Abstract

本文公开了一种能够对传送到冷藏室和蔬菜室的冷气进行控制的电冰箱。一个冷气通道被安装在冷藏室的后面,所述冷气通道带有将冷气输入冷藏室和蔬菜室的排出孔,所述排出孔通过开关装置来打开或关闭。所述开关装置同时打开或关闭冷藏室和蔬菜室的排出孔。因而,当停止向冷藏室输入冷气时,也停止向蔬菜室输入冷气,从而防止了蔬菜室产生过冷的问题。

Description

能够对输送到冷藏室和蔬菜室 的冷气进行控制的电冰箱
本发明涉及一种电冰箱,特别是涉及一种能够对输送到冷冻室和冷藏室的冷气进行控制的电冰箱。
如图1所示,普通型电冰箱带有箱体1、门3和6,其中箱体1包括冷冻室2和冷藏室5,门3和6分别用于打开或关闭冷冻室2和冷藏室5。在冷冻室2的后面,安装有蒸发器7和风扇8,蒸发器7用于产生冷气,风扇8用于把由蒸发器7产生的冷气输送到冷冻室2和冷藏室5。
冷藏室5由多个搁架9分隔成几个空间,在这些分隔而成的空间中,最下面的空间为用于存储蔬菜的蔬菜室10。通常,蔬菜室10所保持的温度要比冷藏室5的温度稍微高一些。
在冷藏室5的后面安装有带有许多冷气排出孔16a的通道构件16。在冷藏室5的后面通道构件16沿垂直方向构成冷气通道11。冷气排出孔16a的位置与由搁架9分隔的空间相对应设置。
由风扇8吹送的一部分冷气流入冷气通道11,且流入冷气通道11的冷气经冷气排出孔16a排入冷藏室5,从而,使放置在搁架9上的食品受到冷却。在冷气通道11中,设置有一个引导装置13,用于引导流入冷气通道11的冷气流向冷气排出孔16a。
冷气排出孔16a设置在通道构件16的前面和下侧。通过设置在通道构件16前面的冷气排出孔16a所排出的冷气被输入冷藏室5,而通过设置在通道构件16下侧的冷气排出孔16a所排出的冷气被输入蔬菜室10。这样,使储存在冷藏室5内的食品和储存在蔬菜室10内的蔬菜受到冷却。
把冷气输入到冷藏室5是由单独的开关装置(没有示出)来控制的。即,电冰箱安装有一个开关装置,用于开关冷气排出孔16a。当冷藏室5的温度高时,开关装置打开冷气排出孔16a以将冷气输入冷藏室5,而当冷藏室5的温度低时,则开关装置关闭冷气排出孔16a以停止输入冷气。因而,如上所述,根据冷藏室5的温度状况,通过开关冷气排出孔16a来保持所希望的温度。
然而,在传统的电冰箱中,尽管当冷藏室5的温度比要求的温度低时,通过开关装置可以停止冷气输入,但蔬菜室10通过设置在通道构件16下侧的排气孔16连续地输入冷气,因此就存在储存在蔬菜室10的蔬菜可能产生过冷的问题。
本发明就是要克服现有技术中的上述问题,相应地,本发明的目的就是要提供一种能够通过开关开在冷藏室和蔬菜室的所有排气孔来防止蔬菜产生过冷的电冰箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种电冰箱,该电冰箱包括:箱体、蒸发器、通道构件和开关装置。其中,箱体由相互分隔的冷藏室和蔬菜室构成;蒸发器用于产生冷气;通道构件带有许多开在冷藏室和蔬菜室内的冷气排出孔,通道构件构成冷气通道以引导由蒸发器产生的冷气,通过冷气排出孔,通道构件把冷气排入冷藏室和蔬菜室;开关装置用于开关冷气排出孔。
这里,开关装置包括:多个开关件、一个连接杆、一个小齿轮和一个驱动装置。其中,开关件被枢轴地安装在冷气排出孔的附近,根据摆动位置的不同来开关冷气排出孔;连接杆以铰接方式与开关件组装在一起,且在连接杆的一段上还加工有齿条;小齿轮与齿条啮合在一起;驱动装置用于驱动小齿轮。
根据本发明的另一实施例,开关装置包括:多个开关件、驱动电机、第一凸轮、连接杆和多个第二凸轮。其中,开关件被枢轴地安装在冷气排出孔的附近,根据摆动位置的不同来开关冷气排出孔;驱动电机用于驱动开关件;第一凸轮通过驱动电机来旋转;连接杆随着第一凸轮的旋转而往复运动;第二凸轮随着连接杆的往复运动而摆动开关件。
在开关件通过摆动来关闭冷气排出孔时,最好开关件有一以形锁合方式彼此搭接在一起的部分,从而冷气排出孔被以良好的气密性关闭起来。并且在关闭冷气排出孔时冷气的泄漏被有效地杜绝。
通过下面参照附图所进行的说明,将会对本发明有更好的了解,并对其目的和优点予以更全面的认识。这里,
图1是普通型电冰箱的侧剖面图;

图3和图4是图2所示开关装置的放大侧视图;
图5是本发明的另一实施例。
下面,将参照附图对本发明予以说明,与图1所示的传统电冰箱相同的部分将用同一参考标号来表示,且其说明也将省略。
图2是本发明电冰箱的侧剖面图,图3和图4是图2所示开关装置的放大侧视图。
在冷气通道11中,安装有用于开关冷气排出孔16a的装置20。如图3和图4所示,开关装置20包括有许多开关件21、一对连接杆22a和22b以及小齿轮24,其中,连接杆22a和22b与开关件21相连接,小齿轮24用于驱动连接杆22a和22b。
开关件21枢轴地安装在冷气排出孔16a的附近,而这些冷气排出孔16a被设置在通道构件16的前面和下侧。且开关件21对应于冷气排出孔16a来放置。
开关件21是以铰接方式安装在连接杆22a和22b上,在通道构件16的侧面,设置有许多导向凹槽21a,该导向凹槽21a用于引导连接杆22a和22b的运动。当连接杆22a垂直移动且连接杆22b水平移动时,则开关件21就通过弓形的引导凹槽21a而被引导,并相应地使开关件21发生摆动。连接杆22a和22b分别加工有齿条23a和23b。
小齿轮24与齿条23a和23b相啮合。小齿轮24与驱动电机(没有示出)的轴25装配在一起,并通过驱动电机来旋转。当驱动电机旋转小齿轮24时,连接杆22a和22b被移动。
下面将对具有这种结构的电冰箱的操作予以说明。
该电冰箱利用温度传感器(没有示出)对冷冻室2内的温度进行监测。当冷冻室2的温度升高时,电冰箱进行制冷运行,从而由蒸发器7产生冷气,所产生的冷气通过风扇8吹入冷冻室2。冷气的一部分流入冷气通道11,且流入冷气通道11的冷气经冷气排出孔16a被排向通道构件16的前面和下侧,然后冷气输送到冷藏室5和蔬菜室10。在这种情况下,如图3所示,开关装置20保持冷气排出孔16a处于打开状态。
当通过温度传感器(没有示出)对冷藏室5的温度进行监测,并在其下降到低于要求的温度时,则开关装置20开始操作,驱动电机(没有示出)驱动小齿轮24以移动连接杆22a和22b,从而使开关件21产生摆动,并且如图4所示通过开关件21将冷气排出孔16a关闭起来。在这种情况下,开关件21关闭了所有开于冷藏室5和蔬菜室10中的冷气排出孔16a,从而停止向冷藏室5和蔬菜室10输入冷气,也就防止了储存于蔬菜室10内的蔬菜的过冷问题。
当冷藏室5的温度升高到高于所要求的温度时,开关装置20再次操作,从而如图3所示开关件21打开冷气排出孔16a,因而向冷藏室5和蔬菜室10输入冷气。
图5是本发明的另一实施例。在该实施例中,开关装置30包括多个开关件36、一装配用连接杆38、一驱动电机40、第一凸轮31、操作连接杆33和许多第二凸轮35。其中,装配用连接杆38用于固定开关件36,驱动电机40用于驱动开关件36,第一凸轮31由驱动电机40来驱动,操作连接杆33是由第一凸轮31来操纵,第二凸轮35与操作连接杆33相连接。
开关件36被放置在冷气排出孔16a的附近,而冷气排出孔16a设置在通道构件16的前面和下侧。在开关件36的两侧带有铰接销37,开关件36的一个铰接销与装配用连接杆38的装配孔39组装在一起,而另一铰接销37则被连接到第二凸轮35上,从而开关件36被安装以便能够绕铰接销37摆动。
在图5中,尽管对用于开关开于蔬菜室10内的冷气排出孔16a的开关件没有给予图示,但是,仍安装有与开关件36、凸轮31、35和操作连接杆33相同的部件以打开或关闭设置在通道构件16下侧的冷气排出孔16a。开关件36分别对应于冷气排出孔16a的位置而设置。
第一凸轮31的中心点与驱动电机40的轴40a相连接,且第一凸轮轴32偏心设置,第一凸轮轴32与操作连接杆33装配在一起。当通过驱动电机40旋转第一凸轮轴32时,操作连接杆33通过第一凸轮31而往复运动。
第二凸轮35的中心点与开关件36的铰接销37相连接,且第二凸轮轴34偏心设置,第二凸轮轴34与操作连接杆33装配在一起。随着操作连接杆33上下移动,第二凸轮35就旋转起来。
当驱动电机40旋转第一凸轮31时,通过第一凸轮31操作连接杆33向上移动。当操作连接杆33向上移动时,第二凸轮34产生旋转,进而通过第二凸轮34开关件36就绕铰接销37摆动,从而冷气排出孔16a就被打开了。在这种情况下,由于所有设置在通道构件16前面和下侧的冷气排出孔16a都被打开,冷气就被输送到冷藏室5和蔬菜室10中。
当冷藏室5的温度下降到低于所要求的温度时,开关件36就按照与上述操作相反的操作而关闭冷气排出孔16a,从而就不再向冷藏室5和蔬菜室10输入冷气。
尽管在图中没有示出,但用于开关设置在通道构件16下侧的冷气排出孔的开关件是通过一构件例如另一凸轮而连接到图5所示的驱动电机40上的。并且假如需要,它们可以通过一个单独的驱动电机来驱动。
在该实施例中,如图5所示,当开关件摆动以关闭冷气排出孔16a时,开关件36有一个以形锁合方式搭接在一起的部分。由于相邻的两个开关件36互相以形锁合方式装配在一起,在开关件36之间没有缝隙,因此,冷气排出孔16a更具气密性,则当冷气排出孔16a被关闭起来时,冷气的泄漏就被有效地防止了。
尽管已对本发明进行了详细的说明,但显而易见,这只是举例说明,而并非仅限于此。本发明的精神和范围仅由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种电冰箱包括:
一个箱体,该箱体由彼此分隔开的冷藏室和蔬菜室构成;
一个蒸发器,该蒸发器用于产生冷气;
一个通道构件,该通道构件带有许多开于所述冷藏室和蔬菜室中的冷气排出孔,通道构件构成冷气通道,用于引导由蒸发器产生的冷气,通过冷气排出孔,通道构件将冷气排入冷藏室和蔬菜室;
一个开关装置,该开关装置用于开关冷气排出孔。
2.如权利要求1中所述的电冰箱,其中,开关装置包括:
多个开关件,这些开关件枢轴地安装在冷气排出孔的附近,它们用于根据摆动位置的不同而开关冷气排出孔;
一个连接杆,该连接杆与开关件以铰接方式装配在一起,且在连接杆的一段上加工有齿条;
一个小齿轮,该小齿轮与齿条啮合;
一个驱动装置,该驱动装置用于驱动小齿轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的电冰箱,其中,开关装置包括:
多个开关件,这些开关件枢轴地安装在冷气排出孔附近,它们用于根据摆动位置的不同而开关冷气排出孔;
一台驱动电机,该驱动电机用于驱动开关件;
第一凸轮,该第一凸轮由驱动电机驱动旋转;
一个连接杆,该连接杆随着第一凸轮的旋转而做往复运动;
多个第二凸轮,这些第二凸轮分别随着所述连接件的往复运动而摆动开关件。
