Abstract
本发明公开了一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜及其成像方法,装置包括沿光轴方向依次设置基板、扭曲列相型液晶、衬底、超构透镜和探测器。来自不同距离位置目标的不同入射谱段经过基板和施加不同电压值的扭曲列相型液晶后,调制成相应的x方向上的线偏振光和y方向上的线偏振光,两个方向上的偏振光将被超构透镜成像在同一位置的探测器上。本发明通过将扭曲列相液晶和超构透镜相集成,实现了红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜成像,能够对不同位置处的目标进行光谱偏振成像,获取目标的多维度信息。本发明为微纳光学器件的多功能化、动态化、实用化提供了独特的解决方案,能够显著提升红外探测***的抗干扰能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于光学成像探测领域,特别是一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜及其调节方法。
背景技术
近年来,超表面所具有的强大波前调控能力使其有望成为传统光学元件的替代品。超表面结构通常由亚波长尺寸的金属或介质纳米天线阵列构成。通过对超表面单元结构的设计和优化,利用超表面的亚波长像素单元对出射光的振幅、相位、偏振态、轨道角动量、频率等多个物理量进行任意操控。相比于传统的光学元件,超构光学元件具有超薄化、微型化、宽带响应和设计灵活等特点,为强度、光谱、偏振等多维信息感知的集成化提供新的机会。
然而目前已提出的超构表面大多是静态的,只能实现单一、特定的功能,这些亚波长结构单元一旦制备完成,便很难再改变其形貌或者尺寸,因而无法对其光学性能进行有效的动态调控,从而限制了其功能及应用范围的进一步拓展,目前的动态超构表面的设计思路主要有三个方面:(1)通过外部激励改变结构的光学响应;(2)使用特殊的活性材料;(3)施加外力使结构发生形变。这些调控方法使得超构表面能够对入射光场表现出灵活的动态响应,其中电控调谐的方法更容易与成熟的光电器件集成,具备独特的优势。液晶作为一种工艺成熟且应用广泛的光学活性材料,具有折射率可调范围大、传输效率高、功耗低、可集成性强等诸多优点,在可调谐光学元器件中占据非常重要的地位。2019年,新加披A*STAR研究所Li等人将向列项液晶与二氧化钛超表面相集成,实现了新型超薄空间光调制器,能够对光束偏转进行电控操作。2022年,湖南大学胡跃强等人将消色差透镜结构与液晶层结合,通过粒子群优化算法定制两个正交偏振通道下不同波长的相位分布,并与介电元单元数据库匹配,以实现偏振复用消色差性能。实现了电可调定制色散操纵超透镜和可切换颜色超表面全息图。2023年,项目合作单位北京理工大学王涌天教授团队基于摩尔透镜原理,提出了一种工作在近红外波段的电可控变焦超透镜,将超表面与向列相液晶级联,并一同集成到模拟芯片上,通过提供连续的特定二维可寻址电压分布来实现反射光焦距的连续调制。
综上所述,基于超构表面的成像***具有小体积、质量轻等优势,使得这类***具有优异的可集成性与***稳定性,同时,基于可调谐超构表面的设计已经取得了许多引人注目的研究成果,为微纳光学器件的多功能化、动态化、实用化提供了独特的解决方案,可以适用于不同的场景,展现出了巨大的发展潜力。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜及其调节方法,其通过集成液晶和超构透镜,结合偏振信息进行多通道色散调控,实现不同距离位置处目标的光谱可调谐偏振复用成像。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,包括从光轴方向依次设置的基板、扭曲列相型液晶、衬底、超构透镜、探测器;入射光将不同位置的两个目标经过基板和扭曲列相型液晶调制成不同形式的偏振态,再经衬底和超构透镜后成像在探测器上。
所述扭曲列相型液晶位于基板之上,施加电压后,液晶配向将平行于光轴方向,所有液晶分子在平面内为均一取向,进而调节入射光的线偏振态;当不施加电压时,扭曲列项型液晶将入射光转换为x方向的线偏振光。当施加电压时,扭曲列项型液晶将入射光转换为y方向的线偏振光。
所述基板材质为硅基材料。
所述衬底为二氧化硅材料,厚度为500-1000nm。
所述的超构透镜由一系列排布在衬底上的介质纳米柱构成;超构透镜的相位由不同位置介质纳米柱的长宽参数决定。
所述介质纳米柱呈环状阵列分布且具有横轴长度和纵轴长度,在以超构透镜中心为原点的同一半径环上的横轴长度和纵轴长度相同,但旋转角不同,不同半径环上的横轴长度、纵轴长度、旋转角都不同。
所述介质纳米柱均为长方体结构,长宽范围为600-1400nm。
所述介质纳米柱的周期为1000-2000nm,高度为3000-5000nm,材料均为单晶硅。
一种基于所述的电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜的成像方法,包括:
第一谱段红外光照射目标一,通过基板和不施加电压的扭曲列相型液晶后调制成为x方向上的线偏振光;
x方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜成像在探测器上。
第二谱段红外光照射目标二,通过基板和施加电压时的扭曲列相型液晶后调制成为y方向上的线偏振光;
y方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜成像在同一位置处的探测器上。
所述第一谱段红外光与第二谱段红外光的波长不同,目标一与目标二为不同目标。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
1)通过扭曲列相液晶和超构透镜共同实现了红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜成像,能够对不同距离位置处的目标进行光谱偏振成像,获取目标的多维度信息;
2)为微纳光学器件的多功能化、动态化、实用化提供了独特的解决方案,能够显著提升红外探测***的抗干扰能力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-4,通过详细说明一个较佳的具体实施例,对本发明做进一步阐述。
结合图1,本实施例设计的电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,沿光轴方向依次设置的基板1、扭曲列相型液晶2、衬底3、超构透镜4、探测器5:
所述的超构透镜4由一系列排布在二氧化硅衬底3上的介质纳米柱构成,纳米柱为各向异性结构,纳米柱呈环状阵列分布且具有横轴长度和纵轴长度,在以超构透镜中心为原点的同一半径环上的横轴长度和纵轴长度相同,但旋转角不同,不同半径环上的横轴长度、纵轴长度、旋转角都不同。
结合图2,本实施例介质纳米柱为偏振依赖型,材料为单晶硅,不同位置介质纳米柱的长宽参数由所需的相位值来确定,不同位置上介质纳米柱的高度和周期是不变的。二氧化硅衬底3的厚度为500-1000nm,介质纳米柱为长方体结构,长宽范围为600-1400nm。介质纳米柱的纳米柱的周期为1000-2000nm,高度为3000-5000nm,由所有介质纳米柱构成的超构透镜4的直径为100μm。
结合图3,本实施例为了赋予超构透镜4光谱可调及变焦功能,引入了扭曲列相型液晶2。当第一入射谱段经过目标的位置一后,通过基板1和施加电压时的扭曲列相型液晶2后调制成为x方向上的线偏振光,第一入射谱段的范围为3.7-4μm。
进一步地,x方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜4上的介质纳米柱将引起透过相位的变化,所述的一系列介质纳米柱能够覆盖0-2π的相位变化,从而使出射光汇聚在探测器5上。
结合图4,当第二入射谱段经过目标的位置一后,通过基底1和施加电压时的扭曲列相型液晶2后调制成为y方向上的线偏振光,第二入射谱段的范围为4.5-4.8μm。
进一步地,y方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜4上的介质纳米柱将引起透过相位的变化,所述的一系列介质纳米柱能够覆盖0-2π的相位变化,从而使出射光同样汇聚在探测器5上。
本发明通过扭曲列相液晶和超构透镜共同实现了红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜成像,能够对不同距离位置处的目标进行光谱偏振成像,获取目标的多维度信息;此外,本发明为微纳光学器件的多功能化、动态化、实用化提供了独特的解决方案,能够显著提升红外探测***的抗干扰能力。

Claims (10)
1.一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于:包括从光轴方向依次设置的基板(1)、扭曲列相型液晶(2)、衬底(3)、超构透镜(4)、探测器(5);入射光将不同位置的两个目标经过基板(1)和扭曲列相型液晶(2)调制成不同形式的偏振态,再经衬底(3)和超构透镜(4)后成像在探测器(5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述扭曲列相型液晶(2)位于基板(1)之上,施加电压后,液晶配向将平行于光轴方向,所有液晶分子在平面内为均一取向,进而调节入射光的线偏振态;当不施加电压时,扭曲列项型液晶(2)将入射光转换为x方向的线偏振光。当施加电压时,扭曲列项型液晶(2)将入射光转换为y方向的线偏振光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述基板(1)材质为硅基材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述衬底(3)为二氧化硅材料,厚度为500-1000nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述的超构透镜(4)由一系列排布在衬底(3)上的介质纳米柱构成;超构透镜(4)的相位由不同位置介质纳米柱的长宽参数决定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述介质纳米柱呈环状阵列分布且具有横轴长度和纵轴长度,在以超构透镜中心为原点的同一半径环上的横轴长度和纵轴长度相同,但旋转角不同,不同半径环上的横轴长度、纵轴长度、旋转角都不同。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述介质纳米柱均为长方体结构,长宽范围为600-1400nm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜,其特征在于,所述介质纳米柱的周期为1000-2000nm,高度为3000-5000nm,材料均为单晶硅。
9.一种基于权利要求1所述的电控红外光谱可调谐变焦超构透镜的成像方法,其特征在于,包括:
第一谱段红外光照射目标一,通过基板(1)和不施加电压的扭曲列相型液晶(2)后调制成为x方向上的线偏振光;
x方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜(4)成像在探测器(5)上。
第二谱段红外光照射目标二,通过基板(1)和施加电压时的扭曲列相型液晶(2)后调制成为y方向上的线偏振光;
y方向上的线偏振光经过超构透镜(4)成像在同一位置处的探测器(5)上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一谱段红外光与第二谱段红外光的波长不同,目标一与目标二为不同目标。
