It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a washing method of a washing machine according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101, starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction, and carrying out overflow washing prompt.
Specifically, according to different specific types of the washing machine, the specific mode of triggering and generating the user instruction is not particularly limited, and the specific mode includes, but is not limited to, that a user actively touches a key, remotely controls or sets related parameters and the like, so that after receiving a user instruction for starting an overflow washing function, the washing machine controls the washing machine to overflow wash clothes at a certain time in a washing stage; meanwhile, overflow washing prompt is carried out on a control interface or a display interface of the washing machine so as to remind a user that the washing machine has set an overflow washing function. The specific form of the overflow washing prompt is not limited in this embodiment, and the special overflow washing indicator is used for prompting, for example, when the overflow washing function is started, the overflow washing indicator is on, when the overflow washing function is not started, the overflow washing indicator is not on, or the prompt can be performed through the overflow washing icon.
S102, in the washing stage, overflow washing is carried out according to a preset rule.
Specifically, when the overflow washing function is started, specific time of overflow washing, overflow washing time and the like can be set, so that the intellectualization of the washing machine is further improved, and therefore, when the washing machine is in a washing stage, overflow washing can be carried out according to a preset rule, sundries such as thread scraps on washed clothes are discharged out of the washing barrel, and the thread scraps are prevented from being adhered to the clothes.
S103, in the rinsing stage, acquiring preset rinsing times, determining actual rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started, and rinsing.
It can be appreciated that after the washing stage is finished, the washing machine generally enters a rinsing stage, and the rinsing times are different according to different clothes or different specifically set working modes of the washing machine, that is, the preset rinsing times can be preset by a user according to actual requirements, or can be default of the system, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, as the thread scraps on the clothes can be removed during the overflow washing, after the overflow washing function is determined to be started in the rinsing stage, the actual rinsing times are adjusted to be smaller than the preset rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times, so that the waste of water resources is avoided, and the purposes of saving water and electricity are achieved. For example, the preset rinsing times are 2 times, if the overflow washing is started in the washing stage, the times of rinsing in turn can be reduced, namely the actual rinsing times are 1 time, so that water and electricity are saved.
In the embodiment, the overflow washing function is started according to the user instruction and the overflow washing prompt is carried out, so that the user can selectively set the overflow washing function according to the actual demand, the problems that the thread scraps cannot be effectively removed and the water outlet of the washing machine is blocked are effectively solved, and the intellectualization of the washing machine is improved; in the washing stage, after the washing machine determines to start the overflow washing function, overflow washing is carried out according to a preset rule so as to remove the thread scraps on the clothes, and the clothes are not damaged; in the rinsing stage, the preset rinsing times are obtained, the actual rinsing times are determined according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started or not, and rinsing is carried out, so that water and electric resources are prevented from being wasted, the energy-saving effect is achieved, and the intellectualization of the washing machine and the product competitiveness are further improved.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a washing method of another washing machine according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, on the basis of fig. 1, step S101 starts an overflow washing function according to a user instruction, including: when a key triggering instruction is received, controlling the washing machine to start an overflow washing function; or when receiving the overflow washing parameter generation instruction, controlling the washing machine to start the overflow washing function. Thus, the washing method specifically comprises the steps of:
s201, when a key trigger instruction is received, controlling the washing machine to start an overflow washing function; or when receiving the overflow washing parameter generation instruction, controlling the washing machine to start the overflow washing function.
Specifically, the user instruction received by the washing machine may be generated by a key or by setting a corresponding overflow washing parameter, so that the washing machine controls the washing machine to start the overflow washing function when receiving a key trigger instruction or an overflow washing parameter generation instruction.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a specific generation manner of the key triggering instruction is not limited, for example, the user generates the key triggering by remote operation of the corresponding overflow washing key, or the user generates the key triggering by directly touching the overflow washing function key on the control panel of the washing machine, or the user generates the key triggering by continuously touching other function keys (for example, the rinsing function key) for a long time, and so on. In addition, the generation mode of the instruction for generating the overflow washing parameter and the specific overflow washing parameter are not limited in this embodiment, and the user may set the overflow washing parameter by selecting a corresponding function key, and meanwhile, the overflow washing parameter includes, but is not limited to, an overflow washing time and the like.
Optionally, the key triggering instruction includes a triggering instruction of an overflow washing function key or a triggering instruction of a rinsing function key with a duration exceeding a preset time.
Specifically, the control panel of the washing machine is provided with the overflow washing function key, and a user can start the overflow washing function by touching the overflow washing function key, namely, the washing machine starts the overflow washing function when receiving a triggering instruction of the overflow washing function key, and in addition, after the overflow washing function is started, the overflow washing function can be canceled by touching the overflow washing function key again.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the washing machine may be controlled to start the overflow washing function by continuously touching the rinse function key and the duration exceeds the preset time, that is, the washing machine starts the overflow washing function when receiving a trigger instruction of the rinse function key with the duration exceeding the preset time, and the specific value of the preset time is not limited, for example, 3s.
S202, in the washing stage, overflow washing is carried out according to a preset rule.
S203, in the rinsing stage, acquiring preset rinsing times, determining actual rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started, and rinsing.
Therefore, when the washing machine receives the key trigger instruction or the overflow washing parameter generation instruction, the overflow washing function of the washing machine is controlled to be started, so that the overflow washing function can be started in various modes, and the intellectualization of the washing machine and the product competitiveness are improved.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a washing method of a washing machine according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of fig. 1, in a washing stage, overflow washing is performed according to a preset rule, including: when the washing stage is carried out for a first preset time before the washing is finished, controlling a water inlet valve of the washing machine to be opened, controlling the washing machine to wash at a first washing intensity, and stopping the timing of the washing time; when the water level in the washing machine reaches the overflow position, controlling the washing machine to start timing, and washing with the second washing intensity; when the washing time reaches the second preset time, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and washing with the third washing intensity until the washing stage is finished; wherein the first wash intensity is lower than the second wash intensity and greater than the third wash intensity. Thus, the washing method specifically comprises the steps of:
s301, starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction, and carrying out overflow washing prompt.
S302, when the washing stage is carried out for a first preset time before the washing is finished, controlling a water inlet valve of the washing machine to be opened, controlling the washing machine to wash at a first washing intensity, and stopping the timing of the washing time.
The first preset time may be any time from the washing stage to the end of washing, and may be 3 minutes, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and may be set by a user according to actual needs.
Specifically, when the washing stage is performed for a first preset time before the washing is finished, the washing machine starts to enter overflow washing time, at the moment, the water inlet valve of the washing machine needs to be controlled to be opened, water is injected into the washing barrel, the water level in the washing barrel is lifted to the position of the overflow port, in the process, the washing machine stops the timing of the washing time, and simultaneously, the washing machine performs washing with the first washing strength, so that the thread scraps need to continuously float on the water surface, and the thread scraps are prevented from being stuck on the clothes.
And S303, when the water level in the washing machine reaches the overflow position, controlling the washing machine to start timing, and washing with the second washing intensity.
Specifically, when the water level of the washing machine reaches the overflow position, the water inlet valve keeps water inlet, and at the moment, the washing machine washes with the second washing intensity, so that the thread scraps on clothes are suspended in the water, and therefore, the thread scraps in the water flow away together with the water in the overflow process from the overflow position.
Furthermore, it will be appreciated that typically during normal washing phases, the water level in the tub is below the level of the overflow, and that an overflow alarm indication will be made once the water level exceeds the level of the overflow. However, in order to thoroughly remove the thread scraps and prevent the thread scraps from being stuck on clothes when overflow washing is carried out, the water level in the washing tub needs to be directly discharged together through the overflow port, and the water level needs to be lifted to the overflow port, so that the overflow alarm prompt is closed when overflow washing is carried out in order to avoid error reporting of the washing machine.
S304, when the washing time reaches the second preset time, controlling the water inlet valve to be closed, and washing with the third washing intensity until the washing stage is finished; wherein the first wash intensity is lower than the second wash intensity and greater than the third wash intensity.
It can be appreciated that the second preset time should be smaller than the first preset time, and the specific size of the second preset time is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, after the second preset time is continued in the step 303, the main washing process of the overflow washing is completed, at this time, the water inlet valve may be controlled to be closed, and the washing machine is controlled to perform washing with the third washing intensity in the remaining time of the washing stage, that is, the difference between the first preset time and the second preset time, until the washing stage is completed.
Furthermore, as water injection is mainly carried out at the beginning of the overflow washing process, the first washing strength can be smaller at the moment, and only the condition that the thread scraps cannot fall down to be adhered to clothes is ensured; when the water level reaches the overflow port for overflow washing, the second washing intensity can be higher than the first washing intensity, so that a large amount of thread scraps can be rapidly discharged out of the overflow port along with water flow, and the thread scraps in the washing tub are reduced; finally, after the water inlet valve is closed, the thread scraps are basically completely removed, and at the moment, the washing can be continued by adopting a third washing intensity smaller than the first washing intensity, so that the clothes are shaken off, and the clothes are prevented from being entangled together to damage the clothes.
Optionally, the washing machine comprises a pulsator washing machine; the first washing intensity, the second washing intensity and the third washing intensity include a rotation speed of the pulsator or a rotation stop ratio of the pulsator.
Specifically, for the pulsator washing machine, the rotation strength of the pulsator, namely the stirring force of water in the washing tub, can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the pulsator or the rotation stop ratio of the pulsator.
It should be noted that, the washing machine in this embodiment may also be a drum washing machine, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted here.
S305, in the rinsing stage, acquiring preset rinsing times, determining actual rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started, and rinsing.
Therefore, in the overflow washing process of the washing machine, different washing intensities are adopted for washing, so that on one hand, clothes can be protected from being damaged, and on the other hand, thread scraps on the clothes can be rapidly and thoroughly removed, and the clothes are cleaner.
Optionally, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a washing method of a washing machine according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of fig. 1, before starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction and performing an overflow washing prompt, including: determining whether the laundry satisfies an overflow washing condition, wherein the overflow washing condition includes that the laundry does not include down-like laundry. Thus, the washing method specifically comprises the steps of:
s401, determining whether the laundry meets overflow washing conditions, wherein the overflow washing conditions comprise that the laundry does not comprise down clothes.
It can be appreciated that for down clothes, the down clothes generally float on the water surface, and if overflow washing is performed, the clothes can directly block the overflow port, so that water cannot flow out through the overflow port. Therefore, before the washing machine starts the overflow washing function, the washing machine can also detect the to-be-washed object in the washing machine to determine whether the to-be-washed object meets the overflow washing condition, namely whether the to-be-washed object comprises down clothes, if the to-be-washed object does not comprise the down clothes, the washing machine can be controlled to start the overflow washing function according to the user instruction, and if the to-be-washed object comprises the down clothes, the washing machine is forbidden to start the overflow washing function, so that the clothes and the washing machine can be protected, and meanwhile, the intellectualization of the washing machine and the product competitiveness are improved.
In addition, when the laundry does not meet the overflow washing condition, namely the laundry comprises down clothes, the alarm prompt can be carried out when the user selects to start the overflow washing function.
S402, starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction, and carrying out overflow washing prompt.
S403, in the washing stage, overflow washing is carried out according to a preset rule.
S404, in the rinsing stage, acquiring preset rinsing times, determining actual rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started, and rinsing.
Optionally, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a washing method of a washing machine according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of fig. 1, determining the actual number of rinsing times according to the preset number of rinsing times and whether the overflow washing function is turned on, including: when the preset rinsing times is more than or equal to 2 and the overflow washing function is started, determining the actual rinsing times as follows: actual number of rinsing = preset number of rinsing-1; when the preset rinsing times are equal to 1 and the overflow washing function is started, determining the actual rinsing times as follows: actual number of rinses = preset number of rinses. Thus, the washing method specifically comprises the steps of:
s501, starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction, and carrying out overflow washing prompt.
S502, in the washing stage, overflow washing is carried out according to a preset rule.
S503, in the rinsing stage, acquiring preset rinsing times,
s504, when the preset rinsing times are more than or equal to 2 and the overflow washing function is started, determining the actual rinsing times as follows: actual number of rinsing = preset number of rinsing-1; when the preset rinsing times are equal to 1 and the overflow washing function is started, determining the actual rinsing times as follows: actual number of rinsing = preset number of rinsing and rinsing is performed.
Specifically, the preset rinsing times are not limited in this embodiment, and may be a default value of the system or any value set by the user. By setting the preset rinsing frequency to be greater than or equal to 2 and when the overflow washing function of the washing machine is started, the actual rinsing frequency can be 1 time less than the preset rinsing frequency, for example, the preset rinsing frequency is 3, and the actual rinsing frequency is 2 at the moment, so that water resources and electric energy are saved, and the energy-saving effect is achieved. However, when the preset rinsing frequency is 1, the actual rinsing frequency is 1 no matter whether the overflow washing function is started or not, so that the washing effect of the washing machine is ensured, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, this embodiment further provides a washing control device of a washing machine, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the washing control device of the washing machine provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, including: an overflow washing function setting module 10 for starting an overflow washing function according to a user instruction; an overflow washing function display module 20 for performing an overflow washing prompt; the washing control module 30 is used for carrying out overflow washing according to preset rules in a washing stage; the rinsing control module 40 is configured to obtain a preset number of rinsing times during the rinsing stage, determine an actual number of rinsing times according to the preset number of rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is on, and perform rinsing.
According to the embodiment, the overflow washing function setting module 10 starts the overflow washing function according to the user instruction, and the overflow washing function display module 20 prompts overflow washing, so that a user can selectively set the overflow washing function according to actual demands, the problems that thread scraps cannot be effectively removed and a water outlet of the washing machine is blocked are effectively solved, and the intellectualization of the washing machine is improved; in the washing stage, the washing control module 30 performs the overflow washing according to a preset rule after determining to start the overflow washing function, so as to remove lint on the laundry without damaging the laundry; in the rinsing stage, the rinsing control module 40 obtains the preset rinsing times, determines the actual rinsing times according to the preset rinsing times and whether the overflow washing mode is started, and performs rinsing, so that water and electric resources are prevented from being wasted, the energy-saving effect is achieved, and the intellectualization of the washing machine and the product competitiveness are further improved.
