When the motor 450 needs to be replaced or repaired, the motor 450 can be easily disassembled by removing the motor cover 460 and separating the rotation shaft of the motor 450 from the wind wheel 430. In order to facilitate the replacement or maintenance of the motor 450, the cover plate 120 is provided with a second window 122 corresponding to the position of the motor 450 of the wind wheel 430, and when the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 are opened, the second window 122 is exposed, so that the motor 450 can be easily disassembled and assembled through the second window 122. In order to facilitate manufacturing of the cover plate 120, in this embodiment, the first window 121 is in communication with the second window 122, so that the motor 450 and the scroll 410 can be disassembled and assembled by providing one window.
The electric control box 50 of the cabinet air conditioner 1 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 100, the electric control box 50 is arranged below the air duct assembly 40, and the cover plate 120 is provided with a third window 123 for disassembling and assembling the electric control box 50. In some preferred embodiments, the third window 123 may be connected to the first window 121, or the third window 123, the first window 121 and the second window 122 may be connected to each other, so as to simplify the structure of the cover 120 and reduce the manufacturing difficulty of the cover 120.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 4 to 12, when the air outlet frame 440 is mounted on the left panel 130, the air outlet 150 is also disposed on the left panel 130 corresponding to the air outlet frame 440; when the air outlet frame 440 is mounted on the right panel 140, the air outlet 150 is also disposed on the right panel 140 corresponding to the air outlet frame 440. Wherein, the joint seam of the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 is arranged near one side of the cover plate 120, so that the air outlet 150 is positioned at the center of the front half part of the cabinet air conditioner 1 housing 10, that is, when the air outlet 150 is positioned on the left panel 130, the joint seam of the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 is arranged near the right side of the cover plate 120; when the air outlet 150 is located on the right panel 140, the joint between the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 is disposed near the left side of the cover plate 120.
One side of the left panel 130 and the right panel 140, which are mutually engaged, is clamped and fixed or magnetically attracted and fixed with the cover plate 120, so that the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 can be conveniently opened and closed.
In this embodiment, the swing arm 160 is disposed between the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 and the back plate 110, so as to enable the left panel 130 and the right panel 140 to swing relative to the cover plate 120. The swinging arms 160 extend horizontally inward from the inner sides of the left panel 130 and the right panel 140, the swinging arms 160 are disposed in a U-shape, and the free ends of the swinging arms 160 are pivotally connected to the back plate 110.

Claims (10)

1. A cabinet air conditioner, comprising:
the shell comprises a back plate, a cover plate, a left panel and a right panel, wherein the back plate and the cover plate enclose to form a containing cavity, and the left panel and the right panel are movably arranged on the back plate or the cover plate and can swing left and right relative to the cover plate respectively to expose the cover plate;
the air duct assembly comprises a volute, a volute tongue, an air outlet frame and a wind wheel, wherein the volute is arranged in the containing cavity, and the wind wheel is arranged in the volute;
one of the left panel and the right panel is provided with the volute tongue, and the other is provided with the air outlet frame, so that the volute tongue and the air outlet frame are sequentially separated from the volute when the left panel and the right panel are opened, and the volute and the wind wheel in the air duct assembly are exposed; and the air outlet frame is also used for enabling the volute tongue to be abutted with the volute casing after the left panel and the right panel are closed, and enabling the air outlet frame to be abutted with the volute casing and the volute tongue simultaneously.

The cabinet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the cover plate is provided with a first window for the volute tongue and the air outlet frame to be abutted to the volute, a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger support are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the heat exchanger support is connected with the back plate, an upper support and a lower support are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the heat exchanger in an extending mode along the horizontal direction, the two ends of the heat exchanger are respectively fixed to the upper support and the lower support, the heat exchanger, the upper support and the lower support are enclosed to form a mounting cavity, the volute is detachably mounted in the mounting cavity, and the volute enters and exits the mounting cavity from the first window.

The cabinet air conditioner of claim 2, wherein the upper bracket is provided with an avoidance notch corresponding to the upper end of the volute, the opening direction of the avoidance notch is toward the cover plate, the upper end of the volute is detachably connected with the edge of the avoidance notch, and the lower end of the volute is abutted to the upper surface of the lower bracket.

The cabinet air conditioner of claim 3, wherein a motor is arranged on the upper surface of the upper end of the volute, the motor is detachably fixed on the volute through a motor cover, and a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates through the upper end of the volute and is detachably connected with the upper end of the wind wheel;
the cover plate is provided with a second window for disassembling and assembling the motor.
5. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 4, wherein said second window communicates with said first window.
6. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein an electrical control box is further disposed in the cavity, the electrical control box is located below the air duct assembly, and the cover plate is provided with a third window for disassembling the electrical control box.
7. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein one of the left panel and the right panel, on which the air outlet frame is mounted, is provided with an air outlet.
8. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 7, wherein the joint seam of the left panel and the right panel is disposed adjacent to one side of the cover plate.
9. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein a side of the left panel and the right panel, which are engaged with each other, is fastened to the cover plate by a fastening means or a magnetic fastening means.
10. A cabinet air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the inner side surfaces of the left panel and the right panel are respectively extended inward with swinging arms, the swinging arms are arranged in a U shape, and the free ends of the swinging arms are pivoted with the back plate.
