Description

毛刷密封件
本发明涉及一种用于燃汽轮机(Turbomaschine)的定子和转子之间的两个不同压力的空腔之密封的毛刷密封件。
用于燃汽轮机的毛刷密封件是众所周知的,并且作为密封件与其他密封结构,例如唇形密封件或迷宫式密封件相比证明是有效的。通常的毛刷密封件的一个缺点是,如果希望把鬃毛的刚性保持在合理的界限内的话,由于必要的鬃毛长度毛刷密封件的总体结构要求一个无法减小的径向长度。太短,因此刚性太大的鬃毛损坏鬃毛末端所接触的密封面。
因此本发明的目的是,创造一种毛刷密封件,它一方面允许鬃毛有较小的刚性,另一方面只需要最小的径向结构空间。
按照本发明所提的目的通过这样的方法来解决,毛刷密封件的鬃毛具有折弯的鬃毛段,它的末端通向转子的密封面。
采用通过适当地选择轴向分布的鬃毛柄部末端来调整鬃毛刚性的方法,按本发明的毛刷密封件就可以解决所提出的目的。由此可以使这种毛刷密封件的径向结构空间做得这么小,使得对于迄今为止采用迷宫密封件的使用场合可以毫无问题地、不作大的改变地在转子和定子上采用毛刷密封件。
折弯的鬃毛段最好短于固定在一个支架中的鬃毛柄部。
在本发明的另一种结构中为了调整鬃毛刚性设有一个鬃毛支架,它至少设有一个垂直于鬃毛走向的止挡,它的相对于鬃毛折弯段的间距的位置这样来调整,使得弹性的鬃毛具有一个所希望的弹簧特性。通过凹槽来调整鬃毛的自由弯曲长度,从而调整它的刚性。
如果支架做成铁皮壳体,而止挡是铁皮壳体上一条横向分布的凹槽是有利的。
作为做成带凹槽的铁皮壳体的鬃毛支架的结构的一种选择方案也可以采用支架的端棱作为止挡,鬃毛直接贴合在端棱上,这样它便确定了鬃毛的自由弯曲长度。
倘若毛刷密封件要用于转子端面的密封,那么如果转子端面的密封件只有很小的轴向结构空间可供使用时,按本发明的密封件特别有利。在这种情况下带折弯成直角形的鬃毛段的毛刷密封件做成环形片密封件,这时折弯的鬃毛末端通向转子端面,而鬃毛的柄部基本上沿径向分布。
借助于附图对本发明的实施例加以说明。图形中表示:

在图1中所示的燃汽轮机的局部中转子用10定子用20表示。借助于毛刷密封件密封转子10和定子20之间不同压力P1,P2的空腔。以30表示的毛刷密封件的鬃毛的自由端转子10的圆周面U。毛刷密封件固定在支架36内,并用它固定在定子20内。毛刷密封件的鬃毛30大致折弯成直角形,鬃毛折弯段31的末端通向转子10的圆周面U。鬃毛30的柄部32夹紧在支架内,其中在所示实施例中这个支架做成铁皮壳体33。鬃毛30的柄部32长于鬃毛折弯段31的长度。在铁皮壳体33上垂直于鬃毛30的柄部32的走向设有一个止挡35,当鬃毛也许由于转子10的偏心在径向偏移时这个止挡起弯曲边缘的作用。止挡35可以做成铁皮壳体33上的一个凹槽34,这在图1a中画出。止挡35或凹槽34在铁皮壳体33上的位置这样地选择,使得它到毛刷密封件的鬃毛折弯段32的距离(参见图1a)确定弹性鬃毛所希望的弹簧特性。由此可以将鬃毛的刚性以及在转子密封面U上的接触压力调整在一定的限度内,而由此并不需要不允许的过大的径向结构空间。
在图1b中表示鬃毛30的径向偏移和它绕凹槽34的弯曲。用于鬃毛30的止挡35可以做成铁皮壳体33的端棱。在所示实施例中铁皮壳体33向鬃毛折弯段31方向向前伸出很长,以便引导鬃毛的前面一部分,并且在必要情况下防止侵蚀性的环境(温度)侵蚀。
在图2中所示的密封部位包含一个按图1a结构形式的带铁皮壳体33和鬃毛30的毛刷密封件。与按图1的密封件的不同是沿径向的密封面,它表示为端面st。鬃毛的折弯段31通向端面St。转子10的转子轴用A表示,也和图1中一样。

Claims (6)

1.用来密封燃汽轮机定子(20)和转子(10)之间不同压力的两个空腔(P1,P2)的毛刷密封件,其特征在于:毛刷的鬃毛(30)具有鬃毛折弯段(31),它的末端通向转子(10)的密封面。
2.按权利要求1的毛刷密封件,其特征在于:鬃毛折弯段(31)比固定在支架内的鬃毛(30)柄部(32)短。
3.按权利要求1或2的毛刷密封件,其特征在于:设有一个鬃毛(30)支架,它至少具有一个垂直于鬃毛走向的止挡(34,35),它相对于到鬃毛折弯段(31)距离(a)的位置这样地调整,使得确定一个弹性鬃毛期望的弹簧特性。
4.按权利要求3的毛刷密封件,其特征在于:支架做成铁皮壳体(33),而止挡是铁皮壳体(33)上的一个横向分布的凹槽(34)。
5.按权利要求3的毛刷密封件,其特征在于:止挡是支架的一个端棱(35)。
6.按权利要求1至5的毛刷密封件用于燃汽轮机转子的密封,其特征在于:鬃毛柄部(32)沿转子(10)轴向分布,因此鬃毛折弯段(31)沿径向分布。
