Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of clothes treatment equipment, which can be a clothes dryer or a washing and drying integrated machine. For example, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The clothes treatment equipment comprises a clothes drying barrel, a heat pump assembly, a steam generation assembly and a drying air duct. The heat pump assembly is arranged inside the drying air duct, the drying air duct is communicated with the clothes drying barrel, an air outlet of the drying air duct is communicated with an air inlet of the clothes drying barrel, and an air inlet of the drying air duct is communicated with an air return opening of the clothes drying barrel to form an air circulation loop inside the clothes treatment equipment. In the air circulation process in the clothes treatment equipment, air in the drying air duct is converted into hot dry air through the heat pump assembly and then is introduced into the clothes drying barrel, the hot dry air passes through the clothes drying barrel and takes away moisture on clothes to be converted into hot humid air and then is circulated into the drying air duct, and the hot humid air is circulated and reciprocated in such a way until the clothes in the clothes drying barrel are dried. The control method comprises the following steps S101-S104:
step S101: after the clothes treatment equipment starts a clothes drying program, acquiring the current ambient temperature;
illustratively, the heat pump assembly includes a compressor having a first temperature sensor disposed on an exhaust pipe of the compressor for detecting a temperature of the exhaust pipe of the compressor. In the control method of the present application, after the clothes drying program is started, before the current ambient temperature is obtained, the heat pump assembly of the clothes treatment device is not started temporarily, so that the obtained exhaust pipe temperature detected by the first temperature sensor can be used as the current ambient temperature, and therefore, a temperature sensor does not need to be additionally arranged to be specially used for obtaining the ambient temperature, and the effect of saving cost is achieved.
Step S102: if the ambient temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, starting the steam generating assembly to introduce hot steam into the clothes drying barrel;
the first preset temperature is determined by a designer according to actual conditions. It should be noted that when the ring temperature is lower than the first preset temperature, the ring temperature is in a lower state, which results in a long time from the start of the heat pump assembly to the formation of hot air, so that the whole drying time of the clothes is prolonged, and the drying efficiency is reduced. In addition, in the time period, the fan in the heat pump assembly is always in a working state, but the blown low-temperature wind cannot achieve the effect of drying clothes in the clothes drying barrel, so that energy waste can be caused. Meanwhile, under the condition of low ring temperature, the surface of the evaporator of the heat pump assembly can be frozen, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator is reduced, and the drying efficiency of the clothes treatment equipment is further reduced.
Therefore, when the environment temperature is detected to be lower than the first preset temperature, the steam generation assembly is started firstly to introduce hot air into the clothes drying barrel, and under the characteristic of air flow, the hot steam quickly permeates the whole clothes drying barrel and the drying air duct to preheat the heat pump assembly and clothes to be dried in the clothes drying barrel, so that the influence on drying efficiency and energy consumption caused by the fact that the ring temperature is too low is avoided.
Step S103: monitoring a first temperature within the drying tub;
the second temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the air inlet of the clothes drying barrel, and the temperature of the air inlet of the clothes drying barrel can be used as the first temperature in the clothes drying barrel before the heat pump assembly is started. In other embodiments, a temperature sensor may also be provided inside the drying tub to detect a first temperature inside the drying tub.
Step S104: and if the first temperature exceeds the second preset temperature, starting the heat pump assembly, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature.
The second preset temperature is determined by a designer according to actual conditions. It should be noted that, after the first temperature in the clothes drying barrel exceeds the second preset temperature, the heat pump assembly is started after being preheated, so that the temperature rise can be realized quickly without being influenced by low temperature, hot air is introduced into the clothes drying barrel, the drying efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the energy waste is avoided.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment equipment, when the environment temperature is detected to be too low, the steam generation assembly is started to feed hot air into the clothes drying barrel for preheating, the heat pump assembly is started after the temperature in the barrel is increased to a certain temperature, the heat pump assembly can be prevented from working in a low-temperature environment to affect the drying efficiency, and meanwhile energy consumption is prevented from being wasted.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flowchart of a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The control method includes the following steps S201 to S213:
step S201: after the clothes treatment equipment starts a clothes drying program, acquiring the current ambient temperature P1;
step S202: judging whether the ambient temperature P1 is lower than a first preset temperature t1 or not;
if the ambient temperature P1 is lower than the first preset temperature t1, the following step S203 is executed, otherwise the following step S206 is executed. It can be appreciated that under the condition that the ambient temperature is not too low, the steam generation assembly is not required to be started for preheating, and the heat pump assembly is directly started, so that unnecessary energy consumption is avoided.
Step S203: starting a steam generating assembly to introduce hot steam into the clothes drying barrel;
step S204: monitoring a first temperature P2 in the clothes drying barrel;
step S205: judging whether the dry first temperature P2 exceeds a second preset temperature t2 or not;
if it is detected that the first temperature P2 exceeds the second preset temperature t2, the following step S206 is performed, otherwise, the process returns to step S204.
Step S206: starting a fan, starting a compressor, and monitoring a second temperature P3 at a return air inlet of the clothes drying barrel and a third temperature P4 at an air inlet of the clothes drying barrel;
the heat pump assembly of the laundry treatment apparatus includes a blower for accelerating a wind circulation inside the laundry treatment apparatus, and a compressor.
Step S207: judging whether the second temperature P3 exceeds a third preset temperature t3 and the third temperature P4 exceeds a fourth preset temperature t4;
if the second temperature P3 exceeds the third preset temperature t3 and the third temperature P4 exceeds the fourth preset temperature t4, the following step S208 is executed, otherwise, the step returns to step S206.
It should be noted that the third preset temperature t3 is greater than the first preset temperature t1, and the fourth preset temperature t4 is greater than the third preset temperature t3. It will be appreciated that after the second temperature P3 exceeds the third preset temperature t3 and the third temperature P4 exceeds the fourth preset temperature t4, the heat pump assembly is already capable of providing hot dry air of sufficient temperature to dry the laundry to be dried without the need for the steam generating assembly to perform the complementary heating.
Step S208: closing the steam generation assembly and monitoring the current humidity value S1 of the clothes to be dried in the clothes drying barrel;
a humidity sensor is provided in the drying tub, for example, to detect a current humidity value S1 of laundry to be dried.
Step S209: judging whether the current humidity value S1 is smaller than a preset humidity value S0 or not;
if the current humidity value S1 is smaller than the preset humidity value S0, the following step S210 is executed, otherwise, the step S208 is returned to.
Step S210: starting a steam generation assembly, increasing the frequency of a compressor and the rotating speed of a fan, simultaneously acquiring the current mass F of clothes to be dried, and calculating the target steam quantity W0 required to be introduced into a clothes drying barrel according to the current mass F;
it should be noted that, the current humidity value S1 is smaller than the preset humidity value S0, the clothing to be treated enters a semi-dry state, and at this time, the steam generating assembly is started to introduce hot steam into the clothing to be treated, so that the ironing and wrinkle removing effects on the clothing can be achieved. In addition, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan are increased so as to introduce high-temperature and high-pressure air into the clothes drying barrel, and under the rotation of the clothes drying barrel, the fabric is continuously rubbed, pressed, puffed and flexibly finished by strong air flow, so that the fabric is fully stretched, the elasticity and softness of the fabric are recovered, and the effects of fluffing the fabric, smoothing clothes wrinkles, preventing dust and removing scraps can be achieved.
The current quality F of the dried clothes may be obtained by determining the total drying time of the clothes to be dried, or by setting a weight sensor for detection, or by performing fuzzy weighing according to the resistance of the motor when the drying barrel rotates, which is not particularly limited herein.
The target steam amount W0 is calculated, for example, according to the following formula:
w0=a1×f+a0, where F represents the current quality of laundry to be dried, a1 is a first preset parameter, and a0 is a second preset parameter. The first preset parameter and the second preset parameter are selected by a designer according to actual needs and experimental data, for example.
Step S211: judging whether the steam quantity W introduced into the clothes drying barrel after the steam generating component is started reaches a target steam quantity W0 or not;
if the steam amount W introduced into the drying tub reaches the target steam amount W0, the following step S212 is performed, otherwise, the process returns to step S211.
In some embodiments, step S211 may include the following sub-steps S1-S4:
step S1: determining a first time period for opening the steam generating assembly according to the target steam quantity;
the target steam amount is positively correlated with the first time period.
Step S2: monitoring the current temperature of steam sprayed by the steam generating assembly;
it can be understood that the steam generating assembly is opened and then comprises a process of gradually heating up the sprayed steam, and the steam temperature tends to be stable after the opening time of the steam generating assembly reaches a certain value.
Step S3: if the current temperature reaches the fifth preset temperature, starting timing;
it should be noted that, after the steam temperature sprayed by the steam generating component reaches the fifth preset temperature, the steam temperature tends to be stable.
Step S4: and judging whether the timed duration reaches the first duration or not so as to determine whether the steam quantity fed into the clothes drying barrel by the steam generating assembly reaches the target steam quantity or not.
Specifically, if the time length reaches the first time length, determining that the steam amount W of the steam generating assembly fed into the clothes drying barrel reaches the target steam amount W0, otherwise, determining that the steam amount W of the steam generating assembly fed into the clothes drying barrel does not reach the target steam amount W0.
Step S212: closing the steam generating assembly and increasing the rotation speed of the clothes drying barrel;
it can be understood that the clothes drying barrel is controlled to rotate at a high speed, and meanwhile, the heat pump assembly is used for introducing high-temperature and high-pressure air into the clothes drying barrel, so that new wrinkles of clothes to be dried can be avoided.
Step S213: judging whether the clothes to be dried reach a drying judging condition or not;
if the laundry to be dried reaches the drying judging condition, ending the laundry drying program, otherwise, returning to the step S212. When it is detected that the laundry to be dried reaches the drying condition, components such as a heat pump of the laundry treatment apparatus and driving of the drying drum need to be controlled to stop working so as to end the drying program.
And in the later stage of the clothes drying program, the steam generation assembly is started again to remove wrinkles of clothes to be dried, and meanwhile, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan are increased to fluffy and remove dust of the clothes, so that better product use experience can be provided for users.
