Abstract
The invention provides a moisturizing composition, a solid beverage and a preparation method thereof. The moisturizing composition comprises salmon nasal cartilage powder, chitosan oligosaccharide, tremella polysaccharide, rice bran oil powder and sodium hyaluronate. The moisturizing composition can activate the aquaprotein channel 3 on the cell membrane, transfer water to the cells, promote the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, moisturize the cells, and act in the stratum corneum to achieve the effect of water locking, so that the skin is full and has elasticity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food health care, in particular to a moisturizing composition, a solid beverage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin mainly comprises epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue, wherein the epidermis is the outermost layer of the skin and mainly plays a role in barrier function; the main components of the dermis layer of the skin comprise collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, wherein the collagen is the main component of dermis and accounts for 90% of the cytoplasm of dermis, and mainly comprises type I collagen and type III collagen. With the aging and the influence of the environment, the gradual loss of the collagen leads to the gradual deterioration of the skin state of a human body, the increase of wrinkles and the loss of elasticity of the skin to become rough, thereby causing various skin problems, and the maintenance of the cell hydration can reduce the generation of the problem skin and delay the aging. Therefore, it is extremely important to moisturize the skin and maintain the elasticity of the skin. At present, various moisturizing skin care products exist on the market, but most of the skin care products are suitable for facial skin, only play a role in moisturizing facial skin, and when the skin care product is used throughout the body, the skin care product is large in required quantity, high in cost and complex in use process, and is not practical in daily life, so that development of food with moisturizing effect makes the whole body skin have important significance in moisturizing effect. At present, some beautifying drinks with moisturizing effect appear on the market, but the problem of unobvious moisturizing effect exists.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a moisturizing composition, a solid beverage, and a method of preparing the same to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a moisturizing composition, a solid beverage and a preparation method thereof, wherein the moisturizing composition can activate a aquaprotein channel 3 on a cell membrane, transfer water to the cell, promote the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, moisturize the cell, and act in a stratum corneum to achieve the effect of water locking, so that the skin is full and has elasticity.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a moisturizing composition comprising salmon nasal cartilage powder, chitosan oligosaccharide, tremella polysaccharide, rice bran oil powder and sodium hyaluronate.
Compared with the prior art, the moisturizing composition comprises rice bran oil powder, sodium hyaluronate, salmon nasal cartilage powder, chitosan oligosaccharide and tremella polysaccharide. Wherein, the tremella polysaccharide can inhibit free radical generation, and also can activate aquaporin 3 (AQP 3) contained on cell membrane to deliver water to cells; the chitosan oligosaccharide contains natural moisturizing factor NAG, can stimulate the synthesis of hyaluronic acid in cells, is a protein polysaccharide, is rich in hyaluronic acid and collagen, can be combined with water with about 1000 times of the weight of the hyaluronic acid, can achieve the effect of moisturizing, and has the effect of moisturizing, so that the skin elasticity is improved, and the skin is more compact; the rice bran oil powder contains rich ceramide, can promote the increase of the content of the ceramide in the skin, lock the moisture of the skin and strengthen the moisturizing effect. Therefore, the invention can supplement water among cells and in cells by the synergistic effect among the substances of salmon nasal cartilage powder, rice bran oil powder, sodium hyaluronate, chitosan oligosaccharide and tremella polysaccharide, and has remarkable moisturizing effect by covering a layer of moisturizing factors on the surface layer of skin.
Preferably, the moisturizing composition further comprises cherokee rose pollen.
Preferably, the moisturizing composition comprises, by weight, 0.05-1 part of rice bran oil powder, 1-5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-2 parts of salmon nasal cartilage powder, 2-10 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2-10 parts of tremella polysaccharide and 0.1-3 parts of cherokee rose pollen.
In another aspect, the invention provides a solid beverage comprising a moisturizing composition, a prebiotic, and a nutrient, wherein the moisturizing composition is the moisturizing composition described above.
Compared with the prior art, the solid beverage comprises the moisturizing composition, the prebiotics and the nutrients, wherein the prebiotics can prevent and improve skin diseases caused by in vivo toxins and can also effectively improve constipation; the nutrients can provide nutrients required by human body and supplement energy. Therefore, the solid beverage has the effects of improving the gastrointestinal function and relaxing bowel besides the basic moisturizing effect.
Preferably, the prebiotic comprises at least one of fructo-oligosaccharide, isomalt-oligosaccharide and isomalt.
Preferably, the nutrients include at least one of vitamin E, vitamin C, nicotinamide and complex minerals.
Preferably, the solid beverage of the invention comprises 5 to 30 parts by weight of moisturizing composition, 1 to 6 parts by weight of nutrient and 21 to 60 parts by weight of prebiotics
The third aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing the above solid beverage, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing a water supplementing and moisturizing composition, nutrients and prebiotics in parts by weight;
s2, premixing the components in the nutrients to obtain a premix;
s3, sequentially adding the moisturizing composition and the prebiotics into the premix to carry out total mixing to obtain a total mixture;
s4, sieving and packaging the total mixture.
Preferably, the rotating speed of the premixing is 20-25 Hz, and the time is 5-10 min; the rotating speed of the total mixing is 30-40 Hz, and the time is 20-40 min.
Preferably, the sieving is specifically a 20 mesh sieving.
Detailed Description
The solid beverage comprises a moisturizing composition, prebiotics and nutrients, and comprises, by weight, 5-30 parts of the moisturizing composition, 1-6 parts of the nutrients and 21-60 parts of the prebiotics.
The weight parts of the prebiotics of the invention are specifically but not limited to 21 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts, 40 parts, 45 parts, 50 parts, 55 parts, 60 parts. The prebiotic comprises at least one of fructo-oligosaccharide, isomalt-oligosaccharide and isomalt.
The prebiotic may comprise 0 to 25 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, as exemplified by, but not limited to, 0 parts, 1 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 7 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, 15 parts, 20 parts, 22 parts, 25 parts by weight. The fructo-oligosaccharide is a small molecular water-soluble dietary fiber, can absorb redundant moisture of the body, and makes the feces soft and convenient to remove. Can stimulate the production of colon probiotics, improve intestinal microecological environment and intestinal flora, and has the function of assisting in reducing blood lipid.
The prebiotic may include 0 to 25 parts of isomalt, as exemplified by, but not limited to, 0 parts, 1 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 7 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, 15 parts, 20 parts, 22 parts, 25 parts by weight of isomalt. Isomalt has constipation relieving, nutrition supplementing, antifatigue, blood sugar controlling, and weight reducing effects.
The prebiotic may comprise 0 to 10 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, as exemplified by, but not limited to, 0 parts, 1 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 7 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts by weight. The isomaltooligosaccharide can promote digestion and absorption of food, maintain normal functions of intestinal tracts, improve diarrhea and constipation, and inhibit pathogenic bacteria and putrefying bacteria. The administration of isomaltooligosaccharide can reduce pathogenic bacteria, and has effects of preventing and treating diarrhea. Since isomaltooligosaccharide can cause proliferation of bifidobacteria, the bifidobacteria correspondingly increase acid secretion of propionic acid, butyric acid and the like through sugar metabolism, and the organic acids promote intestinal peristalsis to cause intestinal hyperkinesia, and increase fecal moisture through osmotic pressure, so that the defecation property is improved. The isomaltooligosaccharide can be used for preventing and treating constipation after long-term administration.
The weight parts of the nutrient of the invention are specifically but not limited to 1 part, 1.5 parts, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 5.5 parts and 6 parts. The nutrients include at least one of microorganism E, vitamin C, nicotinamide and complex minerals.
The nutrients may include 0 to 0.05 parts of vitamin E, by way of example, and the parts by weight of vitamin E are specifically but not limited to 0 parts, 0.01 parts, 0.02 parts, 0.03 parts, 0.04 parts, 0.05 parts. Vitamin E has various biological activities and has prevention and treatment effects on some diseases. The antioxidant is a strong antioxidant, and can protect the stability of cell membranes by interrupting the chain reaction of free radicals, prevent lipofuscin from forming on the membranes and delay the aging of organisms; can regulate the metabolic activity of organisms by maintaining the stability of genetic materials and preventing the structural variation of chromosomes, has the function of delaying senescence, simultaneously maintains the elasticity of connective tissues and promotes blood circulation; regulating normal secretion of hormone in vivo; controlling in vivo acid consumption; protecting skin mucosa, etc., and moistening skin for caring skin; it also has effects in improving hair follicle microcirculation, ensuring nutrition supply, and promoting hair regeneration.
The nutrients may include 0 to 0.03 parts of nicotinamide, and as an example, the parts by weight of nicotinamide are specifically but not limited to 0 parts, 0.01 parts, 0.02 parts, 0.03 parts, and nicotinamide has an anti-glycation effect, thus having a whitening effect on skin. And the nicotinamide can reduce the deposition of melanin on the stratum corneum, so that the yellowing and blackening of skin can be prevented.
The nutrients may include 0 to 1 part of vitamin C, and by way of example, the parts by weight of vitamin C are specifically but not limited to 0 part, 0.2 part, 0.4 part, 0.6 part, 0.8 part, 1 part. The vitamin C has the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting free radicals and inhibiting formation of tyrosinase, thereby achieving the effects of whitening and fading spots.
The nutrients may further include 0 to 5 parts of complex minerals, and as an example, the specific parts by weight of the complex minerals are not limited to 0 parts, 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts. The compound mineral can enable muscles to grow normally, promote blood circulation, improve immunity and strengthen physique to a certain extent after being taken. The compound mineral contains multiple microelements such as calcium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese and the like, and can supplement microelements after being taken, thereby meeting the additional requirements of human bodies on microelements. The compound mineral contains a certain amount of iron, and can prevent iron deficiency anemia, relieve symptoms of anemia, and make complexion red and gas.
The parts by weight of the moisturizing composition of the present disclosure include, but are not limited to, 5 parts, 6 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, 12 parts, 14 parts, 16 parts, 18 parts, 20 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts. The moisturizing composition comprises salmon nasal cartilage powder, rice bran oil powder, cherokee rose pollen, chitosan oligosaccharide, tremella polysaccharide and sodium hyaluronate.
The salmon nasal cartilage powder is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and particularly but not limited to 0.1 part, 0.2 part, 0.5 part, 0.8 part, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts and 2 parts, and is a protein polysaccharide which is rich in hyaluronic acid and collagen and can tighten skin.
The rice bran oil powder disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the weight parts of the rice bran oil powder are 0.05-1 part, specifically but not limited to 0.05 part, 0.08 part, 0.1 part, 0.2 part, 0.4 part, 0.6 part, 0.8 part and 1 part, the rice bran oil powder contains rich ceramide, the increase of the content of the skin ceramide can be promoted, the effect of moisturizing is enhanced by locking skin moisture, and meanwhile, the rice bran oil powder contains part of dietary fiber and fat and has a certain effect of relaxing bowel.
The Guan Shanying pollen provided by the invention is 0.1-3 parts by weight, and particularly but not limited to 0.1 part, 0.4 part, 0.8 part, 1 part, 2 parts and 3 parts, and the cherokee rose flower powder is rich in natural vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin E, and has the effects of tendering skin, brightening skin, shrinking pores and balancing grease.
The chitosan oligosaccharide of the invention has the weight parts of 2-10, and is specifically but not limited to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 parts, and contains natural moisturizing factor NAG, which can stimulate the synthesis of hyaluronic acid in cells.
The tremella polysaccharide has the weight portions of 2-10, and is especially but not limited to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, and can strengthen the activity of antioxidant related enzyme in organism and inhibit free radical generation.
The sodium hyaluronate is 1-5 parts by weight, and concretely but not limited to 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts and 5 parts, and is a natural humectant, so that the moisture retention of skin can be increased, the condition of skin dryness can be improved, the barrier function of skin can be repaired, and the moisture of the skin can be locked, so that the moisture retention effect can be achieved.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the solid beverage, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing a water supplementing and moisturizing composition, nutrients, prebiotics and fruit and vegetable powder in parts by weight;
s2, premixing the components in the nutrients to obtain a premix, wherein the premixing rotating speed is 20-25 Hz, specifically but not limited to 20Hz, 21Hz, 22Hz, 23Hz, 24Hz and 25Hz, and the time is 5-10 min, specifically but not limited to 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min and 10min;
s3, sequentially adding the moisturizing composition and the prebiotics into the premix to carry out total mixing to obtain a total mixture, wherein the total mixing rotating speed is 30-40 Hz, particularly but not limited to 30Hz, 32Hz, 34Hz, 35Hz, 36Hz, 38Hz and 40Hz, and the time is 20-40 min, particularly but not limited to 20Hz, 22Hz, 24Hz, 26Hz, 28Hz, 30Hz, 35Hz and 40Hz;
and S4, sieving and packaging the total mixture, wherein the sieving is specifically a 20-mesh sieving, and the packaging is the same as that in the prior art, and the invention is not repeated.
For a better description of the objects, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples. It should be noted that the following implementation of the method is a further explanation of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the present invention.
Example 1
A solid beverage comprising 20 parts of a moisturizing composition, 12 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, 6 parts of isomaltooligosaccharides, 15 parts of isomalt, 0.02 parts of vitamin E, 1 part of vitamin C, 0.02 parts of nicotinamide, 3 parts of a complex mineral. Wherein the moisturizing composition comprises 1.5 parts of salmon nasal cartilage powder, 0.5 part of rice bran oil powder, 6 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 7 parts of tremella polysaccharide and 5 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the solid beverage comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing a water supplementing and moisturizing composition, nutrients and prebiotics in parts by weight;
s2, premixing the components in the nutrient to obtain a premix, wherein the premixing speed is 20-25 Hz, and the time is 5-10 min
S3, sequentially adding the moisturizing composition and the prebiotics into the premix to carry out total mixing to obtain a total mixture, wherein the total mixing speed is 30-40 Hz, and the time is 20-40 min;

A solid beverage comprising 28 parts of a moisturizing composition, 10 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, 7 parts of isomaltooligosaccharides, 11 parts of isomalt, 0.05 part of vitamin E, 0.5 part of vitamin C, 0.01 part of nicotinamide, and 4 parts of a complex mineral. A solid beverage comprising 19.5 parts of a moisturizing composition, 12 parts of fructo-oligosaccharides, 6 parts of isomaltooligosaccharides, 15 parts of isomalt, 0.02 parts of vitamin E, 1 part of vitamin C, 0.02 parts of nicotinamide, 3 parts of a complex mineral. Comparative example 6
A solid beverage comprises 20 parts of moisturizing composition, 0.02 part of vitamin E, 1 part of vitamin C, 0.02 part of nicotinamide and 3 parts of compound mineral. Wherein the moisturizing composition comprises 1.5 parts of salmon nasal cartilage powder, 0.5 part of rice bran oil powder, 6 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 7 parts of tremella polysaccharide and 5 parts of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the solid beverage comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the water supplementing and moisturizing composition and nutrients in parts by weight;
s2, premixing the components in the nutrient to obtain a premix, wherein the premixing speed is 20-25 Hz, and the time is 5-10 min

The test was performed by increasing the osmotic pressure induced water loss model of the fish embryo culture fluid. 24-tail 3-day zebra fish embryos were exposed to an aqueous solution of 15g/LNaCl and 0.71g/L solid beverage (one of the solid beverages of examples 1-6 and the solid beverages of comparative examples 1-6) as test groups, and a model control group (15 g/LNaCl) and a blank control group (fish embryo culture solution) were simultaneously set, and after 3 hours of exposure, fish embryos were subjected to microscopic photographing to test tail areas and subjected to statistical analysis, and each group was averaged.

(2) Human body effect test
The subjects were women aged 30 to 50 years old who had dry, loose and constipation on simple skin, and were randomly divided into 12 groups according to the age of the subjects, with 50 effective persons in each group. Wherein 12 groups were taken daily with a basic diet +1 pack of solid beverage (either solid beverage of examples 1-6 or solid beverage of comparative examples 1-6), the moisture content and elasticity of facial skin was tested with a skin tester before and after 30 days of consumption, respectively, and each group was averaged and orally interrogated to determine if constipation was ameliorated.

From the test results in table 1, the solid beverage of the invention can obviously reduce the water loss shrinkage of zebra fish embryos and has the effects of moisturizing. As is clear from the comparison of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5, the solid beverage of the present invention does not have any of the moisturizing compositions for moisturizing.
From the test results in table 2, it can be seen that the solid beverage of the present invention can significantly increase the moisture content of skin, improve skin elasticity, and effectively improve constipation. As is clear from the comparison between example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6, the solid beverage of the present invention lacks any of the moisturizing compositions, and the effects of moisturizing, enhancing skin elasticity, and improving constipation of the solid beverage of the present invention cannot be achieved.
In summary, the solid beverage comprises a moisturizing composition, prebiotics, nutrients and fruit and vegetable powder, wherein the moisturizing composition comprises salmon nasal cartilage powder, rice bran oil powder, tremella polysaccharide, guan Shanying pollen, chitosan oligosaccharide and sodium hyaluronate, can stimulate the opening of aquaporins on cell membranes, improves the water delivery capacity of cells, and enables each component to act between cells and inside the cells in a synergistic manner to supplement water, and a layer of moisturizing factor is covered on the surface layer of skin, so that the evaporation of skin moisture is reduced, the effect of locking water is achieved, and the generation of free radicals is inhibited. The prebiotics, the nutrients and the fruit and vegetable powder can be added to further supplement the skin nutrition, maintain the skin moisture content, improve the gastrointestinal function and constipation, so that the skin is fully supplemented, the moisture content and the elasticity of the skin are obviously improved, and the constipation is improved.

The moisturizing composition of claim 2, comprising, in parts by weight, 0.1 to 2 parts of salmon nasal cartilage powder, 2 to 10 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 2 to 10 parts of tremella polysaccharide, 0.05 to 1 part of rice bran oil powder, 1 to 5 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 0.1 to 3 parts of cherokee rose pollen.
4. A solid beverage comprising a moisturizing composition, a prebiotic, and a nutrient, wherein the moisturizing composition is a moisturizing composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. The solid beverage of claim 4, wherein the prebiotic comprises at least one of fructo-oligosaccharide, isomalt-oligosaccharide, and isomalt.
6. The solid beverage of claim 4, wherein the nutrients include at least one of vitamin E, vitamin C, niacinamide, and complex minerals.
7. The solid beverage according to claim 4, comprising 5 to 30 parts by weight of the moisturizing composition, 1 to 6 parts by weight of the nutrients and 21 to 60 parts by weight of the prebiotics.
8. A method of preparing a solid beverage according to any one of claims 4 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing a water supplementing and moisturizing composition, nutrients and prebiotics in parts by weight;
s2, premixing the components in the nutrients to obtain a premix;
s3, sequentially adding the moisturizing composition and the prebiotics into the premix to carry out total mixing to obtain a total mixture;
s4, sieving and packaging the total mixture.
9. The method for preparing a solid beverage according to claim 8, wherein the rotational speed of the premixing is 20 to 25Hz for 5 to 10min; the rotating speed of the total mixing is 30-40 Hz, and the time is 20-40 min.
