Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The technical problem that in the prior art, a clothes treatment device can only perform sterilization on clothes and a washing barrel in the washing and rinsing processes of the clothes through methods of high-temperature heating, ultraviolet rays, silver ions, ozone and the like, so that the long-term antibacterial effect of the clothes and the washing barrel cannot be maintained after the washing process is finished is solved. The invention provides a sterilization method of a clothes treatment device, which is characterized in that the clothes treatment program is executed by controlling the clothes treatment device, after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment program is executed, water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the injected water is electrolyzed, and the electrolyzed water is used for soaking sterilization.
Hereinafter, a sterilization method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a sterilization method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the laundry processing apparatus may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, or a washing and drying machine, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, controlling the clothes treatment device to execute a clothes treatment program.
The clothes treating program may be preset by the user, or may be built in the clothes treating apparatus, and is used for performing normal washing and rinsing processes on the clothes.
As a possible case, the laundry treatment process performed by the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to include a washing course and a rinsing course. Specifically, after the laundry to be washed is placed in a washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus and an appropriate amount of detergent is added, and after the laundry treating apparatus detects that a user starts a washing operation, a water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened to fill the water tub with water. The water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level in the water containing barrel is monitored in real time through the water level sensor in the water filling process until the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a preset target water level, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed. Further, the motor is controlled to rotate the washing tub to perform a washing process. After the washing process is finished, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain the washing water in the water containing barrel, and after the water level sensor monitors that the water in the water containing barrel is drained, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to rotate to execute the dewatering process.
Further, the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to open, and the tub is filled with water to perform a rinsing process. The water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level in the water containing barrel is monitored in real time through the water level sensor in the water filling process until the water level in the water containing barrel reaches a preset target water level, and the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed. Further, the motor is controlled to rotate the washing tub to perform a rinsing process. After the rinsing process is finished, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain the washing water in the water containing barrel, and after the water level sensor monitors that the water in the water containing barrel is drained, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to rotate to execute the dewatering process.
The preset target water level is in positive correlation with the weight of the clothes to be washed, namely, when the clothes to be washed are more, a higher target water level is set, and conversely, when the clothes to be washed are less, a lower target water level is set. For example, the water level set when washing two adult down jackets is higher than the water level set when washing a child shirt.
It should be noted that the rinsing process executed by the laundry processing apparatus may be controlled to be performed once, twice, or even multiple times, which is not limited herein in this embodiment, and the rinsing process is as described above, and is not described herein again.
Step 102, after the rinsing stage in the laundry treating process is completed, filling water into the laundry treating apparatus and electrolyzing the filled water.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment program is finished, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened so as to fill water into the clothes treatment device, and the electrolysis device arranged in the clothes treatment device is started so as to electrolyze the filled water. Wherein the electrolysis device can generate hydroxyl radical, active oxygen or hypochlorous acid by electrolyzing water injected into the clothes treatment device by a catalytic electrode electrochemistry mode. When the water level sensor of the clothes treatment device monitors that the water level in the water containing barrel reaches the preset water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, and the process of filling water into the clothes treatment device is stopped.
In one possible scenario, in the case that the laundry treatment process includes a plurality of rinsing stages, when it is determined that the last rinsing stage is completed, the water inlet valve of the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to be opened to fill the laundry treatment apparatus with water, and the electrolysis apparatus is opened to electrolyze the filled water.
For example, the laundry treating process includes two rinsing stages, and when it is determined that the second rinsing stage is completed, that is, the dehydration process of the second rinsing stage is completed, the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened to supply water to the laundry treating apparatus, and the electrolysis apparatus is turned on to electrolyze the supplied water.
It should be noted that the electrolyzing device may be turned on at the same time as the water inlet valve is turned on, or may be turned on after the water is completely filled into the clothes treating apparatus, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 103, soaking and sterilizing by using electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electrolysis device electrolyzes water injected into the clothes treatment device, and adopts the electrolyzed water to sterilize washed clothes and sterilize and clean a washing barrel of the clothes treatment device. Therefore, the technical problems that after a clothes treatment procedure is finished, the long-term antibacterial effect of clothes and the washing barrel cannot be kept, and secondary pollution is caused to the clothes by dirt in the washing barrel are avoided.
For example, the electrolysis device may generate hydroxyl radicals and active chlorine after electrolyzing water injected into the laundry treating device. Wherein, the hydroxyl free radical has high oxidation potential, can destroy the permeability barrier of microorganism in the washing water, destroy the protein, enzyme and nucleic acid of pathogenic microorganism, and lead the death of the pathogenic microorganism. In addition, at low concentrations, hydroxyl radicals have a significant bactericidal effect against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The hydroxyl free radical and bacteria can generate carbon dioxide and water after the action, and no side effect is caused. Meanwhile, the generated active chlorine can play a role in inhibiting bacteria for a long time.
It should be noted that after the rinsing stage in the laundry processing procedure is completed, when the electrolyzed water is used to sterilize the laundry and sterilize and clean the washing tub of the laundry processing apparatus, the laundry processing apparatus does not operate, and the laundry is in the soaking process, so that the electric power can be effectively saved.
According to the sterilization method of the clothes treatment device, the clothes treatment program is executed by controlling the clothes treatment device, after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment program is executed, water is injected into the clothes treatment device, the injected water is electrolyzed, and soaking sterilization is performed by using the electrolyzed water. According to the method, after the rinsing stage of the clothes is finished, water injected into the clothes treatment device is electrolyzed, so that the electrolyzed water is used for soaking and sterilizing the clothes, and the washing barrel is sterilized and cleaned at the same time, so that the long-term bacteriostatic effect of the clothes and the washing barrel after the clothes treatment process is finished can be ensured, and the technical problem that secondary pollution is caused to the clothes by dirt in the washing barrel after the clothes treatment process is finished is solved.
On the basis of the embodiment, as a possible implementation manner, the electrolysis device can be opened when the clothes treatment device is filled with water, the water inlet valve is closed when the water is filled to reach the target water level, the electrolysis device is kept opened, the clothes treatment device is controlled to drain water when the soaking sterilization reaches the set time, and the electrolysis device is closed when the water drainage is finished, so that the sterilization time can be automatically adjusted according to the requirements of users, and the long-term bacteriostatic effect on the clothes and the washing barrel is realized. The above processes are described in detail with reference to the following embodiments, and fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a sterilization method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the sterilization method may further include the steps of:

Step 202, after the rinsing stage in the clothes processing procedure is finished, the electrolysis device and the water inlet valve for water injection in the clothes processing device are opened, so that the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the injected water.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment process is finished, when the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to feed water into the water bucket, the electrolysis device is opened so as to electrolyze the injected water by adopting the electrolysis device. Optionally, the electrolysis device electrolyzes the injected water, and the generated hydroxyl radicals and active chlorine have significant sterilization and long-term bacteriostasis effects on bacteria in the washing water, so that the clothes sterilization effect is realized, and the sterilization and cleaning effects on the washing tub are realized.
Step 203, the water is injected to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, and the electrolytic device is kept open.
The target water level may be preset by a user on a control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, may be set by a terminal device controlling the laundry treatment apparatus, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened, the water level sensor arranged in the clothes treatment device monitors the change of the water level in the water bucket in real time in the process of filling water into the water bucket, and when the water is filled to reach the target water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed and the electrolytic device is kept to be opened. Therefore, the clothes are soaked and sterilized by the electrolyzed water, and the washed clothes can be effectively sterilized.
And step 204, soaking and sterilizing by using electrolyzed water.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process of step 204 may refer to the implementation process of step 103 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Step 205, controlling the clothes treatment device to drain water when the soaking time reaches a set time.
The set time length is set in response to user operation. Optionally, the user may set the soaking time period according to the weight of the laundry, or may set the soaking time period according to the type of the laundry, which is not limited herein in this embodiment.
For example, when the laundry is heavy, a long soaking time may be set so that the laundry can be completely sterilized.
In the embodiment of the invention, electrolyzed water is adopted to soak and sterilize clothes and a washing barrel of the clothes treatment device for a set time, and a drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened so as to drain the clothes treatment device. During the process of controlling the water draining of the clothes treatment device, the water level in the water bucket is monitored in real time through the water level sensor so as to determine that the water in the water bucket is drained.
And step 206, after the water is drained, closing the electrolysis device and dehydrating.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the water draining process of the clothes processing device is determined to be finished, the electrolysis device is controlled to be closed, and the motor is controlled to drive the inner barrel to rotate so as to execute the water draining process.
According to the sterilization method of the clothes treatment device, the clothes treatment device is controlled to execute the clothes treatment program, after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment program is finished, an electrolysis device and a water inlet valve for water injection in the clothes treatment device are opened, the electrolysis device is adopted to electrolyze the injected water, the water injection reaches a target water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the electrolysis device is kept opened, the electrolyzed water is adopted to perform soaking sterilization, the soaking is performed for a set time length, the water discharge of the clothes treatment device is controlled, the electrolysis device is closed and the water is dehydrated after the water discharge is finished. According to the method, after the clothes rinsing stage is finished, water injected into the clothes treatment device is electrolyzed, so that the electrolyzed water is used for sterilizing the clothes, and the washing barrel is sterilized and cleaned.
In order to further confirm that the clothes can be sterilized after electrolysis and the washing barrel can be sterilized and cleaned at the same time, the relevant experimenters performed the following experiments: respectively preparing test bacterial suspensions with the same concentration, including: respectively adding the prepared two types of suspensions into a common clothes treatment device and a clothes treatment device with an electrolysis device, wherein the average viable count of the escherichia coli suspension and the staphylococcus aureus suspension is 1.9 multiplied by 10 respectively as shown in the following table 15CFU/ml and 1.4X 105CFU/ml. After the experiment is started, the common clothes treating device and the clothes treating device with the electrolysis device are controlled to execute the same clothes treating program. And controlling the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device to be closed after the rinsing stage in the clothes treatment program is finished, injecting water into the clothes treatment device, and controlling the electrolysis device to operate for 20 minutes so as to perform soaking sterilization by using the electrolyzed water.
After 24 hours, the bacterial liquid concentration of water received by the water outlet of the common clothes treatment device and the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device is respectively tested. As shown in Table 1 below, the average viable counts of Escherichia coli suspension and Staphylococcus aureus suspension in water received at the drain of the common clothing processing apparatus were 1.1 × 107CFU/ml and 3.4X 107CFU/ml. Through the comparison, the ordinary clothes treatment device does not have the sterilization effect, and bacterial colonies in water are increased more after 24 hours. And the average viable count of the escherichia coli suspension and the staphylococcus aureus suspension in the water received by the water outlet of the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device is 20 CFU/ml. Through comparison, the clothes treatment device with the electrolysis device can electrolyze water injected into the washing barrel by starting the electrolysis device for 20 minutes after the rinsing process is finished, so that the electrolyzed water can effectively soak and sterilize clothes and the washing barrel.
