Abstract

本发明公开了一种冷冻装置的照明体,用于解决现有技术的照明体中发光二极管的照射角度较窄的技术问题。本发明的照明体由模块组合而成,所述模块由其中装有发光二极管的塑料壳构成,其中各塑料壳包括一底板,该底板带有若干其上置有电路板条的承载连接板,所述发光二极管设置在所述电路板条上,所述电路板条的长度与所述塑料壳的长度相同,且彼此纵向平行,但横向互相倾斜,彼此邻接的两个所述电路板条的倾斜角度(α)至少与所述发光二极管的照射角度(β,β′)约略相当。由本发明照明体的上述结构,不仅能改善照明和减少发光二极管数目,而且整个设计十分易于制造;本发明构造采用模块化方式,进而能使发光二极管的安装牢固。

Description

冷冻装置的照明体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有众多发光二极管(LED)的冷冻装置的照明体。
背景技术
利用市售的灯,即可在可见光和不可见光范围内产生宽广的波谱。利用此举,施加的电能最多会有35%被转换成可见光。然而,残余的高量紫外线及红外线辐射成分仍因浓度高而使生物、食品和对紫外线敏感的物件受到影响。另外,对于因而产生的高热负担,也必须采取适当的措施以减低其作用。为减低这种具有光化效应的辐射对食品的影响,可行的作法是降低总照明,或选择一种波长所产生的光化作用较低的照明。该照明可利用发光二极管(LED)产生。利用发光二极管,即可产生波长带宽较窄的单色光。这些已知发光二极管所产生的紫外光低,而所具有的红外光辐射也低。在冷冻装置的领域,此举可导致一种急切想要的节省能源效果。另外,发光二极管的使用年限也比惯用的灯管长五到十倍。
如DE-U-29715157号专利所述的照明,即利用了这些优点。在此文件中曾建议将众多发光二极管以前后紧密排列的形式设置在一板面上的同一平面。由于该案申请人已知发光二极管的照射角度甚窄,因而建议在与发光二极管相隔一段距离处安排一种可让光穿过而漫射的装置。由此就能以一种限定的方式来改善光的散布效果。
另一种减低窄照明角度的缺点的做法是以某种配置把适当的照明体安装在冷冻装置中,以便利用此法而达到一种充分照明的光学效果。第DE-U-29717444号专利即曾披露这种解决办法。
发明内容
为能按照惯用技艺而以含有依照现今技艺构成的发光二极管来照明冷冻装置,实际上始终需提供一种为此目的而适当设计的装置。本发明的目的在于提供一种可取代现今常见的灯管的,同时也不会减低照明的冷冻装置的照明体。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种以模块化方式来构成的冷冻装置的照明体,以便不需大幅改装,只要依照模块数的选择,就可取代实际所有可用的标准长度的灯管。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明的具有多个发光二极管的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于照明体由模块组合而成,所述模块由其中装有发光二极管的塑料壳构成,其中各塑料壳包括一底板,该底板带有若干其上置有电路板条的承载连接板,所述发光二极管设置在所述电路板条上,所述电路板条的长度与所述塑料壳的长度相同,且彼此纵向平行,但横向互相倾斜,彼此邻接的两个所述电路板条的倾斜角度(α)至少与所述发光二极管的照射角度(β,β′)约略相当。
发光二极管的照射角度相当窄,就市售的发光二极管而言,其照射角度最大为22°,因此,对于现今相当大表面的照明都是对尽可能大的表面配置发光二极管。为达到充分的亮度,便需使用大量的发光二极管。按照本发明的冷冻装置的照明体不仅能改善照明和减少发光二极管数目,而且整个设计十分易于制造;构造采用模块化方式,进而能使发光二极管的安装牢固。另外,不论是以个别或若干模块来组合成照明体均十分简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,与容置一个灯管的现有技术的照明体相比,按照本发明的冷冻装置的照明体1的外观看起来并无多大差别。图中,从外表看起来只是一支U型杆型材16,侧边以一侧盖板22闭合,另有一条馈电电缆23穿过该侧盖板而被引到外边。侧盖板22是以固定螺钉24予以固定到U型杆型材16上。该U型杆型材16的敞露侧终端设有一透明罩20。该透明罩20的材料选自可让光折射以增大发光二极管LED的照射角度,同时可让灯光更漫射的一种材料。U型杆型材16可配合冷冻装置的需求而设定其长度,所装的模块3数亦可按照需求而定。
图2是图1所示的冷冻装置的照明体的横剖面图,其中U型杆型材16与图1所示的型式相比,其横剖面形状略经修改。图1所示的型式具有一个曲形侧壁,因而所形成的照明体可被容置在贮放地点的冷冻装置内的边缘上。在图2所示的U型杆型材16中,两个自由侧壁是以平行及平面的方式朝上延伸。在该U型杆型材16的平整底表面27的内表面,设有与其一体成型的两个朝上延伸且高度相等的平行纵向腹板17。另在纵向腹板17的二个彼此朝向对方的侧面上,则设有可供轨条8卡入的纵向导槽18。模块即是利用螺钉28而被牢牢固定在该轨条8上。U型杆型材16的侧壁29在其上方区域一方面设有沿纵向延伸的凹槽19,另一方面则设沿型材全长延伸和在敞露大约四分之一程度的孔口21。前述的透明罩20可从侧向卡入凹槽19内。该敞露的孔口可供用固定螺钉24而固定住侧盖板22。利用此法,固定螺钉24是钻入敝露孔口21。就此而言,宜使用钻入孔口21的自攻螺钉。
所述的照明体1是由其中卡入几个模块3的U型杆型材16构成。这些模块3则由其中装有发光二极管2的塑料壳4构成。如图3至图6所示,塑料壳4是个盒状的容器,具有底板5和可供置于其上的顶盖9。顶盖9设有若干直立侧壁并以一个曲形覆盖表面13予以覆盖住。在该曲形覆盖表面13设有一孔洞阵列14,其中所有孔洞均被一个加深部围绕住,以便让光损失尽可能减至最低。在所示的实施例中,曲形覆盖表面13是由三个长条状的部份表面12所形成。这三个长条状部份表面各设有一排通道孔以供引导固定在其内的发光二极管穿过。顶盖9可用一种卡扣方式而被置于底板5上,因此,在底板5的侧壁设有扣合凹口25,以供在顶盖9侧壁上成型的扣合舌片26卡入。底板5的底表面附有种种不同的孔洞,其中一方面在中轴线上设有种种的圆孔10,以供固定住底板,连带把整个模块3固定在轨条8上。另外也设有种种的长形孔11,以供引导电缆穿过。图中未显示出的连接电缆,则是用来对彼此前后排列的模块供电。发光二极管2被串联供电,这些模块3则可串联或并联。
在图2中处于覆盖状态的底板5的底表面上,可看出在底板5的内侧上设有若干直立的承载连接板6。这些承载连接板6上装设着电路板条7,所述各电路板条7上设有一排彼此前后紧密排列的发光二极管2。承载连接板6的数目是以模块中所要装设的电路板条7的数目为准。在所示的优选实施例中,共设有三个这样的电路板条7。它们是沿底板5的全长而设在几个彼此按照适当距离前后排列的承载连接板6上。在正常情况下,三个这样的承载连接板6便足可承载一条电路板条7。承载连接板6的上端是个可让电路板条7延伸的平面。从图中可清楚看出,两条邻接的电路板条7是被固定在二个平面上,该二平面的法线彼此呈夹角α。该角度大致应与发光二极管的照射角度的大小相当。在此,发光二极管的照射角度用β表示。利用灯光在通过透明罩20时的折射,照射角度β即因而被扩大,以致现在的照射角度相当于β′。
除了所示的较佳实施例外,当然另有其它种种变化可行。尤其整个模块可以加宽,照明体也是如此。就此而言,可将个别承载连接板6加宽,以便在各个与纵向横切的电路板条上留有可供容置二个彼此邻接的发光二极管的地方。另外,发光二极管的选择当然也按照需求而定。较佳的一种是应用现今可获得的白光二极管,并按照需求让它们与适当颜色的二极管混合。因此,在要呈现新鲜面包产品的区域,可用白光和黄光二极管,或在鲜肉区要用照明体时,则可用白光二极管与红光二极管混合。
照明体1通常是被供以低压直流电。原则上,可将整流器和变压器整合到照明体内。然而,因为此举会产生一些废热,所以宜将这些模块设在照明体之外。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有众多发光二极管的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于照明体(1)由模块(3)组合而成,所述模块(3)由其中装有发光二极管(2)的塑料壳(4)构成,其中各塑料壳包括一底板(5),该底板带有若干其上置有电路板条(7)的承载连接板(6),所述发光二极管设置在所述电路板条上,所述电路板条的长度与所述塑料壳的长度相同,且彼此纵向平行,但横向互相倾斜,彼此邻接的两个所述电路板条的倾斜角度(α)至少与所述发光二极管的照射角度(β,β′)约略相当。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述塑料壳(4)包括一顶盖(9),该顶盖可被置放在所述底板(5)上,并设有若干直立侧壁和一个上覆盖表面(13),该覆盖表面被弯折而形成所述电路板条(7)所界定的包封表面,并设有一孔洞阵列(14),以供固定在其内的发光二极管(2)伸出。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述各塑料壳(4)内设有三条电路板条。
4.如权利要求1所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述各电路板条(7)上设有一排彼此纵向紧密排列的发光二极管。
5.如权利要求1所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述底板(5)包括若干圆孔(10),用于将包括所述底板(5)的模块(3)固定在轨条(8)上;和若干可供引导引线穿过的长形孔(11)。
6.如权利要求1所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述照明体具有一个剖面实质为U型的杆型材(16),其中设有二个附带纵向导槽(18)的平行纵向腹板(17),所述模块(3)均被固定在一可卡入纵向导槽(18)的轨条(8)上。
7.如权利要求1所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于所述各模块的发光二极管(2)被串联供电,而模块(3)之间则是并联供电。
8.如权利要求6所述的冷冻装置的照明体,其特征在于,所述照明体还包括一透明塑料罩(20),所述U型杆型材(16)的自由侧边的端部设有可供该透明塑料罩(20)卡入的凹槽(19)。
