟污垢。在评价期间,测试物质应该基本上不含水,并且不添加清洁添加剂或其它添加剂。
制备三个管瓶。在第一个管瓶中放置1.0g Crisco低芥酸菜子油;在第二个管瓶中放置1.0g油酸(95%),在第三个即最后的管瓶中放置1.0g角鲨烯(99.9%)。向每个管瓶中加入1g检验亲脂性的溶剂或者流体。在室温和大气压下,在最大设置的标准旋涡混合器上分别混合每个包含亲脂污垢和被测试流体的管瓶20秒。在室温和大气压下,将管瓶放置于实验桌上使之沉降15分钟。如果刚一静置,在任何一个包含亲脂污垢的管瓶中形成一个单一相,则该流体适于用作本发明的“亲脂性清洗流体”(包括非清洗目的的衣物处理流体)。但是,如果在所有三个管瓶中形成两个或多个分离的层,则在不接受或接受该流体适于用作“亲脂性清洗流体”之前,需进一步确定在油相中溶解的流体的数量。
在这种情况下,用注射器从每个管瓶的每个层小心地吸取样品。如果需要,可以调节本实验的规模,例如可以使得能够取出大约200微升的样品。将注射器吸取的各层样品置于GC自动取样器管瓶中,并在确定三个模拟污垢和被测试流体的每一个的校准样品的保留时间后,进行常规的GC分析。如果依据GC分析,发现在注射器取样的层中存在超过1%、优选更多的测试流体,则该测试流体同样适于用作亲脂性清洗流体。如果需要,可以利用二十七氟三丁胺即Fluorinert FC-43(不合格)和环戊硅氧烷(合格)可进一步校准该方法。
合适的GC是安装有分流/无分流注射器和FID的Hewlett Packard气相色谱仪HP5890 II系列。用于确定亲脂性流体数量的合适的柱是J&WScientific毛细管柱DB-1HT,30米,直径0.25mm,膜厚度0.1μm,目录号1221131。适于在下列条件下进行GC分析:

适于此处使用的优选的亲脂性清洗流体,可以在具有良好衣服护理成型的基础上进一步鉴定其应用。衣服护理成型测试在本领域是众所周知的,它涉及使用广泛的衣服或织物制品成分(包括在接缝等中使用的布、线和弹性狭织物和一系列钮扣)来测试被考核的流体。优选的此处使用的亲脂性清洗流体具有极好的衣服护理成型性能,例如它们具有良好的收缩或织物起褶成型性能,并且一点不损坏塑料钮扣。对衣服护理测试或其它限制条件如易燃性来说,在亲脂性清洗流体中使用的主要溶剂可以以混合物的形式存在,例如与水的混合物,并以在最终亲脂性清洗流体中使用的近似比率存在,所述最终亲脂性清洗流体将用于接触用具中的织物制品。某些去除皮脂的物质例如乳酸乙酯适于用作亲脂性清洗流体,但是由于它们有溶解钮扣的倾向,因此可以完全不被使用,如果在亲脂性清洗流体中使用这种物质,应该将其与水和/或其它溶剂一起配制,使得整个混合物基本上不损坏钮扣。其它的亲脂性清洗流体,例如D5,很好地满足衣服护理需要。
一组非常优选的亲脂性清洗流体包括线性的和环状的硅氧烷,二丙二醇二甲基醚,二丙二醇正丙基醚,丙二醇正丁基醚和其混合物,所述硅氧烷的正常沸点是大约180℃-大约250℃,粘度不超过约10厘沲。这些流体可以被进一步改良。
亲脂性溶剂可包括线性的和环状的聚硅氧烷、烃和氯化烃。更优选线性的和环状的聚硅氧烷和乙二醇醚、乙酸酯、乳酸酯族的烃类。优选的亲脂性溶剂包括环状的硅氧烷,它们在760毫米汞柱时的沸点低于约250℃。特别优选用于本发明的环状硅氧烷是八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环戊硅氧烷和十二甲基环己硅氧烷。优选地,环状硅氧烷包含十甲基环戊硅氧烷(D5,五聚物)及基本不含八甲基环四硅氧烷(四聚物)和十二甲基环己硅氧烷(六聚物)。
然而,应该理解这些有用的环状硅氧烷混合物除了优选的环状硅氧烷外,还可能包含少量其它环状硅氧烷,其他环状硅氧烷包括八甲基环四硅氧烷和六甲基环三硅氧烷或更高级的环状化合物如十四甲基环七硅氧烷。通常,在有用的环状硅氧烷混合物中,基于混合物的总重量,这些其他环状硅氧烷的量小于约10%。环状硅氧烷混合物的工业标准是这类混合物包含少于大约1%重量的八甲基环四硅氧烷混合物。
因此,本发明亲脂性流体优选地包含大于大约50%、更优选大于约75%、甚至更优选至少约90%、最优选至少约95%重量的十甲基环戊硅氧烷亲脂性流体。作为选择,该亲脂性流体可包含的硅氧烷可以是环状硅氧烷的混合物,该混合物具有大于大约50%、优选大于大约75%、更优选至少大约90%、最优选至少大约95%直到大约100%重量的十甲基环戊硅氧烷和小于混合物重量的大约10%、优选小于大约5%、更优选小于大约2%、甚至更优选小于大约1%、最优选小于大约0.5%-大约0%重量的八甲基环四硅氧烷和/或十二甲基环己硅氧烷。

在其它情况下没有被特别提及的和本发明任选使用的、具有已知清洗作用的方法技术变化范围很大,包括臭氧发生器,超声波装置,电解装置和离子交换柱。
具有除了清洗以外的作用的任选的方法技术
在其它情况下没有被特别提及的和本发明任选使用的、主要具有除了清洗效果以外的作用的方法技术包括:特别控制的技术包含自动分配器,安全相关技术,噪音控制技术和能源与回环方法控制技术,所述的能源与回环方法控制技术涉及在探测到的结果的函数中,读出参数并且调节其过程。
溶剂
溶剂没有被特别包含在本发明的其他组分中,可以以多种比例使用它来调节组合物,或者在快到使用的时候用来提供稀释度。溶剂包含极性和非极性的,高介电常数和低介电常数的,质子型和非质子型的。溶剂包括水,线性的和环状的硅氧烷,烃,醇,酯,醚,酮,混和官能团溶剂例如乙二醇醚,碳氟化合物,氢碳氟化物,共沸溶剂混合物等等。
添加剂成分
与此处的方法和组合物结合使用的添加剂材料,变化范围很大,而且其使用水平的范围很广,例如在本方法中,被稀释到最终使用点时的浓度从大约0.0001ppm到大约20%。催化的和/或有色的添加剂,例如染料,在使用时通常以水平范围的下端水平出现,而低分子量的非催化材料则通常,但并不是必须,以高水平被使用。添加剂的使用水平没有被特别指明,它通常被在本领域熟知的水平范围内使用。

水和非水清洗的表面活性剂
例如在本方法的清洗步骤中使用的表面活性剂,水溶助长剂,乳化剂或者湿润剂,通常可以是阴离子的,非离子的,阳离子的或者两性的/两性离子的,并且可以具有线性的,少许支化的(包括但不限于,中间链单甲基中间和2位甲基支化的),基本上支化的,环状的,或者多环的疏水部分。水溶助长剂和湿润剂通常具有较短的链或者含有总体上较少原子的疏水部分。表面活性剂含有的总原子数例如碳原子数的范围很广,例如其疏水物的碳原子数从大约6个到大约20个,这要取决于是否要求低温时的快速动力学或者表面张力降低中的最大平衡效应。在这里有用的表面活性剂同样包括范围很广的表面活性剂参数,这些参数取决于例如是否要求它们在水相界或者在非水相界中有界面活性。乳化剂可以是单体的或者聚合体的,通常选自含有具有乳化性能的非离子表面活性剂,而且可以有很广范围的HLB。
此处使用的优选表面活性剂是两种或者多种表面活性剂的混合物,在一个优选实施方案中包括一种表面活性剂混合物,该混合物包含除非离子表面活性剂以外的表面活性剂,典型为阴离子表面活性剂。
此处有用的表面活性剂可以来自广泛不同的种类,例如,对用于水洗涤中的表面活性剂的描述,在宝洁,Unilever,Henkel,Colgate,Kao,Lion和其它受让人的专利中到处都是。但是,并不是只有这些类型才是本发明方法中有用的表面活性剂类型。
表面活性剂的另一种类是为了在常规干洗中使用而选择的。这一种类的表面活性剂通常包括多种类型,例如二烷基磺基丁二酸酯,某些含有一个或者两个疏水物的磷酸酯,酸式表面活性剂,常规阴离子表面活性剂的铵盐,甚至是油例如脂肪醇,这些油在常规水性洗涤剂中不通常被用作或者简单地不被用作表面活性剂。例如,阴离子表面活性剂的例证在此处再次被应用,但是通常在干洗中使用的类型包括:十二烷基苯磺酸,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钾,十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺,十二烷基苯磺酸吗啉鎓,十二烷基苯磺酸铵,十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺,十三烷基苯磺酸钠,二壬基苯磺酸钠,双十二烷基苯磺酸钾,十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸,十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,异丙胺癸基二苯醚二磺酸,十六烷基氧聚(乙烯氧基)(10)乙基磺酸钠,辛基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(9)乙基磺酸钾,α-烯烃磺酸钠,十六烷-1磺酸钠,乙基油酸磺酸钠,十八烷基琥珀酸钾,油酸钠,月桂酸钾,十四烷酸三乙醇胺,树脂酸吗啉鎓,树脂酸钾,月桂基硫酸钠,月桂基硫酸二乙醇胺,laureth(3)硫酸钠,laureth(2)硫酸铵,壬基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(4)硫酸钠,二异丁基磺基丁二酸钠,月桂基磺基丁二酸二钠,N-月桂基磺基丁二酸四钠,癸基氧聚(乙烯氧基(5)甲基)羧酸钠,辛基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基(8)甲基)羧酸钠,单癸基氧聚(乙烯氧基)(4)磷酸钠,二癸基氧聚(乙烯氧基)(6)磷酸钠,和单/二辛基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(9)磷酸钾。也可以使用本领域已知的其它阴离子表面活性剂。
可以使用的有用的非离子表面活性剂有辛基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(11)乙醇,壬基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(13)乙醇,十二烷基苯氧基聚(乙烯氧基)(10)乙醇,聚氧乙烯(12)月桂醇,聚氧乙烯(14)十三烷醇,月桂基氧聚(乙烯氧基)(10)乙基甲基醚,十一烷基硫聚(乙烯氧基)(12)乙醇,甲氧基聚(氧化乙烯(10)/(氧化丙烯(20))-2-丙醇嵌段共聚物,壬基氧聚(丙烯氧基)(4)/(乙烯氧基)(16)乙醇,十二烷基聚糖苷,聚氧乙烯(9)单月桂酸酯,聚氧乙烯(8)单十一酸酯,聚氧乙烯(20)山梨糖醇苷单硬脂酸酯,聚氧化乙烯(18)山梨糖醇单树脂酸酯,蔗糖单月桂酸酯,月桂基二甲胺氧化物,十四烷基二甲胺氧化物,月桂酰氨基丙基-N,N-二甲胺氧化物,1∶1月桂二乙醇酰胺,1∶1椰油二乙醇酰胺,1∶1混合的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,聚氧乙烯(6)月桂酰胺,1∶1大豆二乙醇酰氨基聚(乙烯氧基)(8)乙醇,和椰油二乙醇酰胺,也同样可以使用其它已知的非离子表面活性剂。
例证性的有用的阳离子表面活性剂包括正烷基二甲基乙基苯甲基铵氯化物的混合物,十六烷基三甲基铵硫酸二甲酯,二癸基二甲基溴化铵和正烷基二甲基苯甲基铵氯化物的混合物。类似有用的两性表面活性剂包括椰子酰氨基丙基甜菜碱(cocamidopropyl betaine),palmityloamphopropionate钠,N-椰子β-氨基丙酸,N-月桂基氨基二丙酸二钠,椰子咪唑啉ampho氨基乙酸钠和椰子甜菜碱。也同样可以使用其它本领域中已知的阳离子的和两性的表面活性剂。
在本发明实际应用中有用的额外的表面活性剂类型是表面-活化聚合物和含有至少一个亲二氧化碳部分和至少一个疏二氧化碳部分的表面活性剂,或者其它已知的在超临界流体清洗中使用的表面活性剂。见,例如,Supercrit.Fluid Clean.(1998),87-120和其中的参考文献。这些表面活性剂种类在商业中被人熟知,而且被便捷地但是又不十分完全地列在专利出版物中,例如:US5683977,Unilever;US6001133,Micell;US5789505,Air Products。
织物软化剂
在此有用的织物软化剂或者调节剂可以是线性的或者是支化的,饱和的或者不饱和的疏水物,而且可以包括某些胺,季胺,或者质子化的胺,或者其混合物。这些材料特别包括二乙醇铵氯化物的二酯(I),有时称为“二酯quats”;二烷基咪唑啉酯(II)或者在化学式(II)中NH替代了O的相应的酰胺,三乙醇铵硫酸二甲酯的二酯(III),酯酰胺-叔胺有时被称为氨基胺酯(IV),酯酰胺-季胺氯化物盐(V),和二羟基丙基铵氯化物的二酯(VI)。
结构(I)的织物软化剂可以是例如下面的产物:将硬或者软牛脂脂肪酸,油酸,低芥酸菜子酸或者其它不同碘值的不饱和酸,与N-甲基二乙醇胺反应,而后在异丙醇、乙醇或者其它合适的溶剂中,用甲基卤化物,或者更通常地,使用任何合适的烷基化剂例如硫酸二甲酯使之季胺化。结构(II)的织物软化剂可以是例如用下列方法制备的:将硬或者软牛脂脂肪酸,油酸,低芥酸菜子酸或者其它不同碘值的不饱和酸,在合适催化剂存在的条件与氨基乙基乙醇胺反应,进一步催化闭环转换所得到的中间物质。相应的,化学式(II)中NH取代了O的酰胺可以通过用二乙烯三胺替代氨基乙基乙醇胺来类似地制备。结构(III)的织物软化剂可以象结构(I)那样类似地制备,用三乙醇胺替代N-甲基二乙醇胺,但是在结构(III)中出现了单酯,二酯的复合体混合物,三酯是典型的。结构(IV)的织物软化剂可以从胺HO(CH2)2N(CH3)(CH2)3中制备,该胺是在镍催化剂存在的情况下,依次由N-甲基乙醇胺,H2C=C(H)CN和氢制备的。将该胺与硬或者软牛脂脂肪酸,油酸,低芥酸菜子酸或者其它不同碘值的不饱和酸反应。通过对结构(IV)的那些物质季胺化来制备结构(V)的织物软化剂。结构(VI)的织物软化剂可以是例如通过下面的方法来制备的:将表氯醇与二甲基胺反应以生产3-二甲基氨基-1,2-丙二醇,随后将后面的物质在催化剂存在的情况下,与硬或者软牛脂脂肪酸,油酸,低芥酸菜子酸或者另外一个不同碘值的不饱和酸反应,并且使用本领域中已知的方法将产物季胺化。其它的变型包括酰氨基类似物,其中在结构(III)中,NH替换了链中的-O-。这些变型可以通过下面的方法制备:在催化剂存在时,将硬或者软牛脂脂肪酸,油酸,低芥酸菜子酸或者其它不同碘值的不饱和酸,与N-(2-羟基乙基)-N-(2-氨基乙基)乙二胺反应,并且在异丙醇或者乙醇中,将中间产物与(CH3O)2SO2反应。老一代(older)的织物软化剂包括常规的二牛脂二甲基氯化铵和二牛脂二甲基铵硫酸二甲酯,它们是在催化剂存在下,通过将牛脂醇与甲胺反应,并且将中间产物二烷基甲基胺季胺化而制备。作为选择,中间产物可以首先在脱水条件下,与2-乙基己醛反应,而后在氢和镍催化剂存在的条件下形成中间产物乙基己基-取代的牛脂甲基胺,而后将其以通常的方法季胺化。更通常地,任何由脂肪来源制备的活性织物软化剂(优选可生物分解的类型)在这里有用。近期的综述见J.Surfactans Deterg.(1999),2(2),223-235和Surfactant Sci.Ser.(1997),67(Liquid Detergents),433-462和大量的专利及其它参考文献。此处的织物软化剂组分可以以很广的范围水平制备,例如为0.001%-10%重量,优选的织物软化组分水平为1%-5%组合物重量,该组合物为最终使用的原位稀释之前的组合物。织物软化剂的商品供应商包括Stepan,Witco,Akzo,Clariant,Henkel等等。
制备的组合物的外形
有用的组合物与本发明的方法相结合,可以制备成任何合适的外形,包括粉末,颗粒,片体,液体,凝胶,浆糊,在可溶解容器中的液体或者凝胶,和混和类型,例如含有液体、浆糊或者凝胶***物的片体。此处使用的组合物还可以被进一步制备成多室容器。
即时(Point-of-use)组合物
由于考虑可以在这样的用具中制备此处的某些组合物,该用具在即将被使用时,通过定量给料***或者混合***来结合组分。在这里我们将任何通过混和两种或者多种制剂组分,在原位形成的组合物定义为即时组合物。本方法中使用的即时组合物被包含在本发明中。
相结构
此处有用的组合物,不管是以预先制备的形式出售,还是在即将被使用时通过混和成分来制备,都可以具有广泛变化的相结构,该相结构包括乳状液,微乳状液,分散体,和具有稳定性范围的宏乳状液(macroemulsion)。
优选组合物
在下面的实施例中,除非特别指明,所有的百分比都以重量计。
实施例1-织物制品复原组合物
在这里特别优选使用一种组合物,这种组合物可以在准备好的原位上,以用于织物制品复原的“即时”组合物形式被预先制备出来,该组合物包括:2000-3000ppm的织物软化剂,该软化剂优选是含有下面物质作为主要组分的diesterquat混合物:例如超过大约30%的前述结构(III)的化合物,其衍生于低芥酸菜子、油菜籽等并且含有的碘值为大约40或者更高;这些物质可以从Witco或者Akzo买到;1%的偶合溶剂,例如醇,在一个优选实施例中是乙醇;和平衡液,即组合物的98%以上是作为亲脂性流体的环戊硅氧烷,例如购自G.E.的D5。
实施例2-织物制品复原组合物
与实施例1相比较,在另一个合适的组合物中,织物软化剂的水平增加到大约2%-大约3%重量,而且二丙二醇二甲醚(Proglyde DMM,Dow)被用作亲脂性流体,替换了D5,其水平大约是97%。
实施例3-芳香的和/或着色的变体
在上面的每一个实施例中,任选但是优选,用香料和/或着色剂替代大约0.01%-大约0.5%的亲脂性流体。
实施例4-织物制品清洗组合物
此处使用了另一个优选的组合物,这种组合物可以在准备好的原位上,以用于织物制品清洗的“即时”组合物形式被预先制备出来,该组合物包括:

Claims (12)
1、一种处理织物制品的方法,包含下列步骤:
(a)在第一洗涤用具中,在主要流体和至少一种包含表面活性剂的清洗组合物存在的情况下,清洗一包织物制品;
(b)在所述的第一洗涤用具中,至少部分地从所述的一包织物制品中移出所述的清洗组合物;
(c)在所述的第一洗涤用具中,至少有一个在亲脂性清洗流体和包含织物软化剂的织物翻新组合物存在的情况下处理所述的一包织物制品的步骤;
(d)在所述的第一清洗用具中,将所述的亲脂性清洗流体从所述的织物制品中移出;和
(e)任选地,回收所述的亲脂性清洗流体;
其中步骤(a)中的主要流体和步骤(c)中的亲脂性清洗流体是不同。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其中的步骤(a)选自:
(i)一个浸渍清洗步骤,其中水是所述的主要流体;
(ii)一个非浸渍清洗步骤,其中水是所述的主要流体;
(iii)一个浸渍清洗步骤,其中亲脂性清洗流体是所述的主要流体;
(iv)一个非浸渍清洗步骤,其中亲脂性清洗流体是所述的主要流体;
(v)一个浸渍清洗步骤,其中流化致密气体是所述的主要流体;和
(vi)一个非浸渍清洗步骤,其中流化致密气体是所述的主要流体。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,对该方法的执行不需要通过颜色或者类型将所述的织物制品分开或者分组。
4.根据权利要求2的方法,其中的步骤(a)选自(i),(ii),(iii)和(iv)。
5.根据权利要求3的方法,其中在步骤(c)和(d)中的流体包括化学性质不同的主要流体。
6.一种试剂盒,其包含至少一种用于权利要求1的方法的清洁组合物和至少一种用于权利要求1的方法的织物制品翻新组合物,其中所述的清洗组合物包含表面活性剂而所述的织物制品翻新组合物包含织物软化剂。
7.织物制品,其包含根据权利要求1的方法的产品。
8.根据权利要求5的方法,其中步骤(b)没有将织物制品还原到基本上干燥的状态。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其中在步骤(a)中的所述表面活性剂包含除非离子表面活性剂之外的表面活性剂。
10根据权利要求9的方法,其中所述的织物制品是由除乙烯基单体接枝的丝绸之外的织物构成的。
11.根据权利要求10的方法,其中所述的放置在步骤(a)中的织物制品至少部分地具有先前被水性洗涤剂和常规织物软化剂洗涤过的历史。
12.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所述的亲脂性清洗流体包含选自下组的成分:
(i)线性的和环状的硅氧烷,该硅氧烷具有的正常沸点为180℃-250℃,并且其粘度不超过10厘沲;
(ii)二丙二醇二甲醚;和
(iii)其混合物。
