As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the material of the base body 10 is a trabecular bone structure, the base body 10 includes a first section 13 and a second section 14, the first section 13 is in contact with the cartilage portion 20, the second section 14 is far away from the cartilage portion 20, the diameter of the first section 13 is greater than that of the second section 14, a first arc-shaped transition section 15 is arranged between the first section 13 and the second section 14, and a second arc-shaped transition section 16 is arranged at the bottom edge of the second section 14; the outer surface of the cartilage portion 20 is a cartilage surface. The first section 13, the second section 14, the first curved transition section 15 and the second curved transition section 16 are provided to facilitate the implantation of the base body 10. The cartilage surface is made of materials with mechanical properties meeting clinical application, such as medical silica gel, medical glass or polyurethane, and the roughness of the materials needs to meet the requirements of industrial standards. The bone trabecula type porous structure has the porosity of 50-80 percent and the aperture of 800 mu m +/-200 mu m.
The procedure for implanting the cartilage prosthesis of this example is as follows: the matrix 10 is implanted into the articular cartilage replacement area, the angle is adjusted, the matrix is screwed into the adjusting column 31, the outer surface of the adjusting column 31 is of a threaded structure, the adjusting column 31 can move up and down through rotation, the locking piece 40 is assembled after the position is adjusted, the adjusting column 31 is fixed, the adjusting column 31 cannot rotate after the adjusting column 31 is fixed, the height of the adjusting column 31 is constant, and finally, the cartilage portion is inserted into the through hole 312, so that cartilage replacement is realized.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the orientation words such as "front, rear, upper, lower, left, right", "lateral, vertical, horizontal" and "top, bottom", etc. are usually based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and in the case of not making a reverse description, these orientation words do not indicate and imply that the device or element being referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore, should not be considered as limiting the scope of the present invention; the terms "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the respective component itself.

Claims (11)

1. A cartilage prosthesis, comprising:
a base (10);
a cartilage portion (20) provided on the base body (10);
an adjustment structure (30), the adjustment structure (30) being arranged between the base body (10) and the cartilage portion (20), the adjustment structure (30) being capable of adjusting the distance between the base body (10) and the cartilage portion (20).
2. Cartilage prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustment structure (30) comprises an adjustment post (31) and a threaded hole (32) cooperating with the adjustment post (31), the side of the adjustment post (31) being provided with an external thread (311) cooperating with the threaded hole (32), one of the adjustment post (31) and the threaded hole (32) being provided on the cartilage portion (20) and the other on the base body (10).

The cartilage prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the adjustment column (31) is provided on the cartilage portion (20), a through hole (312) is provided inside the adjustment column (31), the cartilage portion (20) comprises a cartilage body (21) and a first mounting column (22) protruding downward from the cartilage body (21), and the first mounting column (22) is inserted into the through hole (312).
4. The cartilage prosthesis of claim 3 wherein the through hole (312) is a tapered hole and the first mounting post (22) is tapered, the through hole (312) and the first mounting post (22) being a snap fit.
5. The cartilage prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the cartilage body (21) is provided with a mounting groove (211) surrounding the outer side of the first mounting column (22), and part of the structure of the adjusting column (31) is located in the mounting groove (211).
6. Cartilage prosthesis according to claim 2, characterized in that a locking element (40) is arranged between the base body (10) and the adjustment column (31), said locking element (40) locking the relative position between the adjustment column (31) and the base body (10).

The cartilage prosthesis is characterized in that a plurality of through grooves (313) are formed in the outer side wall of the adjusting column (31) at intervals, the extending direction of each through groove (313) is parallel to the axis of the adjusting column (31), a mounting part (11) is arranged on the upper surface of the base body (10), and the locking pieces (40) are mounted in the corresponding through grooves (313) and the mounting parts (11).

The cartilage prosthesis of claim 7, wherein the locking member (40) comprises a first limiting rod (41) and a second limiting rod (42) arranged at an included angle, the mounting portion (11) comprises a mounting groove (111), the first limiting rod (41) is mounted in the through groove (313), and the second limiting rod (42) is located in the mounting groove (111).

The cartilage prosthesis of claim 8, wherein the locking member (40) further comprises a second mounting post (43), the first limiting rod (41), the second limiting rod (42) and the second mounting post (43) are sequentially connected, the mounting portion (11) further comprises a mounting hole (112), the diameter of the mounting hole (112) is larger than the groove width of the mounting groove (111), the mounting groove (111) is communicated with the mounting hole (112), and the second mounting post (43) is located in the mounting hole (112).
10. The cartilage prosthesis of claim 9, wherein the depth of the mounting hole (112) is greater than the depth of the mounting groove (111), the mounting hole (112) being a tapered hole.

The cartilage prosthesis according to claim 8, characterized in that an arc-shaped groove (12) is arranged on the base body (10), the extension direction of the arc-shaped groove (12) is parallel to the axis of the base body (10), the arc-shaped groove (12) is communicated with the mounting groove (111), the opening of the arc-shaped groove (12) faces the threaded hole (32), and the groove depth of the through groove (313) is larger than that of the arc-shaped groove (12).
