Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a clothes treatment device, a storage medium and the clothes treatment device, so as to solve the problem that a door body is inconvenient to open and close in a child lock mode of the existing clothes treatment device.
The clothes treatment equipment comprises a shell and a door body rotationally arranged on the shell, a rotatable barrel body is arranged in the barrel body, a containing cavity is formed in the barrel body and used for storing clothes, the clothes are cleaned and dried, and the door body is used for opening and closing the clothes containing cavity. The top of the shell is provided with a plurality of function keys for controlling the working mode of the clothes treatment equipment.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus includes the following steps:
101. judging whether a preset unlocking instruction is received or not when the clothes treatment equipment is in a child lock state;
102. if a preset unlocking instruction is received, acquiring the water level in the barrel body and the temperature in the barrel body;
103. when the water level in the barrel body is lower than the preset water level and the temperature is within the preset range, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to exit the child lock state and unlocking the door body;
104. and when the water level in the barrel body is not lower than the preset water level or the temperature is not in the preset range, prohibiting the barrel body from exiting the child lock state.
Because the clothes treatment equipment comprises a plurality of locking states, when the door body is in the locking state, the clothes treatment equipment possibly is in a washing locking state, and the clothes treatment equipment is in a child lock mode only when a user enters the child lock mode through a preset locking instruction, other function keys are invalid at the moment, and the user cannot control the clothes treatment equipment at will. The child lock function can avoid resource waste and safety accidents caused by misoperation of the washing equipment by children or pets, but if a user needs to add clothes in the running process of the clothes treatment equipment, the child lock state is needed to be exited, and the unlocking operation is performed to realize the midway clothes adding operation.
Specifically, after the child lock function is opened, the function key corresponding to the preset unlocking instruction is not completely locked, the preset unlocking instruction is set to be that the drying key and the rinsing key are pressed for 3 seconds together, and when the user presses the preset unlocking instruction to operate and unlock, the clothes treatment equipment can enter the child lock unlocking program. It can be appreciated that the preset unlocking instruction can be set by the user according to the appearance of the laundry treating apparatus and the difference of the operation interface. In some embodiments, the preset unlocking instruction may also be a key instruction set on other electronic devices, for example, the user may connect with the laundry processing device through an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, and may control the laundry processing device through the mobile phone, and the preset key may be a virtual key set on the mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The control method further includes, after the laundry processing apparatus is controlled to exit the child lock state and the door body is unlocked,:
201. detecting whether the door body is unlocked successfully;
202. if the unlocking of the door body is unsuccessful, starting timing;
203. re-unlocking the door body until the timing duration reaches the preset duration;
204. if the unlocking of the door body is not successful, a fault is prompted.
Specifically, the unsuccessful unlocking of the door body means that the door lock fails to be unlocked, so that the door body is in a state of being capable of freely rotating around the rotating shaft. The laundry treating apparatus may provide a displacement sensor at a door lock of the door body to detect a moving distance of the door body. When the clothes treatment equipment prompts to exit the child lock state and detects that the user cannot freely rotate the door body, the timing flow is started after the first unlocking failure.
Wherein the timing duration comprises a plurality of cycles. The step of re-unlocking the door body until the timing time length reaches the preset time length comprises the following steps:
and unlocking the door body at least once in each period until a plurality of periods are finished.
Setting the preset time length to be 45 seconds, wherein each cycle time length is 15 seconds, wherein the preset time length comprises three cycles, if the door body is not successfully unlocked, the door body reenters a cycle, the unlocking time and the unlocking times in each cycle can be set according to actual conditions, if the door body can be unlocked within the first 5 seconds of every 15 seconds, and after the three cycle periods are finished, if the door body is still not successfully unlocked, the door body is prompted to be faulty. The faults comprise faults of the lock body or the door body, and any fault of the lock body or the door body possibly causes unsuccessful unlocking of the door body. The fault prompting modes can be various, for example, one or more of voice broadcasting, text displaying, lamplight and pushing terminals, and a user can set the prompting modes by himself as long as the prompting information can be clearly received by the user.
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. When the water level in the barrel body is lower than a preset water level and the temperature is within a preset range, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to exit from the child lock state, and unlocking the door body comprises:
301. acquiring the water level in the barrel body;
302. when the water level in the barrel body is lower than the preset water level, the water level is acquired again;
303. when the water level exceeds the temperature sensor, acquiring a first temperature in the barrel body;
3031. the first temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to exit the child lock state, and the door body is unlocked;
3032. the first temperature is not lower than a first preset temperature, and the child lock state is forbidden to be exited;
304. when the water level does not exceed the temperature sensor, obtaining a second temperature in the barrel body;
3041. the second temperature is lower than a second preset temperature, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to exit the child lock state, and the door body is unlocked;
3042. the second temperature is not lower than a second preset temperature, the child lock state is forbidden to be exited, and the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.
Specifically, the washing stage includes various stages of soaking, rinsing, dehydrating, etc., and if the laundry treating apparatus is in a washing state, when a user needs to add laundry halfway, the washing water may not be completely discharged from the laundry treating apparatus at this time, and the laundry is partially or completely soaked in the water. When a preset unlocking instruction is received, the water level sensor obtains a first value of the water level in the barrel body at the moment and compares the first value with a preset water level value, wherein the value is the height of the water surface from the bottom of the barrel. If the first value of the water level exceeds the preset water level at this time, the door is opened with the risk of overflowing, the clothes treatment equipment cannot be unlocked, and the child lock state cannot be exited. In some embodiments, if the water level exceeds the preset water level, a portion of the washing water may be controlled to be discharged from the laundry treating apparatus until the water level in the tub is lower than the preset water level.
Further, unlocking the laundry treatment apparatus is also required to satisfy the temperature condition. In this application, the height that temperature sensor set up is less than the height of predetermineeing the water level, if the water level is less than the water level of predetermineeing, then need acquire the second numerical value of water level again, judges whether the second numerical value of water level is higher than temperature sensor's height. The first preset temperature is the safe temperature at which the child lock can be unlocked when the water level exceeds the temperature sensor, and the second preset temperature is the safe temperature at which the child lock can be unlocked when the water level does not exceed the temperature sensor. It can be understood that when the water level in the barrel is lower than the preset water level and exceeds the temperature sensor, the first temperature directly detected by the temperature sensor is the water temperature, when the water level in the barrel is lower than the preset water level and does not exceed the temperature sensor, the second temperature directly detected by the temperature sensor is the environmental temperature in the barrel, and the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature because the temperature in the water body is lower than the actual temperature in the barrel. The second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature T ℃ when the environmental temperature is higher than the water temperature T ℃, and the second temperature can be lower than the second preset temperature when the first temperature is lower than the first preset temperature. Wherein, the water level exceeding temperature sensor refers to a temperature detecting probe of the water level exceeding temperature sensor or other structures for directly acquiring temperature.
For example, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. When the clothes treatment equipment is in the child lock state, before judging whether a preset unlocking instruction is received, the control method further comprises the following steps:
401. detecting whether a water level sensor in the barrel body is abnormal;
402. if the water level sensor in the barrel body is abnormal, controlling the clothes treatment equipment not to enter a child lock state;
403. if the water level sensor in the barrel body is normal, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to enter a child lock state.
Specifically, the water level sensor is disposed in the tub, may be a contact type water level sensor, which is capable of transmitting a sensed water level signal to a controller of the laundry treating apparatus, and comparing the water level signal and the water level signal with a preset signal. The water level sensor can be arranged in the barrel body one or a plurality of water level sensors, the water level sensor is abnormal and comprises a plurality of faults such as power disconnection, loosening of a connecting wire, abnormal frequency, scale or dust coverage, and the like. If the water level sensor in the barrel body is abnormal, the clothes treatment equipment cannot normally sense the water level information in the operation process, and the judgment of the opening condition of the door body can possibly cause errors, so that the clothes treatment equipment cannot directly enter a child lock state, and the clothes treatment equipment can be controlled to normally work after the faults are removed. In addition, when internal components of the laundry treatment apparatus such as the temperature sensor and the displacement sensor are failed, the laundry treatment apparatus may also be suspended, for example, the laundry treatment apparatus has a plurality of temperature sensors, and when one of the temperature sensors is failed and the failure directly affects the temperature determination in the tub, the laundry treatment apparatus will be suspended and not enter the child lock state.
For example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. If a preset unlocking instruction is received, the step of obtaining the water level in the barrel and the temperature in the barrel comprises the following steps:
501. if a preset unlocking instruction is received, the contact area between a user and a preset function key is obtained, and an operator portrait is determined according to the contact area;
502. it is determined that the operator is an adult, it is determined whether the water level in the tub is lower than a preset water level and the temperature is within a preset range.
503. If the operator is determined to be a child, prompting that secondary verification is needed;
specifically, the determining that the operator is a child, prompting that the secondary verification is required includes:
504. acquiring secondary verification information, and judging whether the secondary verification information accords with preset verification information;
505. if the secondary verification is passed, determining whether the water level in the barrel body is lower than a preset water level and whether the temperature is in a preset range;
506. if the secondary verification is not passed, determining that the preset unlocking instruction is an invalid instruction.
During the operation of the laundry treating apparatus, it is impossible to determine whether the operator is an adult or a child even if a preset unlocking instruction is received. It can be appreciated that the finger contact area of the user for the function keys is larger than that of the child, the user can input the finger contact area in advance as an area threshold, and when the acquired contact area is smaller than the area contact value, the operator is determined to be the child. Other biological information recognition modes such as face recognition, fingerprint recognition, figure recognition and the like can be adopted besides the contact area of the finger. In some embodiments, the preset unlocking instruction may also be a combination key, for example, the preset unlocking instruction may be a combination key for pressing the drying key and the rinsing key together for 3 seconds, and those skilled in the art may set the preset unlocking instruction according to the actual situation. In order to avoid misjudgment caused by improper operation of a user, if the operator is determined to be a child, secondary verification is needed to judge whether the operator accords with preset verification information, the secondary verification can be password verification, verification code verification and other modes, the preset verification information can be a password or verification code defined by an adult user, and only if the secondary verification information accords with the preset verification information, the operator can be determined to be an adult. If the secondary verification is passed, further determining whether the water level in the barrel body is lower than a preset water level and the temperature is within a preset range, and if the secondary verification is not passed, the preset unlocking instruction is invalid, and the clothes treatment equipment still keeps a child lock state.
For example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Before the water level in the barrel body and the temperature in the barrel body are obtained, the control method comprises the following steps:
601. acquiring the state of the barrel body;
602. if the barrel body is in a rotating state or a drying state, prohibiting unlocking;
603. if the barrel body is not in a rotating state and is not in a drying state, determining whether the water level in the barrel body is lower than a preset water level and whether the temperature is in a preset range.
Specifically, when the tub is in a rotated state or a dried state, a risk of a user opening the door is high, and the laundry treatment apparatus cannot be unlocked. The rotation state includes a state in which the amount of water in the tub is small but rotation is not stopped, and the drying state includes a state in which the drying process is finished but the temperature is still high. The drum body is internally provided with a rotating speed sensor and a temperature sensor, and when the drum body is detected to be in a rotating state or a drying state, unlocking is forbidden. In some embodiments, the laundry treatment apparatus further comprises a plurality of operation modes, and when the user releases the child lock, the laundry treatment apparatus may be in other operation states, such as a sterilization state, a care state, etc., and the unlocking is also prohibited until the other operation states are not exited. Only when the laundry treating apparatus is in a washing state and the tub is kept stationary, it is further determined whether the water level in the tub is lower than a preset water level and the temperature is within a preset range.
The present application also provides a storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed are configured to implement the laundry treatment apparatus control method as described above.
The application also provides a clothes treatment device. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a laundry treating apparatus 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application.
