Specifically, in some embodiments, the cigarette in the cigarette packet is extracted at the front end of the small box oil seal of the cigarette packet packaging device, and the nondestructive inspection of the appearance quality of the cigarette comprises the following steps: extracting cigarettes in the cigarette packet in a cigarette packet conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal; detecting physical indexes of the extracted cigarettes and checking other appearance quality defects, wherein the physical indexes comprise one or more of perimeter, length and weight of the cigarettes, and the other appearance quality defects comprise one or more of empty heads, holes, breakage, uncleanness and macula; and (3) adding the tobacco packages which do not contain cigarettes with appearance quality defects back to the tobacco package conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal, and removing the tobacco packages with the cigarettes with appearance quality defects.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the packet other than the packet oil seal in the packet conveying passage at the front end of the packet oil seal of the packet packing apparatus comprises: extracting the tobacco bale at a tobacco bale conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal; carrying out nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the extracted tobacco packages except for the small box oil seal, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the tobacco packages except for the small box oil seal comprises one or more of inspection of steel seal, uncleanness, breakage, crumple, pasting, crease of lining paper and paper jam skew of the tobacco packages; and (3) adding the tobacco packages with the appearance quality defects of the smokeless packages back to the tobacco package conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal, and removing the tobacco packages with the appearance quality defects.
Specifically, in some embodiments, a pack conveying channel at the rear end of a pack oil seal of a pack packing apparatus non-destructively checks the appearance quality of the pack oil seal, comprising: extracting the tobacco bale at a tobacco bale conveying channel at the rear end of the small box oil seal; carrying out nondestructive inspection on appearance quality defects of the small box oil seal on the extracted cigarette packet, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the small box oil seal comprises inspection on one or more of the hot sealing quality, breakage, a pull wire head and cigarette case contact wrinkles of the small box oil seal; and (3) adding the tobacco packages without the appearance quality defects of the small box oil seal back to the tobacco package conveying channel at the rear end of the small box oil seal, and removing the tobacco packages with the appearance quality defects.
Specifically, in some embodiments, a non-destructive inspection of a tobacco rod appearance quality at a rod outlet delivery channel of a rod wrapping apparatus includes: extracting the tobacco rods in a tobacco rod outlet conveying channel; carrying out nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the extracted tobacco rods, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the tobacco rods comprises one or more of inspection steel seal, a rod box, broken glass paper, unclean and crumpled paper, strip film hot sealing quality, edge running and wire drawing; and (3) adding the tobacco rods without the appearance quality defects of the tobacco rods back to the tobacco rod outlet conveying channel again, and removing the tobacco rods with the appearance quality defects.
In some embodiments, verifying an operational status of a cigarette production device comprises: checking equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the cigarette bursting mouth in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the cigarette bursting mouth comprise one or more of glue condition, glue spraying amount, filter screen blocking condition in a glue barrel, cloth belt running stability condition, cloth belt abrasion condition, cloth belt glue accumulation condition, soldering iron state and large and small pressing plate position; if the equipment factors generating the cigarette bursting quality defects are normal, the cigarette bursting quality defects are eliminated, and meanwhile, whether physical indexes (circumference and the like) of the cigarettes are abnormal or not can be matched and checked; and/or checking equipment factors generating the cigarette air leakage quality defects in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors generating the cigarette air leakage quality defects comprise one or more of a rubbing drum condition, a rubbing plate rubbing condition, a tipping paper gluing condition, a cigarette machine air leakage detection device opening condition and an air leakage cigarette rejection condition; if the equipment factors generating the cigarette air leakage quality defects are normal, the cigarette air leakage quality defects are eliminated, and meanwhile, the circumference of the cigarette can be matched and checked; and/or checking equipment factors for generating the quality defects of the positions of the cigarette glue lines in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the quality defects of the positions of the cigarette glue lines comprise whether the axial and longitudinal glue positions of the inner and outer cigarettes are distributed consistently; if the axial direction and the longitudinal glue position distribution of the inner and outer smoke discharging branches are consistent, the quality defect of the glue line position of the smoke discharging branches is eliminated.
In some embodiments, verifying the operational status of the pack wrapping apparatus includes: checking equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defects of the cigarette packet stay wire in cigarette packet packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defects of the cigarette packet stay wire comprise stay wire running positions, directions and positive and negative directions, the running state of a U-shaped cigarette packet stay wire cutter, the abrasion passivation condition of a cigarette packet stay wire cutter blade, and the glue accumulation and scale accumulation condition on a cigarette packet stay wire cutter and a cigarette packet transparent paper hot-sealing soldering iron; if the running position, the direction and the front and back of the pull wire are correct, the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet runs normally, the abrasion of the cutter blade of the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet is passivated normally, and the accumulated glue and scale on the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet and the ironing and sealing soldering iron of the transparent paper of the cigarette packet are normal, the tearing quality defect of the pull wire of the cigarette packet is eliminated; and/or checking equipment factors for generating the defects of the quality of the bottoms of the tobacco package lining paper, the paper jam paste and the lining paper in the tobacco package packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the defects of the quality of the bottoms of the tobacco package lining paper, the paper jam paste and the lining paper comprise a lining paper glue nozzle, a frame paper glue nozzle, the glue amount and the glue point position of a small box trademark paper glue nozzle; if the glue amount is normal and the glue point position is not offset, the defects of lining paper in the tobacco package, paperboard pasting and folding quality of the bottom of the lining paper are eliminated.
In some embodiments, verifying an operational status of a rod wrapping apparatus includes: checking equipment factors for generating a tearing quality defect of a carton stay wire in cigarette carton packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defect of the cigarette carton stay wire comprise stay wire running positions, directions and positive and negative directions, the running state of a U-shaped carton stay wire cutter, the abrasion passivation condition of a carton stay wire cutter blade, and the glue accumulation and scale accumulation condition on a carton stay wire cutter and a carton transparent paper hot-sealing soldering iron; if the running position, the direction and the front and back of the pulling wire are correct, the pulling wire cutter of the strip box runs normally, the abrasion of the blade of the pulling wire cutter of the strip box is passivated normally, and the accumulated glue and scale on the ironing and sealing soldering iron of the pulling wire cutter of the strip box and the transparent paper of the strip box are normal, the tearing and pulling quality defect of the pulling wire of the strip box is eliminated; and/or checking equipment factors generating the quality defect of the carton adhesive in the cigarette carton packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors generating the quality defect of the carton adhesive comprise the adhesive amount and the adhesive point position of a carton trademark adhesive spraying nozzle; if the glue amount of the glue spraying nozzle of the trademark of the strip box is normal and the glue point position is not offset, the quality defect of the glue of the strip box is eliminated.
In some embodiments, in addition to checking the operation states of the cigarette production equipment, the cigarette packet packaging equipment and the cigarette strip packaging equipment, the key nodes such as the first check, the restarting time after the shutdown due to maintenance or cleaning and the like can also perform destructive checking on the cigarettes, the cigarette packets and the cigarette strips, and the frequency of the destructive checking on the cigarettes, the cigarette packets and the cigarette strips can be lower than the frequency of the destructive checking in the traditional checking method when the operation states of the cigarette production equipment, the cigarette packet packaging equipment and the cigarette strip packaging equipment are not checked.
According to the appearance quality defect inspection method for the cigarette production process, aiming at appearance quality defects of cigarettes, cigarette bags and cartons, which are required to be subjected to destructive inspection, the equipment operation states and hidden dangers which affect the corresponding quality defects are subjected to pre-judgment inspection, meanwhile, the destructive inspection can be performed at a lower frequency in the production process, and key nodes such as first inspection, maintenance and restarting after cleaning are subjected to destructive inspection, so that auxiliary material waste caused by the destructive inspection is greatly reduced while quality inspection compliance is ensured, and inspection cost is saved; meanwhile, the method is beneficial to operating maintenance personnel to check the running state of equipment, adjust and correct in time, and can reduce the appearance quality defect of cigarettes and reduce the hidden quality trouble.
Using traditional self-checking method, 1 strip (10 boxes) is usually checked first, 1 per 15 minutes in a class, 4 boxes/time, 96 boxes are checked, 106 boxes are broken and torn in total per class; by using the appearance quality defect inspection method for the cigarette production process provided by the embodiment of the application, 1 cigarette (10 boxes) can be inspected for the first time, destructive inspection is carried out 2 times after the equipment in the class is cleaned, 4 boxes/time, 8 boxes are inspected for self-inspection, and 18 boxes of broken cigarette packets are counted in each class; and the number of the broken cigarette packet 88 boxes is reduced for each machine before and after optimization. For process quality supervision and spot check, a traditional self-checking method is used, appearance quality check frequency is required to be 1.5 hours/time per shift, and according to 6 hours per production shift, 60 boxes of cigarette packs are broken and detached per machine before optimization, 24 boxes of cigarette packs are broken and detached per machine after optimization, and 36 boxes of cigarette packs are broken and detached per machine before and after optimization. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can achieve the effects of shortening the inspection time, improving the inspection efficiency and reducing the inspection cost.
Based on the embodiments of the application described above, features of one embodiment may be beneficially combined with one or more other embodiments without explicit negation or conflict.
Although some specific embodiments of the present application have been described in detail by way of example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing embodiments may be modified and equivalents substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. The scope of the application is defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An appearance quality defect inspection method for a cigarette production process, comprising the steps of:
checking the operation state of the cigarette production equipment;
checking the running state of the cigarette packet packaging equipment;
checking the running state of the cigarette packaging equipment;
the method comprises the steps that nondestructive inspection is carried out on appearance quality of cigarettes, appearance quality of cigarette packets and appearance quality of cigarette bars at nodes at different positions on a cigarette production line respectively;
and determining appearance quality defects in the cigarette production process based on nondestructive test results of the cigarette production equipment, the cigarette packet packaging equipment and the operation state of the cigarette packet packaging equipment and appearance quality of cigarettes, appearance quality of the cigarette packet and appearance quality of the cigarettes.
2. The inspection method of claim 1, wherein the non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the cigarettes, the appearance quality of the packets of cigarettes, and the appearance quality of the rods, respectively, is performed at different nodes on the cigarette production line, comprising:
non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the cigarettes in a cigarette outlet channel of cigarette production equipment;
extracting cigarettes in a cigarette packet at the front end of a small box oil seal of cigarette packet packaging equipment, and nondestructively testing the appearance quality of the cigarettes;
non-destructive inspection of appearance quality of the cigarette packet boxes except the small box oil seal is performed on a cigarette packet conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal of the cigarette packet packaging equipment;
the method comprises the steps that a cigarette packet conveying channel at the rear end of a small box oil seal of cigarette packet packaging equipment is used for nondestructively testing the appearance quality of the small box oil seal;
the appearance quality of the tobacco rod is nondestructively checked at a tobacco rod outlet conveying channel of the tobacco rod packaging equipment.
3. The inspection method according to claim 2, wherein the non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the cigarettes at the cigarette outlet channel of the cigarette production device comprises:
obtaining cigarettes at the cigarette outlet channel;
detecting physical indexes and other appearance quality defects of the cigarettes at the obtained cigarette outlet channels, wherein the physical indexes comprise one or more of circumference, length and weight of the cigarettes, and the other appearance quality defects comprise one or more of empty heads, holes, breakage, uncleanness and macula;
and (5) adding the cigarettes without appearance quality defects back to the cigarette outlet channel.
4. The inspection method according to claim 2, wherein the cigarettes in the cigarette packet are extracted at the front end of the small box oil seal of the cigarette packet packaging device, and the non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the cigarettes comprises:
extracting cigarettes in the cigarette packet in a cigarette packet conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal;
detecting physical indexes of the extracted cigarettes and checking other appearance quality defects, wherein the physical indexes comprise one or more of perimeter, length and weight of the cigarettes, and the other appearance quality defects comprise one or more of empty heads, holes, breakage, uncleanness and macula;
and (5) adding the tobacco bale which does not contain cigarettes with appearance quality defects back to the tobacco bale conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal.
5. The inspection method according to claim 2, wherein the non-destructive inspection of the pack appearance quality of the pack other than the pack oil seal at the pack conveying passage at the front end of the pack oil seal of the pack packing apparatus comprises:
extracting the tobacco bale at a tobacco bale conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal;
carrying out nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the extracted tobacco packages except for the small box oil seal, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the tobacco packages except for the small box oil seal comprises one or more of inspection of steel seal, uncleanness, breakage, crumple, pasting, crease of lining paper and paper jam skew of the tobacco packages;
and (5) adding the tobacco bale with the appearance quality defect of the smokeless packet back to the tobacco bale conveying channel at the front end of the small box oil seal.
6. The inspection method according to claim 2, wherein the non-destructive inspection of the appearance quality of the packet oil seal at the packet conveying passage at the rear end of the packet oil seal of the packet packing apparatus comprises:
extracting the tobacco bale at a tobacco bale conveying channel at the rear end of the small box oil seal;
carrying out nondestructive inspection on appearance quality defects of the small box oil seal on the extracted cigarette packet, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the small box oil seal comprises inspection on one or more of the hot sealing quality, breakage, a pull wire head and cigarette case contact wrinkles of the small box oil seal;
and (5) adding the tobacco bale without the appearance quality defect of the small box oil seal back to the tobacco bale conveying channel at the rear end of the small box oil seal.
7. The inspection method of claim 2, wherein the non-destructive inspection of the quality of the appearance of the tobacco rod at the rod outlet conveyor channel of the rod wrapping apparatus comprises:
extracting the tobacco rods in a tobacco rod outlet conveying channel;
carrying out nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the extracted tobacco rods, wherein the nondestructive inspection on the appearance quality defects of the tobacco rods comprises one or more of inspection steel seal, a rod box, broken glass paper, unclean and crumpled paper, strip film hot sealing quality, edge running and wire drawing;
and (5) adding the tobacco rods without the appearance quality defects of the tobacco rods back to the tobacco rod outlet conveying channel.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein verifying the operational status of the cigarette production facility comprises:
checking equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the cigarette bursting mouth in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the cigarette bursting mouth comprise one or more of glue condition, glue spraying amount, filter screen blocking condition in a glue barrel, cloth belt running stability condition, cloth belt abrasion condition, cloth belt glue accumulation condition, soldering iron state and large and small pressing plate position;
if the equipment factors generating the quality defects of the cigarette bursting openings are normal, the quality defects of the cigarette bursting openings are eliminated; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
checking equipment factors for generating the cigarette air leakage quality defects in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the cigarette air leakage quality defects comprise one or more of rubbing drum conditions, rubbing plate rubbing conditions, tipping paper gluing conditions, opening conditions of an air leakage detection device of a cigarette machine and air leakage cigarette rejection conditions;
if the equipment factors generating the quality defect of the cigarette air leakage are normal, the quality defect of the cigarette air leakage is eliminated; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
checking equipment factors for generating the quality defects of the positions of the cigarette glue lines in cigarette production equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the quality defects of the positions of the cigarette glue lines comprise whether the axial and longitudinal glue positions of the inner and outer cigarettes are distributed uniformly;
if the axial direction and the longitudinal glue position distribution of the inner and outer smoke discharging branches are consistent, the quality defect of the glue line position of the smoke discharging branches is eliminated.
9. The inspection method according to claim 1, wherein inspecting the operation state of the pack packing apparatus comprises:
checking equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defects of the cigarette packet stay wire in cigarette packet packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defects of the cigarette packet stay wire comprise stay wire running positions, directions and positive and negative directions, the running state of a U-shaped cigarette packet stay wire cutter, the abrasion passivation condition of a cigarette packet stay wire cutter blade, and the glue accumulation and scale accumulation condition on a cigarette packet stay wire cutter and a cigarette packet transparent paper hot-sealing soldering iron;
if the running position, the direction and the front and back of the pull wire are correct, the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet runs normally, the abrasion of the cutter blade of the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet is passivated normally, and the accumulated glue and scale on the pull wire cutter of the cigarette packet and the ironing and sealing soldering iron of the transparent paper of the cigarette packet are normal, the tearing quality defect of the pull wire of the cigarette packet is eliminated; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
checking equipment factors for generating defects of the folding quality of the bottom of the lining paper in the tobacco package, namely, sticking the paperboard and the lining paper in the tobacco package packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the defects of the folding quality of the bottom of the lining paper in the tobacco package comprise the glue spraying nozzle of the lining paper, the glue spraying nozzle of the frame paper, the glue amount and the glue point position of the glue spraying nozzle of the label paper of the small box;
if the glue amount is normal and the glue point position is not offset, the defects of lining paper in the tobacco package, paperboard pasting and folding quality of the bottom of the lining paper are eliminated.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein verifying the operational status of the rod packing apparatus comprises:
checking equipment factors for generating a tearing quality defect of a carton stay wire in cigarette carton packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the tearing quality defect of the cigarette carton stay wire comprise stay wire running positions, directions and positive and negative directions, the running state of a U-shaped carton stay wire cutter, the abrasion passivation condition of a carton stay wire cutter blade, and the glue accumulation and scale accumulation condition on a carton stay wire cutter and a carton transparent paper hot-sealing soldering iron;
if the running position, the direction and the front and back of the pulling wire are correct, the pulling wire cutter of the strip box runs normally, the abrasion of the blade of the pulling wire cutter of the strip box is passivated normally, and the accumulated glue and scale on the ironing and sealing soldering iron of the pulling wire cutter of the strip box and the transparent paper of the strip box are normal, the tearing and pulling quality defect of the pulling wire of the strip box is eliminated; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
checking equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the carton adhesive in the cigarette carton packaging equipment, wherein the equipment factors for generating the quality defect of the carton adhesive comprise the adhesive amount and the adhesive point position of a carton trademark adhesive spraying nozzle;
if the glue amount of the glue spraying nozzle of the trademark of the strip box is normal and the glue point position is not offset, the quality defect of the glue of the strip box is eliminated.
