背景技术
多数铰接杆遮篷包括所谓的安装管，该安装管平行于该卷轴并距离该卷轴一定距离延伸，铰接杆和用于调节铰接杆的斜率的装置固定在该安装管上。
另一方面，还已知没有安装管的设计方案，其中，铰接杆必须通过不同装置支承。
发明内容

根据本发明，优选是，所述铰接杆遮篷还包括壁面固定器，所述支架以配合连接的形式布置在壁面固定器上面，壁面固定器包括用于至少一个调节螺钉的螺纹孔，对该螺纹孔进行定位而使调节螺钉从下面设置到凸轮部分的凸肩的下面，并根据其轴向位置而将该凸轮部分锁定就位。提供有大致平行于第一调节螺钉的第二螺纹孔，该第二螺纹孔用于第二调节螺钉，该第二调节螺钉沿径向向内作用在凸轮部分上。卷轴的中心纵向轴线与所述支承延伸部分的枢轴中心对齐。
根据本发明的技术方案，侧表面固定在支架的外部，各铰接杆以铰接方式与一个侧表面的内部相连，卷轴支承在该支架上。
因此，一方面，侧表面起到普通侧盖的作用，即它既作为保护物，也是装饰件。另一方面，它同时还起到安装铰接杆的作用。
本发明提供了侧表面，该侧表面包括一支承延伸部分，该支承延伸部分可枢轴转动地支承在支架的支承切口中且它的最终位置可调。这样，能够同时使支承件紧凑和使角度可调。
因此，特别是支承延伸部分还可以有一个圆弧形的支承部分、具有较小曲率半径的凹形凸轮部分和一凸肩。
为了调节斜率，壁面固定器还包括用于至少一个调节螺钉的螺纹孔，该调节螺钉定向成这样，即该调节螺钉从下面设置在凸轮部分的上述凸肩下面，并根据该调节螺钉的轴向位置而将该凸轮部分的凸肩锁定。
为了防止被阵风吹起，还提供了用于第二调节螺钉的第二螺纹孔，该第二螺纹孔大致与第一调节螺钉平行，该第二调节螺钉在凸轮部分上径向更靠内。卷轴的中心纵向轴还可以与用于调节斜率的枢轴支架的中心平齐。这保证不管设定的斜率如何，卷轴的位置都保持不变。

具体实施方式
图中所示的铰接杆遮篷1包括：两个壁面固定器2；两个支架3，这两支架3成配合连接的形式布置在壁面固定器2上面；以及一个卷轴4，该卷轴4起到卷起遮篷布的作用，并以能绕中心纵向轴线5旋转的方式支承。
布置在支架3外部的是侧表面6，两个包括两铰接杆8、9的铰接杆部分10通过固定延伸部分7固定在该侧表面6的内部。位于内侧的铰接杆8通过枢轴铰链11与固定延伸部分7相连，另一方面，该铰接杆8通过枢轴铰链12与位于外侧的铰接杆9相连，铰接杆9再通过枢轴铰链13与放落(drop-out)型面14相连，本身并未示出的遮篷布通过边缘型面槽14′固定在该放落型面上。
侧表面6在其内部有支承延伸部分15，该支承延伸部分可枢轴转动地支承在保持支架3的相应圆形支承切口(cutout)16中。该支承延伸部分15的枢轴中心5′与卷轴的中心纵向轴线5对齐。
支承延伸部分15包括一个圆弧形支承部分17和一个凸轮部分18，该凸轮部分再包括：一个曲面部分19，该曲面部分的曲率半径小于圆弧形支承切口16的曲率半径；以及一个这样形成的凸肩20。
支架3有两个用于调节螺钉23、24的平行螺纹孔21、22，这两个螺纹孔21、22彼此间隔一定距离延伸，其中，第一调节螺钉23以这样的方式终止于支承延伸部分15区域中，即它抵靠在凸肩20的下面，这样，它从下面支承该凸肩20，而且，该调节螺钉23的、起到调节斜率的作用的轴向移动能改变支承延伸部分15的角度位置，从而也改变相连的侧表面6的角度位置，因此再改变固定在该侧表面6上的铰接杆部分10的角度位置。该第二调节螺钉24防止支承延伸部分15以向上的方向扭转，这样能够防止由于阵风而被吹起。
图2和3的对比更清楚地表示了调节螺钉23和调节螺钉24各自位置的变化怎样使铰接杆部分10的位置从水平位置，即如图2所示斜率为0°的位置变成如图3所示斜率为30°的位置，从而使放落型面14的位置从水平位置，即如图2所示斜率为0°的位置变成如图3所示斜率为30°的位置。
侧表面通过支承帽25固定在支架3上，该支承帽25有用于固定螺钉27的孔26，该固定螺钉27穿过支架3的长孔28延伸并拧入在侧表面6内侧的螺纹孔29中。该支承帽25起到支承卷轴4的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种铰接杆遮篷，包括：两个支架(3)，该支架(3)用于支承一卷轴(4)和两个铰接杆部分(10)；以及用于调节铰接杆部分(10)的斜率的装置和布置在卷轴(4)的两侧的侧表面(6)，侧表面(6)固定在支架(3)的外侧，各所述铰接杆部分(10)包括铰接杆(8)和铰接杆(9)，各铰接杆(8、9)以铰接形式与所述侧表面(6)之一的内部相连，以及卷轴(4)支承在支架(3)上；
该斜率调节装置使侧表面(6)相对于支架(3)的斜率是可调的；
该侧表面(6)包括支承延伸部分(15)，该支承延伸部分(15)可枢轴转动地支承在支架(3)的支承切口(16)内且其最终位置可调；
其特征在于：该支承延伸部分(15)包括一个圆弧形支承部分(17)和一个具有一个凸肩(20)的凹形凸轮部分(18)，所述凹形凸轮部分(18)的曲率半径小于所述支承切口(16)的曲率半径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铰接杆遮篷，其特征在于：所述铰接杆遮篷还包括壁面固定器(2)，所述支架(3)以配合连接的形式布置在壁面固定器(2)上面，壁面固定器(2)包括用于至少一个调节螺钉(23、24)的螺纹孔(21、22)，对该螺纹孔进行定位而使调节螺钉(23、24)从下面设置到凸轮部分(18)的凸肩(20)的下面，并根据其轴向位置而将该凸轮部分锁定就位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铰接杆遮篷，其特征在于：提供有大致平行于第一调节螺钉(23)的第二螺纹孔(22)，该第二螺纹孔(22)用于第二调节螺钉(24)，该第二调节螺钉(24)沿径向向内作用在凸轮部分(18)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铰接杆遮篷，其特征在于：卷轴(4)的中心纵向轴线(5)与所述支承延伸部分(15)的枢轴中心(5′)对齐。
