本发明公开了一种洗衣液,由以下质量百分比的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5~10%、椰油酰二乙醇胺2~4%、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚5~7%、脂肪酸钾盐或胺盐1~2%、钾皂4~10%、SECURON 540或L‑560有机络合剂0.8~1.2%、磺酸2~5%、液碱1~2%、乙二胺四乙酸0.1~0.5%、卡松0.01~0.1%、杀菌剂0.01~1%、亲油改性聚合物0.1~5%、荧光增白剂0.01~0.05%、螯合剂0.1~0.3%、氯化钠0.5~1.5%、香精0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.02~0.3%、色素0.0002~0.0008%和余量的水。本发明的洗衣液高效渗透,深层去污,可有效降低泡沫,漂洗自如,保护纤维抗静电,节水节能,且洗涤后的衣物色泽鲜艳。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种洗衣液。
背景技术
随着世界经济的一体化和贸易全球化的发展,文化背景、技术水平和环保法规逐渐成为洗涤用品全球化发展的三大驱动力,全球的洗涤用品将趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。
在我国,随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者越来越青睐于使用溶解性好的洗衣液。相对于洗衣粉,洗衣液具有温和、易溶解、低能耗的特点。洗衣液在我国起步较晚,所占市场份额还很低,但洗衣液市场最近几年来一直保持高速增长。目前我国市售洗衣液仍然以普通洗衣液为主,活性物含量一般不超过25%。而在欧美、日本发达国家,主要是以浓缩洗衣液为主,活性物一般在25%以上,2倍浓缩、3倍浓缩洗衣液深受消费者喜爱。浓缩洗衣液能够节约包材、降低生产能耗具有环保特点,将是未来洗衣液的发展方向。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种高效安全、去污力强、抗静电、洗护二合一的洗衣液。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种洗衣液,其组分包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰二乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、脂肪酸钾盐或胺盐、钾皂、SECURON540或L-560有机络合剂、磺酸、液碱、乙二胺四乙酸、卡松、杀菌剂、亲油改性聚合物、荧光增白剂、螯合剂、氯化钠、香精、防腐剂、色素、水;所述洗衣液的质量百分比组分为:

优选的是,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠质量浓度为70%。
优选的是,所述椰油酰二乙醇胺中,椰油和二乙醇胺的反应摩尔量的比例为1:1.5,为黄色或棕褐色粘稠状液体;在水中全部溶解成为透明液体,具有使水溶液变稠的特性,能稳定其他洗涤液的泡沫,对动植物油和矿物油都有良好的脱油力,并有显著悬浮污垢的作用;具有润湿性、抗静电性能和软化性能;用作金属表面的净洗剂,还有防锈作用;具有润湿、净洗、乳化、柔软等性能,对阴离子表面活性剂有较好的稳泡作用;是液体洗涤剂、液体肥皂、洗发剂、清洗剂、洗面剂等各种化妆用品中不可缺少的原料。
优选的是,所述脂肪酸钾盐或胺盐含有约12至18个碳原子的高级脂肪酸的钾盐或胺盐。
优选的是,所述的聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,为脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物,EO=6-12,属于非离子表面活性剂,易溶于水,在液体洗涤剂中为重要成份,有优良的渗透力和去污力,脱脂能力较强;对洗涤剂整体配方配伍性良好,有效地降低织物纤维动磨擦系数和静磨擦系数,增强了处理剂柔软蓬松作用,而且产品质量稳定;具有良好的柔软和润滑作用对织物及纤维具有良好的柔软和平润性,也可提高织物光亮、光滑、柔软及弹性。
优选的是,所述的SECURON 540有机络合剂,是汉高公司生产的一种不合表面活性剂以有机酸为主要成分的络合剂,商品名称为SECURON540;所述的L-560有机络合剂,是上海罗林洗涤助剂有限公司生产的一种丙烯酸类共聚物与有机酸盐类混合物,商品名称为L-560。
优选的是,所述亲油改性聚合物由一个以上具有亲水结构的单体和一个以上具有亲油结构的单体聚合而成;具有亲水结构的单体和具有亲油结构的单体的摩尔比为1:8~99:1,该亲油改性聚合物分子量为800~10000。

8.如权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于,所述亲油改性聚合物由一个以上具有亲水结构的单体和一个以上具有亲油结构的单体聚合而成。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于,所述亲油改性聚合物具有亲水结构的单体和具有亲油结构的单体的摩尔比为1:8~99:1。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于,所述亲油改性聚合物的该亲油改性聚合物分子量为800~10000。
