1. A traditional Chinese medicine prescription for preventing and treating respiratory diseases is characterized by comprising the following components:
Folium Isatidis, rhizoma Osmundae, ficus Simplicissima lour, herba Menthae, bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, radix astragali, herba Ephedrae, glycyrrhrizae radix, coptidis rhizoma, radix et rhizoma Rhei, zingiberis rhizoma, radix Sangusorbae and cimicifugae rhizoma.

The traditional Chinese medicine prescription for preventing and treating respiratory diseases according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of folium isatidis, 3-9 parts of rhizoma cyrtomii, 5-9 parts of five-finger wild peach, 3-5 parts of mint, 3-5 parts of dried ginger, 3-5 parts of bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae, 9-15 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 3-5 parts of ephedra, 1-3 parts of liquorice, 5-9 parts of coptis chinensis, 3-6 parts of radix gei, 3-5 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 3-5 parts of cimicifugae rhizoma.

The traditional Chinese medicine prescription for preventing and treating respiratory diseases according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of dyers woad leaf, 6 parts of cyrtomium fortunei, 7 parts of fimbriae ficus-hirsute, 4 parts of mint, 4 parts of dried ginger, 4 parts of fritillaria cirrhosa, 12 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 4 parts of ephedra, 2 parts of liquorice, 7 parts of coptis chinensis, 5 parts of radix gei, 4 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 4 parts of cimicifugae rhizoma.
