The ratchet wheel component 334 is used for preventing the downward pattern paper 9 from driving the roller 331 downwards to rotate, so that sliding friction is formed between the pattern paper 9 and the roller 331 when the pattern paper 9 moves downwards, and the friction force of the sliding friction is larger than rolling friction, so that the pattern paper 9 can be tensioned, and the pattern paper 9 can be better attached to the side wall of the paper box 8. Referring to fig. 3, the pressing assembly 35 includes a pressing side plate 351 and a pressing driving member 352 for driving the pressing side plate 351 to horizontally reciprocate, and the pressing driving member 352 is an air cylinder or an electric cylinder.

The cassette transfer mechanism 2 includes a horizontal movement assembly 21 and a clamp assembly 22, the clamp assembly 22 being for clamping the paper cassette 8, the horizontal movement assembly 21 being for driving the clamp assembly 22 to horizontally reciprocate.
The clamping assembly 22 comprises a clamping cylinder 221 and a clamping plate 222, wherein the clamping plate 222 is arranged at the output end of the clamping cylinder 221, and the combination of the cylinder and the clamping plate 222 is arranged in a pair mode so as to achieve the clamping function.

When the clamping assembly 22 clamps the paper box 8 processed by the pattern layer coating mechanism 3 to move, the fixing device of the scraping mechanism 5 can prevent the scraping member 52 on the clamping plate 222 from moving along with the first clamping plate 22201 through the magnetic attraction between the first magnet 53 and the second magnet 54, so that the scraping member 52 slides relative to the first clamping plate 22201 to scrape the side wall of the paper box 8, and the bonding degree between the pattern paper 9 and the side wall of the paper box 8 is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, two ends of the first clamping plate 22201 are respectively provided with a limiting strip 223, and the limiting strips 223 are used for limiting the relative position between the paper box 8 and the clamping plate 222 along the horizontal direction, so as to reduce the situation that the scraping and sweeping member 52 drives the paper box 8 to move when passing between the paper box 8 and the clamping plate 222.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, a belt material pressing mechanism 6 is arranged above the discharging conveying mechanism 4, the belt material pressing machine is a belt conveyor, the belt material pressing machine is fixedly arranged on a rack of the discharging conveyor, the belt material pressing mechanism 6 is provided with a material pressing belt 61, the material pressing belt 61 is provided with a plurality of material pressing fins 62 at equal intervals along the length direction of the belt material pressing mechanism, the material pressing fins 62 are obliquely arranged, the material pressing fins 62 are integrally connected with the material pressing belt 61, and one side of the material pressing fins 62 away from the material pressing belt 61 is used for abutting against the bottom of the paper box 8; the circulating rotation direction of the belt material pressing mechanism 6 is opposite to the circulating rotation direction of the discharging conveying mechanism 4, and a speed difference exists between the linear speed of the belt material pressing mechanism 6 and the linear speed of the discharging conveying mechanism 4. To increase the frictional resistance between the outfeed conveyor 4 and the bottom of the carton 8, the outer surface of the belt of the outfeed conveyor 4 has anti-slip glue dots (not shown in the drawing).
When the paper box 8 on the material conveying mechanism passes through the belt material pressing mechanism 6, the fins of the belt material pressing mechanism 6 extend into the inner side of the paper box 8 and are abutted against the box bottom of the paper box 8, and as a speed difference exists between the linear speed of the belt material pressing mechanism 6 and the linear speed of the discharging conveying mechanism 4, the fins move relative to the box bottom of the paper box 8, so that the fins scrape the box bottom, and the bonding degree between the box bottom of the paper box 8 and the pattern paper 9 is improved.
In actual operation, the speed difference between the belt material pressing mechanism 6 and the discharging conveying mechanism 4 can be controlled, so that the distance difference between the belt material pressing mechanism 6 and the discharging conveying mechanism 4 is larger than the distance between two adjacent material pressing fins 62 and smaller than twice the distance between the two adjacent material pressing fins 62 in the process from the first material pressing fin 62 contacting the bottom of the paper box 8 to the last fin leaving.
The material of the material pressing fin 62 is consistent with that of the material pressing belt 61, and the material pressing fin 62 is made of flexible materials such as rubber or PU, so that the bottom of the box body is not easy to scratch; in order to generate a large abutment force when the press fin 62 is in contact with the bottom of the paper cassette 8, a hard reinforcing sheet 63 (see fig. 8) is fixedly provided on the surface of the press fin 62; the hard reinforcing sheet 63 can reinforce the strength of the nip fin 62. The hard reinforcing sheet 63 is made of plastic, metal or wood, and the hard reinforcing sheet 63 is positioned between the edge of the pressing fin 62 close to the pressing belt 61 and the edge far away from the pressing belt 61, i.e. an area which is not covered by the hard reinforcing sheet 63 is left on one side of the pressing fin 62 far away from the pressing belt 61.
Referring to fig. 7, the feeding direction of the discharge conveyor 4 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the cassette conveying mechanism 2; the discharging conveying mechanism 4 is provided with two oppositely arranged side scraping plates 7, the two side scraping plates 7 are fixedly connected with the frame of the discharging conveyor, the two side scraping plates 7 are respectively located on two sides of the belt pressing mechanism 6, and the two side scraping plates 7 are respectively used for scraping two opposite side walls of the paper box 8. Under the condition that the fins of the material pressing belt 61 and the discharging conveying mechanism 4 jointly press the box bottom of the box body, the two side scraping plates 7 can scrape the two side walls of the box body, so that the pattern paper 9 can be better attached to the side walls of the box body. Because the feeding direction of the discharging conveying mechanism 4 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the box body conveying mechanism 2, the side scraping plates 7 and the scraping and sweeping mechanisms 5 respectively scrape the side walls of the paper boxes 8 in different directions, and each side wall of the paper boxes 8 can be scraped.
The embodiment of the application provides a paper packaging gift box processing device, which has the implementation principle that: when the paper packaging gift box processing device works, the feeding conveying mechanism 1 continuously conveys the paper boxes 8 with the pattern paper 9 adhered to the bottoms in the direction close to the pattern layer coating mechanism 3, the box body transferring mechanism 2 transfers the paper boxes 8 on the feeding conveying mechanism 1 to the supporting lifting assemblies 31 of the pattern paper 9 conveying mechanism, and then the descending pressure lifting assemblies 32 descend so as to press the bottoms of the paper boxes 8 together with the supporting lifting assemblies 31. The paper box 8 sequentially passes through the processing functions of the horizontal edge vertical flanging assembly 3301, the horizontal edge horizontal flanging assembly 3401, the horizontal edge pressing assembly 3501, the lap edge flanging assembly 36, the longitudinal edge vertical flanging assembly 3302, the longitudinal edge horizontal flanging assembly 3402 and the longitudinal edge pressing assembly 3502 from top to bottom, so that the pattern paper 9 coats the paper box 8. After the paper box 8 finishes coating the pattern paper 9, the bearing lifting component 31 drives the paper box 8 to ascend and retreat, and the box body transfer mechanism 2 removes the paper box 8 coated with the pattern paper 9 from the pattern layer coating mechanism 3. The automatic wrapping work of the pattern paper 9 of the paper box 8 is completed through the steps, so that the production efficiency of the paper box 8 is improved.
