As can be seen from Table 2, the lip balm provided by the present invention is safe and nontoxic.
Test example 2
Erythrocyte hemolysis experiment
The present project evaluates the irritation by erythrocyte hemolysis experiments. The erythrocyte hemolysis test is one of alternative methods of rabbit eye irritation test (Draize test), and the basic principle is to evaluate the damage of chemicals to ocular tissue cells by measuring the elution amount and denaturation degree of hemoglobin. RBC experiments were mainly used internationally for eye irritation study for evaluating chemicals such as cosmetics and raw materials, and the classification standards are shown in table 3 below.
TABLE 3 Table 3
The results of the erythrocyte hemolysis test performed on the samples of application examples 1 to 8 are shown in Table 4, and L/D is the ratio of HD50 (the concentration of the sample at which 50% of the erythrocytes were hemolyzed) to DI (protein denaturation index).
TABLE 4 Table 4
Sample name L/D Evaluation
Application example 1 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 2 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 3 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 4 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 5 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 6 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 7 ﹥100 No irritation
Application example 8 ﹥100 No irritation
As shown in Table 4, the lip balm provided by the invention is safe and reliable, does not cause any side effect on the body, does not cause any adverse reaction, and does not bring any burden to the skin.
Test example 3
Moisture retention effect measurement
150 Healthy volunteers, 75 men and 75 women, age 20-40 years, have no serious system diseases, immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases, have no allergy to cosmetics, have no acute inflammation on the face, have no hormone drugs or immunosuppressants, have no participation in other clinical tests, have no external preparations applied, are randomly divided into 15 groups, 10 persons in each group are respectively applied with the moisturizing lipsticks provided in the above application examples 1-8 and comparative application examples 1-7, the lipsticks are respectively applied to the lips of the volunteers in the groups, and the moisture content of the lips is detected by a skin moisture tester (Corneometer CM 825) at 0min, 30min and 60min, and the moisture content of the skin before and after the use of the lipsticks is evaluated, with specific test results shown in the following Table 5.
TABLE 5
As shown in the data of Table 5, the lip balms prepared in the application examples 1-3 have good moisturizing effect, and the skin moisture content can reach more than 68% after 30min and still more than 64% after 60min and more than 59% after 0 h. As is clear from comparative example 7, the lip balm provided by the invention can rapidly moisten lip skin and lock skin moisture after being added with the moisturizing composition, and as is clear from comparative examples 1-6, the moisturizing composition has a synergistic effect by mutually matching butter, cocoa butter, white beeswax, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil and squalane, and has remarkable moisturizing and synergistic effects.
Test example 4 antioxidation test
(1) Taking 1g of the lip gloss of application examples 1 and 5-8, adding 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, adding 2mL of 60 mu mol/L DPPH solution after complete dissolution, uniformly mixing, standing for 30min, zeroing by the absolute ethyl alcohol, and measuring the absorbance at 517nm to be Ai; the same method is to take 2mL absolute ethanol solvent and 2mL DPPH solution to be mixed uniformly, and the absorbance is determined to be Ac; then, 1g of the composition matrix is dissolved, 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol is added, and 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol solvent is added to be mixed uniformly, and the absorbance is determined as Aj.
The radical scavenging rate was calculated as follows.
Clearance (%) = [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] ×100%
Wherein Aj reflects the contribution of the sample itself to absorbance; absorbance values after action of Ai sample on DPPH; ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength.
DPPH radical scavenging rate reflects the antioxidant capacity to a certain extent, and the higher the scavenging rate, the better the antioxidant degree. The results are shown in table 6 (5 replicates per group of samples, data presented as average).
The specific test results are shown in table 6:
TABLE 6
Test sample DHHP clearance%
Application example 1 70.21
Application example 5 85.25
Application example 6 80.09
Application example 7 81.04
Application example 8 79.22
As shown in Table 6, application examples 1 and 5 show that the lip balm of the present invention has a good DPPH-eliminating effect by adding plant extracts having an antioxidant effect, and the clearance is 85% or more, and application examples 6 to 8 show that the plant extracts of the present invention are combined with rosemary extract, kelp extract and tea extract to have a synergistic effect in the antioxidant effect method.
Test example 5 consumer sensory effect evaluation
150 Female volunteers aged between 30-35 years were selected as subjects, randomized into 15 groups of 10 persons each. The testing method comprises the following steps: the lipsticks of application examples 1 to 8 and comparative application examples 1 to 7 were applied to lips of the subjects, 2 times per day, and used continuously for 30 days, and after the end of the application, the subjects were evaluated for moisturizing and lip streak fading effects before and after the application of the lipsticks, and 5-point marking was used: the highest score is 5, which means that the method is very good and very satisfactory; 4 is better; a score of 3 was moderately acceptable; a score of 3 or less is not good and unacceptable. The scores for each group were 10 person averages and the results are shown in table 7.
TABLE 7
/>
According to Table 7, the lip balm achieves good moisturizing effect through scientific proportion of the functional components, and the effect of fading the lip marks is better after the plant extract is added.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples as a moisturizing composition and its use, but the present invention is not limited to, i.e., does not mean that the present invention must be practiced in dependence upon, the above examples.
