Abstract

Description

用于电缆接头的多路端子板
本发明涉及一种用于在纵侧间隔的开口腔中可装入地容纳电缆接头的多路端子板的且尤其是电话线和数据线的分配器的接触簧片组。
迄今常用的接触簧片组被设计成在生产精制端子板时将接触簧片组装入端子板的开口外壳部中,随后通过其它部分使外壳变得完整。
为了在纵侧间隔的开口腔内可装入地容纳同时期望从外侧装配半边端子板的多路端子板,已知的接触簧片组因其不适应的形状而不能用。
因此,本发明的任务是提供这样的接触簧片组,它允许从外面装配上半边。
根据本发明,首先如此完成了上述任务,即用于电缆接头的多路端子板,包括一体的塑料外壳,该外壳具有一纵向侧面、多个在该纵向侧面上的纵侧间隔的开口腔,以便能分别装入一个接触簧片组,其特征在于,该多路端子板是一个转接端子板或一断路端子板或一开关端子板,其中接触簧片组每个都具有一对舌簧、一对接触簧片和一个桥接片,接触簧片组是通过使连接其舌簧内端的桥接片的变形而转变成开关触点或断路触点,并在开关触点的情况下还包括一绝缘分离件,该绝缘分离件使固定在该对舌簧之一上的一个接触簧片移位,从而使一个所述的接触簧片与所述的该对舌簧中的一个舌簧齐平。
另外,桥接片优选地比较窄且可以破碎。
这允许接触簧片组是可以通过破碎桥接片而变成断路触点或者通过***绝缘分离件或通过变形而变成开关触点的转接触点。
为了在这样的接触簧片组中保护很敏感的接触点在操作时如在检查、断开等时不会被弄脏和/或被损坏,根据本发明而规定了,接触点侧倾斜,从而在***插头时仅接触接触点边缘。
根据本发明的接触簧片组现在允许从外侧装配半边的端子板。这又导致了提供相应的端子板的任务,所述端子板只能装配本发明接触簧片组的特有实施例,以便即使如此也用作转接端子板或断路端子板或开关端子板。
这样的具有用于可***地容纳各接触簧片组的纵侧间隔的开口腔的电缆接头用多路端子板且尤其是电话线和数据线的分配器的多路端子板的特征首先在于,端子板的外壳是由一体形塑料体构成的。
腔具有侧导向槽以便可***地且形状配合地容纳至少两个间隔的接触簧片组的舌簧,其中舌簧具有接触簧片并且在自由端上具有导线引线件且优选地是刀形端子以及在内端上通过一个桥接片相连,至少导线引线件、接触簧片和桥接片在装配方向上先后地且至少近似对齐地位于舌簧的纵边缘之间。
由于腔在内端连接接触簧片组的舌簧的且优选地可破碎的桥接片的区域内具有一个用于暂时容纳破碎工具的开口,所以提高了本发明端子板的通用性。
另外,当腔在接触簧片组的接触点区域内具有用于装入绝缘分离件的导向手段时,这是有利的。
在这种情况下,所述多路端子板是一个转接端子板或断路端子板或者是一个开关端子板,因为接触簧片组是可以通过破碎桥接片而变成断路触点或者通过***绝缘分离件或通过变形而变成开关触点的转接触点。
通过这些措施,从现在起可以开始在前侧给成单件的配电端子板装配同样的装配,因而配电端子板可以根据规定地象接线端子板那样留下或者可以通过破碎桥接片而变成断路触点或者通过装入绝缘件或通过变形而变成开关端子板中的触点。
以下将结合附图来详细描述本发明主题的实施例,其中:
图1是具有沿装配方向放在前面的接触簧片组的一体多路端子板;
图2是具有装上的接触簧片组的图1所示多路端子板的截面放大图解视图。
图3是本发明接触簧片组的图解视图。
图4-6是象转接触点、断路触点或开关触点这样的图3所示接触簧片组的侧视图。
图7、8是在不同功能方式中的图3所示接触簧片组接触点的放大俯视图。
图1、2所示的多路端子板被指定用于电缆接头其尤其是电话线和数据线的分配器的电缆接头,它具有一个塑料外壳1,许多个纵侧向间隔的接触簧片组3位于所述外壳中。
根据本发明,塑料外壳1被制成一体并且具有许多个纵侧向间隔的开口腔2以便可装入地容纳各接触簧片组3。
在这种情况下,腔2具有侧面的且在这里是平行的导向槽9(图2)以便可***地且形状配合地容纳至少两个间隔的且在此是平行的接触簧片组的舌簧4。
另外,腔2在一个内端与接触簧片组的舌簧4相连的可破碎的桥接片6的区域内具有一个开口以便暂时容纳破碎工具(未示出)。
另外,腔2在接触簧片组3的接触点8区域内具有导向手段(未示出)以便装入绝缘分离器(图6)。
为了能够抗转动且对准地将一个接触簧片组装入这样的腔2内,根据本发明,各接触簧片组3如图3所示地具有至少两个间隔的且在这里是平行的舌簧4,而接触点8具有接触簧片7,其中舌簧的纵边缘被规定用于可***地且形状配合地卡入多路端子板的其中一个腔2的导向槽9中(图2)。
此外,接触簧片组3的舌簧4在自由端具有导线引线件且尤其是刀形端子5并且在内端上通过至少一个优选是可破碎的较窄桥接片6相连。
在这种情况下,至少导线引线件5、接触簧片7和桥接片6在装配方向上先后且近似平齐地位于规定用于形状配合地连接的舌簧纵边缘之间。
根据图4、5、6,接触簧片组是一个通过破碎桥接片而可以变成断路触点或通过***绝缘件或通过触点变形而变成开关触点的转接触点。
通过这样的措施,从现在起可以开始在前侧给成单件的或者成一体的配电端子板装配同样的接触簧片组,因此根据规定,可以将配电端子板变成转接端子板或插接端子板或者断路端子板或开关端子板,因为接触簧片组是可以通过破碎桥接片而转变成断路触点或者通过***绝缘分离件或变形而变成开关触点的转接触点。
为了在这样的接触簧片组中保护很敏感的接触点8在操作时如在检查、断开等时不会被弄脏和/或被损坏,根据图7、8,还规定了侧倾斜地设置接触点8,从而在装入插头10时(图8)仅接触接触点边缘,而实际接触面保持不受负荷。每个接触簧片组3还可以具有一个并行分接头11。
如果接触簧片组被用于无焊剂的刀形端子绕丝,其中所述刀形端子绕丝分别具有一个刀形端子缝以及一个以预定间隔布置在刀形端子缝后的刃边,则其他侧导向槽相应地设置在每个腔中以便容纳刀形端子座或具有刃边的舌簧的纵边缘。

Claims (4)

1.用于电缆接头的多路端子板,包括一体的塑料外壳(1),该外壳具有一纵向侧面、多个在该纵向侧面上的纵侧间隔的开口腔(2),以便能分别装入一个接触簧片组(3),其特征在于,该多路端子板是一个转接端子板或一断路端子板或一开关端子板,其中接触簧片组(3)每个都具有一对舌簧(4)、一对接触簧片(7)和一个桥接片(6),接触簧片组(3)是通过使连接其舌簧(4)内端的桥接片(6)的变形而转变成开关触点或断路触点,并在开关触点的情况下还包括一绝缘分离件,该绝缘分离件使固定在该对舌簧(4)之一上的一个接触簧片(7)移位,从而使一个所述的接触簧片与所述的该对舌簧(4)中的一个舌簧齐平。
2.如权利要求1所述的多路端子板,其特征在于,开口腔(2)在内端连接接触簧片组(3)的舌簧(4)的所述桥接片(6)的区域内设有一个开口,用于暂时容纳破碎工具。
3.如权利要求1所述的多路端子板,其特征在于,该开口腔(2)在该接触簧片组(3)的一接触点(8)的区域设有用于装入分离件的导向机构。
4.如权利要求1所述的多路端子板,其特征在于,倾斜地设置接触点(8),从而当装入插头时仅接触该接触点的边缘。
