The system comprises a first client, a second client and a third client, wherein the first client, the second client and the third client are mainly different in corresponding use population, the first client is mainly used by a business consultant, the second client is mainly used by a sales manager of an agent company, and the third client is mainly used by sales case managers; the corresponding authorities are different, and the first client side is mainly used for initiating a client filing request and updating and supplementing the client information; the second client is mainly used for carrying out decision processing on the client attribution problem between the flag post-professional consultants of the agent company and feeding back the problem to the application server; optionally, all functions of the first client may also be included; the third client is mainly used for decision processing of client attribution problems among the employment consultants of different agent companies in the sales plan.
Optionally, before determining whether the current employment advisor and the home advisor are the same agent, the method further comprises: it is determined that the home advisor belongs to a sales team under the target floor for sale in the local customer archive. Claims (10)

1. A home management system for house-buying clients in a real estate project site is characterized by comprising an application server and a client relationship management server, wherein the application server is configured with basic data information of floors to be sold, at least one sales team is correspondingly created under each floor to be sold, and at least one business placement advisor information is bound under each sales team, wherein the basic data information comprises names of the floors to be sold, and the business placement advisor information comprises names of business placement advisors, login accounts and home agent companies; the customer relationship management server takes the building name as a label and correspondingly stores the customer information of the house purchase, wherein the customer information of the house purchase comprises the customer name and the telephone number;
The application server receives a client filing request sent by a first client, wherein the client filing request carries a telephone number to be verified and identification information of a current business consultant, and the application server analyzes the client filing request to obtain the telephone number to be verified and determines a target floor to be sold, which is proxied by the current business consultant;
The application server judges whether a customer file which is the same as the telephone number to be verified exists under the target floor to be sold in a local customer archive library, if so, the application server refuses the customer filing request and generates a filing failure message to be sent to the first client; if not, judging whether a customer file identical to the telephone number to be verified exists under the target floor to be sold in the customer relationship management server based on the communication connection between the application server and the customer relationship management server; if not, the application server correspondingly creates customer file information under the target floor to be sold, and the customer corresponding to the house purchasing client of the telephone number to be verified belongs to the current business consultant, wherein the created customer file information comprises the telephone number to be verified;
if the customer file with the same number as the phone number to be verified exists under the target floor to be sold in the customer relationship management server, the application server acquires original business advisor information to which the customer file corresponds, and judges whether a current business advisor and an original business advisor are the same person or not according to the identification information of the current business advisor and the original business advisor information, if so, a customer purchasing the house corresponding to the phone number to be verified is attributed to the current business advisor or the original business advisor; if not, generating an inquiry message and sending the inquiry message to the second client or the third client, and judging the client attribution according to the inquiry result.
2. the real estate project purchasing client home management system of claim 1 wherein generating a query message to send to a second client or a third client comprises:
Judging whether the current working consultant and the original working consultant are the same agent company, if so, generating the inquiry message and sending the inquiry message to the second client, wherein the inquiry message comprises the identification information of the current working consultant and the original working consultant; and if not, generating the inquiry message and sending the inquiry message to the third client.
3. The system of claim 2, further comprising, prior to determining whether the current live advisor and the live advisor are the same agent: determining that the home advisor belongs to a sales team under a target floor for sale in the local customer archive.
4. the real estate project purchasing client home management system of claim 3 further comprising: and if the original professional consultant is determined not to belong to the sales team under the target floor to be sold in the local client archive library, the application server creates the customer file information under the target floor to be sold, and the customer to be checked corresponding to the telephone number belongs to the current professional consultant.
5. the system of claim 1, wherein prior to determining whether the current live advisor is the same person as the live advisor, the system further comprises determining that the telephone number to be verified corresponds to a home client that is not marked as a public client; and if the client is marked as a public client, the application server creates the customer file information under the target floor to be sold, and the client corresponding to the telephone number to be verified belongs to the current live advisor.

The system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the client filing request further carries a short message verification code to be tested, and before the application server receives the client filing request from the first client, the system further comprises receiving a short message verification code acquisition request and sending a standard short message verification code to the phone number to be verified according to the short message verification code acquisition request; the application server is further used for judging whether a short message verification code to be detected carried in the customer filing request is matched with the standard short message verification code, if so, the step of judging whether a customer file with the same telephone number as the telephone number to be verified exists under the target building to be sold in a local customer archive library is executed, and if not, the customer filing request is rejected, and a short message verification failure message is generated to be sent to the first client.
7. A home management method for a client purchasing a real estate project is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a client filing request sent by a first client, wherein the client filing request carries a telephone number to be verified and identification information of a current working consultant;
Analyzing the client filing request to obtain the telephone number to be verified, and determining a target floor to be sold, which is proxied by the current employment consultant;
Judging whether a customer file identical to the telephone number to be verified exists under the target floor to be sold in a local customer archive library, if so, rejecting the customer filing request and generating a filing failure message to send to the first client; if not, judging whether a customer file identical to the telephone number to be verified exists under the target floor to be sold in the customer relationship management server;
If the customer file which is the same as the telephone number to be verified does not exist, correspondingly creating customer file information under the target floor to be sold, and attributing a customer purchasing the house corresponding to the telephone number to be verified to the current business consultant, wherein the created customer file information comprises the telephone number to be verified;
If the customer file same as the telephone number to be verified exists, acquiring original business advisor information corresponding to the customer file, and judging whether the current business advisor and the original business advisor are the same person or not according to the identification information of the current business advisor and the original business advisor information;
If the current professional consultant and the original professional consultant are judged to be the same person, the client of purchasing the house corresponding to the telephone number to be verified belongs to the current professional consultant or the original professional consultant; if the current employment advisor is judged to be not the same as the original employment advisor, an inquiry message is generated and sent to the second client or the third client, and the client attribution is judged according to the inquiry result.
8. The real estate project purchasing client home management method of claim 7 wherein generating a query message to send to a second client or a third client comprises:
Judging whether the current working consultant and the original working consultant are the same agent company, if so, generating the inquiry message and sending the inquiry message to the second client, wherein the inquiry message comprises the identification information of the current working consultant and the original working consultant; and if not, generating the inquiry message and sending the inquiry message to the third client.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein prior to determining whether the current live advisor and the live advisor are the same agent, the method further comprises: determining that the home advisor belongs to a sales team under a target floor for sale in the local customer archive.

The real estate project site purchasing client home management method of claim 8, further comprising: and if the original professional consultant is determined not to belong to the sales team under the target floor to be sold in the local client archive library, creating the customer file information under the target floor to be sold, and attributing the client of the house purchasing corresponding to the telephone number to be verified to the current professional consultant.
