The application method of the ecological bag filling equipment comprises the following steps:
S1, placing an ecological bag between two sliding plates 6, driving a bidirectional screw rod 7 to rotate through a motor, enabling the two sliding plates 6 to move towards the middle to clamp the ecological bag, adhering the outer wall of the ecological bag through a magic tape 16, then reversely rotating the bidirectional screw rod 7, enabling the ecological bag to be opened through the sliding plate 6, driving a lifting plate 9 to move downwards through an electric push rod 10, enabling the lifting plate 9 to drive a moving plate 11 to move downwards, enabling the moving plate 11 to move downwards along the track of a moving groove 13 through the cooperation of a pin rod 12 and the moving groove 13, and enabling trapezoidal clamping plates 15 to clamp the inner walls of two sides of the ecological bag and the corresponding sliding plates 6 to finish opening operation of a bag mouth of the ecological bag;
S2, driving the screw 20 to rotate through a motor, driving the nut block 22 and the return frame 23 to move downwards through the screw 20, inserting the injection pipe 24 into the ecological bag through the return frame 23, filling the mixture into the ecological bag through the feed hopper 26, the corrugated pipe 25 and the injection pipe 24, driving the return frame 23 to move upwards through reverse rotation of the screw 20, driving the incomplete gear 31 to rotate through cooperation of the first gear 29 and the second gear 30, driving the connecting rod 27 and the lantern ring 32 to reciprocate left and right through cooperation of the incomplete gear 31 and the two racks 28, and enabling the injection pipe 24 to swing left and right under the action of the lantern ring 32 and the return frame 23 during filling, and further enabling the mixture to be uniformly filled into the ecological bag through the injection pipe 24, so that the mixture is prevented from being stacked and tapered in the ecological bag, and the capacity of the mixture in the ecological bag is ensured;
S3, when the connecting rod 27 swings left and right, the connecting rod 27 and the arc-shaped protruding block 34 are matched to push the pushing plate 33 and the first hydraulic rod 36 to move up and down, when the connecting rod moves down, the first hydraulic rod 36 extrudes hydraulic oil in the first hydraulic cylinder 35 into the second hydraulic cylinder 40, the hydraulic oil enters the second hydraulic cylinder 40 and pushes the second hydraulic rod 41 to move up, the tension spring 42 is in a stretching state, the second hydraulic rod 41 pushes the pushing plate 39 to move up, the pushing plate 39 pushes the supporting plate 5 to move up by a certain distance, the bottom of the ecological bag can be impacted through the matching of the pushing plate 39 and the supporting plate 5, the mixture in the ecological bag is accumulated, and the capacity of the mixture in the ecological bag is further ensured;
S4, when the lantern ring 32 swings to fill the mixture, the water pump 47 is started, the water pump 47 pumps the water pump 47 in the liquid storage tank 46 into the liquid storage cavity 48, the spray head 49 sprays water into the ecological bag, and as the spray head 49 moves synchronously with the material injection pipe 24 under the action of the lantern ring 32, dust falling operation can be performed, dust is prevented from flying up, the environment is polluted, in addition, water sources can be provided for vegetation seeds in the mixture in the water spraying process, and the activity of the vegetation seeds is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. The filling structure is arranged at the bottom of the fixed plate (18) and is used for uniformly filling the mixture into the ecological bag so as to prevent the mixture from being stacked in a conical manner;
the impact structure is arranged in the workbench (1) and is used for impacting the bottom of the ecological bag, so that the mixture in the ecological bag is deposited, and the capacity of the ecological bag is ensured.
