Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In some possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the sterilizing device 10 may comprise a sterilizing fluid preparation unit 11, a sterilizing washing unit 12, a storage unit 13 and a control unit 14. The dish washing device can be a dish washing machine or other devices with disinfectant preparation and disinfection, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this.
Wherein the disinfectant preparing unit 11 may be used for preparing a disinfectant; illustratively, the sterilizing fluid preparation unit 11 may be composed of electrodes, and the sterilizing fluid may be prepared by means of electrolysis. For example: ionization generates plasma activated water which contains high-concentration active substances such as O 3 (ozone), H 2O2 (hydrogen peroxide), NO 2- (nitrite ion), NO 3- (nitrate ion) and a certain concentration of-OH (hydroxyl radical).
The storage unit 13 may be used to store the sterilizing liquid prepared by the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11; in practical use, if the disinfectant is stored in the disinfectant preparation unit 11, there may be a risk of the electrode soaking, which has an influence on the life of the electrode; therefore, the storage unit 13 may be provided to store the sterilizing liquid prepared by the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 in another space in the embodiment of the present invention.
The sanitizing and washing unit 12 can be used to place items to be sanitized; specifically, when a user needs to sterilize an article (e.g., tableware, kitchen ware, etc.), the article to be sterilized may be put into the sterilizing washing unit 12; the control unit 14 of the disinfection apparatus 10 may then control the entry of the disinfection solution in the storage unit 13 into the disinfection washing unit 12 for disinfecting the items to be disinfected in the disinfection washing unit 12.
As yet another example, if the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 just prepares the sterilizing liquid, the sterilizing apparatus 10 may directly control the passage of the sterilizing liquid from the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 into the sterilizing washing unit 12.
Illustratively, the sanitizing unit 12 may be a dishwasher liner of the sanitizing device 10 that may perform operations such as washing, drying, etc. of the items placed in the sanitizing unit 12 in addition to sanitizing the items placed in the sanitizing unit 12 based on sanitizing liquid, as embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this regard.
A control unit 14 operable to receive a target instruction; determining a current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing fluid stored in the storage unit 13 when the target instruction is an instruction to operate the sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus 10; when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit 13 to the disinfection solution preparation unit 11, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit 11 to process the disinfection solution; the sterilizing liquid processed by the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 is transferred to the sterilizing washing unit 12, and the sterilizing washing unit 12 is controlled to sterilize the articles to be sterilized.
Based on the disinfection apparatus 10 shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for the disinfection apparatus 10; specifically, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart showing steps of a control method of a disinfection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may include the following steps:
step 201, receiving a target instruction.
In some possible embodiments, when a user needs to sterilize an article to be sterilized using the sterilizing device 10, the article to be sterilized may be first placed in the sterilizing washing unit 12 of the sterilizing device 10; the user may then input a target instruction to the disinfection device 10.
By way of example, the target instructions may be generated based on user operations performed by a user with respect to the disinfection device 10, such as: the disinfection apparatus 10 may be provided with a user interface, and the user may click on the above control to select an operation mode of the disinfection apparatus 10, where the operation mode may include a disinfection mode, a washing mode, a drying mode, and the like, and the washing mode may be subdivided into fast washing, slow washing, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
By way of example, the wash mode may include a combination of pre-wash, main wash, rinse, hot rinse, dry, clean, etc.; the user may attach a sterilization mode on the basis of a washing mode, to which the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Illustratively, to increase the contact time and contact area of the sanitizing liquid with the articles to be sanitized, the sanitizing mode may be run prior to the steps of pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, heat bleaching, etc. of the run washing mode to inject sanitizing liquid into sanitizing unit 12; the sterilizing liquid introduced into the sterilizing and washing unit 12 may perform both a sterilizing function and a washing function, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Still another exemplary, sanitizing mode may also be run interspersed between washing modes; for example, the user may set a sterilization mode to be operated before the hot bleaching of the washing mode is performed, and the sterilization apparatus 10 may operate the sterilization mode to inject the sterilization liquid into the sterilization washing unit 12 before the hot bleaching of the washing mode is performed; after the sanitizing liquid is injected into the sanitizing unit 12, the hot bleaching in the washing mode can be operated.
Based on user operations performed by the user with respect to the disinfection apparatus 10, corresponding target instructions may be generated;
Also for example, the user may perform a user operation on a mobile terminal connected to the sterilization apparatus 10; the mobile terminal may generate a target instruction based on a user operation performed by the user and transmit the target instruction to the disinfection apparatus 10.
Step 202, when the target instruction is an instruction for operating the disinfection mode of the disinfection device, determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit.
Upon receiving the target instruction, the disinfection apparatus 10 may first determine whether the target instruction is an instruction to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection apparatus 10.
If the target instruction is not an instruction to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection device 10, the mode to which the target instruction corresponds may be executed, for example: washing mode, etc.
Conversely, if the target instruction is an instruction to operate the sterilization mode of the sterilization apparatus 10, the current sterilization capacity of the sterilization liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 may be determined first; the current disinfection capacity may be expressed in terms of the disinfection rate of the disinfection solution, to which embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
And 203, when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution.
After determining the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13, it may be further judged whether the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 is lower than a preset value, which may be set according to actual conditions; illustratively, the preset value may be 99.99%.
If the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 is lower than the preset value, it may indicate that the sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid is poor and cannot meet the sterilizing requirement of the user; at this time, the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13 may be transferred to the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 to perform the secondary preparation.
For example, if the disinfectant preparing unit 11 performs the preparation of the disinfectant by means of electrolysis, the control unit 14 may control the disinfectant preparing unit 11 to re-electrolyze the disinfectant, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 204, conveying the disinfectant processed by the disinfectant preparation unit to a disinfection washing unit to disinfect articles in the disinfection washing unit.
After the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13 is transferred to the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 and the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 processes the sterilizing liquid, the sterilizing ability of the sterilizing liquid can be improved so that the sterilizing ability thereof is not lower than a preset value.
When the sterilizing ability of the sterilizing liquid is increased to not lower than a preset value by the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11, the control unit 14 may control the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 to deliver the treated sterilizing liquid to the sterilizing washing unit 12; the sanitizing unit 12, upon receiving the sanitizing liquid, can be used to sanitize the items to be sanitized in the sanitizing unit 12.
In other possible embodiments, if the current disinfection capability of the disinfection solution currently stored in the storage unit 13 is not lower than the preset value, it may indicate that the disinfection capability of the disinfection solution is better, and the disinfection requirement of the user may be met; at this time, the control unit 14 may deliver the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13 to the sterilizing washing unit 12 to sterilize the articles in the sterilizing washing unit 12.
In the embodiment of the invention, a target instruction is received; determining a current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate a sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus; when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution; and conveying the disinfectant after being treated by the disinfectant preparation unit to a disinfectant washing unit to disinfect articles in the disinfectant washing unit. According to the embodiment of the invention, the disinfectant stored in the storage unit can be treated and applied again, so that the effect of high-efficiency disinfection is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3a, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method of controlling a disinfection apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of:
Step 301, receiving a target instruction.
In some possible embodiments, when a user needs to sterilize an article to be sterilized using the sterilizing device 10, the article to be sterilized may be first placed in the sterilizing washing unit 12 of the sterilizing device 10; the user may then input a target instruction to the disinfection device 10.
Step 302, determining the generation time of the sterilizing fluid currently stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate the sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus.
In some possible embodiments, the sterilization rate of the sterilizing fluid may be related to the time of storage after preparation, and as an example, as shown in fig. 3b, the sterilization rate of the sterilizing fluid is related to the time period of storage after preparation of the sterilizing fluid. Wherein, when the disinfectant is just prepared, the sterilization rate is 99.99 percent, and after one day of preparation, the sterilization rate is 95 percent; after two days of preparation, the sterilization rate is 92%; after three days of preparation, the sterilization rate was 90.99%. It can be seen that the sterilization rate of the sterilizing liquid is lower as the storage period is longer.
Based on the relationship between the sterilization rate and the time period of the sterilizing liquid, the current sterilizing ability of the sterilizing liquid stored in the storage unit 13 can be determined.
Specifically, the generation time of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 may be determined first.
Step 303, determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit according to the generation time and the current time.
Then, the current time may be determined, and the length of time that the sterilizing fluid currently stored in the storage unit 13 has been prepared may be determined based on the generation time and the current time. Based on this time period, the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit 13 can be determined.
For example, the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid stored in the storage unit 13 may be determined according to a preset function of the relationship between the sterilizing rate and the time period; the preset function may be:
Degerming rate=0.995×duration 2-5.985 ×duration+99.99. Wherein the unit of time duration may be a day.
And 304, when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution.
In some possible embodiments, if the current disinfection capability of the disinfection solution currently stored in the storage unit 13 is lower than the preset value, it may indicate that the disinfection capability of the disinfection solution is poor, and the disinfection requirement of the user cannot be met; at this time, the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13 may be transferred to the sterilizing liquid preparing unit 11 to perform the secondary preparation.
For example, if the disinfectant preparing unit 11 performs the preparation of the disinfectant by means of electrolysis, the control unit 14 may control the disinfectant preparing unit 11 to re-electrolyze the disinfectant, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 305, conveying the disinfectant processed by the disinfectant preparation unit to a disinfection washing unit to disinfect articles in the disinfection washing unit.
And 306, when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection washing unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, a target instruction is received; determining a generation time of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate a sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus; determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit according to the generation time and the current time; when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution; the disinfectant after being treated by the disinfectant preparation unit is conveyed to a disinfectant washing unit so as to disinfect articles in the disinfectant washing unit; and when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than the preset value, conveying the disinfection liquid in the storage unit to the disinfection washing unit. According to the embodiment of the invention, the disinfectant stored in the storage unit can be treated and applied again, so that the effect of high-efficiency disinfection is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of another control method of the disinfection apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of:
step 401, receiving a target instruction.
When a user needs to sterilize an article to be sterilized using the sterilizing apparatus 10, the article to be sterilized may be first put into the sterilizing washing unit 12 of the sterilizing apparatus 10; the user may then input a target instruction to the disinfection device 10.
Step 402, when the target instruction is an instruction to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection apparatus, determining a generation time of the disinfection solution currently stored in the storage unit.
Conversely, if the target instruction is an instruction to operate the sterilization mode of the sterilization apparatus 10, the generation time of the sterilization liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 may be determined first.
Step 403, determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit according to the generation time and the current time.
Then, the current time may be determined, and the length of time that the sterilizing fluid currently stored in the storage unit 13 has been prepared may be determined based on the generation time and the current time. Based on this time period, the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit 13 can be determined.
And 404, when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution.
And 405, conveying the disinfectant processed by the disinfectant preparation unit to a disinfection washing unit to disinfect articles in the disinfection washing unit.
And 406, when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection washing unit.
If the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 is not lower than the preset value, it may indicate that the sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid is good, and the sterilizing requirement of the user may be satisfied; at this time, the control unit 14 may deliver the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13 to the sterilizing washing unit 12 to sterilize the articles in the sterilizing washing unit 12.
Step 407, determining a target time when the disinfectant preparation unit prepares the disinfectant with the disinfectant capacity not lower than a preset value when the disinfectant is not stored in the storage unit or the current disinfectant capacity of the stored disinfectant is lower than the preset value.
In some possible embodiments, the storage unit 13 may not currently store sterilizing liquid therein; this is possible because the disinfectant preparing unit 11 has not prepared the disinfectant yet; or the disinfectant preparing unit 11 has not started preparing the disinfectant yet; or the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit 13 is lower than a preset value. At this time, the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 cannot immediately supply the sterilizing liquid having the sterilizing power exceeding the preset value, and a certain time is required to generate the sterilizing liquid having the sterilizing power exceeding the preset value, and thus, the target time for the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 to prepare the sterilizing liquid having the sterilizing power not lower than the preset value can be determined.
For example, if the disinfectant is not yet prepared by the disinfectant preparing unit 11, the target time may be determined according to the time when the disinfectant preparing unit 11 starts preparing the disinfectant.
If the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 has not started preparing the sterilizing liquid yet, the target time may be determined according to the time required for preparing the sterilizing liquid. For example: the current time is 12:00:00, and the preparation of the disinfectant takes 2 hours, so that 14:00:00 can be taken as the target time, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to the target time.
If the current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid stored in the storage unit 13 is lower than the preset value, it is possible to determine the target time based on the time required for the sterilizing liquid preparation unit 11 to reprocess the sterilizing liquid in the storage unit 13.
Step 408, guiding the user to perform reservation operation according to the target time.
After determining the target time, the control unit 14 may guide the user to perform a reservation operation; for example, if the target time is 14:00:00, the user may be directed to make a reservation operation to set the sanitizing device 10 to begin at 14:00:00 to inject sanitizing liquid into the sanitizing unit 12 in response to the target instructions.
In yet another example, if the target instructions include a washing mode and a sanitizing mode, the time to inject sanitizing liquid into sanitizing unit 12 in the sanitizing mode may be determined first; then, the user is guided to perform a reservation operation based on the time of injecting the sterilizing fluid and the target time to set the sterilizing apparatus 10 to start performing the washing mode and the sterilizing mode at a certain time.
For example: the washing mode comprises pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, hot bleaching, drying and cleaning, the disinfection mode injects disinfection solution into the disinfection washing unit 12 before the hot bleaching, the total time of the washing mode and the disinfection mode is 1 hour, and the disinfection solution is injected at 30 minutes; the target time was 14:00:00, the current time is 13:00:00, the user can be guided to execute the reserved operation of controlling the sterilizing equipment 10 to start running the pre-washing at 13:30:00, so that the sterilizing fluid can be immediately injected into the sterilizing and washing unit 12 to sterilize the articles to be sterilized when the sterilizing fluid is prepared.
And 409, controlling a disinfectant preparation unit to prepare disinfectant after the user finishes the reservation operation.
When the user has performed the above-described reservation operation, the control unit 14 may control the sterilizing fluid preparation unit 11 to prepare the sterilizing fluid having a sterilizing capacity not lower than a preset value.
Step 410, the disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant preparing unit is conveyed to the disinfecting and washing unit.
After the disinfectant preparing unit 11 prepares the disinfectant having the disinfecting capacity not lower than the preset value, the control unit 14 may deliver the disinfectant to the disinfecting and washing unit 12 at a time corresponding to the scheduled operation to disinfect the articles in the disinfecting and washing unit 12.
In the embodiment of the invention, a target instruction is received; determining a generation time of the sterilizing liquid currently stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate a sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus; determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit according to the generation time and the current time; when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution; the disinfectant after being treated by the disinfectant preparation unit is conveyed to a disinfectant washing unit so as to disinfect articles in the disinfectant washing unit; when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection liquid in the storage unit to a disinfection washing unit; when the disinfectant is not stored in the storage unit or the current disinfectant capacity of the stored disinfectant is lower than a preset value, determining the target time when the disinfectant preparation unit prepares the disinfectant with the disinfectant capacity not lower than the preset value; guiding a user to carry out reservation operation according to the target time; after the user finishes the reservation operation, controlling a disinfectant preparation unit to prepare disinfectant; and conveying the disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant preparation unit to the disinfection washing unit. According to the embodiment of the invention, a user can be intelligently guided to reserve a disinfection mode based on the remaining preparation time of the disinfectant, so that the objects to be disinfected can be disinfected after the disinfectant is prepared, and the disinfection capacity of the disinfectant for disinfecting the objects is not lower than a preset value.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart illustrating steps of another control method of the disinfection apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of:
Step 501, collecting historical instructions of a disinfection mode of operating a disinfection apparatus.
In some possible embodiments, in order to reduce the time taken for the user to sterilize the articles, it is possible to determine in advance when the user may need to use the sterilizing fluid based on the user's historical sterilizing behavior, and to control the sterilizing fluid preparation unit 11 to prepare the sterilizing fluid based on this time.
In particular, historical instructions of the sterilization mode of operation of the sterilization apparatus 10 may be collected; the history of instructions may be instructions that the user previously entered into the disinfection device 10 to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection device 10.
Step 502, determining the generation time of a historical instruction, and determining the preset generation time of the disinfectant according to the generation time of the historical instruction.
After collecting a plurality of history instructions of the sterilization mode of operating the sterilization apparatus 10, each history instruction may be analyzed separately; in particular, the time of generation of each historical instruction may be determined, which may be indicative of the time that the user needs to use the sanitizing liquid.
Then, the preset generation time of the disinfectant can be determined based on the generation time of each historical instruction and the time required by the disinfectant preparation; exemplary, if the user frequently washes dishes at 9, 13, and 20 points; the preparation of the disinfectant takes 2 hours, and the preset generation time can be 7 points, 11 points and 18 points, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 503, controlling a disinfectant preparing unit to prepare disinfectant when the system time of the disinfectant equipment reaches the preset generating time.
When it is detected that the system time of the sterilizing apparatus 10 reaches the preset generation time, the control unit 14 may control the sterilizing fluid preparation unit 11 to prepare the sterilizing fluid.
Step 504, after the disinfectant is prepared by the disinfectant preparing unit 11, the disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant preparing unit 11 is transferred to the storage unit 13 for storage.
After the disinfectant is prepared, the disinfectant preparing unit 11 may first transfer the disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant preparing unit 11 to the storage unit 13 for storage if the disinfectant operating mode is not instructed by the disinfectant device 10.
Step 505, receiving a target instruction.
After the user inputs the target instruction to the disinfection apparatus 10, the disinfection apparatus 10 may perform steps 506 to 509 as follows.
Step 506, determining the current disinfection capacity of the disinfection solution stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection apparatus.
Upon receiving the target instruction, the disinfection apparatus 10 may first determine whether the target instruction is an instruction to operate the disinfection mode of the disinfection apparatus 10.
If the target instruction is not an instruction to execute the disinfection mode of the disinfection device 10, a mode corresponding to the target instruction may be executed, for example: washing mode, etc.
Conversely, if the target instruction is an instruction to operate the sterilization mode of the sterilization apparatus 10, the current sterilization capacity of the sterilization liquid currently stored in the storage unit 13 may be determined first.
And 507, when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution.
And step 508, conveying the disinfectant processed by the disinfectant preparation unit to a disinfection washing unit to disinfect articles in the disinfection washing unit.
And 509, when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection washing unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, historical instructions of a disinfection mode of operating disinfection equipment are collected; determining the generation time of a historical instruction, and determining the preset generation time of the disinfectant according to the generation time of the historical instruction; when the system time of the disinfection equipment reaches the preset generation time, controlling a disinfection solution preparation unit to prepare disinfection solution; after the disinfectant is prepared by the disinfectant preparation unit, the disinfectant prepared by the disinfectant preparation unit is conveyed to the storage unit for storage; receiving a target instruction; determining a current sterilizing capacity of the sterilizing liquid stored in the storage unit when the target instruction is an instruction to operate a sterilizing mode of the sterilizing apparatus; when the current disinfection capacity is lower than a preset value, conveying the disinfection solution in the storage unit to a disinfection solution preparation unit, and controlling the disinfection solution preparation unit to treat the disinfection solution; the disinfectant after being treated by the disinfectant preparation unit is conveyed to a disinfectant washing unit so as to disinfect articles in the disinfectant washing unit; and when the current disinfection capacity is not lower than the preset value, conveying the disinfection liquid in the storage unit to the disinfection washing unit. According to the embodiment of the invention, the use habit of the user can be automatically learned after the user uses the disinfectant for a period of time, so that the disinfectant is prepared for the user in advance.

The drain port 63 may be connected to a drain pipe 64, and the drain pipe 64 may be in communication with a sewer (not shown).
The disinfectant preparing unit may be composed of a water tank 65, an electrode, an insulating tube 67, a condensing fan 68 and an air pump 69; wherein the electrodes may include a positive electrode 70 and a negative electrode 71; the positive electrode 70 may be disposed in the insulating tube 67, and an air flow passage is formed between the positive electrode 70 and the insulating tube 67, and the negative electrode 71 may be disposed in the water tank 65. The air pump 69 may be in communication with the air flow channel, and the condensing fan 68 may be disposed at an air inlet or an air outlet of the air pump 69 to cool the air delivered to the air flow channel by the air pump 69. The water tank 65 may be connected to a water inlet pipe 72, and the water inlet pipe 72 may be connected to a water source to deliver water to the water tank 65.
The dishwasher inner 61 may communicate with the sump 65 through a first conduit 73; meanwhile, the dishwasher inner 61 may also communicate with the storage unit through a second pipe (not shown). The first pipe 73 may be provided with a first water pump 74, and the second pipe may be provided with a second water pump (not shown in the drawing), the first water pump 74 may deliver the sterilizing fluid in the water tank 65 to the dishwasher inner container 61, and the second water pump may deliver the sterilizing fluid in the storage unit 75 to the dishwasher inner container 61.
The water tank 65 may also be connected to the storage unit 75 through a third water pipe 76 and a fourth water pipe 77; wherein, the third water pipe 76 is provided with a third water pump 78, and the fourth water pipe 77 is provided with a fourth water pump 79; the third water pump 78 may deliver the sterilizing fluid in the water tank 65 to the storage unit 75, and the fourth water pump 79 may deliver the sterilizing fluid in the storage unit 75 to the water tank 65 for re-electrolysis.
When a user needs to sterilize and clean an article to be sterilized using the dishwasher of fig. 6a, the article to be cleaned may be first put into the dishwasher cavity 61; the user may then select a washing mode and attach a sanitizing mode. The washing mode comprises pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, hot bleaching, drying and cleaning.
If the user selects the additional sterilization mode, a sterilization procedure is needed to be added before the hot bleaching, and water cannot be fed into the inner cavity 61 of the dish washer again after the sterilization procedure, namely, the first water pump 74 or the second water pump is controlled to pump the prepared sterilization solution to the inner container 61 of the dish washer when the hot bleaching stage is started, the sterilization solution is used for washing and sterilizing the articles to be cleaned and sterilized, the hot bleaching stage is directly started after the sterilization time is finished, and the heated washing is directly performed without draining water.
The dish-washing machine can be delivered from the factory according to big data, the dish-washing time of most users is 9 in the morning, 13 in the noon and 20 in the evening, the dish-washing machine can start 2 hours of disinfectant preparation at 7, 11 and 18, the dish-washing machine starts to fill water into the water tank 65 through the water inlet pipe 72, after the water tank 65 finishes water inlet, the electrode starts to discharge, and the preparation is finished to wait for the command to pump disinfectant for disinfection; the disinfectant is prepared in advance by the bowl washing habit of the user for a period of time and then self-learning the bowl washing habit.
After the preparation is completed, 3 cases exist:
1) The user just uses the dishwasher and uses the disinfection mode, the disinfection solution passes through the first water pump 74 to the dishwasher liner 61, the disinfection solution preparation unit stops working and waits for the next preparation;
2) After the preparation of the sterilizing fluid is completed, the user does not use the dishwasher, and in order to avoid that the sterilizing fluid preparation unit stops working, the prepared sterilizing fluid is pumped to the storage unit 75 by the third water pump 78, by immersing the electrodes with the sterilizing fluid.
Since the sterilization rate may decrease with the increase of the storage time, the control unit may calculate the sterilization rate of the sterilizing liquid in a time from the completion of the preparation to the next use of the dishwasher by the user. After the user starts the sterilization mode, the sterilization rate of the current sterilization solution is calculated (according to laboratory experiments, the sterilization solution only needs to be electrolyzed twice for 15 minutes at the sterilization rate of 90 percent, and the sterilization solution only needs to be electrolyzed twice for 30 minutes at the sterilization rate of 80 percent).
According to the mode selected by the user, during the secondary electrolysis time required before entering the disinfection stage, the disinfection solution is pumped to the water tank 65 through the fourth water pump 79, and the disinfection stage is performed by pumping the disinfection solution to the dishwasher liner 61 through the first water pump 74;
3) It is possible that the preparation of the sterilizing liquid is not completed, and at this time, the user starts the dishwasher in the case of the additional sterilizing mode, the popup window reminds the user that the sterilizing liquid is being prepared, displays the remaining preparation time, and guides the user to make a reservation.
When the reservation is carried out, the reservation of the user for disinfection and washing can be quoted according to the rest preparation time, so that the disinfection and washing can be carried out after the preparation of the disinfectant is finished, the disinfection rate of the disinfectant is ensured to be 99.99%, and the efficient disinfection effect is achieved.
For example, when referring to a user's appointment, guidance may be based on the order in which the disinfection modes were performed; specifically, when the washing mode selected by the user includes pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, heat-rinsing, drying and cleaning, and the sterilization mode is added before the heat-rinsing, the total time required for the pre-washing, main washing and rinsing, and the remaining preparation time of the sterilization liquid may be determined first.
If the remaining preparation time is not greater than the total time required for pre-wash, main wash and rinse, no user need be guided to make a reservation setting; conversely, if the remaining preparation time is longer than the total time required for the pre-washing, the main washing and the rinsing, the user may be guided to directly perform the reservation operation according to the remaining preparation time to re-perform the washing when the preparation of the sterilizing liquid is completed, and to perform the sterilization during the washing.
In another example, the user may also be guided to a reservation operation based on the difference between the remaining preparation time and the total time required for pre-wash, main wash and rinse, so that the sterilizing liquid may have enough time to prepare before hot rinse.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6b, when the user selects the additional disinfection mode on the washing mode, the length of time that the disinfectant is prepared and stored is calculated; then calculating the current time length of secondary electrolysis according to the relation between the degerming rate and the time length; after the secondary electrolysis is carried out on the disinfectant, the disinfectant is input into the inner container of the dish-washing machine, and the articles in the inner container of the dish-washing machine are disinfected.
