在此揭示的插门操纵器利用一其内包含有传动装置的所有元件的单个滑座组件。在此揭示的该操纵器的滑座组件安装在一位于一车门侧壁上的开孔的上方的底板上,并通过使用一单个电动机加上多个齿轮装置移入车侧壁上形成的一槽和从该槽移出。依靠两个反向转动的螺旋传动装置使门板移动,每个齿轮由单轴电动原动机带动。安装在诸单独的横向导杆(slides)上的一单个吊架提供了板吊架组合的可控制的偏转。通过使用弯曲的轨道和操作一***/移出轴的行星齿轮装置的组合从单轴原动机也提供***运动。使用的连杆装置提供一在一***位置中的过中心锁定装置(over-center lock)。

现在参阅图1、2和3,表示了在此揭示的本发明的操纵器组件2,它安装在位于在一车体(未图示)上的门槽孔(pocket opening)5的上方的底板4上。如图所示,具有孔或窗10的双分开的门板9和15被移动盖于一门孔5上和从该门孔移开。这两门板分别安装在于门导杆27和24上运作的门吊架8和14上以使门沿侧向移动。门吊架14和8被螺旋传动件20和21驱动以使两门板9和15沿着门导杆24和27相对打开。门导杆24和27安装在滑座组件6上。滑座组件6安装在底板4上以限制在位于底板组件4的任一端的门底板导轨29上的横向移动,即进入和离开门孔5的移动。为促进这一横向移动,滑座组件6在任一端包括合作导轨和转子30(参阅图9和11)。
开门器滑座组件6包括一滑座组件盖和支撑件7,该支撑件7与多个有关的支撑托架31合作以安装和定位诸操作元件(如下所述)。
尤其参阅图4、5、8和9,该滑座组件6还包括轴颈支撑在诸支撑托架31上而得以旋转的上方和下方螺旋驱动件20和21。还在该滑座组件6上在端板11处(参阅图11)安装有上方和下方门导杆24和27。
在滑座组件6上还安装有驱动电动机35和行星传动组件38。行星齿轮组件39(参阅图10)的输出轴与小齿轮40和41合作以提供螺旋驱动件20和21的旋转运动。在驱动电动机35和行星齿轮传动装置38之间的是一***/移出齿轮36。齿轮36合作驱动连接于***/移出轴48的扇形齿轮45(参阅图6)。
***/移出轴48轴颈支撑在诸支撑托架31上以作旋转运动,并在每一端、在***/移出轴48的每一端具有***/移出杆51和50。这两***/移出杆50和51分别通过滑座组件底板连杆52和53连接于底板4。如图所示,连杆52和53适当地连接于底板50。连杆52和53具有操作端部。正如惯用的,杆端具有球状轴颈以提供相对于连杆端部连接的有限程度的连杆运动,从而大大简化了***/移出运动的正确调整。
尤其参阅图6和6a,当***轴48将***/移出杆50顺时针转到底(如图所示)时,如设计的杆50和连杆52的组合为滑座组件6提供了一过中心锁定装置。
门板15和9的往复移动是由齿轮39、40和41传动,通过螺旋驱动件20和21的反向转动,吊架8和14与传动螺母22和23的连接而实现相关的门板移动(参阅图9)。
与传动螺母23连接的还有一转子凸轮臂28,该凸轮臂合作啮合于底板***轨道12的凹槽13,以引导滑座组件6进入和走出一全闭和***位置(参阅图7和8)。
当门板9和15在全闭后移入一关闭和***位置时,臂28在***轨道12的凸轮表面13上的移动提供了滑座组件的横向运动。
在操作时,从图1所示的结构方案,两门板处在一全开位置,驱动电动机38通电后使齿轮39、40和41沿图10所示的方向转动。齿轮40和41的旋转相应转动了螺旋传动件20和21,从而使传动螺母22和23从传动件20和21的极端处的一位置(参阅图9)移向传动件20和21的相对的端部。分别连接于门吊架14和8的传动螺母22和23的移动使门板9和15移入一全闭但是移出位置(如图2所示),固定于吊架8的转子凸轮28趋向于底板***轨道12的凹槽13的开始部分。当驱动电动机38进一步转动时,由于门板9和15的全闭位置和转子凸轮28在轨道12的凹槽13内的移动产生的较高的扭矩引起行星传动输出齿轮36的转动,从而转动了扇形齿轮45。扇形齿轮45的转动使***/移出轴48转动,随后,***/移出杆50和51以及通过连杆53和52的作用使被底板轨道12导向的整个***/移出滑座组件6移入车侧壁上的开孔5的门槽中,从而完成了该***操作。
当驱动电动机35反向转动时,以同样的方式进行开门程序。
需注意的是,滑座组件向一充分***位置的移动包含有一由于轴48的转动而产生的轴48的过中心锁定装置,从而将***/移出连杆52和53从一如图6a所示的脱开位置移入一如图6所示的锁定位置。尽管图6和6a表示了与***/移出轴45的相对端连接的连杆52和53,操作是相同的。
如此,很清楚的是,按照在此揭示的动力操作的插门操纵器可提供一操纵器,该操纵器可完全满足如前面所提出的诸目的和优点。尽管所揭示的操纵器是结合该发明的一具体的实施例来描述的,显然,那些熟悉本领域的普通技术人员根据前面的描述可作出许多改变、修改和变化型式。因此,要使所有的这些改变、修改和变化型式均落在所附的权利要求的精神和大范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种插门操纵器,它用于采用单独的螺旋传动装置的这类运输车辆的侧壁上的一门槽孔被打开和关闭,其两分开的门板安装在所述的门槽孔的上方,并可移入该门槽孔和从该门槽孔中移出,以***和移出所述开孔,其改进包括:
基部装置,它用于将所述操纵器安装于所述开孔中;
移动装置,它位于所述基部装置上,并用于将所述门板移入所述门槽孔和从该门槽孔中移出;
位于所述移动装置上的装置,它用于当所述基部装置移出所述门槽孔时驱动所述门板从关闭位置到打开位置;
在所述移动装置和基部装置之间的装置,它用于当在所述***状态时将所述门板锁定于所述门槽孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述移动装置还包括用于当将门板移到所述门槽孔上和从该门槽孔移开时引导所述门板的下边缘的装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述移动装置是一滑座组件,该滑座组件包括:
第一和第二螺旋传动装置和诸相应的门吊架,诸所述门吊架安装在诸门导杆上以往复移动到所述门槽孔上和从该门槽孔移开;
安装在所述诸门吊架上的双分开的门板;
连接所述诸螺旋传动装置和诸吊架的装置;
为产生所述往复运动而驱动所述螺旋传动装置用的装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述滑座组件还包括:
连杆装置,它在所述螺旋传动装置的驱动装置和诸螺旋传动装置之间以将所述滑座组件移入所述门槽孔和从该门槽孔中移出。
5.如权利要求4所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述螺旋传动装置的驱动装置和滑座组件还包括:
在所述驱动装置中的行星齿轮装置;
一轴颈支撑在所述滑座组件上的***轴;
位于所述***轴上的齿轮装置,所述齿轮装置与所述行星齿轮装置合作工作;
连杆装置,它位于所述***轴上,并在所述轴和基部装置之间,用于使所述滑座组件移入所述门槽孔和从该门槽孔移出;
其中,当所述的两门板处在一全闭位置时,给所述驱动装置通电,以转动诸所述行星齿轮,从而将所述滑座组件移入所述***孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述***轴和连杆装置还包括:
一在所述滑座组件上的轴,它具有两端,并被轴颈支撑以作旋转运动;
一在每个所述轴端上的臂;
在所述臂和基部装置之间的可调的连杆装置,所述臂和连杆的结构设计得可防止滑座组件移出所述***位置。
7.如权利要求3、5和6所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是一电动机。
8.一种动力门操纵器,它用于将双分开的乘客门板移离和移上、进入和移出在公共交通车辆的侧壁上的一门槽孔,它包括:
一底板,用于安装在一车辆侧壁上,所述底板位于在所述侧壁上的乘客门槽孔的上方并横过该门槽孔;
一滑座组件,它安装在所述底板上,用于被驱动移入和移出所述槽,所述滑座组件还包括:
上方和下方螺旋传动件,它们被轴颈支撑以作旋转运动并安装在所述滑座组件上,两所述螺旋传动件每个在其一端有一传动齿轮;
在诸所述螺旋件上运行的诸传动螺母;
诸上方和下方门滑杆,它们位于所述滑座组件上并邻接于所述诸传动件;
诸门吊架,它们安装在诸所述门滑杆上以移越所述门槽孔;
一在所述滑座组件上的电动机,它具有一输出轴;
一行星齿轮系,它由所述电动机输出轴带动,所述传动轮系有一减速轴和一直接的电动机输出轴;
一装在所述减速轴上的齿轮;
一传动齿轮,它位于所述直接的电动机轴上,所述齿轮与每个所述螺旋件传动齿轮共同作用,用于每个所述螺旋传动件的选择性旋转;
一***轴,它被轴颈支撑以在所述滑座组件上转动,所述轴在每一端有诸***/移出杆;
一***/移出连杆,它连接诸所述杆端部和底板;
一位于所述***轴上的扇形齿轮,所述扇形齿轮和行星减速齿轮共同作用以转动所述***/移出轴,从而转动诸所述***/移出杆,并在所述减速轴转动时将所述滑座组件移入所述门槽孔和从该槽中移出;
一对双分开的门板中的一块,它连接于每个所述吊架,诸所述门位于所述槽之外并离开所述开孔;
为所述驱动电动机通电用的装置,用于转动所述驱动电动机输出轴;
其中,驱动电动机的转动带动所述行星轮系和螺旋传动件,从而将两所述门板移入一盖住所述开孔的关闭位置,接着所述行星低速齿轮的转动带动所述***轴转动,由此将两关闭的门板移入所述门槽孔中。
9.如权利要求8所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,还包括:
构作所述***轴用的装置,所述诸***/移出杆和诸连杆用于将所述滑座组件保持在所述门槽孔中。
10.如权利要求9所述的插门操纵器,其特征在于,所述构作***轴用的装置是一过中心锁定装置。
