The application also provides a clothes treatment equipment control method, and the clothes treatment equipment control method is applied to clothes treatment equipment, and in some feasible embodiments, the clothes treatment equipment comprises a roller and a roller driving motor, the roller driving motor is used for driving the roller to rotate, in addition, the clothes treatment equipment further comprises an air duct, the air duct is communicated with the inner space of the roller, the air duct comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, a fan is arranged in the air duct, and the fan operates to drive air flow in the air duct to move. An electric heating wire is arranged at the joint of the air inlet of the air duct and the inner space of the roller to heat the air flow flowing through and entering the roller. And a condenser is arranged at the part of the air duct close to the air outlet, and is used for cooling, condensing and dehumidifying the wet air flowing in the air duct.
In some possible embodiments, the clothes treating apparatus to which the control method of the clothes treating apparatus is applied is a clothes dryer, as briefly described in the structure of the clothes treating apparatus (e.g. clothes dryer) above, the clothes dryer is contacted with wet clothes to take away water vapor in the clothes, the hot air is heated by an electric heating wire at an air inlet of an air duct, the water vapor is condensed into liquid water by a condenser in the air duct to be discharged or directly discharged to an external environment through an air outlet of the air duct, the water vapor is taken away by contacting the wet clothes through the hot air in such a way, until the clothes are determined to be completely dried, a drying procedure (also referred to as a drying procedure) of the clothes dryer is stopped, and the clothes dryer stops working.
At present, in the clothes drying process of a clothes dryer, when the amount of clothes in a roller is large in the clothes drying process, the clothes are easy to twist, so that when equipment runs out of a complete drying program, a local non-drying condition still exists, the existing common method is overdrying, namely, a certain drying time period is prolonged, so that the uniformity of clothes drying is ensured, the drying efficiency is low, and the probability of damage to the clothes is high.
In order to solve the technical problems of low clothes drying efficiency and easy damage to clothes of the clothes treatment equipment (such as a clothes dryer) in the conventional technology, the core invention concept of the application is as follows: after the drying process is finished or near the end, the wet and undried part of clothes is turned over and maintained on the surface (then the roller is controlled to stop or the roller is controlled to run stably), so that hot air can be blown through the surface of the wet clothes, and the partial undried part of the clothes is subjected to compensation drying in a targeted manner, thereby improving the drying efficiency and reducing the damage to the clothes, and the time of compensation drying can be controlled according to the humidity degree of the wet clothes which are not completely dried, and the larger the area and the higher the humidity of the partial undried area are, the longer the time of compensation drying is.
In an embodiment of the laundry treatment apparatus control method of the present application, the laundry treatment apparatus includes a drum, and referring to fig. 2, the laundry treatment apparatus control method includes:
step S10, starting a drying program to dry target clothes in the roller;
illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus includes a drum for accommodating laundry to be treated, and a drum driving motor driving the drum to rotate. After the clothes treatment equipment is powered on and started, after a clothes drying program is started, the clothes treatment equipment dries target clothes to be dried in the roller, hot air is circularly input into the roller, and the hot air is contacted with the wet target clothes to take away water vapor in the target clothes, so that the target clothes are continuously dried.
Step S20, judging whether the execution progress of the drying program of the clothes treatment equipment reaches a preset progress threshold value or not under the condition that the target clothes do not meet the preset uniform drying condition;
step S30, when the execution progress of the drying program of the clothes treatment equipment reaches a preset progress threshold, controlling the drum to rotate so as to turn over the target clothes;
illustratively, during drying of the target laundry by the laundry treating apparatus, the drum rotates in the first rotation mode, and synchronously judges whether the target laundry satisfies a preset uniform drying condition.
For example, the preset uniform drying conditions may be combined: whether the target laundry is one or more of a material type that can be uniformly dried, an overall laundry weight or an overall laundry volume of the target laundry, an execution progress of a drying program, and a dryness of the target laundry in the drum.
For example, when it is determined that the target laundry satisfies the preset uniform drying condition, it is indicated that the target laundry can be uniformly dried or with a high probability under the drying program, without performing the compensation drying. When it is determined that the target clothes do not meet the preset uniform drying condition, it is indicated that the target clothes cannot or cannot be uniformly dried under the drying program with a high probability, at this time, it is further determined whether the execution progress of the drying program of the clothes treatment device reaches a preset progress threshold, for example, the preset progress threshold may be 100% (the drying program is ended) or 95% (the drying program is about to end), when the drying program of the clothes treatment device on the target clothes is just ended or is about to end, the drum is controlled to turn over the target clothes in the second rotation mode, the drying program of the clothes treatment device is limited from being excessively dried at an early stage of execution progress, normal operation of the normal drying program is ensured, and rotation control of the drum is performed when the drying program is just ended or is about to end, at this time, the target clothes are turned over so that the wet portion is placed on the surface, hot air can dry the wet portion, the remaining moisture close to the dried clothes can be dried, energy is saved, and damage to the clothes can be reduced.
Optionally, after drying the target laundry in the drum at step S10, the laundry treatment apparatus control method further includes:
step S11, acquiring the clothes weight and the material type of the target clothes;
for example, after a user triggers a clothes drying function of the clothes treatment device, a drying program of the clothes treatment device is started, a fan and an electric heating wire in an air duct of the clothes treatment device start to work, a clothes volume, a clothes dryness and a material type of target clothes are obtained, a unit collection time is preset in real time or at intervals, and a clothes weight of the target clothes in the clothes treatment device is dynamically obtained.
Alternatively, the laundry volume of the target laundry may be estimated by the amount of space occupied by the target laundry on the drum by the infrared sensor disposed at the top of the drum.
Optionally, the material type of the target clothes can be determined by performing image shooting and image recognition on the target clothes through an intelligent camera arranged at the top of the drum.
Alternatively, the dryness of the target laundry may be approximately equal to the humidity of the air in the drum, and the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor at the air outlet of the drum may be correspondingly indicated, for example, the dryness is 100% minus the humidity value.
Alternatively, the laundry weight of the target laundry is the total weight of the laundry in the drum, and may be converted from the current value of the drum driving motor.
And step S12, judging whether the target clothes meet preset uniform drying conditions or not according to the weight and the material type of the clothes.
For example, when the laundry weight is greater than or equal to a preset weight, it is determined that the target laundry does not satisfy a preset uniform drying condition. When the weight of the clothes is greater than or equal to the preset weight, the condition indicates that the target clothes are too much, the clothes treatment equipment is difficult to dry completely or uniformly by the conventional drying procedure of the target clothes, and at the moment, the condition that the target clothes are not satisfied with the preset uniform drying condition is determined, and the condition that the inside of the clothes is not completely dried is likely, and the follow-up compensation drying is needed.
For example, when the laundry volume is greater than or equal to a preset volume, it is determined that the target laundry does not satisfy a preset uniform drying condition. When the volume of the clothes is larger than or equal to the preset volume, the condition that the target clothes are too much or the target clothes are fluffy clothes is indicated, the clothes treatment equipment is difficult to dry completely or dry uniformly by the conventional drying procedure of the target clothes, and at the moment, it is determined that the target clothes are not more than the preset uniform drying condition, and the interior of the clothes is likely to be not dried completely, and the follow-up compensation drying is needed.
For example, when the material type is a preset non-easy-to-dry material type, it is determined that the target laundry does not satisfy a preset uniform drying condition. When the material type of the target clothes is a non-easily dried material type, such as cotton, artificial cotton, hemp and wool, the water absorption of the non-easily dried material type is good, the water content is high, the clothes treatment equipment is difficult to completely dry or uniformly dry the target clothes by a conventional drying program, and the target clothes are determined to be not more than preset uniform drying conditions at the moment, and the subsequent compensation drying is needed.
For example, when the laundry weight is less than a preset weight and the material type does not belong to a preset non-drying material type, it is determined that the target laundry satisfies a preset uniform drying condition. When the weight of the target clothes is small and the clothes are of the type which is not of the non-easy-to-dry material, the clothes can be dried uniformly basically through the conventional drying procedure, the target clothes are judged to meet the preset uniform drying condition at the moment, the subsequent drying compensation procedure is not needed, energy and time required for drying are saved, and damage to the target clothes caused by excessive drying is avoided.
In some possible embodiments, after determining that the target laundry does not meet the preset uniform drying condition, before controlling the drum to rotate to turn over the target laundry, it may be further determined whether the execution progress of the drying degree of the laundry treatment apparatus is greater than a preset progress threshold (e.g., 95%), if the execution progress of the drying degree of the laundry treatment apparatus is greater than the preset progress threshold, which indicates that the drying process is about to end, the target laundry still remains a bit of humidity, and at this time, drying compensation may be further performed, the drum is controlled to rotate to turn over the target laundry, so that the dried hot air not only can dry the wet portion (the area not completely dried) of the target laundry in compensation drying, but also can dry the remaining bit of humidity of the target laundry synchronously, thereby saving energy, and avoiding excessive drying to reduce damage to the laundry.
In some possible embodiments, after determining that the target laundry does not meet the preset uniform drying condition, before controlling the drum to rotate to turn over the target laundry, it may be further determined whether the dryness of the target laundry is greater than a preset dryness threshold (e.g., 96%), if the dryness of the target laundry is greater than the preset dryness threshold, and if the dryness of the target laundry is still a little more than the preset dryness threshold, drying compensation may be further performed at this time, controlling the drum to rotate to turn over the target laundry, so that the dried hot air can not only dry the wet portion (the area not completely dried) of the target laundry in the compensated drying, but also dry the remaining little more than the target laundry synchronously, thereby saving energy, and avoiding excessive drying to reduce damage to the laundry.
And step S40, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to carry out compensation drying on the target clothes in the condition that the incomplete drying area exists on the surface of the target clothes.
Illustratively, the not completely dried-out area refers to an not dried-out area of the target laundry surface, i.e. the humidity of the target laundry surface of the not completely dried-out area is higher than a preset dry-out humidity threshold. If the fact that the surface of the target clothes is not completely dried is detected, the fact that the target clothes are not dried locally and the clothes are dried unevenly possibly due to excessive clothes amount or clothes intertwining of the target clothes is indicated, and the clothes treatment equipment is required to be controlled to carry out compensation drying on the target clothes; in addition, when it is determined that the surface of the target laundry has an undried area, the drum may be controlled to stop so that the wet laundry of the undried area is maintained at the surface to facilitate hot air drying. If the surface of the target clothes does not detect the area which is not completely dried, continuing to rotate the roller and overturning the target clothes until the preset end condition is met, stopping rotating the roller, and ending the drying process.
In this embodiment, through determining that the target laundry does not meet the preset uniform drying condition when the drying program of the laundry treatment apparatus starts to dry the target laundry in the drum after the laundry treatment apparatus starts to start the drying program, the drum is controlled to rotate to turn over the target laundry when the execution progress of the drying program of the laundry treatment apparatus reaches the preset progress threshold, referring to fig. 3, that is, a first-level judgment is made as to whether the preset uniform drying condition is met and whether the preset progress threshold is met, then in the process of turning over the target laundry, whether the non-fully-dried area is present is further detected, and only when the non-fully-dried area is detected to exist on the surface of the target laundry, that is, when the second-level judgment as to the non-fully-dried area is present, the laundry treatment apparatus is further controlled to perform the compensation drying on the target laundry, thereby realizing that the non-fully-dried area to be moist of the target laundry is turned over based on the drum rotation and maintained on the surface, and enabling hot air to pass through the moist non-fully-dried area based on the compensation drying process, realizing the compensation of the area, without performing the whole drying, or extending the whole drying process, or the whole drying process, which is not required, and only when the non-fully-dried area is met, the non-fully-dried is not met, the target laundry treatment apparatus is completely has been completed, and the user has improved, and the drying efficiency is improved, and the drying process is completed.
For example, referring to fig. 4, after determining that the target laundry does not satisfy the first-stage judgment of the preset uniform drying condition, the judgment about the third-stage trigger timing may be further added before controlling the drum rotation to turn over the target laundry, and detecting whether the second-stage judgment of the incompletely dried area exists on the surface of the target laundry: further judging whether the dryness of the target clothes is larger than a preset dryness threshold (such as 96%), if the dryness of the target clothes is larger than the preset dryness threshold, the target clothes still remain a bit of humidity, and at the moment, drying compensation can be further carried out, and controlling the rotary drum to rotate so as to turn over the target clothes. Furthermore, the hot air dried can not only dry the wet part (the area which is not completely dried) of the target clothes in the compensation drying process, but also synchronously dry the residual moisture of the target clothes, thereby saving energy and reducing the damage to the clothes.
In some possible embodiments, the laundry treatment apparatus control method further includes:
step A1, dynamically acquiring the surface temperature of the target clothes in the process that the roller rotates to overturn the target clothes;
and A2, determining that the area of the surface of the target clothes, the surface temperature of which is lower than a preset temperature threshold value, is an area which is not completely dried.
Alternatively, the laundry volume of the target laundry may be detected by an infrared sensor disposed inside the drum to detect the temperature of each region of the surface of the target laundry, and, illustratively, by a thermal image or a temperature matrix to dynamically detect the surface temperature of the target laundry.
After the drum of the laundry treating apparatus rotates and turns over the target laundry in the drum, the laundry treating apparatus is not immediately controlled to perform the compensation drying of the target laundry, but it is required to detect whether the surface of the target laundry has an area not completely dried. The principle of detection is as follows: when the target clothes in the incompletely dried area are contacted with hot air for drying, the surface temperature of the incompletely dried area is higher than that of the dried area because the humidity of the area is higher and the moisture evaporates to take away heat conducted by the hot air. Therefore, in the process of overturning the target clothes by the roller, the surface temperature of the target clothes is dynamically detected, if a region with the surface temperature lower than a preset temperature threshold exists, the region is determined to be an incomplete drying region, the fact that the target clothes are overturned to the surface in the incomplete drying region is indicated, and accurate detection and determination of the incomplete drying region are achieved.
In some possible embodiments, the laundry treatment apparatus control method of the present application further includes:
and step B, responding to the completion of the compensation drying of the target clothes, and executing the step of controlling the rotary drum to rotate so as to turn over the target clothes until the surface of the target clothes has no incomplete drying area in a first lasting preset time period.
After the compensation drying of the target clothes is performed once in step S40, the clothes processing device detects that the compensation drying of the target clothes is completed, at this time, the step of controlling the drum to rotate to turn over the target clothes is continuously performed, whether the surface of the target clothes has an incomplete drying area is further detected, and if the surface of the target clothes has an incomplete drying area again detected, the clothes processing device is controlled again to perform the compensation drying of the target clothes once; if the incomplete drying area is not detected on the surface of the target clothes within the first preset time period (for example, 1 minute), ending the drying compensation process of the clothes treatment equipment.
Illustratively, after the step of controlling the drum to rotate to turn over the target laundry, it further includes: and if the surface of the target clothes does not have the area which is not completely dried within the lasting first preset time period, outputting prompt information for compensating for the stop of drying.
In this way, the target clothes are continuously turned over in the roller, and an incomplete drying area does not exist in the first preset time period, so that the target clothes are basically and uniformly dried, prompt information for compensating for drying stop can be output at the moment, the prompt information can comprise one or more of prompt voice, prompt warning sound, flashing of an indicator lamp and prompt content sent to the binding terminal, a user is timely reminded of finishing the compensation drying, and the user is automatically ended or prompted to finish the drying process and the compensation drying process of the clothes treatment equipment by hand triggering.
In addition, if the number of times the laundry treatment apparatus performs compensation drying on the target laundry is smaller than a preset minimum number of times threshold (e.g., 2 times), and the surface of the target laundry does not have an incompletely dried area within a continuous first preset time period, it indicates that the target laundry is likely to be entangled and cannot be unwound, or that the situation of an incompletely dried area does not exist after the target laundry is partially unwound, at this time, the laundry treatment apparatus cannot perform effective drying compensation on the target laundry, at this time, prompt information of compensation drying stop needs to be output, and the laundry treatment apparatus is stopped.
In some realizable forms, the step of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the compensatory drying of the target laundry in step S40 includes:
step C1, controlling the roller to rotate at a first rotation speed at a uniform speed along the same direction so as to turn over and maintain the area of the target clothes which is not completely dried on the surface;
and step C2, starting a compensation drying program of the clothes treatment equipment so as to carry out compensation drying on the target clothes.
When the incompletely dried area exists on the surface of the target clothes, the wet area of the incompletely dried area is turned over to the surface, the roller is controlled to rotate at a constant speed in the same direction (clockwise direction or anticlockwise direction) at a first rotating speed so as to maintain the incompletely dried area of the target clothes on the surface, and the first rotating speed is smaller than the rotating speed of the roller for normal drying of the clothes treatment equipment, namely the first rotating speed of the roller in the compensation drying process is smaller than the rotating speed of the roller in the normal drying process, so that the incompletely dried area of the target clothes is favorably maintained to be contacted with hot air on the surface to dry faster, and meanwhile, the flow of the hot air in the roller and the contact frequency of the hot air and the surface of the target clothes are accelerated, and the drying efficiency is further improved.
In some realizable forms, the step of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the compensatory drying of the target laundry in step S40 includes:
controlling the drum to stop rotating to maintain the incompletely dried region of the target laundry on the surface, and starting a compensation drying program of the laundry treating apparatus to perform compensation drying on the target laundry
In this embodiment, after the target laundry is shaken off to turn over the non-dried and non-fully-dried area to the surface based on the severe shaking of the drum, the drum is stopped, the posture of the non-fully-dried area of the target laundry on the surface is kept unchanged, and the hot air of the laundry treatment apparatus is intensively dried against the non-fully-dried area of the target laundry, so that the non-fully-dried area of the target laundry is quickly and efficiently dried.
In some realizable forms, the step of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform the compensatory drying of the target laundry in step S30 includes:
step D1, determining a drying compensation time length and a drying compensation power according to the surface temperature and the area of the area which is not completely dried;
and D2, compensating and drying the target clothes according to the drying compensation time length and the drying compensation power.
The compensation drying program can be set in a targeted manner, and the lower the surface temperature of the area which is not completely dried on the surface of the target clothes is, the larger the area is, which means that the more moist the area is, the longer the drying compensation time length is needed to be carried out, and the larger the drying compensation power is. By way of example, the surface temperature, the area, the drying compensation time length and the drying compensation power can be used for carrying out drying test experiments on the clothes treatment equipment in advance, and calculating and analyzing to obtain a parameter mapping table of the surface temperature, the area, the drying compensation time length and the drying compensation power, so that the compensation drying effectiveness, the drying efficiency and the minimization of damage to clothes are considered; and after the surface temperature and the area of the incompletely dried area are determined, the corresponding drying compensation time length and the drying compensation power are determined based on the parameter mapping table, then the target clothes are subjected to compensation drying according to the determined drying compensation time length and the determined drying compensation power, the incompletely dried area of the target clothes is subjected to quick compensation drying, and the damage to the clothes is reduced as much as possible.
In some realizable forms, before the step of controlling the laundry treatment apparatus to perform the compensatory drying on the target laundry in step S10, the method further includes:
and E, executing the step of controlling the clothes treatment equipment to carry out compensation drying on the target clothes under the condition that the operation instruction is not detected within a second preset time period after the drying program is ended or under the condition that the dryness of the target clothes is determined to be larger than a preset dryness threshold value.
The second preset duration may be equal to or different from the first preset duration.
And after the normal drying program of the clothes treatment equipment is determined, the operation instruction is not detected within a second preset time period, so that the user is not timely taken out of clothes, the user is not urgent to use the target clothes, the drying compensation program is performed at the moment, the drying compensation program is ensured not to influence the user to urgent to use the target clothes, and the experience and satisfaction degree of the user on the clothes treatment equipment are improved.
And when the dryness of the target clothes is determined to be larger than the preset dryness threshold, the target clothes still remain a bit of humidity, and at the moment, drying compensation can be further carried out, and the roller is controlled to rotate so as to turn over the target clothes, so that the dried hot air can not only dry the wet part (the area which is not completely dried) of the target clothes in the compensation drying process, but also synchronously dry the remaining bit of humidity of the target clothes, save energy and reduce damage to the clothes.
In some implementations, the drum rotates in a first rotation mode in the drying program, and the step of controlling the drum to rotate to turn the target laundry includes: and controlling the roller to rotate in a second rotation mode to turn over the target clothes, wherein the shake-out degree of the second rotation mode on the clothes is larger than that of the first rotation mode on the clothes.
In an exemplary embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus may have different levels of shaking degree when the drum drives the target laundry in the first rotation mode or the second rotation mode, and in some implementations, the shaking degree of the laundry treating apparatus is determined by the intensity and frequency of the cycle of the drum rotating forward, stopping and reversing, and stopping, and the greater the intensity and the greater the frequency of the drum rotating forward, stopping and reversing, and stopping. The drum of the clothes treatment equipment shakes and looses target clothes from the inner wall of the drum through the circulation process of forward rotation, pause and reverse rotation and pause of the drum, so that the target clothes are prevented from being knotted and intertwined, in the judgment of whether the compensation drying is needed, the drum continuously shakes and looses the target clothes in a second rotation mode, the shake and scattering degree of the second rotation mode on the clothes is larger than that of the first rotation mode on the clothes, the target clothes are scattered more thoroughly, all parts of the target clothes are continuously turned to the surface, whether the incomplete drying area exists in the target clothes is detected more comprehensively, whether the supplementary drying is started or not is controlled more accurately, the drying efficiency of the target clothes is further improved, the damage of excessive drying on the clothes is avoided more accurately, and the satisfaction of a user on the clothes drying function of the clothes treatment equipment is further improved.
The present application also provides a laundry treatment apparatus comprising a drum, a drum driving motor, a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program being configured to implement the steps of the laundry treatment apparatus control method as described above.
