The fixed dose injection is realized by limiting the stroke of the piston pushing handle through the threaded fit of the screw rod and the nut, but the rotating adjustment process of the threaded fit consumes a long time, so that a veterinarian can repeatedly consume more time when adjusting the dose.
In view of the above, it is necessary to propose a multi-functional continuous syringe to solve the above problems.

Further, the injector base body also comprises a gun body part, the needle cylinder part of the injector base body is arranged at the front end of the gun body part, the push handle penetrates through the gun body part and penetrates out from the rear end of the gun body part, and the handle is connected to the rear lower part of the gun body part and used for driving the push handle to move; the front end of the gun body part and the syringe part are coaxially provided with slots for connecting with the guide locking mechanism.

Further, the end part of the protective sleeve is provided with a sterilizing cotton fixing ring, the upper wall of the gun body part is provided with a sterilizing water installation part, the sterilizing water installation part is connected with the sterilizing cotton fixing ring through a hose, and a regulating valve for controlling the flow of sterilizing water is arranged below the sterilizing water installation part.
Further, a visual window is arranged through the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and the visual window is used for observing the inner needle cylinder part.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the protection of the injection needle is formed by the telescopic movement of the protection sleeve, so that the situation of accidental injury is avoided; and the protection sleeve stretches and contracts to be linked with the trigger mechanism to form locking on injection, so that the medicament can be pushed out only during injection, and the conditions of medicament waste and the like are avoided.
2. The disinfectant can be supplied to the disinfectant cotton at the front end through the hose, and the supply quantity of the disinfectant can be controlled through the regulating valve, so that the disinfectant is convenient to use.
3. Compared with the prior art, the screw thread adjusting device has the advantages that the adjustment and control of injection dosage are convenient and quick, the quantitative is more accurate, and the device can be suitable for rapid dosage change during large-scale injection work.
4. The condition of the inner needle cylinder part can be visually checked through the visual window.

As shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional continuous injector comprises an injector base body 1, the injector base body 1 comprises a needle cylinder part 2 for containing injection medicament, an injection needle is arranged at the front end of the needle cylinder part 2, a piston 3 for pushing the medicament is arranged in the needle cylinder part 2, one side of the piston 3, which is far away from the injection needle, is connected with a push handle 4, the push handle 4 and the needle cylinder part 2 are coaxially arranged, the multifunctional continuous injector also comprises a handle 5 for driving the push handle 4 to reciprocate, in actual use, a veterinary hand handle 5 is used for inserting the injection needle into livestock, then the handle 5 is extruded, the handle 5 is used for driving the push handle 4 to push the medicament to push out from the injection needle, a protective sleeve 6 retracted towards the needle cylinder part 2 is arranged at the injection needle, and can be understood that the protective sleeve 6 is completely covered outside the injection needle to form protection during non-injection, the end of the protective sleeve 6 is tightly pushed against the false puncture during injection, the protective sleeve 6 is unlocked, the protective sleeve 6 can be compressed and then moved to the needle cylinder part 2 is completely exposed for injection, and a guide locking mechanism is sleeved outside the needle cylinder 2 for limiting the protective sleeve 6 to retract; the protection sleeve 6 is coaxially arranged with the guide locking mechanism, the protection sleeve 6 is slidably connected in the guide locking mechanism, and the guide locking mechanism is quickly disassembled and connected with the syringe base body 1;

The injector base body 1 further comprises a gun body part 7, the needle cylinder part 2 of the injector base body 1 is arranged at the front end of the gun body part 7, the push handle 4 penetrates through the gun body part 7 and penetrates out from the rear end of the gun body part 7, and the grip 5 is connected to the rear lower part of the gun body part 7 and used for driving the push handle 4 to move; the front end of the gun body part 7 and the syringe part 2 are coaxially provided with a slot 8 for connecting with a guiding locking mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guiding locking mechanism comprises an inner sleeve 9, an outer sleeve 10 and an anti-drop ring 11, the outer sleeve 10 is detachably and rotatably connected with the outer part of the inner sleeve 9, one end of the inner sleeve 9 is connected with the slot 8, the other end is connected with the protecting sleeve 6 in a sliding way, the outer sleeve 10 and the inner sleeve 9 rotate relatively to lock or unlock the protecting sleeve 6, the outer wall of the protecting sleeve 6 is provided with an L-shaped convex rail 12, the L-shaped convex rail 12 comprises an axial rail 13 parallel to a longitudinal axis and a circumferential rail 14 arranged along the circumferential direction, the end part of the axial rail 13 is connected with the circumferential rail 14, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 10 is provided with an inner convex block 15 matched with the L-shaped convex rail 12, in actual use, when the outer sleeve 10 rotates positively, the inner convex block 15 faces the outer wall of the axial rail 13, as shown in fig. 3 a, the inner convex block 15 is not blocked by the range of the circumferential rail 14, and the protecting sleeve 6 can move freely and telescopically when the protecting sleeve is contracted, the injection needle can be exposed for injection; on the contrary, as shown in fig. 3B, when the outer sleeve 10 rotates reversely, the inner protrusion 15 rotates into the range of the circumferential rail 14, and then the circumferential rail 14 will block the outer side of the inner protrusion 15, so that the protection sleeve 6 cannot shrink, so that when the veterinarian is not required to perform injection, the outer sleeve 10 should rotate reversely to lock the inner block corresponding to the circumferential rail 14 for protection.
As shown in fig. 3C, the anti-drop ring 11 is used for preventing the protection sleeve 6 and the outer sleeve 10 from being removed from the inner sleeve 9, the anti-drop ring 11 is fixedly connected with the inner sleeve 9, a step retainer 16 used for limiting the outer sleeve 10 is arranged at the periphery of the anti-drop ring 11, and a guiding notch 17 matched with the circumferential rail 14 is arranged on the inner wall of the anti-drop ring 11.
The triggering end comprises a triggering rod 18 connected to the end part of the protection sleeve 6, as shown in fig. 4, through holes 19 for the triggering rod 18 to pass through are formed in the inner bottom wall of the inner sleeve 9 and the front wall of the gun body 7, it can be understood that through holes 19 are formed in the inner bottom wall of the inner sleeve 9 and the front wall of the gun body 7, the two through holes 19 are in a combined state after the inner sleeve 9 and the gun body 7 are assembled, so that the triggering rod 18 can be inserted into the gun body 7 to trigger, the position of the triggering rod 18 can be pre-positioned by the through holes 19 in the inner bottom wall of the inner sleeve 9, and accordingly, the triggering rod 18 can be accurately inserted into the gun body 7 when the guide locking mechanism is installed on the gun body 7.
The interlocking part comprises a swinging component 20, the swinging component 20 is of a U-shaped structure, a rotating shaft 21, a pushing rod 22 and blocking strips 23 are arranged on the swinging component 20, the rotating shafts 21 are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the swinging component 20, blocking strips 23 are arranged on the inner side walls of the swinging component 20, the pushing rod 22 is arranged at the U-shaped bottom of the swinging component 20, and the pushing rod 22 is arranged in parallel with the rotating shafts 21; the two ends of the rotating shaft 21 are rotatably connected in the gun body part 7, the rotating shaft 21 is sleeved with a torsion spring 24 for driving the swinging component 20 to return to the vertical plane direction, the triggering rod 18 is matched with the pushing rod 22, so that the swinging component 20 rotates, the blocking bar 23 is positioned in the horizontal plane after rotating from the vertical plane where the triggering rod 18 is positioned, during actual injection, the outer sleeve 10 is rotated to unlock the protecting sleeve 6, the protecting sleeve 6 at the front end of the injector is pushed to the livestock skin, the retraction of the protecting sleeve 6 is formed under the reaction force, so that the injection needle penetrates into the livestock skin, and as shown in fig. 5, when the injection is not pressed, the protecting sleeve is retracted, as shown in fig. 6, the gun head is extruded on the livestock body, the protecting sleeve is retracted, in the process, the protecting sleeve 6 is retracted, the triggering rod 18 is inserted into the gun body part 7 after passing through the through hole 19, the end of the triggering rod 18 is pushed onto the pushing rod 22, the original vertical plane is driven to rotate on the horizontal plane, namely, the changing position of the blocking bar 23 is positioned on the plane where the blocking bar 23 is positioned, namely, the arc-shaped end 25 is changed, namely, the arc-shaped end of the rotating rod is positioned on the arc-shaped rotating shaft part 25 is used for changing the position of the arc-shaped end part 25, and the arc-shaped end is used for limiting the rotating shaft 25;
the action part comprises stop blocks 26 arranged at two sides of the pushing handle 4, the stop blocks 26 are matched with blocking strips 23, when the blocking strips 23 are positioned on a vertical plane, the blocking strips 23 are blocked at one side of the stop blocks 26 close to the needle cylinder part 2 and limit the pushing handle 4, when the blocking strips 23 are rotated and positioned on a horizontal plane, the blocking strips 23 are positioned on the upper sides of the stop blocks 26 in parallel, so that the stop blocks 26 are out of limit, when the swinging part 20 is automatically reset to the vertical plane under the action of torsion springs 24 in actual use, the blocking strips 23 block the column stop blocks 26, and at the moment, the handle 5 cannot push the pushing handle 4, so that medicament loss caused by false extrusion is avoided; when the protective sleeve 6 is retracted during injection operation, the swinging member 20 rotates to rotate the blocking bar 23 to a horizontal position above the stopper 26, and at this time, the push handle 4 is driven by the grip 5 to perform injection of medicine.
The front wall of the gun body 7 is further provided with an injection hole through which the push handle 4 passes, as shown in fig. 4, the side portion of the push handle 4 is further provided with an anti-rotation side rib 33, and the side portion of the injection hole is provided with a side opening 27 for guiding the anti-rotation side rib 33.
Further, the rear wall of the gun body 7 is provided with an injection dose adjusting mechanism, the injection dose adjusting mechanism comprises a dose adjusting turntable 28, a rotating step 29 and a step clamping block 30, the dose adjusting turntable 28 is rotatably connected to the rear wall of the gun body 7, an inner hole for the push handle 4 to pass through is formed in the circle center of the injection dose adjusting turntable 28, the inner wall of the inner hole is provided with the rotating step 29, the rotating step 29 is arranged around the push handle 4, the rotating step 29 further comprises a notch position 31 arranged at the head end and the tail end of the rotating step 29, the side wall of the push handle 4 is fixedly provided with the step clamping block 30, the step clamping block 30 is matched with the rotating step 29 to form a change of the axial movement stroke of the push handle 4, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, in actual use, the rotating dose adjusting turntable 28 can rotate the rotating step 29 around the push handle 4, the rotating step 29 is provided with a plurality of steps corresponding to control different movement strokes of the push handle 4, and the notch position 31 is aligned with the step clamping block 30, at the moment, the stroke of the push handle 4 is not limited, and the medicament in the part 2 can be pushed out completely by the maximum stroke; if it is required to precisely control the injection of smaller doses each time, the steps of the stepped clamping block 30 are opposite to the stepped clamping block 30, when the lower steps are opposite to the stepped clamping block 30, the moving stroke of the pushing handle 4 is longer, corresponding to the injection of larger doses, otherwise, when the higher steps are opposite to the stepped clamping block 30, the stroke of the pushing handle 4 is shortened, and the injection dose is reduced.
Further, a continuous fluid infusion structure is further provided, the fluid infusion structure is used for continuously supplementing injection medicament to the needle cylinder part 2 in the continuous injection process, a fluid supply port 32 is formed in the tail of the pushing handle 4, a central core hole communicated to the needle cylinder part 2 is formed in the axial direction of the pushing handle 4, one end of the central core hole is communicated to the fluid supply port 32, the other end of the central core hole is communicated to the needle cylinder part 2 through the center of the piston 3, a one-way valve is arranged in the piston 3, the flow direction of the one-way valve is controlled to be that the medicament enters the needle cylinder part 2 through the central core hole in a one-way mode, and when the pushing handle 4 pulls the piston 3 to retreat, the one-way valve can be opened, so that external medicament can be supplemented into the needle cylinder part 2 to continuously perform injection.
Further, the guiding locking mechanism is connected with the gun body 7 through a rotating positioning structure, and comprises a clamping lug 34 and an outer clamping block 35, an outer clamping block 35 is arranged at the outer side of the front end of the gun body 7, a clamping lug 34 is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the end part of the outer sleeve 10, the outer clamping block 35 is rotated into the clamping lug 34 by rotation of the outer sleeve 10 to fix the guiding locking mechanism and the gun body 7, in actual use, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the guiding locking mechanism and the gun body 7 are separated from each other, the syringe 2 or the injection needle can be conveniently replaced, after replacement is completed, the inner sleeve 9 is aligned to the position of the slot 8, then the outer sleeve 10 is rotated, the clamping lug 34 is positioned on the outer clamping block 35, and meanwhile, the limit locking of the outer sleeve 10 to the protection sleeve 6 is released by rotation, so that injection operation can be performed, that is, the protection sleeve 6 can be activated to move backwards only when the guiding locking mechanism and the gun body 7 are firmly connected.
Further, the end of the protection sleeve 6 is provided with a sterilizing cotton fixing ring 36, as shown in fig. 2, the upper wall of the gun body 7 is provided with a sterilizing water installation part 37, the sterilizing water installation part 37 is connected with the sterilizing cotton fixing ring 36 through a hose 38, and a regulating valve 39 for controlling the flow of sterilizing water is arranged below the sterilizing water installation part 37.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a viewing window 40 is provided through the inner sleeve 9, the outer sleeve 10, the viewing window 40 being used for viewing the inside cylinder part 2.

the injector base body (1) is also provided with a triggering mechanism, the triggering mechanism comprises a triggering end, a linkage part and an action end, the retraction movement of the protective sleeve (6) serving as the triggering end serves as triggering action, the linkage part is driven to unlock the action end, and the action end is a push handle (4).

A multifunctional continuous injector according to claim 2, characterized in that the guiding locking mechanism comprises an inner sleeve (9), an outer sleeve (10) and an anti-drop ring (11), the outer sleeve (10) is detachably connected outside the inner sleeve (9), one end of the inner sleeve (9) is connected with the slot (8), the other end is connected with the protecting sleeve (6) in a sliding way, the relative rotation of the outer sleeve (10) and the inner sleeve (9) is completed to lock or unlock the protecting sleeve (6), the outer wall of the protecting sleeve (6) is provided with an L-shaped convex rail (12), the L-shaped convex rail (12) comprises an axial rail (13) parallel to a longitudinal axis, a circumferential rail (14) arranged along the circumferential direction, the end part of the axial rail (13) is connected with the circumferential rail (14), and the inner wall of the outer sleeve (10) is provided with an inner convex block (15) matched with the L-shaped convex rail (12);
