Claims (10)

1. The on-line questioning and answering point rewards management method for the trade questions is characterized in that when a user takes a point questioning as a questioner at a trade platform, the following process is carried out:
S1, putting questions posed by questioners into a database of questions to be solved;
S2, judging whether the storage time of the problems entering the problem database to be solved is overtime, if yes, jumping to S9, otherwise, waiting for a solver to search for the problems in the problem database to be solved for replying;
S3, after another user replies to the problem as a responder, the questioner judges whether the reply is useful for the questioner, if so, the step is skipped to S4, otherwise, the step is skipped to S5;
S4, distributing integration to the solver, transferring the problem and the corresponding reply from the problem database to be solved to a solved problem database, and ending the questioning;
s5, transferring the problem from the problem database to be solved to a temporary problem database;
S6, matching the problems in the temporary problem database with the problems in the solved problem database through a semantic analysis technology, judging whether the problems which are the same as the problems in the temporary problem database exist in the solved problem database, if so, jumping to S7, otherwise, jumping to S8;
S7, defining the replies of the problems in the temporary problem database as first replies, defining the replies of the problems which are the same as the problems in the temporary problem database in the solved problem database as second replies, judging the coincidence degree of the first replies and the second replies through a semantic analysis technology, judging that the first replies are useful for the problems if the coincidence degree is not lower than a set first threshold value, pre-marking the questioner once, and then jumping to S10; if the overlap ratio is lower than a set first threshold value, judging that the first reply is not useful for the problem, not distributing the problem to the solver for integration, transferring the problem from the temporary problem database back to the problem database to be solved, and then jumping to S2;
S8, the questions and the first returns are sent to the trading platform operation and maintenance personnel to be judged, if the trading platform operation and maintenance personnel judges that the first returns are useful for the questions, the questioner is marked once, the questions and the corresponding returns in the temporary questions library are distributed and integrated to the answering machine, the questions and the corresponding returns in the temporary questions library are transferred to the solved questions database, and the questioning is finished; if the operation and maintenance personnel of the trading platform determine that the first reply is useless for the problem, the first reply is determined to be useless for the problem, the first reply is not distributed to the solver for integration, then the problem is directly replied, the problem and the reply are stored in the solved problem database, a second reply which is originally stored in the solved problem database and the problem corresponding to the second reply are removed, and the questioning is ended;
S9, sending the problems in the problem database to be solved to the trade platform operation and maintenance personnel for replying, transferring the problems in the problem database to be solved and the replying of the trade platform operation and maintenance personnel to the problem database to be solved, and ending the questioning;
s10, judging whether the questioner complains within a preset time, if so, jumping to S8, otherwise, jumping to S4.
2. The method for on-line question and answer rewards management of trade questions of claim 1 wherein said points are obtained by a means comprising replying to questions on said trade platform to obtain points, shopping to obtain points and directly purchasing points.
3. The method for on-line questioning and answering bonus management of a trade issue according to claim 1, wherein neither the questioner nor the solver is a trading platform operator.
4. The method for on-line questioning and answering bonus management of trade problems according to claim 1, wherein the attributes of the user include a user name, a reputation and a user identity, and when the reputation of a certain user is not less than a set second threshold, the user identity of the user includes both a solver and a questioner; when the credibility of a certain user is smaller than the set second threshold, the user identity of the user only comprises a questioner.
5. The method for on-line questioning, answering and rewarding management of trade questions as claimed in claim 4, wherein in S8, when the questioner is marked once, the credibility of the questioner is reduced by a preset value; if the judgment of the questioner on the reply of the question is consistent with the judgment of the final reply of the question, the credibility of the questioner is increased, and the credibility of the user is limited; the different credits of the user are different in the points spent in the questioning process, and the higher the credits, the lower the credits, and the higher the points spent.

The method for on-line questioning, answering, rewarding and managing of trade questions as claimed in claim 5, wherein said trade platform operation and maintenance personnel periodically clean up the questions and corresponding replies in said database of solved questions to ensure that there are no identical questions in said database of solved questions and that the replies of the questions are most comprehensive and correct.

The method for managing on-line questioning and answering point rewards for trade questions according to claim 6, wherein the solver comprises two grades, and the two grades are different in points corresponding to the obtained answer questions, the low grade is a general member, and the high grade is an expert member.
8. The method for on-line questioning and answering bonus management of a trade question according to claim 7, wherein said solver is an expert member when the number of questions answered by said solver exceeds a third threshold and the approved success rate of replies exceeds a fourth threshold.

The on-line questioning and answering point rewarding management system of the trade questions is arranged on a trade platform and is used for implementing any one of claims 1-8, and is characterized by comprising a login module, a questioning module, an answering module, a to-be-solved question database, a temporary-placed question database, a solved question database, a first judging module, a second judging module, a background replying module, a complaint module, a point change module, a pre-marking module and a scaling module, wherein the login module is respectively connected with the to-be-solved question database through the questioning module and the answering module, the output end of the to-be-solved question database is respectively connected with the temporary-placed question database, the solved question database and the background replying module, the output end of the solved question database is respectively connected with the second judging module and the background replying module, the first judging module is connected with the complaint module, the output end of the pre-marking module is respectively connected with the output end of the complaint module, and the scaling module is respectively connected with the output end of the pre-marking module.
10. The on-line question and answer point rewards management system of claim 9 wherein said login module is for a user to log into the trading platform;
The questioning module is used for a user to ask questions as questioners;
the answer module is used for the user to answer the questions in the to-be-solved question database as a responder;
the to-be-solved problem database is used for storing problems which are not solved yet;
The temporary problem database is used for storing the problems and corresponding replies which are already replied but not approved by the questioner;
the solved problem database is used for storing the problems and corresponding replies of which the replies are approved by the questioner and the problems and corresponding replies of which the trading platform operation and maintenance personnel reply;
The first judging module is used for judging whether the storage time of the problems entering the problem database to be solved is overtime;
The second judging module is used for matching the problems in the temporary problem database with the problems in the solved problem database through a semantic analysis technology, judging whether the problems which are the same as the problems in the temporary problem database exist in the solved problem database or not, and judging the coincidence ratio of the first reply and the second reply through the semantic analysis technology;
the pre-marking module is used for pre-marking the questioner once;
the marking module is used for marking the questioner once;
the complaint module is used for complaining by the questioner;
The background replying module is used for replying the questions of the questioner by the operation and maintenance personnel of the trading platform and judging whether the reply aiming at a certain question is useful for the question or not;
the integral change module is used for increasing or decreasing the integral of the user.
