The composition can provide moisture and nutrition for damaged skin of skin barrier, is beneficial to relieving skin inflammation, promoting skin to be relaxed and recovered, effectively repairing the skin barrier and promoting skin smoothness and elasticity. Based on the composition, the pullulanase polysaccharide, the rhodococcus rhodochrous polysaccharide and the tuberose polysaccharide compound polysaccharide are added, and the prepared dressing has higher healing rate on wounds, can repair skin barriers more effectively and rapidly, and has stronger skin barrier repair effect.

Description

Skin care composition with effect of effectively repairing skin barrier, and preparation process and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a skin care composition with an effect of effectively repairing skin barriers, and a preparation process and application thereof.
Background
The skin barrier is the first line of defense of the skin and plays an important role in preventing water loss, protecting against external stimuli, and maintaining skin health. Damaged skin barriers are prone to skin sensitivity and inflammatory reactions. Damaged skin barriers are also prone to various skin problems such as dryness, allergies, acne, etc. Damaged skin barriers can lead to skin loss of smoothness and elasticity, which is prone to dryness, roughness and sagging. The skin-repairing skin-protecting product can provide moisturizing, nourishing and other functions, and is helpful for repairing damaged skin barrier function. Therefore, development of skin barrier repair products is of great importance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a skin care composition with an effect of effectively repairing skin barrier, and a preparation process and application thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a skin care composition effective in repairing skin barrier effects comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.4-1.6 parts of avocado resin, 0.2-0.4 part of ceramide NP, 1.2-1.8 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.4-0.6 part of bisabolol, 0.5-1.0 part of centella asiatica extract, 1-1.5 parts of cholesterol, 0.8-1.2 parts of purslane extract, 0.1-0.3 part of squalane, 0.8-1.2 parts of oligopeptide-1, 0.4-0.6 part of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid and 1-2 parts of a lysate of a fermentation product of two-split yeasts.
Preferably, the skin care composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of avocado resin, 0.3 part of ceramide NP, 1.5 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.5 part of bisabolol, 0.8 part of centella asiatica extract, 1.2 parts of cholesterol, 1 part of purslane extract, 0.2 part of squalane, 1 part of oligopeptide-1, 0.5 part of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid and 1.5 parts of a lysate of a fermentation product of the saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Further, the skin care composition further comprises a compound polysaccharide, wherein the compound polysaccharide is composed of at least two of pullulanase polysaccharide, rhodococcus rhodochrous polysaccharide and tuberose polysaccharide.
Further, the mass ratio of pullulanase polysaccharide, rhodococcus rhodochrous polysaccharide and tuberose polysaccharide in the compound polysaccharide is 1:1.8-2.2:1.2-1.5.
Further, the skin care composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.4-1.6 parts of avocado resin, 0.2-0.4 part of ceramide NP, 1.2-1.8 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.4-0.6 part of bisabolol, 0.5-1.0 part of centella asiatica extract, 1-1.5 parts of cholesterol, 0.8-1.2 parts of purslane extract, 0.1-0.3 part of squalane, 0.8-1.2 parts of oligopeptide-1, 0.4-0.6 part of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid, 1-2 parts of a lysate of a fermentation product of a saccharomyces cerevisiae and 0.8-1.2 parts of compound polysaccharide.
Preferably, the skin care composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.4 to 1.6 percent of avocado resin, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of ceramide NP, 1.2 to 1.8 percent of hyaluronic acid, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of bisabolol, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of centella asiatica extract, 1 to 1.5 percent of cholesterol, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of purslane extract, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of squalane, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of oligopeptide-1, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid, 1 to 2 percent of lysate of fermentation products of the two-split yeast, 0.8 to 1.2 percent of compound polysaccharide and the balance purified water.
Preferably, the skin care composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5% of shea butter, 0.3% of ceramide NP, 1.5% of hyaluronic acid, 0.5% of bisabolol, 0.8% of centella asiatica extract, 1.2% of cholesterol, 1% of purslane extract, 0.2% of squalane, 1% of oligopeptide-1, 0.5% of tetrahydropyrimidine carboxylic acid, 1.5% of lysate of fermentation products of saccharomyces cerevisiae, 1% of complex polysaccharide and 90% of purified water.

Test examples
Test example 1-biocompatibility
The dressings prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to animal skin irritation test, in vitro cytotoxicity test, skin sensitization test, respectively, and the results showed no irritation, no toxicity, and no sensitization.
Test example 2 wound healing test
Healthy rats are selected, weighing 300-320 g, randomly grouped, and 10 animals in each group, male and female halves. Blank groups and test groups 1 to 6, respectively, and test groups 1 to 6 correspond to examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 in order. The back hair on both sides of the back of the rat was shaved off the day before the test, and the hair removal area was about 2cm by 2cm. The rats were anesthetized by injection of anesthetic, and then the skin areas were cleaned with disinfectant and the skin areas were wound 1.5cm by 1.5cm using a sterilizing bladeThe epidermis of the rat was lacerated without damaging the dermis, and a 1.5cm damaged wound was formed. The wound was cleaned with 0.9% NaCl, and then dressing was applied to the wound in an amount of 1.0 g.kg -1 ·d -1 The administration was continued for 7 days. The blank group did not use dressing. Photographing a rat wound, and observing the healing condition of the wound: whether bleeding, penetrating fluid, suppuration, crusting and the like exist or not, measuring the size of the wound healing by using a measuring scale, and calculating the wound healing rate.
Wound healing rate = (pre-use wound area-post-use wound area)/pre-use wound area 100%
TABLE 1 wound healing Condition
Compared with blank group, P is less than or equal to 0.01, P is less than 0.05
The results show that the wound healing rate of each test group is improved after 7 days of dressing application, and the difference has statistical significance compared with the blank group. Wounds using the dressing of examples 1-4 had a high healing rate and were able to repair skin barriers effectively and quickly, with the dressing of example 4 having the strongest skin barrier repair effect.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
