When the gauze moves into the steam sterilizing box 3, the steam generating device is started to enable the steam sterilizing box 3 to be filled with steam, the gauze is sterilized through the steam, when the gauze is too thick, the position of the moving roller 326 needs to be changed to enable the distance of the gauze moving in the steam sterilizing box 3 to be longer, so that the gauze can be completely permeated by the steam, further the gauze can be effectively sterilized through the steam, when the gauze moves to the position of the ventilation member 34, the ventilation member 34 can accelerate the progress of the steam permeating the gauze, so that the inside of the gauze is completely sterilized, after the gauze moves to the water wiping plate 35, water drops on the surface of the gauze can be removed, and impurities and bacteria cannot be stained due to the existence of the water drops after the gauze moves out of the steam sterilizing box 3. It should be noted that, the water wiping board 35 is in an up-down telescopic structure, and in the operation process, the water wiping board 35 can be intermittently controlled to extend, so that the water wiping end of the water wiping board 35 is extruded, and the water absorbed by the inside is extruded, so that the water wiping board 35 is in a relatively dry state.
It should be noted that, in order to generate a sufficient amount of steam to sterilize the gauze, a steam generating device with a sufficient power is required, and this technology is widely used in the prior art and is not a main point of the present application, so it is not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 8 and 12, the movable roller 326 is of a hollow structure, a plurality of protruding sliding rods 327 are slidably connected in the movable roller 326, limiting grooves are formed in the movable roller 326 and located on the front side and the rear side of each protruding sliding rod 327, limiting plates 328 are fixed on the front side and the rear side of each protruding sliding rod 327, limiting springs are connected between the limiting plates 328 and the limiting grooves, and track rings 329 are fixed on the side walls of the fixed shafts 325 corresponding to the hollow parts of the movable roller 326.
After the position of the movable roller 326 is adjusted, the movable roller 326 is fully contacted with the gauze, and the protruding sliding rod 327 is outwards ejected due to the action of the track ring 329, so that the gauze is further opened, and meanwhile, the movable roller 326 is continuously driven to rotate through the friction force between the gauze and the protruding sliding rod 327, so that the gauze is comprehensively and uniformly stretched, so that steam is easier to permeate the gauze, and the disinfection effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, 9 and 11, a push block 36 is slidably mounted in the middle of the rear side wall of the case 31 and corresponding to the position of the ventilation member 34, a push plate 361 is fixed at the front end of the push block 36, a blocking plate 362 is fixed at the rear end of the push block 36, forward push slopes 363 are symmetrically fixed on the front side surface of the push plate 361 up and down, and the forward push slopes 363 on the upper and lower sides extend to the left side and the right side of the push plate 361 respectively; a push-receiving plate 364 is fixed at the position of the rear side vertical column 322 side surface of the left side pushing member 32 positioned at the lower side of the right extending column 321, a push-receiving plate 364 is fixed at the position of the rear side vertical column 322 side surface of the right side pushing member 32 positioned at the upper side of the right extending column 321, and a push-receiving slope is arranged on the push-receiving plate 364 corresponding to the side surface of the forward push slope 363; the top of the disinfection area plate 1 and positioned at the rear side of the pushing block 36 are fixedly provided with fixing columns 11, the front sides of the fixing columns 11 are fixedly provided with air cylinders 12, and pushing ends of the air cylinders 12 are connected with the rear side face of the resistance plate 362.
The push block 36 is pushed by the control cylinder 12 to drive the push plate 361 to move forwards, the left pushed plate 364 moves downwards under the cooperation of the push slope 363 and the pushed slope, and the vertical column 322 moves downwards along with the pushed plate 364, so that the position of the left moving roller 326 is changed, meanwhile, the moving roller 326 in the right stretching member 32 moves upwards, the distance between the two moving rollers 326 is increased, and the steam sterilization time of the gauze with larger thickness is further increased, so that the steam can completely permeate the gauze to achieve the purpose of complete sterilization.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the ventilation member 34 includes a suction plate 341 hinged to the bottom of the vertical portion of the L-shaped plate 33, a hollow groove 342 is provided in the suction plate 341, a plurality of communication air holes 343 are uniformly provided between the bottom of the hollow groove 342 and the bottom of the suction plate 341, an air suction pipe 344 penetrating the suction plate 341 is installed at the front side of the hollow groove 342, the air suction pipe 344 is a flexible telescopic pipe, and the air suction pipe 344 penetrates and is fixed at the front side wall of the case 31.
The air suction plate 341 can be adaptively adjusted in angle along with the change of the inclination angle of the gauze, the air suction plate 341 is attached to the surface of the gauze, and the air in the hollow groove 342 is pumped through the air suction pipe 344, so that the process of vapor permeation into the gauze is accelerated by the communicating air holes 343 close to the gauze, the gauze can be completely permeated by the vapor after passing through the ventilation member 34, and the disinfection effect of the vapor on the gauze is enhanced.
