本发明柔软去污型洗衣组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、按照组分配比称取各组分备用,在搅拌缸内注入去离子水,开启搅拌,缓慢向水中加入聚乙烯醇聚合物,搅拌分散并加热至90℃以上,在搅拌状态下趁热依次加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂,充分搅拌分散;
b、搅拌至全部溶解后加入助剂,继续搅拌溶解得到混合液,当混合液温度降至40℃以下依次加入柔软剂素,搅拌至料浆细腻光滑;
c、加入pH值调节剂、螯合剂和香精,搅拌分散后,分步加入酵素,搅拌3~5min后,得到柔软去污型洗衣组合物。
进一步优选地,本发明一种洗衣片,包含制备得到的柔软去污型洗衣组合物,将制备得到的柔软去污型洗衣组合物,通过开启挂料机,保持挂料机温度在90~105℃时,将料浆加入到料浆槽中,切片机切片,包装成盒,制得洗衣片。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明以聚乙烯醇聚合物/共聚物作为成膜剂,与阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂和柔软剂复配使用,其中,以椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或羧甲基两性咪唑啉作为一种温和的两性表面活性剂,既带有正电荷基团又带有负电荷基团,在碱性条件下表现为阴离子表面活性剂性质,在酸性条件下表现为阳离子表面活性剂性质,与各种表面活性剂配伍具有很好的协同效应,与阴离子表面活性剂α-烯烃磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠都有良好的相容性,对硬水的容忍度高,可减少传统表面活性剂所产生的刺激性,与阴离子活性剂协同增效增强渗透、去污和分散性能,还具有很好的增泡稳泡能力,产生细腻、稳定、丰富的泡沫,具有较高的增稠作用,同时与柔软剂复配协同增效具有优异的柔软性能和抗静电的作用。
以烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵、烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵或亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠作为柔软剂,它们显示一定的阳离子性质,在阳离子中心N原子上引入了羟乙基基团,在洗涤过程中,柔软分子中的羟基容易与水分子通过氢键结合,从而在阳离子基团***形成水合层,使其不能与作为洗涤主要成分的阴离子表面活性剂形成紧密离子,不会发生电荷中和、聚集沉淀,可以有效保持两种表面活性剂的活性,达到优异的柔软效果,改善与阴离子表面活性剂的配伍性、泡沫协同性和增稠性,具有优良的渗透性、乳化性、柔软性、抗静电性和抑菌等性能,提高在盐溶液中的溶解性及降低表面张力的能力,因此可以很好的与阴离子表面活性剂复配使用,共同达到洗护合一的效果。
以烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚作为非离子表面活性剂,可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,而且具有一定的协同效应,如烷基糖苷与十二烷基硫酸钠复配泡沫性能具有协同效应,增强发泡性能,同时有效降低阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性,在较宽的PH值范围内化学稳定性和环境相容性好。
以纤维素酶和蛋白酶作为耐高温酵素,单一的蛋白酶虽然对于蛋白质类污渍有特定的去污性能,但蛋白酶不易接触到污布非结晶区的污渍,而复配酶中的纤维素酶由于它的特殊作用机理可以作用到污布的非结晶区,能够使织物结构变得蓬松,使夹杂在织物纤维间的污渍更容易与洗衣片溶解后的液体及蛋白酶充分接触,从而达到很好的去污效果。在洗衣片溶液中呈现碱性条件下有助于蛋白酶的稳定性,可以采用作为螯合剂的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠在去离子水中预分散避免其他金属离子对蛋白酶的影响,蛋白酶与丙二醇或甘油一同加入进一步增加蛋白酶的稳定性;另一方面,在生产洗衣片时,使用耐高温蛋白酶和纤维素酶,料浆经过挂料机温度90~105℃方可成型。
本发明以柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠作为pH值调节剂,调整体系pH至4.5~8.0。
本发明中膨润土易吸附于织物表面,在织物表面形成单层薄膜,有效降低织物纤维间的摩擦因数,使受损伤而相互粘结的纤维恢复平顺,从而发挥协助柔软织物的效果;二氧化硅在洗衣片中能使片剂光滑,且提高洗衣片的溶解速度;4A沸石是由硅氧和铝氧四面体组成的三维骨架状结构化合物,具有较强的钙离子交换能力,提高洗衣片抗硬水的能力。以4A沸石、膨润土和二氧化硅作为助剂放在洗衣片中协同增效具有螯合钙镁离子、协同去污的作用,并且提高洗衣片的溶解速度。
本发明各组分科学配伍复配使用,协同增效,达到协同柔软去污的作用,还具有一定的抑菌效果,有效成分在保证去污效果的同时提高织物的柔软度,且洗涤后的织物不易褪色达到洗衣柔软二合一的效果。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:10~30%的聚乙烯醇聚合物、20~50%的阴离子表面活性剂、3%~10%的非离子表面活性剂、5~10%的两性表面活性剂、1~10%的柔软剂、0.2~1%的酵素、10~20%的助剂、1~2%的pH值调节剂、余量为去离子水;
具体地,阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯烃磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠中的至少两种;
具体地,非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少两种;
具体地,两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或羧甲基两性咪唑啉;
具体地,柔软剂为烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵、烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠中的一种或多种。
进一步地,酵素由纤维素酶和蛋白酶组成,它们的质量比为1:(1~3)。
进一步地,所述助剂为第一助剂或第二助剂,所述第二助剂为甘油或丙二醇。
进一步优选地,所述第一助剂由4A沸石、膨润土和二氧化硅组成。
进一步地,所述pH值调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
进一步地,还包括以下重量份的组分:0.1~0.5%螯合剂、1~1.5%的香精。
本发明柔软去污型洗衣组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、按照组分配比称取各组分备用,在搅拌缸内注入去离子水,开启搅拌,缓慢向水中加入聚乙烯醇聚合物,搅拌分散并加热至90℃以上,在搅拌状态下趁热依次加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂,充分搅拌分散;
b、搅拌至全部溶解后加入助剂,继续搅拌溶解得到混合液,当混合液温度降至40℃以下依次加入柔软剂素,搅拌至料浆细腻光滑;
c、加入pH值调节剂、螯合剂和香精,搅拌分散后,分步加入酵素,搅拌3~5min后,得到柔软去污型洗衣组合物。
进一步优选地,本发明一种洗衣片,包含制备得到的柔软去污型洗衣组合物,将制备得到的柔软去污型洗衣组合物,通过开启挂料机,保持挂料机温度在90~105℃时,将料浆加入到料浆槽中,切片机切片,包装成盒,制得洗衣片。
实施例1
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物20%、α-烯烃磺酸钠15%、脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠4%、十二烷基硫酸钠29%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、甘油3%、烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵5%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.2%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
对比例1:对照实施例1,不添加柔软剂,助剂为甘油和二氧化硅,其余组分相同
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物20%、α-烯烃磺酸钠15%、脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠4%、十二烷基硫酸钠29%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、甘油3%、二氧化硅5%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.2%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
实施例2
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物23%、α-烯烃磺酸钠13%、硬脂酸钠4%、十二烷基硫酸钠27%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、羧甲基两性咪唑啉10%、丙二醇3%、烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵5%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.4%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
对比例2:对照实施例2,不添加柔软剂,助剂为丙二醇和二氧化硅,其余组分相同
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物23%、α-烯烃磺酸钠13%、硬脂酸钠4%、十二烷基硫酸钠27%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、羧甲基两性咪唑啉10%、丙二醇3%、二氧化硅5%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.4%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
实施例3:助剂为4A沸石、膨润土和二氧化硅
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物18%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺8%、α-烯烃磺酸钠13%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠6%、十二烷基硫酸钠23%、4A沸石6%、膨润土5%、二氧化硅3%、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠5%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.2%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
对比例3:对照实施例3,不添加柔软剂,提高二氧化硅的加量,其余组分相同
柔软去污型洗衣组合物,包括以下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇聚合物18%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺8%、α-烯烃磺酸钠13%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基糖苷4%、脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠6%、十二烷基硫酸钠23%、4A沸石6%、膨润土5%、二氧化硅8%、纤维素酶0.2%、蛋白酶0.2%、螯合剂0.1%、香精1%、去离子水余量。
试验过程:通过本申请的制备方法将上述对实施例1-3与对比例1-3制得洗衣片进行去污力和柔软性测试对比,同时与市售洗衣片比对,考察柔软剂在本实施例的体系中是否与阴离子表面活性剂反应,是否会影响洗衣片的去污力,并考察洗衣片的柔软性、抗静电性能。
①去污力测试:按照衣料用洗涤剂标准将实施例1-3、对比例1-3和市售洗衣片分别对GB/T13174-2021规定的污布JB-01、JB-02、JB-03进行去污测试,实施例1-3、对比例1-3、市售洗衣片与同类标准洗涤剂的去污比值见表1:

以上试验结果可知,洗衣片中加入柔软剂,对产品的去污力没有影响,同时去污能力更优于市售洗衣片。
②柔软性能测试:量取4000mL自来水,加入8克洗衣片,制得0.2%的水溶液,将提前处理好的白毛巾掩没于水中,浸泡半小时后取出,自然晾干,采用人群评价,共请20人参与测评,感受毛巾的柔软度,以10分制打分,分数越高,说明柔软性越好。汇总结果取平均值,结果见表2:

以上试验结果可知,洗后毛巾的柔软性:实施例1>对比例1,实施例2>对比例2,实施例3>对比例3,同时实施例1~3的柔软度均远远大于市售洗衣片,说明柔软剂不与体系中的阴离子表面活性剂反应,在不影响去污力的情况下,能保持优良的柔软性能,起到柔软去污二合一的效果。
③抗静电性能:参考GB/T16801-2013的指标和方法,按照规定进行试验测试洗衣片抗静电,结果见表3:

以上试验结果可知,抗静电性结果显示:实施例1>对比例1>市售洗衣片,实施例2>对比例2>市售洗衣片,实施例3>对比例3>市售洗衣片;试验结果表明,实施例相比于对比例和市售洗衣片,具有更好的抗静电性能。
以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种柔软去污型洗衣片,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:10~30%的聚乙烯醇聚合物、20~50%的阴离子表面活性剂、3%~10%的非离子表面活性剂、5~10%的两性表面活性剂、1~10%的柔软剂、0.2~1%的酵素、10~20%的助剂、1~2%的pH值调节剂、余量为去离子水;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯烃磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠中的至少两种;
所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或羧甲基两性咪唑啉;
所述柔软剂为烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵、烷基双羟乙基甲基氯化铵、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯钠中的一种或多种;
所述助剂为第一助剂或第二助剂,所述第二助剂为甘油或丙二醇;
所述第一助剂由4A沸石、膨润土和二氧化硅组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软去污型洗衣片,其特征在于:所述酵素由纤维素酶和蛋白酶组成,它们的质量比为1:(1~3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软去污型洗衣片,其特征在于:所述pH值调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软去污型洗衣片,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份的原料:0.1~0.5%螯合剂、1~1.5%的香精。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的任一种柔软去污型洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、按照原料配比称取备用,在搅拌缸内注入去离子水,开启搅拌,缓慢加入聚乙烯醇聚合物,搅拌分散并加热至90℃以上,在搅拌状态下趁热依次加入阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂,充分搅拌分散;
b、搅拌至全部溶解后加入助剂,继续搅拌溶解得到混合液,当混合液温度降至40℃以下依次加入柔软剂,搅拌至料浆细腻光滑;
c、加入pH值调节剂、任选的螯合剂和任选的香精,搅拌分散后,分步加入酵素,搅拌3~5min后,得到柔软去污型洗衣片前的液态混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软去污型洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于:将步骤c制备得到的液态混合物,通过开启挂料机,保持挂料机温度在90~105℃时,将料浆加入到料浆槽中,烘干制片,切片机切片,包装成盒,制得洗衣片成品。
