Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, in particular to an amino acid water-soluble fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As a multi-element compound fertilizer which can be completely dissolved in water, the water-soluble fertilizer has the advantages of easy dissolution, easy absorption, flexible application method and the like. At present, most of liquid water-soluble fertilizers not only provide nutrients for crops according to a reasonable formula, but also have the functions of improving soil, promoting root growth, improving stress resistance of plants and improving fruit quality and yield, so that the health of the soil and the crops is greatly improved. The liquid water-soluble fertilizer is produced by using amino acid as an organic nitrogen source, which can provide nitrogen for plant metabolic process and participate in various physiological processes of plant. The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is applied to the soil, so that the activity of soil microorganisms can be improved, the health condition of the soil in the root zone of crops can be improved, and the amino acid can be chelated with trace elements to form a degradable trace element fertilizer, and the trace element fertilizer has good chemical stability and higher biological stimulation effect and can promote the growth and development of crops.
However, although the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer has various advantages, it still faces some unavoidable problems, such as that the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer contains very limited inorganic nutrient elements and cannot meet the vigorous growth demands of crops.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an amino acid water-soluble fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer can provide comprehensive nutritional ingredients for crops, and has the functions of improving soil and improving disease resistance of crops.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of amino acid, 20-30 parts of compound fertilizer, 5-10 parts of fly ash and 4-9 parts of functional auxiliary agent.
The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer provided by the invention is obtained by mixing amino acid, compound fertilizer, fly ash and surfactant according to a certain proportion. The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer contains an organic nitrogen source provided by amino acid besides a nitrogen source provided by a compound fertilizer, and can increase the activity of soil microorganisms and improve the mineralization rate of organic substances in the soil, so that the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is easier to be absorbed by plants when being applied to the soil; in addition, the amino acid has physiological regulation function on plants, can inhibit the growth of main roots and simultaneously stimulate the growth of lateral roots and root hairs at the root tips, so that the root systems are more complicated, and the disease resistance of crops is indirectly improved.
In addition, the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer provided by the invention also contains a specific part of fly ash, and the fly ash contains trace elements such as silicon, copper, zinc, calcium, iron, manganese, selenium, vanadium and the like, so that the nutrient condition of soil can be improved, more comprehensive nutrient components can be provided for crops, the soil fertility can be increased, the reproductive capacity and the enzyme activity of microorganisms in the soil can be improved, and the disease resistance of the crops can be indirectly improved; in addition, the microstructure of the fly ash is ellipsoidal, and more pores are formed in the fly ash, so that the air permeability of the soil can be increased, and the soil structure is improved.
In the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer provided by the invention, amino acid and fly ash act together, so that not only is comprehensive nutrition ingredients provided for crops, but also the soil structure and the disease resistance of the crops can be improved.
In combination with the first aspect, the functional auxiliary agent comprises dodecyl dimethyl betaine and sodium hexametaphosphate.
Specifically, the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer can be directly spread on the soil surface near the root of crops, then dissolved and permeated into the soil through irrigation, or can be dissolved and dispersed in water in advance and then added into the soil through drip irrigation, so that in order to ensure that amino acid can be stably dissolved in the water when a drip irrigation mode is selected, dodecyl dimethyl betaine is added into the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer to serve as an amphoteric surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant can be stably combined with the amino acid in the water-soluble fertilizer, further plays a role of stabilizing the amino acid in the solution, and prevents flocculation precipitation of the amino acid after the water-soluble fertilizer is dissolved, so that the nutrition components are unevenly distributed; meanwhile, the stable combination of the amphoteric surfactant and the amino acid can ensure that the integral structure of the amino acid molecule is not damaged, so that the amphoteric surfactant is easier to be absorbed by crop root systems, and the effectiveness and the utilization rate of the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer are ensured. Likewise, sodium hexametaphosphate is used as an inorganic dispersing agent, so that good dispersion of the fly ash in water can be realized when a drip irrigation mode is selected.
Preferably, the functional auxiliary agent comprises 3-6 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine and 1-3 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate in parts by weight.
With reference to the first aspect, the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer also comprises 10-15 parts of medium and trace element compounds according to parts by weight.
Specifically, the medium trace element compound comprises 1-3 parts of boric acid, 2-3 parts of zinc sulfate and 6-9 parts of magnesium sulfate.
In combination with the first aspect, the compound fertilizer comprises 10 to 14 parts of nitrogenous fertilizer, 4 to 8 parts of phosphate fertilizer and 6 to 8 parts of potash fertilizer.
Specifically, the nitrogen fertilizer comprises any one or more of urea, ammonium chloride or ammonium nitrate, the phosphate fertilizer comprises monopotassium phosphate or diammonium phosphate or other phosphorus-containing compounds which are easy to dissolve in water, and the potash fertilizer comprises any one or more of potassium sulfate, potassium chloride or potassium nitrate.
With the combination of the first aspect, the particle size of the fly ash is 400-500 meshes, and the fly ash with the particle size range is easier to be uniformly dispersed in the water-soluble fertilizer of the powder or the water solution of the water-soluble fertilizer. The fly ash has overlarge particle size and is easy to be settled so as to influence the dispersibility of the fly ash in aqueous solution.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, which comprises the following preparation steps: and dissolving the amino acid, the compound fertilizer and the functional auxiliary agent in water, adding fly ash, stirring to obtain a suspension, and spray-drying to obtain the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer powder.
According to the preparation method of the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, provided by the invention, suspension is obtained after mixing the raw materials, and water is volatilized from the suspension in a spray drying mode to obtain the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer in a powder form. Because the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer in the powder form is finally subjected to spray drying to remove water, the dosage of the water is not required to be limited in the preparation process, and the raw materials except the fly ash are only required to be fully dissolved and the fly ash is uniformly dispersed.
In the preparation process of the water-soluble fertilizer, functional auxiliary agents are added to ensure that fly ash can be uniformly dispersed in the suspension and amino acid water-soluble fertilizer powder with uniform components is obtained; the functional auxiliary agent can also enable the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer powder to be uniformly dispersed when being mixed with water again.
With reference to the second aspect, the preparing step further includes: and dissolving the medium trace element compound in the water. Before adding the fly ash, a proper amount of medium trace elements can be added, and after the medium trace elements are completely dissolved, the fly ash is added to obtain the suspension of the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.
The third aspect of the invention provides an application of the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer in soil improvement and/or pathogen resistance, and the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer not only can provide comprehensive nutrition for crops, but also has the functions of soil improvement and pathogen resistance improvement, and reduces crop diseases.
The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer provided by the invention can be directly applied near the root of crops, then dissolved by irrigation, or can be applied in a drip irrigation mode after being mixed with water in advance.

Wherein the amino acid content in comparative example 1 is different from example 1, the amino acid is not contained in comparative example 2, the amount of fly ash is different from example 1, the fly ash is not contained in comparative example 4, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is substituted for dodecyl dimethyl betaine in comparative example 5, cetyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is substituted for dodecyl dimethyl betaine in comparative example 6, the functional auxiliary agent in comparative example 7 is sodium hexametaphosphate alone, and sodium hexametaphosphate is not contained in comparative example 8, as compared to the formulation in example 1.
Table 1 formulation compositions of water-soluble fertilizers provided in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 8
Test examples
Applying the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer provided in the example 1 and the water-soluble fertilizers provided in the comparative examples 1 to 8 to different groups of homologous crops in the same growth period respectively by drip irrigation (the test field is low in regional water source and the drip irrigation is adopted for topdressing), observing the disease condition of each group of crops after the crops enter the high disease period, carrying out normal administration management after the crops are ill, and observing the disease condition of each group of crops after 1 week of administration; when no improvement in crop disease was found after 1 week of the first application, the 2 nd application was performed and disease was recorded after 3 days. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As is clear from comparative examples 1 and comparative examples 1 to 2, when the amount of amino acid added in the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer is small or no amino acid is added, the disease degree of crops is heavy in the high-incidence period of crop diseases, whereas comparative example 2 shows that crops still have a heavy degree of diseases even after 2 times of normal application due to the lack of organic nitrogen amino acid, which means that the content of amino acid in the amino acid-containing water-soluble fertilizer and whether the presence of amino acid has a great influence on the disease resistance of crops.
As is clear from comparative examples 1 and 3 to 4, when the amount of fly ash added in the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is small or no fly ash is added, the extent of disease of crops is large in the high-rise period of crop disease, but it can be seen that the effect of adding a small amount of fly ash in comparative example 3 is relatively better than that of not adding fly ash at all in comparative example 4 for improving the disease resistance of crops, because the amount of fly ash added in comparative example 3 is reduced as compared with that in example 1, but the fly ash added still plays a role.
As is clear from comparative examples 1 and comparative examples 5 to 7, when the amphoteric surfactant in example 1 was replaced with sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, which is an anionic surfactant in comparative example 5, or cetyldimethyl ammonium chloride, which is a cationic surfactant in comparative example 6, since it can react with amino acids, the amino acids were not stably and uniformly present in water, and thus flocculated precipitation was generated, so that the content of amino acids that could be absorbed and utilized by crops was reduced, and the application effect was comparable to that of comparative example 1. In contrast, in comparative example 7, since the amphoteric surfactant was not added, the precipitation degree of amino acid was more serious, but a small amount of amino acid was still available for crop absorption, and thus the disease-resistant effect was intermediate between comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
As is clear from comparative examples 1 and 8, when sodium hexametaphosphate is not added to the water-soluble fertilizer, the water-soluble fertilizer and water are mixed, and the fly ash therein cannot be uniformly dispersed and precipitated, and cannot be basically dropped into soil along with the liquid, so that the effect is equivalent to that of comparative example 3 and comparative example 4 in which the fly ash is not added.
In conclusion, the amino acid water-soluble fertilizer which can not only meet the growth requirement of crops, but also improve soil and disease resistance of crops is obtained by adopting a specific formula, so that the application times of the crops in the disease period are reduced, and the planting cost is saved.
