As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a motorboat comprising a motorboat body 100, a bracket plate 403 and a steering plate, the steering plate being connected to both sides of the motorboat body 100 through the bracket plate 403; specifically, the steering plates are divided into a left steering plate 401 and a right steering plate 402, the left steering plate 401 is connected to the left side of the motorboat body 100, and the right steering plate 402 is connected to the right side of the motorboat body 100; the steering plate is arranged to be detachable, so that the maintenance of parts is greatly facilitated, when the steering plate fails, the steering plate can be detached independently, the maintenance with the whole machine is not needed, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the overall flexibility is also increased.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the motorboat provided in this embodiment further includes a control handle 200, where the control handle 200 is also detachably connected to the front end of the motorboat body 100, and the control handle 200 includes a left control handle 210 and a right control handle 220 that are symmetrically disposed along the axis of the motorboat body 100, and the left steering plate 401 can be controlled by the disposed left control handle 210 through the connecting wire 300 to move along a preset track, and similarly, the right steering plate 402 can be controlled by the disposed right control handle 220 through the connecting wire 300 to move along the preset track, so that the control handle 200 is detachably and also greatly facilitates maintenance of components, and when the control handle 200 fails, the control handle 200 can be detached alone, without the need of maintenance together with the whole motorboat, thereby reducing maintenance cost and increasing overall flexibility.
Referring next to fig. 1-3, the motorboat provided in this embodiment further includes a connecting wire 300, and the connecting wire 300 is preferably a steel wire, but may be other connecting wires 300 or other materials, which is not limited in this embodiment. One end of the steel wire is connected to one side of the steering plate, and the other end of the steel wire is connected to the control handle 200; it is noted that, referring to fig. 5, in order to protect the connection line 300 from the possibility of breakage due to external factors, the connection line 300 is placed in a pipe, either a plastic pipe or a steel pipe, which effectively prevents the connection line 300 from being further broken.
Preferably, the steel wire is connected to one end of the steering plate by riveting, although welding can be adopted instead of riveting, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, further, the steering handle 200 of the motorboat according to the present embodiment specifically further includes a rotating rod 230 connected to the steering handle 200, and the rotating rod 230 is preferably cylindrical or triangular prism-shaped, so long as the shape can connect with a steel wire and allow the rotating rod 230 to rotate. Illustratively, the left steer plate 401 is connected to the left steering handle 210 by a wire, and the right steer plate 402 is correspondingly connected to the right steering handle 220 by a wire. After the left steering plate and the right steering plate are connected to the left control handle through steel wires, when the motorboat wants to rotate leftwards, the steel cable at the bottom is pulled to stretch by rotating the handle leftwards, and then a pulling force is applied to the connecting wire, so that the connecting wire stretches, the supporting plate 403 is fixed on the side edge of the motorboat body 100, and the steering plate is connected to the supporting plate 403, which is equivalent to the supporting plate 403, provides a supporting point acting force for the connecting plate, and at the moment, the left baffle is pulled and rotated by the connecting wire through the supporting point, so that the baffle is opened and enters into water, the left water flow resistance is increased, the motorboat turns leftwards, the motorboat direction is changed, the steering mode greatly increases the maneuverability, the entertainment is improved, and the experience of a driver is further improved. It should be noted that the angle of the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 entering the water after being opened is a linear process, and the opening and closing angles of the left and right baffles can be controlled by adjusting the angles of the left and right control handles.
Further, in order that the connecting wire 300 is not broken when being subjected to excessive tension, a torsion spring is arranged on the connecting wire 300, and when the load tension of the connecting wire 300 exceeds a limit value, the torsion spring is stretched at the moment and is used for decomposing part of the tension outside the load limit value on the connecting wire 300, so that the connecting wire 300 is protected.
Further, the distance between the foremost ends of the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 and the foremost point near the front end of the motorboat body is L (not shown in the figure), and L is 400mm or less and 500mm or less, and the setting of the distance L can avoid that the setting positions of the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 are too close to the front end of the bow of the motorboat body 100, thereby affecting the steering effect of the motorboat body 100.
Of course, in order to ensure that the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 can be smoothly opened into water, the side wall of the motorboat body 100 is provided with the support plates 403, and the positions of the support plates 403 and the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the left steering plate 401 and the right steering plate 402 can be erected on the support plates 403, in the embodiment, the left steering plate 401 is erected on the support plates 403, and in order to enable the support plates 403 to provide a pivot for the left steering plate 401, so that the left steering plate 401 can conveniently rotate through the pivot and be opened into water; specifically, the left steering plate 401 is mounted on the bracket plate 403, since one end of the left steering plate 401 is riveted with the steel wire, the other end of the left steering plate 401 is connected to the left steering handle 210, when the steering handle 200 swings leftwards, under the action of the tensile force of the steel wire, because the bracket plate 403 provides a fulcrum for the left steering plate 401, by rotating the handle leftwards, the steel wire at the bottom is pulled to stretch, and at the moment, a tensile force is applied to the connecting wire, the connecting wire is stretched, while the bracket plate 403 is fixed on the side edge of the motorboat body 100, and because the steering plate is connected to the bracket plate 403, the bracket plate 403 provides a supporting force for the connecting plate, at the moment, the left steering plate 401 is opened along a preset track and enters into the water, and after the left steering plate 401 is opened and enters into the water, the connecting wire at the other end of the left steering plate 401 is stretched, at the moment, the left steering plate 401 is under the action of the restoring force of the connecting wire, and after the steering handle 200 is restored, the left steering plate 401 is restored to the initial state under the restoring force of the connecting wire. When the left steering plate 401 is opened into the water, the motorboat is turned to the left due to the resistance of the left water flow, which changes the direction of the motorboat. Similarly, the principle of motorboat right turn is not described in detail herein.
Fig. 4 to 5 illustrate a steering schematic diagram of the motorboat provided by the present embodiment, by which when a driver needs to steer the motorboat body 100, the motorboat steering handle 200 is rotated, and the steering plate is pulled by the connecting wire to move along a preset track and open into the water due to the traction of the connecting wire, and the direction of the motorboat is changed due to the water flow resistance on one side and the water flow resistance on the other side.
It is apparent that the above examples of the present application are merely illustrative examples of the present application and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present application. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. that fall within the spirit and principles of the present application are intended to be included within the scope of the claims of this application.
