Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an antioxidant moisturizing essence containing a clematis fermentation extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the attention of the public on the appearance of the cosmetics, the effects of the cosmetics are also diversified, such as anti-aging, whitening, moisturizing and repairing, anti-acne and the like. The cosmetics can be classified into natural cosmetics and non-natural cosmetics according to raw material sources, along with the popularity of green, natural and organic concepts, people gradually recognize the potential safety hazards of long-term use of the non-natural cosmetics on human bodies, such as hormone face, skin allergy, skin chronic poisoning and the like, and compared with chemical synthetic raw materials, the natural cosmetic raw materials have the advantages of safety, mild effect, no stimulation and the like. Therefore, the natural plants are applied to cosmetics, and the green and environment-friendly skin care concept inevitably becomes a popular trend in the cosmetic industry.
The anoectochilus formosanus (Anoectochilus roxburghii) is a perennial herb of the genus Alchezia (Anoectochilus) of the family Orchidaceae (Orchidaceae), has the reputation of 'Yaowang' and 'Jincao', has sweet and slightly bitter taste and slightly cold nature, and has various pharmacological effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, dispelling wind and promoting diuresis, strengthening heart, calming liver, reducing blood pressure and the like. In addition, the anoectochilus roxburghii has the skin care effects of resisting oxidation, dehumidifying, resisting bacteria, resisting inflammation, whitening and the like, and can be widely applied to the field of cosmetics. However, due to the difference of the existing anoectochilus roxburghii extraction process, the content of active ingredients in the commonly obtained anoectochilus roxburghii extract is low, and the antioxidation activity and the whitening effect are weak, so that the effect of related cosmetics is greatly reduced. In view of the above, the inventor prepares the anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract in a specific way, remarkably improves the antioxidant activity and whitening effect of the anoectochilus formosanus, and prepares essence water with the functions of resisting the primary aging, whitening and moisturizing by compounding the anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract with specific components.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antioxidant moisturizing essence containing a clematis fermentation extract and a preparation method thereof, wherein the specific clematis enzymolysis liquid fermentation extract is added, and the specific process is combined with each component for compounding so as to realize the anti-aging, whitening and moisturizing of skin.
In order to achieve the above purpose, one of the technical schemes adopted by the invention is as follows: the antioxidant moisturizing essence water containing the clematis fermentation extract is characterized by comprising a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, wherein:
The component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: EDTA-2Na 0.01-0.05%, amino acid humectant 0.50-2.00%, methyl propylene glycol 1.70-4.00%, thickener 0.06-0.17%, antioxidant 0.04-0.30%, butanediol 1.50-4.00%, deionized water 68.00-92.00%;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.02-0.15% of neutralizer, 0.01-0.10% of sodium hyaluronate and 2.00-5.00% of deionized water;
the component C comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the total weight of the antioxidant moisturizing essence: 0.05-0.30% of alpha-arbutin, 0.30-1.20% of panthenol and 1.00-3.00% of deionized water;
The component D comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the total weight of the antioxidant moisturizing essence: 0.06-0.38% of glucosyl, 0.20-1.00% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.05-0.35% of fibronectin and 0.50-10.00% of anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract.
Preferably, the anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
(1) Pretreatment of anoectochilus formosanus: and (3) placing the anoectochilus formosanus in a vacuum drying process at 45-55 ℃, then placing the anoectochilus formosanus in a traditional Chinese medicinal material pulverizer for pulverizing, and sieving the anoectochilus formosanus with a 60-mesh screen to obtain anoectochilus formosanus powder.
(2) Weighing anoectochilus roxburghii powder with a certain mass, adding deionized water according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:100-4:100, placing the mixture in a water bath at 75-90 ℃ for 3h, centrifuging at 7000 r/min for 5min, collecting precipitate, and drying to obtain anoectochilus roxburghii slag.

Example 5: product moisturizing effect evaluation
The essence water prepared in example 4 was evaluated for moisturizing effect, and the formula matrix group (containing no anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract), the glycerol group and the sample group (containing anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract) were compared, and the specific results are shown in fig. 1. The 100 mg samples were placed in an oven for drying, 10% water was added, and a wet sample was prepared. The prepared wet sample was stored in a closed chamber with a relative humidity of 43% at 20℃using saturated potassium carbonate. The moisture retention capacity of the wet samples was estimated by measuring the percentage of moisture remaining in the wet samples after 0, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h.
(Equation 1)
Wherein:
M2: the weight g of the water in the sample after the sample is placed;
m1: sample moisture weight, g, before placement.
Experimental results: as shown in fig. 1, the moisture retention rate of the essence water gradually decreases with time, and the moisture retention rate of the formula base group and the sample group is superior to that of glycerin when the time is 24h compared with that of glycerin. And the moisturizing effect of the sample group is stronger than that of the formula matrix group. The essence water has the function of promoting moisture retention by adding the anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract.
Example 6: evaluation of antioxidant effect of product
The total antioxidant capacity of ABTS was evaluated by using the essence water prepared in example 4, and the ABTS clearance was measured.
Determination of ABTS radical clearance: and taking the ABTS and the 2.6 mmol/L K2S2O8 which are in equal proportion to react in a dark place for 12 h, and diluting the mixture with 95% ethanol until the absorbance at 734 nm is 0.68-0.72, thus obtaining the ABTS free radical working solution. 0.2 The mL of the cream test sample was added to 0.8 mLABTS free radical working solution for reaction 6 min, designated as A1 tube. The cream test sample was replaced with 95% ethanol and designated as A2 tube, and the OD values of A1 and A2 at 734 nm were determined using an enzyme-labeled instrument with 100 μg/mL vitamin C as positive control. ABTS radical clearance (%) = (1-A1/A2) ×100.
FIG. 2 shows the effect of the antioxidant moisturizing serum on the total antioxidant capacity of the ABTS, wherein the total antioxidant capacity of the serum increases with the increase of concentration, and when the mass concentration of the serum reaches 2.5 mg/mL, the clearance rate of the serum to the ABTS solution can reach 87.3%, which indicates that the antioxidant moisturizing serum has better antioxidant activity.
