In order to reduce the space volume of the whole sliding door assembly 40 in the cabinet air conditioner 1, the rotating shaft of the sliding door motor 421 is arranged along the thickness direction of the panel, and the rack 423 extends along the width direction of the panel, so that the length of the sliding door assembly 40 in the thickness direction of the panel is smaller, the occupation of the sliding door assembly 40 to the space in the cabinet air conditioner 1 is effectively reduced, the utilization rate of the space in the cabinet air conditioner 1 is improved, and the miniaturization of the cabinet air conditioner 1 is facilitated to be reduced.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the door 410 is preferably located on a side of the air outlet frame 350 opposite to the mounting plate 340, so that the door 410 can relatively cover and expose the air outlet frame 350 when moving relative to the air outlet frame 350.
In order to further enhance the supporting effect of the upper bracket 210 and the lower bracket 220 on the air duct assembly 30, so as to reliably fix the air duct assembly 30 in the installation cavity 50, and improve the structural reliability of the cabinet air conditioner 1, in this embodiment, the upper and lower ends of the volute 310 are correspondingly connected and fixed with the upper bracket 210 and the lower bracket 220, respectively. Specifically, the upper end of the upper bracket 210 corresponding to the volute 310 is provided with an avoidance notch 211, and an opening of the avoidance notch 211 is opened in a direction opposite to the back plate 110, so that the volute 310 and the upper bracket 210 are conveniently separated; the edge of the avoidance gap 211 is connected with the upper end of the volute 310 through a screw; a portion of the lower end of the scroll case 310 abuts against the lower bracket 220, and the lower end of the scroll case 310 is screw-coupled with the lower bracket 220. It should be emphasized that, in order to facilitate the disassembly of the air duct assembly 30 from the first window 121, the edges of the upper end of the volute 310 and the avoidance gap 211 may be provided with a flanging structure as needed, so that the screw for fixing the upper end of the volute 310 and the edge of the avoidance gap 211 is along the horizontal direction, and the disassembly direction of the screw is consistent with the orientation of the first window 121, thereby facilitating the disassembly of the screw from the first window 121; similarly, the lower end of the scroll case 310 and the lower bracket 220 may be provided with a flange structure as needed, so that a screw for fixing the lower end of the scroll case 310 and the lower bracket 220 is in a horizontal direction, and a disassembling direction of the screw is consistent with an orientation of the first window 121, thereby facilitating disassembly and assembly of the screw from the first window 121.
In this embodiment, the upper surface of the upper end of the volute 310 is provided with a wind wheel motor 360 and a motor cover, the wind wheel motor 360 is located in the motor cover, the motor cover is connected with the upper surface of the upper end of the volute 310 in a detachable manner through screws, buckles and the like, and then the wind wheel motor 360 is fixed between the motor cover and the upper surface of the upper end of the volute 310 in a pressing manner, a rotating shaft of the wind wheel motor 360 penetrates through the upper end of the volute 310, and the rotating shaft is detachably connected with the upper end of the wind wheel 330, so that the wind wheel motor 360 drives the wind wheel 330. When the wind wheel motor 360 needs to be replaced or maintained, the wind wheel motor 360 can be easily disassembled by disassembling the motor cover and separating the rotating shaft of the wind wheel motor 360 from the wind wheel 330. In order to facilitate replacement or maintenance of the wind turbine motor 360, the cover plate 120 is provided with a second window 122 at a position corresponding to the wind turbine motor 360, and when the cover plate is opened, the second window 122 is exposed, so that the wind turbine motor 360 can be easily disassembled and assembled through the second window 122. The upper end of the air outlet frame 350 extends upwardly to form a baffle that covers the second window 122 when the air duct assembly 30 is installed in the installation cavity 50.
The cover plate 120 of the cabinet air conditioner 1 is further provided with a display box 60, and the display box 60 can display air conditioning information such as temperature, time and the like, wherein the display box 60 is positioned above the air duct assembly 30, and the outer surface of the display box 60 forms a part of the appearance surface of the cabinet air conditioner 1.
Further, in the present embodiment, an air outlet 150 is formed between the left panel 130 and the right panel 140, the air outlet 150 is communicated with the air supply hole 341, and the door 410 can also open and close the air outlet 150 when moving relative to the air duct assembly 30. Thus, when the cabinet air conditioner 1 is in operation, the door 410 opens the air outlet 150, and when the cabinet air conditioner 1 is out of operation, the door 410 closes the air outlet 150, thereby effectively preventing dust, cockroaches and other foreign matters from entering the casing 10 of the cabinet air conditioner 1 from the air outlet 150, and keeping the inside of the cabinet air conditioner 1 in a long-term and good clean state.
The left panel 130 and the right panel 140 are disposed at intervals on one side of each of the two panels, and form two opposite edges of the air outlet 150. The display box 60 is located at the upper side of the air outlet 150, and the lower edge of the display box 60 forms the upper edge of the air outlet 150.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
