The upper bag opening mechanism 170 is installed at one side of the bag opening workbench 140, and is used for automatically opening bags for tons of bags, the upper bag opening mechanism 150 is installed above the bag opening workbench 140, and the lower bag opening mechanism 160 is installed below the bag opening workbench 140, and is used for automatically opening bags for tons of bags.
Further, the bag magazine assembly 100 further includes a winding assembly 180, wherein the winding assembly 180 is mounted on the fixed frame 110 below the lower bag opening mechanism 160, and the winding assembly 180 is used for connecting a winding belt of the ton-pack bag coil 190.
As shown in fig. 4, the pouch bracket 130 preferably includes a roll mandrel 131, an upper support cylinder 132, a lower support cylinder 133, an upper folding arm 134, a lower folding arm 135, and a roll changing cylinder 136. Wherein, the lower folding arm 135 is mounted on the fixed frame 110 through a rotating shaft, one end of the upper folding arm 134 is rotatably connected with the lower folding arm 135, and the winding mandrel 131 is mounted on the other end of the upper folding arm 134 for mounting the ton bag roll 190.
The upper support cylinder 132 and the lower support cylinder 133 are connected to each other, and a piston rod of the lower support cylinder 133 is connected to the lower folding arm 135, and a piston rod of the upper support cylinder 132 is connected to the upper folding arm 134. The tail end of the roll changing cylinder 136 is mounted on the fixed frame 110, and the piston rod of the roll changing cylinder 136 is connected with the lower folding arm 135.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper bag opening mechanism 150 preferably includes: an upper bracket 151, a pocket pressure plate 152, a pocket opening cylinder 153, a first pocket gripper 154 and a first gripper cylinder 155. Wherein, the upper bracket 151 is fixed on the bag opening workbench 140, and the tail end of the bag opening pressing plate 152 is connected with the upper bracket 151. The tail end of the bag opening air cylinder 153 is fixed on the upper bracket 151, and a piston rod of the bag opening air cylinder 153 is connected with the bag opening pressing plate 152. The tail end of the first handle cylinder 155 is fixed on the pocket pressing plate 152, the first pocket handle 154 is installed at the end of the pocket pressing plate 152, and the first pocket handle 154 is connected with a piston rod of the first handle cylinder 155.
Further, the upper bag opening mechanism 150 preferably further includes a first suction cup 156, the first suction cup 156 being fixed to an end of the first bag mouth gripper 154 for sucking a bag mouth of the ton bag.
As shown in fig. 6, the lower bag opening mechanism 160 preferably includes: a lower bracket 161, a second pocket grip 162, and a second grip cylinder 163. Wherein the lower bracket 161 is fixed below the bag opening table 140. The second pocket grip 162 is fixed on the lower bracket 161 and connected with a piston rod of the second grip cylinder 163, and a tail end of the second grip cylinder 163 is connected with the lower bracket 161.
Preferably, the lower bag opening mechanism 160 further comprises a second suction cup 164 and a second suction cup air cylinder 165, wherein the second suction cup 164 is installed on the lower bracket 161 and is connected with a piston rod of the second suction cup air cylinder 165, and the tail end of the second suction cup air cylinder 165 is connected with the lower bracket 161.
As shown in fig. 7, the upper pouch mechanism 170 preferably includes: the bag clamping device comprises a mounting bracket 171, a transmission system 172, a driving motor 173, a bag rotating fixing plate 174, a bag rotating cylinder 175, an upper bag bracket 176, at least one pair of upper bag fixing clamping plates 177, an upper bag moving clamping plate 178 and a bag clamping cylinder 179. Wherein the mounting bracket 171 is fixed to one side of the bag opening table 140. The transmission system 172 and the driving motor 173 are fixed to the mounting bracket 171, and the driving motor 173 drives the transmission system 172. The transfer bag fixing plate 174 is mounted on the transmission system 172, the transfer bag cylinder 175 is mounted on the transfer bag fixing plate 174, and a piston rod of the transfer bag cylinder 175 is connected with the upper bag bracket 176.
The upper bag fixing clamp plate 177 is fixed on the upper bag bracket 176, and the tail end of the upper bag movable clamp plate 178 is rotatably hinged with the upper bag bracket 176. The tail end of the bag clamping cylinder 179 is hinged with the upper bag bracket 176, and the piston rod end of the bag clamping cylinder 179 is hinged with the upper bag movable clamping plate 178.
According to the above description, the bag house assembly 100 operates as follows: above the fixed frame 110 is mounted a power transmission belt 120, and the power transmission belt 120 is driven to rotate by a transmission motor. The end of the power conveying belt 120 is provided with a bag storage bracket 130, the ton bag roll 190 is fixed on a bag roll suspension, lifting actions of the bag storage bracket 130 are controlled by an upper supporting cylinder 132, a lower supporting cylinder 133 and a roll changing cylinder 136 to realize bag roll replacement and bag roll compaction of the power conveying belt 120, a conveying motor drives the power conveying belt 120 to rotate, and the ton bag roll is driven to rotate by friction force to realize ton bag conveying. The tail end of the power conveying belt 120 is provided with a bag opening workbench 140, a winding assembly 180 is arranged below the bag opening workbench 140, and the winding assembly 180 is used for recycling the guide rope when the ton bags are wound while the ton bags are conveyed. A bag opening pressing plate 152 is arranged above the bag opening workbench 140, and the bag opening cylinder 153 drives the bag opening pressing plate 152 to press the ton bag opening downwards, and the first sucker 156 and the second sucker 164 establish negative pressure to suck the ton bag opening. The bag opening cylinder 153 drives the bag opening pressing plate 152 to ascend to open the ton bag opening, when the bag opening pressing plate 152 ascends to a preset position, the first bag opening gripper 154 and the second bag opening gripper 162 clamp the ton bag opening, the sucker negative pressure is closed, and the bag opening pressing plate 152 ascends to the highest position.
The bag feeding mechanism 170 is driven by the transmission system 172 to move back to the middle preset position to start the bag taking operation. The bag turning cylinder 175 drives the upper bag mechanism 170 to swing down until the upper bag fixed clamp plate 177 and the upper bag movable clamp plate 178 are parallel to the bag opening table 140. The transmission system 172 drives the upper bag mechanism 170 to move, so that the upper bag fixed clamping plate 177, the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 and the bag opening workbench 140 are inserted into the opened ton bag opening, the upper bag fixed clamping plate 177 is arranged on the outer side of the bag opening, the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 is arranged on the inner side of the bag opening, and the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 is outwards opened and clamps the bag opening together with the upper bag fixed clamping plate 177. The first bag mouth gripper 154 and the second bag mouth gripper 162 loosen the bag mouth, the transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to drive the packaging bags to move to the middle set position, the bag rotating cylinder 175 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to clamp the ton bag mouth to swing upwards until the bag feeding mechanism 170 is horizontal, the ton bag is vertical to the ground, and the transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to move forwards, so that the ton bag is moved below the subsequent lifting bag clamping mechanism 200.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the lifting bag clamping mechanism 200 includes: the main frame and reinforcement base 210, the lifting and lowering cantilever assembly 220, the motorized lifting and lowering system 230, the fixed feed tube 240, the flared bag clamping assembly 250, and the control system 260. The lifting cantilever assembly 220 is mounted on a lifting rail of the main frame and the reinforcing base 210, and is connected to a chain of the electric lifting system 230. An electric lifting system 230 is mounted on top of the main frame and the reinforcing base 210 for driving the lifting cantilever assembly 220 to move up and down along the main frame and the reinforcing base 210 and stop.
The fixed feed tube 240 is mounted on the top boom of the main frame and reinforcement base 210, the flare clamping bag assembly 250 is mounted at the end of the lifting boom assembly 220 and is docked with the lower end of the fixed feed tube 240, and the control system 260 is mounted to the sides of the main frame and reinforcement base 210.
As shown in fig. 9, the electric lifting system 230 preferably includes a power part 231, a transmission part 232, a guide part 233, and a weight part 234, the weight part 234 being installed inside the main frame and the reinforcing base 210 through the guide part 233, the transmission part 232 connecting the weight part 234 and the power part 231 for adjusting the height and weight of the weight part 234.
As shown in fig. 10, the flare pocket assembly 250 preferably includes: bag holder 251, mounting substrate 252, bag holder 253, bag pressing 254, flare assembly 255, and drive 256. Wherein, bag holder 251 is mounted at the distal end of lifting arm assembly 220, and mounting substrate 252 is fixed at the side of lifting arm assembly 220, at one side of bag holder 251.
The bag clamping mechanism 253 is mounted on one side of the lower portion of the mounting substrate 252, and is located outside the bag clamping cylinder 251, and is used for fixing the mouth of the ton bag. The bag pressing mechanism 254 is installed at the other side of the lower portion of the installation base plate 252 for fixing the mouth of the ton bag. The flare assembly 255 is mounted on the mounting base plate 252 such that the flare portions of the flare assembly 255 are located on both sides of the bag-in-clamp cylinder 251 for opening the mouth of the ton bag. A drive mechanism 256 is coupled to the flare assembly 255 for driving the flare assembly 255 up and down.
Preferably, the flare assembly 255 may include at least one pair of a flare rod 2551, a flare cylinder 2552, and a flare bracket 2553. The driving mechanism 256 includes a lifting cylinder 2561, a guide shaft 2562, and a connection bracket 2563. The tail end of the lifting cylinder 2561 is fixed on the mounting substrate 252, and the end is connected with the flaring bracket 2553. The guide shaft 2562 is fixed to the mounting substrate 252, one end of the connecting bracket 2563 is penetrated through the guide shaft 2562, and the other end is fixed to the flaring bracket 2553. The flaring rod 2551 is installed on two sides of the flaring bracket 2553, the flaring cylinder 2552 is installed on the flaring bracket 2553 and connected with the flaring rod 2551, and the flaring cylinder 2552 drives the flaring rod 2551 to open and close.
Additionally, the flare stack assembly 250 also preferably includes a blow-down and vent tube 257, the blow-down and vent tube 257 being mounted on the exterior side of the stack 251 for venting gas from the ton bag.
As shown in fig. 11, the net weight scale body 300 preferably includes: a scale body frame 310, a buffer bucket 320, a feeding device 330, a weighing bucket 340, and a blowing bag assembly 350. Wherein, buffer hopper 320 is installed at the top of scale body frame 310, and scale hopper 340 is installed in scale body frame 310, buffer hopper 320 is connected with scale hopper 340 through feed arrangement 330. The blowing pouch assembly 350 is mounted to a side of the scale body frame 310. The net weight scale body 300 performs weighing and metering treatment on the packaged materials, and adopts a net weight type weighing mode.
As shown in fig. 12, the bag holder 400 preferably includes a front bag drive 410, at least one pair of front bag plates 420, at least one pair of rear bag plates 430, and a rear bag drive 440. The front bag holding drive 410 and the rear bag holding drive 440 are respectively installed on lower cross bars at two sides of the scale body frame 310, the front bag holding plate 420 is relatively connected with the front bag holding drive 410, and the rear bag holding plate 430 is relatively connected with the rear bag holding drive 440, so as to carry out bag holding positioning treatment on ton bags after blowing and in the packaging process. The bag holding and positioning device 400 performs bag holding and positioning treatment on ton bags in the process of packaging after blowing.
As shown in fig. 13, the sealing device 500 preferably includes: the lifting mechanism 510, the support column 520, the translation mechanism 530, the translation drive motor 531, the clamping device 540, the lifting drive motor 550, and the heating assembly 560. Wherein, the supporting column 520 is installed on the lifting mechanism 510, the translation mechanism 530 is slidably connected with the supporting column 520, and the clipping device 540 is installed at one end of the translation mechanism 530. The heating assembly 560 is mounted on the translation mechanism 530, and the elevating drive motor 550 is mounted on the translation mechanism 530 for driving the translation mechanism 530 to move up and down along the support column 520. The translation driving motor 531 is installed on the translation mechanism 530, and is used for driving the translation mechanism 530 to drive the clipping device 540.
Among them, the heating assembly 560 preferably includes a fixed heating assembly 561, a movable heating assembly 562, and a clamping cylinder 563. The fixed heating element 561 is fixed on the translation mechanism 530, and the movable heating element 562 is connected to the translation mechanism 530 through a clamping cylinder 563, and the clamping cylinder 563 drives the movable heating element 562 to be opened or closed with respect to the fixed heating element 561.
According to the above-described structure, in the sealing device 500, the pinching device 540 is composed of the left and right pinching plates, which are connected by the rotation shaft, and are driven to open and close by the cylinder. The jaw device 540 is mounted on the translation mechanism 530, and after the jaw device 540 clamps the ton bag mouth, the flaring assembly 255 in the lifting and lowering bag clamping mechanism 200 rises until the bag mouth is removed. The clamping state of the clamping device 540 is maintained, the conveying belt 700 drives the ton bags to move, the translation driving motor 531 drives the translation mechanism 530 to drive the clamping device 540 to synchronously move with the ton bags, and the ton bags move to the position where the package bag opening is close to the fixed heating assembly 561, and the conveying belt 700 and the translation mechanism 530 synchronously stop. The clamping cylinder 563 drives the movable heating assembly 562 to clamp the ton bag mouth for sealing operation, meanwhile, the clamping device 540 is opened, the packaging bag mouth is loosened, and the translation mechanism 530 drives the clamping device 540 to move below the lifting clamping mechanism 200 to repeatedly clamp the ton bag mouth.
As shown in fig. 14, the lift steering device 600 includes a bracket 610, a link 620, a lift cylinder 630, a bag turning cylinder 640, a hook 650, a hook swing cylinder 660, and a bag mouth guide finishing mechanism 670. Wherein, the lifting cylinder 630 is installed on the support 610, the connection frame 620 is connected with the lifting cylinder 630, and the lifting cylinder 630 drives the connection frame 620 to move up and down along the guide rail of the support 610.
The hooks 650 and the pocket alignment finishing mechanism 670 are mounted on the connection frame 620 and extend downward. The bag turning cylinder 640 and the hook swing cylinder 660 are mounted on the connection frame 620. The lifting hook 650 is connected with the bag rotating cylinder 640 and the lifting hook swinging cylinder 660, the bag rotating cylinder 640 drives the lifting hook 650 to rotate, and the lifting hook swinging cylinder 660 drives the lifting hook 650 to swing upwards.
According to the above-described structure, in the lifting and steering device 600, the hooks 650 and the bag mouth guide and tidying mechanism 670 are fixed in the guide rail of the bracket 610, and the lifting and tidying action is achieved by the lifting cylinder 630, and the hooks 650 hoist the ton bag lifting bar. Lifting cylinder 630 drives to rise to lift the ton bags off conveying bag 700, bag opening guiding and arranging mechanism 670 arranges the ton bags to the inner side of the ton bags, and bag rotating cylinder 640 drives lifting hook 650 to drive the ton bags to rotate by 90 degrees. Lifting cylinder 630 drives down and the ton bags fall back into conveying bag 700, and hook swing cylinder 660 drives hook 650 to swing upwards, giving off sufficient height for the ton bags to pass.
Therefore, the full-automatic ton bag packaging equipment of the roll-up bag type provides a full-automatic solution for the existing ton bag packaging industry, realizes full automation of automatic bag feeding, packaging, sealing and conveying of the ton bag, reduces the degree of manual dependency and improves the production efficiency of users. Wherein, the weight balance 300 is located at the middle position of the device, the bag warehouse component 100 is located at the right side of the weight balance 300, the lifting bag clamping mechanism 200 is located below the weight balance 300, and the bag holding positioning device 400 is located below the lifting bag clamping mechanism 200. The sealing device 500 is on the left side of the weight scale body 300, the lifting steering device 600 is positioned on the left side of the sealing device 500, and the conveyor belt 700 extends from below the weight scale body 300 to below the lifting steering device 600.
The power conveyer belt 120 is driven by a conveying motor to rotate in the bag warehouse assembly 100, and the ton bag roll fixed on the bag roll hanger is driven by friction force to rotate, so that the ton bag is conveyed, and the winding assembly 180 winds and recovers the ton bag winding guide rope in the bag conveying process. When the ton bag is sent to the bag opening workbench 140, the position of the packaging bag is detected under the bag opening workbench 140 by photoelectric detection, and the power conveyor belt 120 stops.
The bag opening cylinder 153 drives the bag opening pressing plate 152 to press down the ton bag opening, the first sucker 156 and the second sucker 164 establish negative pressure to suck the ton bag opening, the bag opening cylinder 153 drives the bag opening pressing plate 152 to ascend to open the ton bag opening, and when the bag opening pressing plate 152 ascends to a preset position, the first bag opening gripper 154 and the second bag opening gripper 162 clamp the ton bag opening.
The suction cup is closed under negative pressure, the bag opening air cylinder 153 is lifted to the highest position, the bag feeding mechanism 170 is driven by the transmission system 172 to move back to the middle preset position to start bag taking operation, and the bag rotating air cylinder 175 drives the lower hem of the bag feeding mechanism 170 until the upper bag fixing clamp plate 177 and the upper bag moving clamp plate 178 are parallel to the bag opening workbench 140. The transmission system 172 drives the upper bag mechanism 170 to move, so that the upper bag fixed clamping plate 177, the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 and the bag opening workbench 140 are inserted into the opened ton bag opening. The upper bag fixed clamping plate 177 is arranged outside the bag opening, the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 is arranged inside the bag opening, and the upper bag movable clamping plate 178 is outwards opened to clamp the packaging bag opening together with the upper bag fixed clamping plate 177.
The first bag mouth gripper 154 and the second bag mouth gripper 162 loosen the bag mouth, the transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to drive the packaging bags to move to the middle set position, the bag rotating cylinder 175 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to clamp the ton bag mouth to swing upwards until the bag feeding mechanism 170 is horizontal, the ton bag is vertical to the ground, and the transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to move forwards, so that the ton bag is moved below the subsequent lifting bag clamping mechanism 200. The conveyor belt 700 continues to send out the ton bags to the bag opening table 140, and the bag opening operation is repeated.
The bag clamping cylinder 251 descends to be inserted into the inner side of the ton bag opening, when the ton bag opening descends to the middle preset position, the bag pressing mechanism 254 stretches out to press the packaging bag opening, the bag clamping cylinder 251 drives the packaging bag to continuously descend, the ton bag opening is separated from the upper bag fixing clamping plate 177 and the upper bag moving clamping plate 178, and the bag clamping mechanism 253 stretches out to clamp the packaging bag opening.
The transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to move backwards to repeat the bag taking operation, and the driving motor 256 reversely rotates to drive the bag clamping cylinder 251 and the packaging bag to ascend together through the transmission part 232. When the weighing scale body 300 is lifted to a preset position, the bag blowing assembly 350 in the weighing scale body performs bag blowing operation on the lifted ton bags. The bag holding positioning device 400 closes the front bag holding plate 420 and the rear bag holding plate 430 to position the blown ton bags. The bag clamping cylinder 251 descends along the bag holding plate with the ton bags until the package feeding position is reached. The weighing hopper 340 opens the material door, and the material that finishes the measurement in the weighing hopper 340 is put into the wrapping bag and is packed, and after the packing finishes, the weighing hopper 340 closes the material door and carries out next round weighing measurement.
Simultaneously, the bag pressing mechanism 254 and the bag clamping mechanism 253 are opened, the flaring bag clamping assembly 250 is used for opening the ton bag mouth, the bag clamping cylinder 251 is lifted, the flaring rod 2551 is driven by the air cylinder to reversely downwards, and the bag opening state of the flaring rod 2551 is kept unchanged. The clipping device 540 in the sealing device 500 clips the package bag mouth. The flaring and bag clamping assembly 250 of the lifting and bag clamping mechanism 200 is lifted until the bag mouth is removed. The clamping state of the clamping device 540 is maintained, the conveying belt 700 drives the ton bags to move, the translation driving motor 531 drives the translation mechanism 530 to drive the clamping device 540 to synchronously move with the ton bags, and the ton bags move to the position where the package bag opening is close to the fixed heating assembly 561, and the conveying belt 700 and the translation mechanism 530 synchronously stop.
The clamping cylinder 563 drives the movable heating assembly 562 to clamp the ton bag mouth for sealing operation, and simultaneously the mouth clamping device 540 is opened to release the bag mouth. The translation mechanism 530 drives the mouth clamping device 540 to move below the lifting bag clamping mechanism 200 to repeatedly clamp the ton bag mouth. After sealing, the clamping cylinder 563 drives the movable heating assembly 562 to open, the conveying bag 700 drives the ton bag to move backwards to the position below the lifting steering device 600, the lifting hook 650 lifts the ton bag lifting tab, and the lifting cylinder 630 drives to ascend to lift the ton bag away from the conveying bag 700. The bag opening guiding and arranging mechanism 670 arranges the bags of the ton bags to the inner side of the outer bags of the ton bags, and the bag rotating cylinder 640 drives the lifting hook 650 to drive the ton bags to rotate by 90 degrees. Lifting cylinder 630 drives down and the ton bags fall back to conveying bag 700, and hook swing cylinder 660 drives hook 650 to swing upwards, giving off enough height for the ton bags to pass through, conveying bag 700 starts conveying the ton bags to the back station.
According to the above structural description, the lifting and bag clamping mechanism 200 operates as follows: the bag clamping cylinder 251 is fixed on the main frame and the reinforcing base 210 through a connecting piece, and the electric lifting system 230 drives the transmission part 232 to realize the lifting action of the bag clamping cylinder 251. After the upper bag mechanism 170 clamps the ton bags below the bag clamping cylinder 251, the electric lifting system 230 is driven to start. The bag clamping cylinder 251 descends to be inserted into the inner side of the ton bag opening, when the ton bag opening descends to the middle preset position, the bag pressing mechanism 254 stretches out to press the packaging bag opening, and the bag clamping cylinder 251 drives the packaging bag to continuously descend, so that the ton bag opening is separated from the upper bag fixing clamping plate 177 and the upper bag moving clamping plate 178. The bag clamping mechanism 253 extends out to clamp the opening of the packaging bag.
The transmission system 172 drives the bag feeding mechanism 170 to move backwards and repeat the bag taking operation, the electric lifting system 230 reversely rotates to drive the bag clamping cylinder 251 and the packaging bag to ascend together through the transmission part 232, when the bag clamping cylinder and the packaging bag ascend to a preset position, the bag blowing assembly 350 in the net weight scale body 300 blows the ascending ton bags, the bag holding positioning device 400 closes the front bag holding plate 420 and the rear bag holding plate 430 to position the blown ton bags, and the ton bags are prevented from being inclined after being packaged.
The bag clamping cylinder 251 carries the ton bag to descend along the bag holding plate until the ton bag reaches a packaging feeding position, after weighing is finished, the weighing hopper 340 opens a material door to start packaging, after packaging is finished, the bag pressing mechanism 254 and the bag clamping mechanism 253 are opened, the flaring component 255 props up the ton bag mouth, the bag clamping cylinder 251 ascends, the flaring component 255 is driven by the air cylinder to reversely downwards, the bag supporting state of the flaring component 255 is kept unchanged until the mouth clamping device 540 in the sealing device 500 clamps the packaging bag mouth.
In summary, the full-automatic ton bag packaging equipment for the rolled bags realizes the full-automatic ton bag packaging process by rolling bags, supplying bags, automatically feeding bags, automatically metering, feeding and packaging, clamping bags, sealing, turning the lifting bags until entering the later process, and carrying out code spraying, labeling and fork conveying stacking. The application of the roll type ton bag improves the bag storage capacity of the ton bag warehouse, reduces the frequency of manual intervention, and further improves the production efficiency. The ton bags used in the invention are coiled single lifting ton bags, the ton bags are coiled for use, the number of the single coiled ton bags can be up to 100, and the convenience of transportation and storage is improved.
