Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及在一框内伸展的一大致平的面板的制备方法及采用所述方法获得的面板,所述面板用一可热收缩的柔软纺织材料制成。
背景技术
已知多种不同的平的面板制备方法,尤其是用于建筑领域中吊顶的实施。
第一种方法即在于使用在车间已预装配且焊接好的PVC,以形成片件。再把所述片件的边缘,固定在如由固定型条形成的一框内。为获得良好伸展开的面板,必须由专业人员用专门工具来安放片件。
第二种方法实施更容易,在于利用非纺织材料制成的片件。所述片件可抹上涂料,并带些装饰图案。由于安装也很方便,所述片件可经常改变装饰,但必须展开,以避免出现任何褶皱或翘曲现象。拉伸所述片件,通常很费劲,且拉力不能均匀地分布在片件的所有方向上。
文件FR-A-2 552 473中尤其描述过的第三种方法在于,使用一可热拉伸片件。片件固定在框中前,先极大升高面板的温度,以便所述片件能被拉伸开。在其拉伸状态中,片件的边缘固定在由支承型条形成的框内。因而可不需要热源,这样,片件冷却时收缩,伸展在框上。安装所述片件前,必须考虑到片件的拉伸及收缩百分率,准确切割成可与框的尺寸相兼容的尺寸。切割尺寸过小,不能使所述片件充分伸展,固定在框中。切割尺寸过大,又会产生废料,因此过多浪费材料。另外,要能拉伸片件,使片件固定后拉力能均匀地分布在其表面上,片件必须一次性加热,使其整个温度达到50至60摄氏度。为使温度均匀地升高,片件安放在其中的整个房间(pièces)必须被加热到所述温度。因此,所述方法很难应用在大房间中,也很难被非专业人士使用。其实施成本高,且安装工的工作条件也很差。另外,所述加热可能损坏房间中的其它部件(家具,地面覆层......)
文件FR-A-2 619 531中尤其描述了第四种方法,即使用固定在框中的一热收缩帆布,所述帆布未伸展开而固定在框内,再极大地升高其温度,以使其在框内收缩、展开。所述帆布例如由PVC来实施。因此,所述方法能简单地实施成面板,无需专业人士介入。但是,所述方法不能获得最佳结果,因为面板的所有方向不是均匀地伸展开。
因此,上述各方法都不能很满意地解决所述问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明提出了一面板的制备方法,以消除所述缺点,并能在良好工作条件下和对环境不会产生影响之下,简单、经济地实施所述面板,甚至一大尺寸面板,所述面板的各方向都能均匀地伸展开。本发明还提出一种用一整体件实施成的面板,既无接缝又无焊缝,所述面板的尺寸可以很大,可使其拉力均匀地分布在各方向上,而这点,以前技术均未解决。
为此,本发明涉及一上述类型的大致平的面板的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下各阶段:
——柔软纺织材料带生产阶段,所述纺织材料带是通过一编织法用合成纺纱来织成,以便形成在所有方向上可变形的网眼,

根据一特别有利的实施例,所述面板至少在一面的一部分上包括至少一以数字方式印刷的图案,所述印刷图案在下列类组中选定,所述类组包括至少一装饰图像、一广告图形、一平面图、一告示。
根据另一实施例,有利的是,所述面板包括一表面处理,所述表面处理通过至少一种在下列类组中选定的方法来实现,所述方法类组至少包括紫外线固定、分子移植。
最好,所述表面处理设计用于赋予所述面板一些在下列类组中选定的特性,所述特性类组至少包括防腐、防虫、防静电、防感染。

具体实施方式
参照所述唯一附图,伸展在框2内的大致平的面板1的制备方法包括后文所述的各连续阶段。
第一阶段中,例如用一编织法把合成纺纱织成一柔软纺织材料带,所述柔软纺织材料在所有方向上都有可变形网眼。纺纱尤其为热收缩聚合物纺纱或其它任何类似的纺织材料。
第二阶段中,在纺织材料带的一或两个表面上,涂抹上聚合状态的弹性聚合物。例如,所述聚合物包括聚氨酯或其它任何类似物质。涂抹聚氮酯特别能使纺织材料看上去很美观,既光滑又均匀一致。给柔软纺织材料涂上聚合物还有一优点,即不透尘,可清洗,能涂抹上商业中可用的任何一种涂料或印刷上图案。
涂料混合物中可包括一种耐火物质,所述耐火物质可使面板1具有抗火性,属于非燃烧材料类M1中。
涂料混合物中还可包括一有色覆盖物,所述覆盖物可使一定颜色的面板的整个表面的色彩更均匀。例如,可使用还包括氧化钛的有色物。所述有色物还可包括有色涂料及/或装饰材料,例如,矿物质及/或合成物质及/或所述物质混合物的粉末、薄片或颗粒状。
例如,涂料混合物为一糊状物,可按一绵延的长条(boudin)的形——比如一侧一绵延长条地涂抹在所述柔软纺织材料的整个宽度及所述柔软纺织材料的两面上。柔软纺织材料带例如为一卷筒形式,可纵向地展开在一喷涂管下,所述喷涂管例如可在一往复式横向运动作用下动作,以便把绵延长条喷涂在柔软纺织材料的整个宽度上。例如两滚筒压紧件之间,迫使所述糊状物嵌入柔软纺织材料两侧的网眼中,所述滚筒还可调整糊状物在整个纺织材料带表面上的喷涂。完全可考虑只在纺织材料带上的单面上喷涂单层绵延长条。因此,可使糊状物渗透过柔软纺织材料,再从其没有涂层的那侧流出去,以均匀分布在整个柔软纺织材料的表面上。为获得糊状物的均匀分布,还可使用小刮刀来代替滚筒,或协助滚筒的作用。在柔软纺织材料的两面都抹上涂料,可一次完成或分为连续两次完成,在所述两次之间,可翻转柔软材料。绵延长条形式的糊状物可在例如紫外线加热下流体化,渗透进柔软纺织材料里。
第三阶段中,聚合化所述涂料混合物中的聚合物,以使柔软纺织材料具有聚合物特有的弹性,尤其是热收缩特征。因此,可获得一热收缩柔软纺织材料,例如可把所述纺织材料按需要卷成可展开的卷筒状。在所述聚合过程中,柔软纺织材料的外缘最好利用环链(
àpicots)支承,以避免柔软材料承受过多热收缩效应。
第四阶段中,把这样获得的柔软纺织材料切割成可形成面板1的织片。切割所述织片,以使其尺寸略大于框2的尺寸。如后文所述,所述切割无需特别精确地实施。在所述切割中,当然要预先考虑到织片的热收缩。以非限制性方式,所述类型的纺织材料的收缩百分率约在5%至10%间。
第五阶段中,框2固定在形成隔板或天花板的支承件3上。所述框2由例如4个支承型条2′构成,各型条例如有相对的两夹紧颊板(mchoiresde serrage)(未示出)。安装好所述支承型条2′,形成闭合框。支承型条2′还可固定在不同的支承件3上,以制成在两壁之间的面板1,或垂直固定在地面上的面板1。
第六阶段中,片件的外缘接合在支承型条2′的夹紧颊板之间。其外缘固定住的片件在其安放在框2的过程中,已被预先拉伸开了。
第七阶段中,在有褶皱或缺少拉力的地方,局部加热片件,以引起柔软纺织材料的热收缩。为此,把热枪(canon àchaleur)——其例如安放在活动滑座上——的加热端安放在和待伸展织片的预定区相对的织片约20至30厘米处。可把热枪移向一第二区。最好,使热枪沿一轨迹移动,所述轨迹例如为一直线,所述直线轨迹偏移开另一轨迹的直线,以扫掠过整个织片的表面。使用一热源——所述热源为加热至200摄氏度的热枪,可使面板的被加热区迅速收缩,而无需对仍在常温中的整个组件加热。因此,制备以连成一片的方式伸展在大房间中的面板1是可能的,且既迅速又简单,还不会损坏表面涂层或在房间中摆放的家具。因此,安放面板1的阶段可在常温环境中实施,并不会产生安装工难以忍受的工作条件。
根据织片尺寸,可在贴近支承型条2′处,把超出所述支承型条2′的织片边切掉。因此,织片在面板1周围没有一点多余。一方面,所述阶段可无需精确切割片件,另外,还可实现对面板1的高水平的精加工。为获得类似的结果,还可把超出的织片边***固定型条2′中。所述切割及/或***可在热收缩阶段前或后实施。固定住织片之前,例如可采用数字印刷法来印刷织片。
这种方法可实施伸展在框2上的大致平的面板1,以形成隔板、天花板3、广告板。所述面板1的机械强度,比例如PVC的传统表面涂层的机械强度要高15倍。所述面板1还可在其涂层的不同地方包括切割块4,所述切割块形成装饰图案或穿孔——以形成透光点。
还能很容易改变面板1的外部美学特征,即在制备方法过程中或安装面板1之后,通过印刷、绘制或其它等同方法把装饰件、染料加入到所用的涂料混合物中。面板1还可翻转,且其每一面上包括不同的装饰。图画可为装饰画、广告图、平面图、告示或其它任何类型的图像。
根据一特别有利的实施变型,面板1包括一表面处理,所述表面处理例如通过紫外线、分子移植(greffage moléculaire)或其它任何类似方法固定来实现。所述表面处理可使面板1具有防腐、防虫、防静电、防感染或其它任何合适的特性。
工业应用的可能性
当然,面板1及其制备方法可用来实施任何类型的面板1,例如壁覆盖层,以例如实施墙壁装饰及伸展吊顶。在所述安放吊顶的方法中,使用的固定型条2′可以是不同类型的型条。
所述描述清楚示出了本发明可达到各确定的目标,尤其能在各方向上均匀拉伸面板1,以能简单、快捷且经济地实施所述面板。本发明并不局限所述的实施例中,可施行本领域技术人员所了解的任何改动和变型,而这一切都属于后面权利要求中所确定的保护范围。
Claims (22)
1.在一框(2)内伸展的大致平的面板(1)的制备方法,所述面板(1)由一可热收缩的柔软纺织材料制成,其特征在于:
——可通过一编织法用合成纺纱来织成一柔软纺织材料带,以便形成在所有方向上可变形的网眼,
——用一涂料混合物涂抹在所述柔软纺织材料的至少一面上,所述涂料混合物包括一聚合物及一有色覆盖物,所述聚合物在聚合状态时具有弹性,
——聚合化所述涂料混合物中的所述聚合物,
——把所述柔软纺织材料切割成片件,所述片件的尺寸略大于所述框(2)的尺寸,
——把所述框(2)固定在一支承件(3)上,所述框由形成一闭合框的支承型条(2′)构成,
——把所述片件的外缘接合进所述支承型条(2′)内,并且
——局部加热所述片件的至少一部分,以便引起所述柔软纺织材料的热收缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在贴近所述支承型条(2′)处,切掉超过所述支承型条(2′)的片件边缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,构成所述柔软纺织材料的基体的合成纺纱中包括热收缩性的聚酯纱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂料混合物还包括一耐火物质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂料混合物为一糊状物;所述糊状物以至少一绵延长条形式涂抹在所述柔软纺织材料的至少一部分宽度上;以及,在使所述涂料混合物中的所述聚合物聚合化之前,按一编织法使所述糊状物渗进所述纺织材料的所述网眼中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂料混合物中的所述聚合物包含聚氨酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物中还包含氧化钛。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物中还包含着色染料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物包括装饰件,所述装饰件具有从下列类组中选定的一种形式,所述形式类组包括矿物质、及/或合成物质、及/或所述物质混合物的粉末、薄片或颗粒状。
10.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,可在所述片件上印刷图案。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制备方法,其特征在于,可根据一数字印刷方法实施所述印刷。
12.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,形成所述框(2)的支承型条(2′)包括相对的两夹紧颊板。
13.一大致平的面板(1),其在固定于一支承件(3)上的框(2)中伸展,所述框(2)由形成一闭合框的支承型条(2′)构成,其特征在于,所述面板由一片件来制备,所述片件的尺寸略大于所述框(2)的尺寸,所述片件由根据一编织法用合成纺纱来织成的纺织材料带切割而成,以便形成各方向上可变形的网眼,所述纺织材料带的至少一面上涂抹有一涂料混合物,所述混合物包括一聚合物及一有色覆盖物,所述聚合物在聚合状态时具有弹性,所述混合物中的聚合物聚合化,所述片件的外缘接合进构成所述框(2)的所述支承型条(2′)内,所述片件局部加热,以便引起其热收缩和拉伸。
14.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述合成纺纱包括热收缩性聚合物纱线;所述涂料混合物的所述聚合物包括有聚氨酯。
15.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述涂料混合物包含一耐火物质。
16.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物中还包含氧化钛。
17.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物中还包含着色染料。
18.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述有色覆盖物还包括一些装饰件,所述装饰件具有从下列类组中选定的一种形式,所述形式类组包括矿物质、及/或合成物质、及/或所述物质混合物的粉末、薄片或颗粒状。
19.根据权利要求13所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述面板至少在一面的一部分上包括一以数字方式印刷的图案。
20.根据权利要求19所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述印刷图案在下列类组中选定,所述类组包括一装饰图像、一广告图形、一平面图、一告示。
21.根据权利要求19所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述面板包括一表面处理,所述表面处理通过一种在下列类组中选定的方法来实现,所述方法类组包括紫外线固定、分子移植。
22.根据权利要求21所述的面板(1),其特征在于,所述表面处理设计用于赋予所述面板(1)一些在下列类组中选定的特性,所述特性类组包括防腐、防虫、防静电、防感染。
