Because different technologies and procedures in the production process can correspondingly use different types of consumables, in order to monitor the overall use condition of the consumables, in the embodiment of the application, the method further comprises the following steps:

d200, acquiring borrowing list information of each user, summarizing and analyzing the borrowing list information, generating consumption of consumables of each class and actual association relation and storing the consumption;
and D300, selecting standard consumable materials from the consumable materials of each class, taking the standard consumable materials as a reference, identifying the consumable material class with abnormal consumption based on a setting algorithm, and retrieving and outputting associated borrowing list information.
In the step D100, the consumption relationships between consumables are stored in association, for example, when grinding and polishing are performed on the same product, the consumption of grinding wheels or sand papers with different meshes has a positive correlation, that is, when the consumption of consumables in the previous process increases, the consumption of consumables corresponding to the subsequent process should correspondingly increase, and the increased value can be calculated theoretically. Therefore, after collecting and analyzing the borrowing list information of each user, whether the consumption of the consumable is abnormal or not can be judged, if the consumption is abnormal, the associated borrowing list information is timely output, so that a manager can determine the reason of the abnormal consumption of the consumable, and the targeted improvement of the production process or the consumable management method is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the application, the alarm information comprises consumable return time data, consumable category data and consumable weight data during return. The data can track and record irregular picking up or returning of the consumable or abnormal use of the consumable, and is helpful for improving the use and management method of the consumable in the later period.
Compared with the consumable management method in the prior art, the method fully utilizes the weight detection device in the storage space 6 to monitor the access state of the consumable, and simultaneously enables the user to get and restore the consumable to be completely recorded based on the borrowing list information, and only when the consumable which is taken before is restored, new consumable can be taken, so that the consumable is convenient for fine management, the consumable is prevented from being abused, meanwhile, the constitution of the whole system is simplified, and the system construction and operation and maintenance cost is reduced. And, through the change to weight before and after the consumptive material uses, trace the evaluation to the service behavior of consumptive material, help the use management of consumptive material, because the weight difference is different around all kinds of consumptive materials use, therefore can realize the class discernment when the consumptive material returns by weight difference, take place to confuse when avoiding returning the consumptive material, promote the accuracy of consumptive material management.
In order to realize the above-mentioned consumable intelligent management method based on gravity sensing, the application also provides a consumable intelligent management system based on gravity sensing, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, mainly comprising a cabinet body 1, a weight detection module 2, a first authority verification module 3, a second authority verification module 4 and a control module 5.
The cabinet body 1 is in a grid-shaped design, and is provided with a plurality of storage spaces 6 used for storing different types of consumables and a recovery space 7 used for recovering different types of consumables, and cabinet doors and locking devices used for opening and closing the space are arranged at the storage spaces 6 and the recovery space 7. The locking device is in control connection with the control module 5.
The weight detection module 2 is disposed in each of the storage space 6 and the recovery space 7, and is configured to detect a consumable storage state and a weight change in each of the storage space 6 and the recovery space 7, and output a weight detection signal. In practical application, the weight detecting module 2 includes pressure sensors disposed in each storage grid, i.e. the storage or recovery space 7, and the pressure sensors can detect and output the weight of the consumable after the consumable is placed in the storage grid.
The first authority checking module 3 is configured to collect and identify user identity information, and output first authority information. The user identity information includes, but is not limited to, fingerprint information, password information, RFID data information. The fingerprint acquisition identifier, the password input identifier and the RFID identifier on site can acquire and identify the identity information of the user, and the first authority information is output after the identification is successful.
The second permission checking module 4 is configured to obtain user identity information and retrieve borrowing list information corresponding to the user, and generate second permission information for reflecting the current retrievable and returned consumables of the user. In practical application, the user can only retrieve the new consumable of the same category after returning the corresponding consumable, the second permission checking module 4 is actually a data comparison algorithm, receives and analyzes the consumable information to be retrieved or returned input by the user, and then compares the consumable information with the borrowed list information in the memory to output the second permission information.
The control module 5 is configured to be in control connection with a plurality of locking devices, receive the first authority information and the second authority information, analyze the first authority information and the second authority information, determine whether to enable the storage space 6 or the recovery space 7, and output a control signal to control the locking state of each locking device. In practical application, the control module 5 may be implemented by a single chip microcomputer or an FPGA control panel, or directly implemented by a touch panel loaded with a dedicated application system, and outputs a corresponding control signal after processing by a set algorithm based on various collected detection signals. When the method is used, when the user identity information passes verification and the permission of the consumable to be acquired or the consumable to be returned in the borrowing list information is in an open state, the corresponding storage space 6 or the recovery space 7 is controlled to be opened based on the user instruction.
In detail, in the embodiment of the present application, the control module 5 is configured with a storage unit, a man-machine interaction unit, a first data processing unit, and a second data processing unit.
The storage unit stores identity verification information for user identity information identification, initial weight values of various consumable materials, recovery weight values after use, borrowing list information related to the user identity information and real-time occupation information of each storage space 6 and recovery space 7 in the cabinet body 1. The man-machine interaction unit is configured to receive consumable information to be acquired or information to be returned, which are input by a user, and output real-time occupation information showing each storage space 6 and recovery space 7 in the current cabinet body 1 and borrowed list information related to user identity information, and the interactive information comprises interaction components such as a touch display, a digital keyboard, a voice player and the like.
The first data processing unit and the second data processing unit are both configured in the control module 5, and realize a data processing function based on a setting algorithm.
The first data processing unit is configured to receive the first authority information and the second authority information, and output a control signal to control the locking state of each locking device. The second data processing unit is configured to be in data connection with the man-machine interaction unit and the weight detection module 2, and is loaded with a setting algorithm to realize the following functional steps:
acquiring consumable information to be returned by a user and acquiring an actual weight value of the consumable to be returned in the recovery space 7 by the user, calculating according to the consumable information to be returned input by the user and the recovery weight value corresponding to the consumable to generate a recovery weight value, and calculating a difference value between the recovery weight value and the actual weight value; if the difference value is in the set range, updating borrowing list information according to consumable information to be returned, which is input by a user; if the difference exceeds the set range, outputting alarm information and/or outputting alarm information and marking and updating the alarm information into the borrowing list information.

establishing and storing user identity information and corresponding borrowing list information in an associated mode;
corresponding storage space (6) and recovery space (7) are allocated for various consumable materials, and starting permission is set;
acquiring consumable information to be acquired, which is input by a user, confirming the user's receiving authority according to the current borrowing list information, unlocking the corresponding storage space (6) according to the confirmation result, updating the borrowing list information, or maintaining the locking state of the storage space (6);
acquiring consumable information to be returned, which is input by a user, confirming user returning authority according to the current borrowing list information, unlocking a corresponding recovery space (7) according to a confirmation result, updating the borrowing list information, or maintaining the locking state of the recovery space (7);
wherein, each storage space (6) and recovery space (7) is provided with a weight detection device for detecting the real-time storage state of the consumable part, and the borrowing list information is updated based on a weight detection signal.
2. The gravity sensing-based consumable intelligent management method of claim 1, further comprising:
collecting and storing initial weight values of various consumable materials and recycling weight values after use;
calculating and generating a recovery weight value according to the consumable information to be recovered, which is input by a user, and the recovery weight value corresponding to the consumable;
acquiring an actual weight value of consumable materials to be returned in a recovery space (7) returned by a user, and calculating a difference value between the actual weight value and the weight value;
if the difference value is in the set range, updating the borrowing list information according to consumable information to be returned, which is input by a user;
and if the difference value exceeds the set range, outputting alarm information and/or outputting alarm information and marking and updating the alarm information into the borrowing list information.
3. The gravity sensing-based consumable intelligent management method of claim 2, further comprising:
dividing the difference between the weight value to be received and the actual weight value into a plurality of difference intervals and assigning weight values to the difference intervals;
calculating a difference value between the receivable weight value and the actual weight value, and endowing the consumable recovery action with a corresponding weight value according to a difference value interval where the difference value is located;
the weight value and the user identity information are stored in an associated mode, and the sum of the weight values associated with the user identity information is calculated;
and if the weight value corresponding to the user identity information exceeds the set value, outputting alarm information.
4. The gravity sensing-based consumable intelligent management method of claim 2, further comprising:
analyzing consumable information to be returned input by a user, and obtaining the number of consumable items of each type;
if the number of consumable materials in the same class exceeds 1, sequentially acquiring the actual weight value of the consumable materials to be returned in the recovery space (7) returned by the user;
sequentially calculating the difference value between the actual weight value and the receivable weight value of the consumable in the recovery space (7);
if the difference values are in the set range, updating the borrowing list information;
if the difference value exceeds the set range at least once, updating the borrowing list information and storing an alarm message in an associated mode.
5. The gravity sensing-based consumable intelligent management method of claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the number of consumable materials in the same class is a plurality of consumable materials or not according to the acquired consumable material information to be returned by the user;
if the number of the consumable supplies in the same class to be returned is multiple, dividing the consumable supplies into at least two groups according to a set algorithm, dividing the number of consumable supplies required to be returned in each group, and outputting and displaying;
calculating and generating the recovery weight value of each group of consumable parts to be recovered based on the recovery weight value of each type of consumable parts, and comparing the recovery weight value with the obtained actual weight value of the consumable parts to be recovered in the recovery space (7) by the user to obtain a difference value;
if the difference values are all in the set range, updating the borrowing list information;
if the difference value exceeds the set range, updating the borrowing list information and storing an alarm message in an associated mode.

calculating and storing theoretical association relations among consumable consumption of each type based on a product production process;
acquiring borrowing list information of each user, summarizing and analyzing the borrowing list information, generating consumption of each consumable and actual association relation and storing the consumption;
and selecting standard consumable materials from the consumable materials, taking the standard consumable materials as a reference, identifying the consumable material type with abnormal consumption based on a setting algorithm, and calling and outputting associated borrowing list information.
7. The intelligent consumable management method based on gravity sensing according to claim 1, wherein the enabling rights of the storage space (6) and the recovery space (7) comprise:
checking user login permission, collecting and identifying user identity information, and outputting first permission information;
verifying consumable receiving authority, calling borrowing list information corresponding to a user based on the acquired user identity information, judging the operation authority of the consumable to be received or returned by the user based on the list information, and outputting second authority information;
and (3) comprehensive rights management, namely receiving the first rights information and the second rights information, and judging whether to enable the storage space (6) or the recovery space (7) after analysis.
8. The intelligent consumable management method based on gravity sensing according to claim 4, wherein the alarm information comprises consumable return time data, consumable category data and consumable weight data during return.
9. Intelligent consumable management system based on gravity sensing, characterized by comprising:
