7. A cartilage prosthesis as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the ejector body (161) is provided with an eccentric groove (1612) of rectangular shape, slidably provided with an eccentric nut (171).

The cartilage prosthesis of claim 1, wherein the eccentric nut (171) is provided with an eccentric portion (1711) rotatably arranged in the eccentric groove (1612), and the eccentric portion (1711) is further provided with a locking portion (1712) abutting against the side wall of the eccentric groove (1612).
