Abstract

多层记录载体具有至少一安全印刷图像(10)。安全印刷图像(10)的第一图像部分(8)和第二图像部分(9)印刷在不同的、透明的且上下重叠排列的层(2，3)上。第一和第二图像部分(8，9)彼此以距离(A)印刷，并且互相补充成完整的安全印刷图像(10)。因为第二图像部分(9)设置在记录载体内部，所以伪造是几乎不可能的。

多层记录载体
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种根据权利要求1属概念的多层记录载体。这种安全要素例如是压花、全息摄影或安全印刷图像。因为伪造方法不断地改进，必须要一直不停地准备提供出新的安全防伪标志，使得伪造难以进行。
背景技术
同类的US-A-5,387,013公开一种具有安全印刷图像的多层记录载体，其在不同的层上带有一种全息摄影和一种“热导图像”，层的侧面却是彼此相对安置的。
DE-A-41 34 539公开一种银行卡，其图像信息是用激光笔将图像信息分解成彩色和灰色度成份。
DE-A-25 01 604公开一种证件卡，其是采用全息摄影来改善防伪安全的。
其它具有安全特征的记录载体展示于WO 01/02190，US-A-6,113,149，EP-A-0 328 086和US-B6,214,153中。
在一些纸币上并还有在德国驾驶执照上一幅图像的二个互相补充的部分印刷在正面和背面上作为安全要素。假如现在将这种纸币或驾驶执照对着光线，那么正面或背面的图像部分就会互相补充而显示出一幅完整的图像。为了可看见整幅图像，纸币或驾驶执照必需是透光的，所以要具有相对较小的不透明性。这样所互补的部分是比较粗糙的，由此可得到的安全性对于证件和***是不足够的。此外特别是透光的卡具有下述缺点，即卡的一面的图像影响了另一面的图像。
发明内容
本发明的任务是，制备出上述种类的记录载体，其具有较高的防伪安全性，并且还可造价低廉地制备得到。这任务是根据权利要求1解决的。
根据本发明的记录载体可用不透明的薄膜制备，所以其是不透光的。这就避免了卡的一面的图像对另一面的图像的干扰影响。安全印刷图像可制成非常精细的图像或画面。这样例如可将安全-纽索饰作为图示要素，如此可附加地提高安全性。因为安全印刷图像的第二部分是被印刷在载体里面的，所以这样的安全印刷图像是非常难伪造的。
根据本发明的进一步构成，以交替的方式将安全印刷图像各部分切开，这些分开的部分是如此印刷的，将第一部分和第二部分之间在卡的深处形成有一定的距离。根据本发明的进一步构成，这一距离至少为100mμ，优选为大于150mμ。通过这一距离和所述的图像分配，在使记录载体倾斜时出现不同的图像效果。例如，当记录载体处于平放位置时只可见到中和的线性结构，当记录载体倾斜时，在其上俯视显露出画面或图像。

具体实施方式
根据图1和2的记录载体1优选是一种多层塑料卡，特别是信用-或证件卡，如国家身份证。这种卡由多个互相粘结的层2-5构成，最上层2由透明的塑料制成，其成为卡的正面6。最下面的层5也是透明的，其成为卡的背面7。层5也可是漆层。在更里面的透明层3和最下层5之间为一不透明的并因此不透光的层4。
根据图2记录载体1具有作为安全要素的安全印刷图像10，其由多个第一图像部分8和多个第二图像部分9构成。根据图2这些8和9的部分是条形构造，并且互相交替排列。第一部分8和第二部分9互相补充构成一个完整的安全印刷图像10。在此简化图示了的安全印刷图像10优选地实际上由多个部分8和9表示，并且部分8和9至少部分地是不直的，它们总合形成一个画面或一个图像。图像部分8和9可例如显示一个图案，如一个徽章或一个动物。
根据图1第一图像部分8是印刷在最外层且第一层2上的。第二图像部分9是印刷到与第一图像部分相隔一定距离的下面第二层3上。如示，第二图像部分9以俯视角度是分别排列在第一图像部分8之间的。以箭头11的方向俯看表面6可看到在图2中所示的印刷图像10。第一图像部分8和第二图像部分9各自构成部分图像，两个部分图像互相补充构成一个完整的安全印刷图像10。如上所述，第一和第二图像部分8和9不必一定是条形构造。例如部分8和9也可以是圆形构造的。第一和第二图像部分8和9以一种已知的方法，例如胶版印刷或丝网印刷而印刷到层2或层3上。也可考虑其他的印刷方法。
重要的是，在第一图像部分8和第二图像部分9之间有一定的距离A。这一距离优选为至少100mμ。优选距离A大于150mμ。假如从记录载体的平放位置观察安全印刷图像10，那么其基本上只是中性结构，例如可见到一种中和的线性结构。通过倾斜卡片，则反之可看到一个画面或一个图像。因为第二图像部分9在卡体的内部，所以安全印刷图像是非常难以伪造的。特别是这种倾斜效果用已知的复印方法是不能伪造的。
在图3中所示的记录载体20同样有第一图像部分8和第二图像部分9，其构成安全印刷图像10。然而在此第一和第二图像部分8和9是印刷在同一层14上。层14是透明的薄膜，第一图像部分8印刷在薄膜的正面12上，而第二图像部分9印刷在薄膜的背面13上。
在层14上还有另一层15，其是透明的薄膜或漆层。此层14也可用于录载体1并保护第一图像部分8。
其他的层由一透明的或不透明的薄膜16、一不透明的薄膜17、一透明的或不透明的薄膜18以及一透明的薄膜19构成。层15至19牢固地互相粘结在一起。

Claims (9)

1.一种多层记录载体，其具有至少一个安全印刷图像(10)，该图像是可视的设置在记录载体里的，安全印刷图像(10)的第一图像部分(8)和第二图像部分(9)印刷在不同的且上下重叠排列的层(2，2)上或同一层(14)的不同的面(12，13)上，其特征在于，两个图像部分(8，9)以印刷方法制备并且这两个图像部分互相补充排列成一个总图像，在总图像的观察中有倾斜效果，当记录载体处于平放位置时可见中和的线性结构而在俯视时可见全图，其中至少第一个图像部分(8)印刷在一透明层(2，14)上，至少第二个图像部分(9)印刷在记录载体内部，并且在第一图像部分(8)和第二图像部分(9)的层面之间有一定距离。
2.根据权利要求1的记录载体，其特征在于，安全印刷图像(10)的第一图像部分(8)印刷在上面第一层(2)上，该层具有至少100μm的层厚(A)。
3.根据权利要求2的记录载体，其特征在于，层厚(A)至少150μm。
4.根据权利要求1的记录载体，其特征在于，安全印刷图像(10)的第一图像部分(8)印刷在卡表面(6)上且由保护薄膜或漆层(15)所覆盖。
5.根据权利要求1的记录载体，其特征在于，第一图像部分(8)是印刷在透明的第一薄膜层(2)上的，第二图像部分(9)是印刷在第二透明的薄膜层(3)上的，第二薄膜层(3)排列在所述的第一薄膜层(2)的下面。
6.根据权利要求5的记录载体，其特征在于，在透明的层(3)和最下层(5)之间设置至少一不透明层(4)。
7.根据权利要求1-6之一的记录载体，其特征在于，上述的第一和第二图像部分(8，9)至少是相对条形构造的，并且从上俯视(11)是交替排列的。
8.根据权利要求1的记录载体，其特征在于，它是证件卡或***。
9.根据权利要求1的记录载体，其特征在于，安全印刷图像(10)是用胶版印刷或丝网印刷制得的。
